I play Dracula too. I absolutely will admit he may need a couple small tweaks here and there. I have played Blight and Nurse in the past, Blight is fine if strong but Nurse definitely needs a power rework or a decent nerf. I just dunno what would be fair at this point.

I agree, the "But Good Survivors" line just no longer holds any water in 2025. Not enough Survs are actually good; are you getting your 60% Killrate on average? Yes? Then you're fine. it's why I don't believe Pig or Ghostface, both brought up in the thread, need seriously large buffs of any kind, just tweaks to make them play a little better, both are genuinely fine.

Dracula is a bit overpowered due to overloaded kit and a bit too small cooldowns yea, but Blight okay and Nurse needs complete rework? Blight is literally problematic in quite a few aspects (token recharge, tokens not being deducted upon pallet break, fatigue too short, abnormal synergy with Brutal Strength due to these facts) and only thing problematic about Nurse is her synergy with aura reading perks.

Right, all these content creators are clearly just lying out of their teeth to support some agenda. It couldn't ever be that maybe you just aren't as good as you think you are, and that that's why some content creators say you can beat even good survivors if you are good enough with the killer while you struggle to do so.

And it's definitely not 95% of the killer roster that can't deal with very good survivors.

Of course it's map dependent, there are certain maps where Pig will definitely struggle a lot, but generally 2 downs until 5 gens are popped means you got outplayed as killer multiple times. Which is fine, doesn't immediately mean you are a bad killer, just that you got outmindgamed multiple times. Stuff like that should be able to happen though, otherwise it would indicate that the killer you are using has too little counterplay.

content creators, especially ones that do winstreaks, are way above skill of average player at soft cap, meaning they can literally achieve marvelous results by just expressing great amount of macro knowledge (average player heavily struggles in macro aspect of this game)

  • MMR is based on:

Individual match outcome (gate escape/hatch escape/death) as survivor.

Amount of kills as killer (<2k, 2k, 2k+)

These are multiplied by various factors in game, such as difference in MMR between players, SWF vs. solo, how many teammates escaped as surv etc.

But taking all this in mind, it's still atrocious due to how low soft MMR cap (the point at which game just randomly matches everybody at and above soft MMR cap) is. This is why winstreaks on both sides exist, because people who have reached such an MMR score that is extremely above soft MMR cap are being matched with people at soft MMR cap (very big skill difference).

  • depends on what's the main goal of your clips. Showing off some sick flicks and techs? People don't care if you win, they are there for those.

You are doing a winstreak? Ofc people will be all there for you winning.

No, it is the absolute right thing to say. Because people try to frame those outliers as the rule, which is just not true. The "against good Survivors"-"argument" is just so overdone. People pick that one game they lost very hard and claim that a Killer needs buffs, despite them winning the 9 other games this evening.

And yet we dont see Killers admit that a Killer might need Nerfs, if they dominate and get a 4K with 5 Gens up. Which is most of the time an outlier as well, but yet then it is suddenly their own skill which made that and not matchmaking or anything.

you are looking straight into basically nonexistent matchmaking and absolutely ignoring it in order to pull arguments about killer's strength. This is like some challenger player in League playing some utterly bad champ while smurfing in silver, winning every game and people then acting like that champ is actually very good.

Yes. But this is no argument. 99,99% of games are NOT against such teams. And if you only get 2 Downs in those 99,99% of the games you play, you are just not good. (Let alone that with Pig after the first Down you should have someone who cannot do Gens for some time)

against good teams with 0 restrictions, Amanda would be lucky to get 3-4 stages. Going with the "but you usually don't face such teams" logic is kinda nuts since you should blame matchmaking for thst (tho in EU servers you really can see significantly more of those times than usual)

…..right. And how do you play against those strategies? Just don't unhook your teammate and gen rush? All other team members jump off gens and come at the hook in a coordinated effort, which gives the killer a free hit on everyone, and eventually another inevitable down? Everybody runs shoulder the burden, decisive strike, off the record? Oh, but then there's still slugging to deal with. Four perk slots can only band-aid fix so many flaws with the game.

Maybe the fact is, there isn't REALLY a viable counter to these killer strategies… which is why they are so effective, and why most killer players utilize them to begin with.

    against tunneling literally:

    1. decent first chase (you literally have so many available resources to help your teammates manage to pop 2-3 gens by the time you get downed), somehow people fail in this aspect even against M1 killers. If you just manage to get the first chase part well and your teammates stick to gens during it, you already did more than 70% of the job against a potential tunneler.

    2. Anti-tunneling perks, learn how and when to use them, they can even help you in other aspects.

    3. If the potentially tunneled teammate had bad first chase, greed them on hook a bit to buy yourself some time. Hooked survivor is basically frozen and can't be tunneled while on hook.

    against camping:

    1. know where to force downs. If you notice you are about to get downed soon, run to a zone away from 3-gen in order to force killer to hook you on a hook that is NOT beneficial for them to camp. This is the most logical and easy counter to camping that renders camping as a strategy useless.
    2. since many killers are deciding to randomly camp whatever hook they get, very important for your teammates is NOT TO swarm the hook as soon as camping takes place. This is literally the worst thing to do when killer camps.
    3. Learn to trade hooks to buy even more time
    4. Anti-camping perks
  • 1. If you go into every match with the "i will tunnel asap" mentality then yes, it will hinder your game learning capabilities because you will eventually run into teams that will hardcore punish you for even attempting to tunnel and you will probably end up with 0k in most cases.

    2. Tunneling ISN'T unbalanced and it comes directly from my previous statement. Tools against tunneling are stronger than they've ever been and tunneling in average pub matches should almost always be a dead end. Even in comp matches where some of the strongest anti-tunnels (OTR, Babysitter and StB) are banned and you will usually have only one survivor that actually runs DS and DH, tunneling is severely punished and killer can tunnel only if survivors make a mistake.

Let's be real for once, idk what region you are playing on but it definitely gives totally wrong feedback about tunneling.

  • @StalkingYou said:

are you serious? where did you get the idea that tunneling and camping require no effort on the killer side? unless you are playing an a+ tier killer or the survivor youre tunneling is trash, tunneling actually takes skill nowadays because of the amount of anti-tunnel perks that reset chases and hinder you. try tunneling a survivor who's good in chase with OTR + DS as a m1 killer with no chase power. people need to move on from the mentality that tunneling is a free easy OP win strategy lol

they are right on behalf of pub games, they require no effort because average survivor player simply gives up as soon as they realize killer is playing any of these strategies instead of actually giving an input to countering them. If you refuse to play against strategy, devs will hold your hands further, actually a great strategy to dumb the game down even more.

okay how, just how can tunneling and camping be stronger than ever when anti-tunneling and anti-camping tools are also stronger than ever? I just need to understand this logic.

I said almost as strong as ever. I realise that there have been improvements made against tunneling. But that doesn't change the fact that tunneling and camping are still way too strong for how easy these strategies are.

there is something called learning curve in games. For example, CS2 has a very steep learning curve, did it lose many players because of that? No, because people who decided to play it clearly understood game has a steep learning curve. Now what about dbd. Dbd is very known by killer role being easier to play at low skill levels and getting more difficult the more you play with current matchmaking until you are stuck at specific level or you decide to improve. Survivor role is kinda difficult at the beginning, but gets easier and easier the more you learn because of understanding how to use beneficial aspects of your role to get advantage. If you leave the game prematurely, you are simply not ready to improve nor you want to.

Ok, this part here made me a little speechless. I don't know about you, but most people play video games to have fun. And going against tunneling and camping is not fun whatsoever, for pretty much anyone. Are you unironically going to blame newer players for not sticking around and wanting to learn how to counterplay tunneling and camping? You can't be serious right? This is not about the learning curve of DBD, but about having to play against something as unfun as tunneling and camping. Why bother learning to go against camping and tunneling killers if people can just do something actually fun?

this is such an one-sided argument and kind of fearmongering community with a good ol' "if you don't hold my hand i will leave".

I am not even sure what you are talking about here. All I pointed out is that killer queue times might suffer in the future, because there will be a much greater gain of killer players than survivor players. This is no threat whatsoever, people are allowed to choose what they want to play and what they don't want to play. And as a killer main myself, I don't want to have to suffer through long queue times for that long.

so your suggestion is that giving up shouldn't be punished more until tunneling and camping (which are already punished hard at actually high skill levels) are addressed (they already are, but you are blatantly ignoring it).

The main way to make specific strategy appear less in your matches is to counter it so hard that people understand they can't win by spamming those strats every match.

You seem to be trying to blame the players for tunneling being so strong, but that's simply not true. Tunneling and camping are strong strategies even against good survivors. Tunneling and camping will be going nowhere until the devs, as they plan, do something about it. And no, I am not ignoring that tunneling and camping are punished hard, because they aren't. Yes, there are perks that help against tunneling, and can punish it, but as it stands, right now tunneling and camping are still way too good in too many situations.

honestly, average survivor nowadays finds majority of killer roster unfun to face nowadays simply because "omg, my opponent doesn't have personality (doesn't let me win)" mindset.

Also not true. Of course different people find different killers fun and unfun, but there is much more to that than finding the killers unfun just because the survivor players can't win against them. You are just generalising the entire survivor community based on it's worst members.

I said almost as strong as ever. I realise that there have been improvements made against tunneling. But that doesn't change the fact that tunneling and camping are still way too strong for how easy these strategies are.

way too strong? These strategies are dead at high skill levels unless survivors make chains of critical mistakes. If you want to actually have a successful tunneling session you need to have very short first chase and first down + to actually catch unhooked survivor off guard in order to be able to tunnel them (or just have survivors not touch any gens during and after first chase).

"most people play video games to have fun" is a sentence i always hear when it's about "me win=fun; me lose=no fun"

And again, i'll take cs2 as an example, people who just start playing comp and premier are literally greeted by dying constantly, people yelling at them, them being votekicked and...they still decide to play and after couple of hundred, and then thousand hours, results truly show.

If you are willing to just run around the map and play sandbox, goof around with friends in customs.

And keeping accent on "camping/tunneling" unfun is really tiresome, what about newer killers being greeted by people popping 3 gens in the matter of first chase? Why is killer struggling always treated as skill issue, while survivor struggling is treated as game imbalance and suddenly...caring about newer players?

I don't think yall actually care about new players at all, yall care about tools new players would get to counter those strats becoming available to you because you aware you could abuse them much better.

I am not even sure what you are talking about here. All I pointed out is that killer queue times might suffer in the future, because there will be a much greater gain of killer players than survivor players. This is no threat whatsoever, people are allowed to choose what they want to play and what they don't want to play. And as a killer main myself, I don't want to have to suffer through long queue times for that long.

so you think gain of killer players because of one popular licence character necessarily means queues will struggle?

You seem to be trying to blame the players for tunneling being so strong, but that's simply not true. Tunneling and camping are strong strategies even against good survivors. Tunneling and camping will be going nowhere until the devs, as they plan, do something about it. And no, I am not ignoring that tunneling and camping are punished hard, because they aren't. Yes, there are perks that help against tunneling, and can punish it, but as it stands, right now tunneling and camping are still way too good in too many situations.

have you ever watched an actual match against high level teams? I have so many good survivor friends and we would all love to test your "tunneling and camping are strong strategies statement" by playing a no restrictions custom match to simulate pubs and show you how "strong" those strats are.

Next, let's analyze your "good in too many situations" statement:

Tunneling: good only if you manage to get a very quick first down and team goes for a fast unhook OR if whole team doesn't touch any gens during first chase (very rare occasion against good survivors). Too many situations? Where?

Camping: good only if you manage to get a down close to a 3-gen hook with a killer that actually has strong camping potential (Billy, Huntress, Trickster for example). In modern world where good survivors literally know to actually force a down away from 3-gen hook, good luck trying to camp because you are going to end up with 1K at MAX. Too many situations where it is strong? Lol

Also not true. Of course different people find different killers fun and unfun, but there is much more to that than finding the killers unfun just because the survivor players can't win against them. You are just generalising the entire survivor community based on it's worst members.

i mean, the same part of community that regularly complains about these 3 strats hates way too many killers in roster lol.

  • alright i will break this in quite some arguments.

However, tunneling and camping are almost as strong as ever, with little effort required on the killers side. These strategies are very easy to pull off, and strong, which is why quite a few killer players resort to these strategies.

okay how, just how can tunneling and camping be stronger than ever when anti-tunneling and anti-camping tools are also stronger than ever? I just need to understand this logic.

I think this will cause problems in two ways. For one, the potential gain of new, long term players will be less because of these strategies. New survivor players will play some matches, go against a tunneling and camping killer one too many times, and be done with DBD.

there is something called learning curve in games.

And this will also lead to the problem of longer killer queue times, possibly for more than just the first 1 or 2 weeks after Springtraps release. Because many of the new killer players will have less reason to not be interested in DBD after they play some matches. Of course, killers also have to deal with certain frustrations every now and then, but none of them are nearly as prevelant as tunneling and camping are at the moment.

this is such an one-sided argument and kind of fearmongering community with a good ol' "if you don't hold my hand i will leave".

I just think it's a shame BHVR wasn't able to address these issues before the FNAF chapter. I do think that once these changes do happen in the second half of the year, it will bring back quite a few survivor players, which is of course a good thing. But it would have been nice if tunneling and camping was already much less of an issue for the new players that are going to come with the FNAF chapter.

if matchmaking existed in this game and tunneling/camping were properly punished by players, those strats wouldn't be nearly as much present at "soft MMR cap" nor would content creators push tunneling and camping as "only" ways to win.

Veteran players can build a better game for newer players, yet they chose what they want to do.

Also, two side notes: I personally think the go next prevention shouldn't happen until these anti-camp and anti-tunnel changes happen as well. Unless the go next prevention can somehow account for not wanting to go against such strategies.

so your suggestion is that giving up shouldn't be punished more until tunneling and camping (which are already punished hard at actually high skill levels) are addressed (they already are, but you are blatantly ignoring it).

The main way to make specific strategy appear less in your matches is to counter it so hard that people understand they can't win by spamming those strats every match.

And second, I can only pray that Springtrap is very fun to go against on the survivor side. If we get another Kaneki situation, good luck even finding killer matches.

honestly, average survivor nowadays finds majority of killer roster unfun to face nowadays simply because "omg, my opponent doesn't have personality (doesn't let me win)" mindset.

I'm sorry but I 100% do not want a Ranked mode, or a 5v5 mode, in DBD. I don't care what my true MMR is, I never want to know, and I don't think a 5v5 allout format would even work with Killers of such varied kits.

i'm not talking about caring about what your true MMR is (ranks would just be close representation) but actually being matched against other people with the same "i play to win" mindset that actually want to play with people of similar skill level rather than pubstomping with the current state of matchmaking.

And i'm not talking about 5v5 where you are literally playing 5v5 in one match, i am talking about 1v4 between killer from team A and survivors from team B and vice versa which works with every killer because ourcome of matches on that level are determined by gens repaired, fresh hooks and hooks in general when same killer is played by both teams.

Just saying that not all of us have fun stomping players in a matchmaking that barely exists.

  • as i already said, Oni and Legion is not good combo compared to majority of killers in combo with Oni + Shadow class being go-to pick for Oni directly hinders Legion.

On the other hand, Legion as separate killer in this gamemode is extremely boring and non interactive to vs., i would be more than happy if they were removed

  • taking in mind how many people actually play this game with the sheer intention to win and how many people actively love scrimming and tournaments, i wholeheartedly disagree. Not to mention that pubs are place of so many "sweats" who'd very much go to another level.

    Yeah, I agree.

I know it was suggested at some point, during a survey if I recall correctly, but I do believe a 5v5 mode isn't a good idea, especially because this type of gameplay is better suited for games of different genres.

I don't think it would work or even be fun in DBD.

actually it's very fun and actually a balanced way of skill determining due to sheer A team killer vs. B team survivors/B team killer vs. A team survivor being the best way to actually balance all things out.

  • just as every other M1 killer in the game atm, she struggles a lot mainly due to survivor meta atm. Any kind of buff is just pointless because it definitely won't fix the core "M1 killer" problem about her. The only thing i could think of with surv meta not changing is full-on rework.

  • just add ranked 5v5so that people can finally understand which skill level they are actually at, i would bet many people would be all in for that

    1. 50% killrate means average match is <2k.
    2. If all killers are "A-tier" in pubs as you say, that just means matchmaking needs to be tightened up severely so that people can truly understand how bad half of the killer roster is.

Yea this is honestly how it is as well in many pvp games.

Reshade is banned in all popular PVP games.
DBD just wants to make excuses it seems. Rather than put their foot down.

People comparing this to voice communication or hertz/fps… lmfao, these arent serious arguments.

You cant police voice comms, and you cant police someone using a different monitor or graphics card. Or restriction on innovations in technology as well.

There’s a big difference between having a better monitor versus, modifying the game visuals or audio to highlight enemies. One is a natural hardware edge; the other is altering the game itself to gain an advantage the devs didn’t intend.

There is clear precedence in PVP games. DBD just has to get with the program on this, its such a joke that it even needs to be a suggestion.

Yea this is honestly how it is as well in many pvp games.

Reshade is banned in all popular PVP games.

DBD just wants to make excuses it seems. Rather than put their foot down.

    alright, this is absolutely incorrect.

First of all, only kernel version with addons is not allowed in basically any PvP game, while basic version (the one majority of people use) is only not allowed in specific FPS games like CS2 and Valo, and League of Legends (due to Vanguard preventing it's usage in Valo). In terms of other PvP games, Reshade is mainly not banned at all. And Nvidia Freestyle is allowed on even more games (and it provides the same stuff Reshade does).

People comparing this to voice communication or hertz/fps… lmfao, these arent serious arguments.

yes these are serious arguments because comparing about Reshade in dbd is like comparing about playing on higher hz monitor with higher fps than usual player in cs2, or stuff like setting custom resolution ratio in order for opponents to appear "wider".

You cant police voice comms, and you cant police someone using a different monitor or graphics card. Or restriction on innovations in technology as well.

you can't nor you want to. I don't mind people having that kind of advantage, nor i ever did mind.

"highlighting enemies" is literally a massive exaggeration. It literally just boosts info that is already provided. If e.g. scratch marks didn't appear, you wouldn't see them with filters either.

There is clear precedence in PVP games. DBD just has to get with the program on this, its such a joke that it even needs to be a suggestion.

"there is clear precedence in PvP games" and it's basically only version with addons which isn't allowed in dbd either, and basically games like cs2 and valo where filters allowed you to see through smoke. Let's get a grip here.

Talk about picking up old stuff. I said that over a year ago and I still stand by my opinion.

A lot of people use reshade, a third party software, to gain an advantage in the game. The game was not programmed with reshade in mind. The devs even abandoned offerings that made it so that the players could change the lighting in game because they wanted to have more control over it. If people have issues seeing things in game, then that is totally valid to point out as an issue of accessibility. We should then change the sliders we have IN GAME to adress these issues.

Using third party software imo. is cheating. Thats how I see it personally. Doesnt mean that its necessarily a bannable offence. No matter how small or big the advantage might be, its an advantage, their opponent might not have. People using to gain that adavntage are cheating. Sorry not sorry.

judging by your logic, having 144hz refresh rate on monitors in fps games is cheating because people with 60hz refresh rate have disadvantage lol

That was a very hard match.

wouldn't Shadow be the worst class for Legion and anybody playing with them tho, since being undetectable directly hinders info you get by killer instinct while you are in power?

  • more survivor sided, but less fun for survivor role overall because it just feels less and less interactive. You can literally pump gens so fast and leave, but honestly what's the fun there? Chases are basically nonexistent because it's either Legion every match just playin hit & run or killers grouping up to take you down.

This is just a bit of fun, but a lot of games have character bans these days so if you could choose a killer to ban from being matched with you in your next match, who would you pick? I could see Legion might be a popular pick, perhaps Plague or Freddy too, although Twins or Nurse I don't see enough to justify a ban despite them being strong but I could understand if someone picked them.

I'm the exact same way and I really hope the Devs continue to develop the game in this direction, maybe it will push the sweatlords out into scrims in customs or something…

you will never be able to push those "pub sweatlords" into scrims because people in scrims follow some balance rules, while those sweatlords want to have as much of unfair advantage over their opponents as possible.

And honestly it's kinda rude to work on pushing people who love playing to win into customs rather than balancing the game out and creating something like ranked queues. Everybody has the same rights to play pubs and game should be balanced that way.

Aura reading wont change this killer at the high end. We nurse mains dont need aura reading to still have a completely broken killer.

It wouldnt really matter if you had aura reading during blink you dont use it that way anyways at the higher end.

I dont get a fast down at the start of the game because of aura reading during power. I get it because shes fundamentally broken with little cooldown and too much distance.

1 Blink wouldnt really fix anything either. It would just make her inaccessible to anyone, her learning curve is already too difficult for the majority of the killer base that plays this game. (based on low kill rates at average mmr 3 times in a row). So your whole thing on "bad nurse players" would just turn into "badder nurse players"…

Since you think only good nurse players need only one blink, which they definitely dont, you need 2. Heres some research material before making claims like this:

His first hit is 2 blinks. You can watch where your 1 blink theory applies and it really is only on guarenteed close blink hits. Its 2 everywhere else.

This is the best nurse player in the world for DBD currently. So please stop spreading this nonsense on "need only one blink"

Aura reading wont change this killer at the high end. We nurse mains dont need aura reading to still have a completely broken killer.

at the high end aura perks on both sides are banned, aura perks are significantly lowering skill ceiling on the killer on their own + screw stealthing aspect up and that makes them unhealthy on Nurse.

I dont get a fast down at the start of the game because of aura reading during power. I get it because shes fundamentally broken with little cooldown and too much distance.

Good survivors stealth at early game when playing against Nurse and they don't give their scratch marks away in order to completely minimize her chances of having a secured hit at beginning. Lethal Pursuer goes around this.

Go scrim a bit and watch how good players behave against your Nurse and you will get true insight into Nurse counterplay. People in pubs have very bad macro knowledge :)

Nurse on Midwich is kinda yikes, but whole teams dying at 5 gens and being completely clueless as you can see just shows how bad average pub player is. No knowledge of LoS break chains, stealthing, rotating nor anything similar.

This is the best nurse player in the world for DBD currently. So please stop spreading this nonsense on "need only one blink"

KnightLight is the best Nurse player in the world, tho that doesn't matter in this discussion. And if you want to actually determine strength of killer, judging by their strength based on matches in pub matchmaking against mid survivors at best, that's kinda yikes.

Tbh i really hate this mentality of judging killer strength by how best players of that killer perform against pub survivors, while judging strength of survivor role based on how average pub players play survivor.

  • just make her suffer from Blindness status effect while charging her blink and she's gonna be in a perfect spot.

  • hot take: 2v8 Ghostface is better than 1v4 one, tho he is still weak in 8 survivors environment.

I think these changes would be very good to add to 1v4 basekit of Ghostface, even reduced Exposed timer. Why? Because reduced Exposed timer with all these changes will actually encourage people to play Ghostface the way he is actually supposed to play, stalk, mark, ambush, and not the well known Chaseface playstyle.

Ngl, I've been behind the limiting perks and items to a point system for a LONG time. I can't wait for BHVR to NOT add it. Any idea that doesn't come from them probably will never make it into the game play system. Just goes to show how much pride can cloud vision.

Down votes toward this idea will of course come from people who only play SWF.

BHVR follows the majority. Majority will say NO to this because majority doesn't want balance even if they are very aware that lack of balance = lack of fun for both sides.

That shouldn't really be a controversial statement, honestly.

What counterplay do YOU have, specifically, to tunnelling? Specifically I'm talking about solo queue survivors, what do they have access to, reliably, to beat tunnelling?

    1. Anti-tunneling perks (OTR, DS, Babysitter etc.)

    2. Greeding hooks if you know hooked person is bad in chases (hooked person >>> dead person)

    3. Chase knowledge (this one easily wastes so much time for killer)

With all 3 of these, tunneling is simply impossible unless you make a grave mistake as survivor. All in all, to effectively counter a tunneling killer you need to do the same thing you do against camping killers, waste their time as much as possible.

The main problem of average soloQ survivor is the "i see hooked survivor, i go insta unhook" mindset, and with that kind of mindset you shouldn't be surprised when killer manages to force an early 3v1.

  • if they don't want to remove anon mode, they should at least make it so that anon players CAN'T check profiles and names of other people in lobby at all

  • @xGodSendDeath said:

All the wizards on this forum would have 12 hooked that team. Most people think those survivors need a buff

because average person on this forum views killer role exclusively from the perspective of momo, supalf and other creators that did massive winstreaks thanks to terrible matchmaking, while they view survivor role from perspective of average soloQ player

Most killers are outdated, whenever Behavior adds any mechanics, whether anti-camp / anti-tunnel or improves some perks and nerfs killer perks, those killers receive indirect nerfs.

Trickster definitely doesn't need a big buff, he only needs to be reverted to his old state because of how clunky he feels to play now.

Chucky is already strong, but fine, he doesn't need any more buffs.

Spirit is already bugged again, only thing that should be done about her is accessibility option for players with hearing problems that play against her.

Plague is like...completely fine? But taking in mind how bugged she is, she needs her bugs fixed asap.

    Dracula just has overloaded kit.

Billy is completely fine atm and doesn't need any kind of nerfs.

Nurse just needs small tweak to kill her synergy with aura reading perks.

Blight needs quite some nerfs, maybe token deduction on pallet break, a bit increased token recovery time and longer fatigue.

Hux just needs tweaks that dumbed him down to be reverted, not a big nerf.

  • he's fine now. Seems a bit oppressive in chase when you are asleep, but since waking up is so quick and easy to do, he is okay.

  • @mecca said:

It's ok. It's really ok for the killer to lose every once in awhile. Most likely you didn't play well either.

    it's a Trapper. It's literally a Trapper, a D-tier killer.

Nothing to do with skill issue, Trapper gets 2-3 hooks at best on average against good teams with no limitations on builds on either side.

It's almost as though learning a Killer in depth and getting very good at them makes you a better Killer that is more consistent or something…

yes but...results differ between matches against people with random skill level and people that have similar skill level to the one you have

And this gives Oni hes power, constantly, your comment sounds like gaslighting tbh.

Also its not really true, because Legion can still do normal M1 attacks, and legion can jump pallets / loops.

Its kinda clear from your comment that you havent tried to play against the Legion+Oni combo.

literally every other killer in 2v8 can consistently keep survivors injured while every single of those killers has more in their kit to actually be helpful, unlike Legion that literally just...injures them.

Your logic basically applies pub 1v4 mindset of "don't heal against Legion" in 2v8 and is based on how in pubs those killers contradict each other in those terms.

I really want you to list me advantages of Legion with Oni in 2v8 over Wraith with Oni for example.

  • yes i am dead serious. Legion literally has only injuring in their tool and nothing more, i would rather play duo with Wraith who can force rotations and melt pallets.

Played 3 matches back to back with a friend who plays Legion for decent amount of time and you are literally playing 1v8. Even if Legion cleans up after you, they have no mobility like e.g. Wraith.

I was even saying before when it was a hypothetical duo that Legion lacks any form of lethality to be a decent duo for Oni, while Pague would actually be the perfect combo for him.

    really?

he seems extremely powerful when I play him and I get iri every month when just messing around with dredge

do people just not use his power mid chase? or what because that genuinely confuses me on how higher skilled players are having more trouble with a pretty good killer

there is something called awful matchmaking where even worst killers like Sadako have insanely high killrates and give consistent wins to people who spent time learning them.

  • @BorisDDAA said:

Eh it's the worst version yet for survivors. Herbs have been removed, legion is still in almost every game with giga buffed oni, useless smoke bombs in a lot of chests (which also incentivize teammates not do gens because they want them).

i can tell you that Legion is actually not even a good combo with Oni because you are supposed to hard carry as Oni and basically play 1v8 due to Legion not being able to do anything other than injuring survs. Wraith can at least force rotations and melt pallets, Legion can't do any of that.

  • "we noticed how average surv is so bad at the game that even bots manage to quickly tunnel them out so we decided to make killer bots no longer tunnel"

  • Artist has been powercrept so much that now she literally can't even breach walls of A-tier even when played absolutely perfectly against good teams. All of the bugs come on top of that. Honestly, i think she could receive some buffs

  • they did for some time after Eruption nerf, but 1y ago game started going downhill again. More and more bugs, more and more cheaters, matchmaking still bad, game balanced for newbies without awareness about how good players will abuse "boosts" for newbies.

We got massive focus on new content in terms of licences, while bugfixes and health are kinda...quite ignored

  • @PR0BKA said:

There is a bug with blight when you break the pallet at close range and it causes your tokens to recharge with huge delay (about 2 seconds). You fixed the opposite bug that caused tokens to recharge faster during the break animation in the last update, but its looks like you completely forgot about the fact that another version of this bug still exist. Please fix it.

a bug that should've actually been a feature? Looks fine to me, Brutal zoning was already very oppressive

Hate to be this person, but i think its a skill issue. I get tons of value using Surge, i don't understand how you think its a bad perk? Eruption is a completely different perk, it requires gen kicking unlike Surge. Surge is a passive regression, hence why its numbers are a tad lower, but even then doesn't make the perk "worse" than Eruption.

skill issue is when survivors force down away from gens that are being worked on lol.

On actual high skill levels, you can easily deny value of this perk, i recommend you to play against actually skilled teams.

Also...Surge is literally not a passive regression, passive regressions are Ruin, CoB and Overcharge.

Eruption comparison wise, Eruption is the best regression atm.

  • it's useless compared to almost every other gen slowdown perk. Counterplay to it is literally so easy that you'd have it's value denied so often that you'd be extremely lucky to blow up gens that actually have some progress and are important for protecting.

Eruption exists and is way more consistent + is the best perk for protecting your 3-gen
