why are you so pressed about these topics?
how does it change your daily life? You seem mad about it, are you ok?
Why we are posting about streamer who had hacker issue? What is point of this post? If everyone starts to share their games with hackers, forum will be full with them.
Do we really want that? Because i don't. If you have hacker, report them.

They should make basekit BT or OTR have the same effect as MoM, where it gives you "endurance" but it doesn't put you in deep wounds. Although I'm scared some dude will take like 2 protection hits for the unhooker.
Or base-kit BT should make you lose collision. So with this way, they can't take protection hit and plus you are not losing your OTR effect.

Because it's a game issue? We are in general discussion, everyone can talk about game issues no matter who is suffering about it.
It is hacker issue and he needs to report them. And we all having hackers anyway, should we all report them to here whenever we have?

@JoByDaylight said:
I agree with what you say. OTR is very overrated and has not given me any value any time, other than being silent. I’ve taken it out of my main build long time ago.
Really hoping for 5 second DS again.
Me too. Whenever killers are seeing you are silent, they are hitting you early. It has very easy counter which makes it pretty bad.
DS had surprise factor, killer did not know you have it or not. So sometimes they were respecting it but current DS is pretty garbage. There is nothing to stop killers to not tunnel.
@GannTM said:
Yeah OTR is a little overrated. I feel it’s only useful if you lead the killer on a long chase after getting hooked, but most of the time the basekit BT endurance will be the one saving you anyway.
I agree with that. OTR is B-tier perk, maybe low A. That's all.
-
And why we should care about LilithOmen? He should report them, i don't know why is this post here

A perk that literally just gives nearby map information to one survivor, and it's still complained about... 🙄
Survivors have a perk which is useful for something.
Some Killers: NERF IT! SO OP, I CAN NOT HANDLE IT. SURVIVOR HAVE VALUE FROM IT, THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPEN.

well like you said : it's my opinion and you have yours. Even if you said in a very unrespectful way ^^ Dredge is high for me because of the Nightfall and locker factor, Nemesis is basically a bad Huntress so not my cup of chocolate to verse but i can see how others can find him fun to play :)
I did not meant to be rude, i was just joking...

Not asking for a nerf, just some balancing. Because I'm not the only one who's complained about flashlights. Idk, just not being pre-stunned before the animation even finishes.
Light born though, is that a Billy perk? Do I need to play him to unlock the perk or just prestige him?
Flashlights are seriously not that bad. If you play more, you will learn how to counter them. You can bait survivors for free hits as well.
If you p1 Billy, Lightborn will unlock on all of your killers. You are new killer and Lightborn is new killer friendly perk. So you should use it when you see survivors have flashlights.
-
You are new killer and you are asking nerf for something instead of trying get good?
Just use Lightborn and try to adept. After a while, you will not need Lightborn. Flashlights are fair.

@Adeloo said:
finally someone else that think Blight and Nurse are fun to verse !!
I really enjoy going against them and the other Chase oriented killers. Like you i really hate killers that force pallet drop + holding W like Clown/Artist/Bubba.
Basically my Tier list in term of fun while being chased and you could say i just fin top tier killer funnier to face.
Your tier list is so boring and bad, sorry! Nemmy is so low and Dredge is so high. I would not mind Dredge honestly but nightfall hurts my eyes so much.
And Nurse depends on player tho.
-
So tunnel one of the survivors and get easy win every match. Because whenever they are 3 v 1, it will be so hard to stay group. And if they repair gens alone, it will take 120 seconds.
Survivors will be stay as group, so this mean killer has less area to patrol. Killers can easy pressure on survivors because only 2 gens are repairing at start for the worst scenario. Discordance will be meta ofcourse after that.
Killers still have their anti-gen meta perks and they will bring them as well. They are stackable and with 120 seconds gen times, good luck to power the gates.
Kill rates probably will up to 99%, hatch still exists at least
Good buff for killers honestly.

They were asked to, so that games couldn't be held hostage for the poor survivors who want to unalive themselves on hook and mess up the game for everyone else. 😭
I don't know who asked for it but sadly all of new perks are garbage... Probably we will never get good killer or survivor perks anymore
-
Hooked on You Spirit skin should be added to DbD. It is looking very well.

Hardly to see it... And no surprise at all. BHVR nerfed it into ground.

The developers have flat out said "We are not making Kindred basekit".
Like they have addressed this request. Specifically. Many times.
Stop asking for it. We already got a clear and firm NO on this.
They said they will never gonna add Clown type killer but they did.
They said gen times are alright for very long time but then they admitted it was not fine.
They said OoO is fine perk, user is dying most of times but then they changed their mind about it.
Op's post is not against rules. So stop BOSS'ing him, he can write whatever he want if it is about the game. You are not boss here, stop acting like you are.

The "buffs" are making zero differences in my matches. But i'm sure it makes a difference against absolute baby survivors.
So more buffs will help? What do you need for balanced matches

@Hannacia said:
I think they should buff specific killers and not everyone. Myers, Ghosty, Trapper Sadako all the slow M1 killers have still major issues performing well and i barely even see them anymore these days. I tried ghosty yesterday myself and oh boy was it fun... ( sarcasm )
Biggest issue which is probably the map sizes should be looked at but since the game does have killers like nurse and blight they need to be fixed before anything else is done.
Like you said, i doubt we will get small maps while we have Nurse. And maybe Blight.
We got 2 small maps in row (Saloon & Midwich) and then they stopped to make this. Because they saw Nurse is problematic on these maps.
-
Because it is not Old DbD anymore. Old DbD was fun and good game. DbD should back to 2019, the best year of DbD.

Starstruck is good counter against sabo squads.

And we all thought Plague's skin was the worst Amazon reward.

It's pretty obvious the whole 8% increase in kill rate are from soloq so they won't do any improvements for soloq anytime soon since they literally said in that dev post they like the new kill rate.
I doubt, they will add some buffs for solo survivors. I don't know when but i am sure we will get some love too. But they probably will keep kill rates around 60%. They will make more changes for that.
-
@supersonic853 said:
Id just bump the range to 10 meters,maybe mess with the time to like 40 seconds. But thats it.
2 buffs will make it very good perk.
Make it work for both hook states, it is just force you to hook trades right now.
And make it work for 10m.
And we will have pretty good perk to use against campers.

You are joking, right? There's no way that this map is even remotely fair for both sides... The HUGE amount of safe pallets near each other paired with jungle gyms, killer shack and the central building make it one of the most survivor side maps in the entire dbd existence...
Looks like skill issue.
-
61% is honestly good rate to balance around. But i also wanna see how much kills comes from solo survivors and i hope some buffs for them.

Nope, it should be next week. If they won't change the date ofcourse. They are usually releasing new stuffs at 3 week intervals.

Try playing a chainsaw or ranged killer and test out the reddish bushes. Those hitboxes are far from fair for killer. Also there is an excess of pallets all throughout the map, with too many requiring Bloodlust before being mindgame-able. I would say when the survivors are dumb enough to pop main gen early it isn't a problem, but otherwise those windows are disgusting. I will say I do like the aesthetic, and is a very fun map to play against Nurse on, with plenty of simple LOS blockers. It also is a rare case of having enough grass to actually play Trapper on, unlike other recent maps like RPD and Eyrie.
I don't play chainsaw killers, so i don't know about them. But i play as Nemmy and Nurse. Yeah, it is strong map against Nurse but you still can do well if you can read survivors.
-
I don't know why people hated it but Garden of Joy decent is map. Main building is a bit problematic but it is not big deal. Most of loops are fair for both sides, map is not so big. So it is easy to pressure on gens.

Alright well since you have nothing to add you can go ahead and stop quoting my posts then.
I will be happy to reconsider if you do have actual reasonable feedback to add.
I already did, i told you why your suggestion so bad. But why you are refusing to understand.

@kingcarl2012 said:

How is that different from now? If it is a 2v1 due to tunneling and lets say 3 gens need to get done, sure there may be outliers, but 90% of those games minimum the killer wins.
Ending the game there would take satisfaction away from tunnelling killers of being able to get their precious 4k, and repeat offenders could be punished, to encourage healthier gameplay overall.
Maybe re-read the questions with a more open mind, and actually form a real response.
Your idea was terrible, but i still gave feedback as to the issue with it.
I am just glad you are not on dev team, i am really so glad for that.

Ok well your suggestion is a time limit I believe you said 25 minutes, thats a fine limit if the game is going pretty evenly, its ridiculously long if the game is a stomp one way or the other.
There is also the question of what happens at that time and then you end up right back at the current endgame.
My idea preserves good games and eliminates alot of the issues with bad games.
There is room for refinement, for instance, a game ending this way could be excluded from mmr, it could even just safety pip the survivors still in the game if they havent pipped, it could impose a matchmaking penalty on killers who trigger this ending too frequently to help reduce tunnelling, a bloodpoint bonus for the game ending prematurely. There are alot of options to balance things out.
What part specifically do you object to that makes it terrible?
Do you enjoy the 2v1 hide and seek?
Slugging for the 4k?
When your teammate sells you out to try and get the killer to give them hatch?
Do you object to the number of gens left that triggers it? What if it triggered if there were 2 or more gens left instead?
Tunnel 2 survivors and win every game! Yeah, very good idea lmao.
No, thanks.

With my suggestion you wont need a time limit, the only games going over 10 minutes will be the close interesting ones.
Your suggestion is terrible lol, it should not be in the game.
-
This is very good change, good job BHVR!
-
@SuzuKR said:
No, cause the game is still winnable and doing gens/chases/etc even in a hopeless situation is still fun.
There does need to be an in game mechanic to prevent survivors from taking the game hostage though.
I think we need time limit for trials. Let's say 25 minutes. But the problem is with that, who will win if both sides don't complete their objectives.
-
It is still garbage perk, 30-35% will be good enough.

No, that add-on makes it so that he breaks the pallet instead off vaulting it. OP's proposal would make it so that you both vault the pallet and destroy it, like iri pin on legion.
Thank you for explain it, you are faster than me.

@ThiccBudhha said:
Survivors were really upset by the slight killer buffs. I honestly say we should just revert them. As a killer, the difference is negligible regardless. So I do not care if we lose those buffs. But the survivors are clearly distraught about them. I do not see a reason to not just change it back to how it was mechanically and decrease gen times.
They could also make the incentive 200% instead. Sweeten the deal and make survivor the way to grind BP. Might be healthier for the game.
You are not serious right?
-
@BrokenSouI said:
Not gonna lie. Sounds like a bit of a skill issue. Some killers need buffs. But a lot are quite good
I agree with that. I don't think we need to buff killers in general anymore, some killers needs to be looked. Sadako is one of them for an example.
-
From my games, it is not. Off the Record is the most popular perk atm for me. Dead Hard is also popular but it is not like old times
-
I have a lot Spirits in my games and i hate it. I miss the days when she was not that popular :(
-
Evil Dead is another dead game lol, i doubt they will take notes from this game.
-
I agree with that. Reassurance needs 2 changes for make it good perk:
- Make distance 10m.
- Make it work for each hook state instead of per hook instance.
-
@CaulDrohn said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3184168#Comment_3184168
Still the devs were very true when they said a perk shouldn't be used for BP reasons alone. I liked the perk very much myself for the BP bonus, but that "fear of missing BP" made me run it in each and every game, and so limiting my build options. Now I can freely choose all four perk slots, only picking BBQ if It really macthes in my designated build. I feel thats a big win.
But now i have less BP as killer. Killers almost never got this BP bonus, it is always on survivors.
