For normal version of the game this won't be added in. Mostly because of having to balance 2 diffrent versions of the same character (with diffrent playstyles).
In KYF, sure why not if they still have the code or something.
-
Same should go for their original outfit.

Hummm, if u was played as survivor will know the speed if u work alone in 1 gen.
Don't know what you exactly want from me?
The speed is 80 seconds...

there are few overperforming survivor perks that are used all the time and also gen speeds which are extremely fast and none of this has been adressed ever
... Which should. But i have no power over what devs do.

Dude, killers are fine, you just have to learn to avoid them like any other
Again, i'm not saying killers aren't fine or are fine. I'm just saying that if something is overperforming it should get nerfed (or other things should get buffed to it's level, it depends)
-
IF killers are overperforming then they should get nerfed. Same goes for perks for each side.

The entire point of the scream is to pinpoint survivors. So maybe don't snap out of it at the hook, or within the killer's radius. If you miss a skillcheck and scream, move away before resuming. If you're afraid of screaming, bring Iron Will. Or get better at skillchecks to snap out of it faster. You're aware you still scream in Madness 1, too, right?
- Iron Will doesn't stop screams, Calm Spirit does
- You constantly and randomly scream during madness 3 thus revealing your position (the thing op wants to supress for 60 seconds after being unhooked)
- Skillchecks don't progress the Snap out of it. They just prevent the screaming.
- You actually don't screm in Madness 1. Unless you mean the Tier Up scream.
-
Imo, it could be longer (20 sec) with shorter cd (40 sec).

I see only 2 there.
Idk how they glitched into each other (because usually only that results in being blocked).

I've been playing for almost 2 years now and still receive tips over which killer I'm going against. I have tips turned off in the settings too.
Huh... That must be a client specific bug then. Did you try checking you files or contacting support about it?
-
That only works for like... 2-3 games when you didn't face that killer at all.
They're only there to help survivors to know what they killer can do.

@Regionlock said:
Noed shouldn't even be in the game, it's a trash perk. So is adrenaline and every other perk that rewards bad play for pressing no key on your keyboard. We should give killers a skillcheck the size of DS to activate when all gens are done so we can all experience just how bad some people who run Noed are. If they can't even lad a skillcheck they don't deserve insta downs and free speed for failing to do their role.
And the just cleanse totems isn't an excuse for this garbage perk. Not everyone is running a full stack SWF and the RNG placement of these totems can be very bad at times. Anyone who says it's fine is mostly a killer main who rely's on it. Any decent killer hates the dam perk too.
Making a killer use a survivor mechanic isn't a good idea. Not everyone who mains killers are god survivors. And vice-verse.
BUT, one change that actually would benefit the whole cleansing - the totem counter as stated above OR every totem (even dull) create an audio when destroyed (ofc diffrent than hexes to avoid confusion). That way you can count up how many been destroyed.

Quite simple:
First of all the hatch only spawns when the last survivor is alive to avoid hatch camping both from killer AND survivor OR when all 4 are alive for the achievement. Then, keys are not istant, but they have to be channeled for at least 5 to 10 seconds to open hatch. And last, but not least, you can't bring more then ONE key per game.
Worth enough? :)
Aside from the last one, everything seems good.

Then can we get a bug fix to make this actually work more than apparently 0% of the time instead? Either or, really.
It does work tho.
-
I seriously have no idea what you're talking about.
-
There were many other suggestions like these.
And my answer (and i think also devs answer) is still no, mostly because there would be "meta survivors" which would basically guarantee seeing the same survivor 4 times every game (or maybe 2-2 depending on how "good" would they be)

@Peepo said:
Hitboxes are rectangular. It takes 1-2 games as\against Huntress to know and tilt. And they should not be if you add range killers. Fix when?
Weren't they more of an capsule?
-
Were you in tier 1 by any chance? It doesn't trigger then.
-
@batmanscar said:
it does affect the game when survivors gen rush and at 4.2 speed he is useless
Again, you're not 4.2 EDIT: My bad, he is actually 4.2 but my point still stands (unless running certain add-ons that don't even match with tier 1) and if you're tier 1 for the WHOLE GAME (without using scratched mirror) you might be doing something wrong.
-
I'm sorry but making something can't be called laziness.
Now is it greed? Not... really? BHVR maybe thought that this skin would be best if it wasn't mixed and matched with anything else. It doesn't lose it's charm (cause together this skin really looks cool) if it was paired with let's say the side bun.
Tbh, they only screwed themselfs because they didn't release them from the beginning. If they did, people would expect them and (while still angry) understand that they will exist.

nop, im back to black desert online. u wont see me lel.
I wouldn't say they're the worst. They aren't the best obviously but still.
Well i wish you the best of luck. Maybe one day you'll return to us ^^
-
Unless for certain builds, you shouldn't stay at tier 1 that long for it to affect you.
As for some of the add-ons, it's mostly for balance (except vanity mirror i still don't get why that slows you down)
-
1. Where did they go? Achievement would have to get changed... Somehow.
2.
The SKELETON KEY has a fixed chance (let's say 1% or whatever the vanilla chance is) to be found in a chestThis way, I wouldn't feel cheated as killer, if someone escapes via Key.Oh really? Someone having a 1/100 per chest to gain something that could just let them leave if they get it? +If a survivor uses them in 3 surv situation would screw over their team even more.
In 2 surv not much would change if they get it.
-
For newer players mostly.
Although an option to switch it out for actual numbers would be nice.
-
If these Billy changes come through, another mid-chapter might be a Spirit nerf.
-
Being tired of the game is totally fine. Not having fun anymore is also totally fine. Maybe you're just burned out of the game.
Hope that maybe one day you'll come back.

These forums in a nutshell, this is the type of brainless response that stops anything productive happening here, not what I wrote.
By responding? No.
By calling everyone an idiot? Yes certainly.

I don't think Spine Chill needs a nerf. It does it's job and does it well.
Premonition should get a buff however.

Latency, maybe, but highly doubt it. number 2, no idea what that even means.
No, it IS latency.
And here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/167809
"Currently, hits are handled on the Killer’s end. If they appear to be within range of a Survivor, they will be able to hit them. In most cases, this works well: The Killer is able to reliably hit Survivors, and the Survivors see roughly the same thing on their end with a small amount of latency. If the Killer has a weak connection to the server, however, it can cause some strange looking hits that appear to be out of range, most notably at pallets and windows.
During this upcoming Player Test Build (PTB), we’ll be testing Server Side Hit Validation. Any time the Killer hits a Survivor, the server will check and see if the hit was possible within a reasonable margin. If the Survivor was too far to be hit, the hit is negated."
The exact quote here. ^

As I said, those things are easy to balance. If they run tests and find that 105% base movement speed is "too much", they try 3%, 2%. Let's not forget that killers have Bloodlust. So, let's say they change Meg's base movspeed to 102% and that extra 2% gives her 2 extra seconds of chase. It's not like your team mates could do much in this "two extra seconds" you bought them.
Those 2% can translate to another loop. Or more distance than usual.
And on the note of them being so small they are not noticable - then what's the point of them from the start?
(Oh and bloodlust exists for a diffrent reason)
-
@Fenril said:
That's why those passives would have to be just "slight improvements to each survivor most basic role". Balancing that shouldn't be that hard.
For example... "Ace" is all about luck. So, overall, his luck would be 2% above "basic luck stats", which is 4%. It's not a huge deal. This idea could also be used on the prestige system. Losing everything you have to get a blood soaked up version of your basic outfit is just outrageous.
In the end, it wouldn't create a "survivor meta", cause it's just a very small "buff" to add some extra identity to each survivor. If you do not play as Feng Ming today cause you don't like her, would you play her if she were 2, 3% quieter when repairing a gen? I really doubt so. It's not "game determinant", and as a killer, unless you're a god amongst us, you can't discern the difference between 3% louder or 3% quieter when it comes to "repairing gens". You'd check that gen either way.
Again. Those are 2 examples of "bad" passives.
Your Meg one is one of the strongest ones, having Hope base would be just bonkers.
-
I still don't think it's a good idea.
1. Meta survivors - which could (and probably will) result in higher wait times.
2. Those who maxed out one survivor that their passive is useless (or just worse) will feel dissapointed now. Thus far they've been that skins.
3. The balance would be just... Bad.
-
Which bug?

it would be faster and easier to just quit this game and abandon this community of brainletts who still think survivor is OP because they watch too many "Baby killer bullied lul" Comps by ochido
How to turn away any discussion 101
-
Loopers - For this it would be good if the pallets could be randomised for each matchThis already happens, location or an entire tile can be diffrent.
automatically stunned for a few seconds giving the survivor a chance to escape.A chance you say.
the survivor a better chance to escape.Wiggling isnt made for escaping, just to prevent basement everytime.
Then once hooked it would be good if there were three stages, one try escape, second stage have a skill check chance, then the third stage struggle.I would say that what we have now is enough. Having more would be just an annoyance.
-
No.
-
It was BHVR's idea ._.
And he's just good not broken.
-
This. This is an actual joke. A FULL MINUTE of hidden time RIGHT BESIDE A KILLER but NOT IN A CHASE WITH THEM. Anyone who plays survivor can tell you that unless you have an afk killer that you can stand by, the only way to get this is by following a killer the ENTIRE MATCH and just HOPING they don't turn around and notice you. From personal experience, i got it in like 1st try. And yeah just follow the killer while they're chasing someone else and when you think you've got enough go back to doing generators.
