I'll reserve my judgement until after I see the changes.
As long as they don't make her add ons worthless, and significantly change her base power, we're cool.
-
Cmon' now, chocolate.
-
It's hard to pick exactly three foods, but I would probably pick one meat, one vegetable, and one grain/fruit (not sure which is more important).
-
I will keep an open mind about this, but there are a couple of things I should mention:
- This streamer needs to keep tabs on all the matches and outcomes. The depip squad had a spreadsheet. I want to see something similar.
- A large number of his matches should be played without add ons. This will give us an idea on whether base kit Nurse is balanced.
Ideally, I would also like to see game play from the survivor perspective as well. That way we can better judge how optimally the survivors played. Playing against well known survivor streamers is a plus as well.
Lastly, if he can break up his matches and post them on YouTube (with a clear title), that would help make the analysis easier.
-
I'm not strictly opposed to survivors talking with each other, but it needs to be balanced (which the devs have embarrassingly failed to do so far).
-
That's just how some killers play. Nothing you can do except hope that you get matched with a competent team.
-
A lot of the maps need changes, not just Rancid Abattoir.
-
Nurse doesn't need a nerf (unless I see some convincing evidence to the contrary).
-
@Kabu I know looping Spirit is a bad idea. I was just pointing out that sometimes you can take advantage of a building loop or something similar (like a safe pallet).
-
SWF.
-
Were they all playing Jeff? That would be pretty funny if they were.
-
Map design is a legitimate criticism of the game. Devs need to stop making garbage maps.
-
He's pretty irksome to play against, but I wouldn't call him overpowered.
-
Maybe on console, but not on PC lol.
-
Leatherface is the weakest killer in the game. His power is almost a complete waste against competent survivors.
-
BT immediately comes to mind. Kindred is always helpful too.
We'll Make It is another one.
And pretty much any anti slug perk.
-
There's really not much you can do against a Spirit without Iron Will. Especially, if you're a Jeff main like me lol.
You might be able to take advantage of a really strong loop. So there's that.
Also, Spine Chill can help you avoid the first hit.
-
Maybe an offering that allows survivors to be hooked one extra time?
Overpowered as hell, but it would be pretty hilarious.
-
I'm probably one of the few friendly killer mains out there. Example: Letting survivors farm when one disconnects.
And honestly? Survivors are very polite and thankful 95% of the time when I'm nice to them as killer. So, I don't really mind being a nice killer.
-
I don't think killers should be punished for camping whatsoever if there is at least one survivor close to the hook.
-
Blood Lodge isn't really a fair map because it's so open.
Show me several games of a god Nurse beating god survivors. And I insist on multiple matches because one must account for as many variables as possible.
-
This is probably pretty selfish of me, but I hope none of the survivor cosmetics win (unless it's a Jeff skin because he's my main).
There are already so many survivor cosmetics. I want to see more killer cosmetics added.
As for ones that I think could win?
Well, I saw a few really good Nurse skins. There was also a very cool Wraith skin. I'm guessing at least one of them will be a winner.
-
For the most part, I like to use Dead Hard and Borrowed Time. The other two perks change quite a bit.
-
Legion is a mediocre killer in terms of viability. If you know how to chase optimally, then you can expect a decent amount of success.
As for perks, I recommend the standard M1 killer build: Ruin, BBQ, Enduring, and Spirit Fury.
-
Just keep playing and learning until you become really optimal with your chases. That's the biggest hurdle.
But also keep in mind there are certain matches that you simply cannot win. If you're playing Wraith on Haddonfield against competent survivors, that's gg. All you can do is suck it up and move on.
-
You want to be like Zubat?
Well, that will take thousands of hours of play time.
-
Interesting list you got there.
-
@EntityDispleased Then why has it become so severe recently?
Also, what settings did you tweak to get the problem to stop? Make sure you explain the process in baby steps. I very seldom tamper with my game files.
-
Leatherface because he is the weakest killer in the game.
-
It does seem to be a bit inconsistent.
But as others have said, add ons can make it hard to break GF out of stealth.
-
Normally when a killer is not performing particularly well during a match, you can expect NOED to activate at the end.
-
The balance used to be MUCH worse.
But the devs have been making progress. As of now, the devs need to understand that big maps are not balanced. Also, building loops need to go.
-
The only thing that needs to be nerfed is map design.
-

Yes. Constantly. I honestly thought it was my mouse, but it doesn't happen in other games.
Same. My mouse was working fine while playing For Honor.
-
@EntityDispleased I'm not sure what you mean by editing gameusersettings.
This problem hasn't really occurred until recently. And by the looks of it, I am not the only one experiencing this.
-
Map design needs a nerf.
-
Leave my Spine Chill alone.
-
What's wrong with Spine Chill? Seems like a fair perk to me.
-
The community is incredibly divided over Nurse.
You have one group that argues Nurse is unbeatable once mastered.
The other group argues base kit Nurse can be countered with skillful play.
As for me? I haven't seen any strong evidence that shows Nurse is unbeatable.
Sooooo.....

Absolutely! It seems lame to camp someone on the hook. Waste of time. Yeah, the matchmaking has been ridiculous! I play on xbox and thought that PC would be cooler.
Nah, matchmaking sucks on PC too.
-
Sounds like you have been getting screwed by the matchmaking. Sorry about that.
I'll go ahead and give you some good advice. Try not to camp. The more you chase people, the faster you'll get better at catching survivors.
And don't feel bad about losing. Everyone has to learn the ropes at some point. Just keep at it.
-
Just keep practicing and eventually you'll become decent.
It's important to realize that there are some matches you just can't win. If you get matched with competent survivors while playing Wraith, that's gg. All you can do is suck it up and move on.
With enough play time, you learn to stop caring as much.
-
LF is the weakest killer in the game. You won't get to use his power against competent survivors.
The only thing LF has going for him is his ability to camp.
So yes, LF needs big changes.
-
Jump scares and strategizing sounds like Hag to me.
-
Disconnecting is worse when I'm playing survivor.
-
That would probably make solo survivor even more unfun and annoying.
No thanks.
-
@miaasma Wouldn't that make Huntress really overpowered?
She already has the potential to end chases quickly (assuming the player is skilled).
I think it would be better if the devs stopped making ######### maps.
-
I don't know why they made the lullaby non directional. In return for strong chasing potential, Huntress is supposed to be easier to stealth.
-
It will probably be years before these changes get implemented lol.
-
I thought the game was relatively balanced.
