Great : Carburetor Tunning Guide.
Terrible : Frank's Mix Tape.

Apples are quite useless to me honestly, especially when you're running PWYF+Nemesis. Nobody is staying injured against a 130% speed killer, even the meta perks besides Unbreakable won't save you from that.

Idk about that one chief
Idk about you, but for every "Nerf toolbox" thread I saw at least 5 "Nerf Nurse" threads.

😂😂😂😂😂
All the game has been is nerfing survivors and buffing killers due to you cry babies.
Do your research
In my research, survivors cried more about Nurse and Spirit than killers cried about toolboxes, thus that's why they were getting nerfed faster.
-
Who says that Plague needs to take her Corrupt Purge at the start of the match ? It's better to take it when you have at least 1 person on hook and the others injured.

Does Whispers work against people in lockers?
Yes.
-
Oh God, you just have opened Pandora's box ...
-
I think both Keys and Moris are unfair and should be nerfed.
-
Ruin got nerfed, so killers adapted by moving to NOED and now everyone is crying about it. Before Ruin nerf I didn't see as many NOED users or posts complaining about NOED.

Crazy idea; Have an ACTUAL perk, one that's useful throughout the entire game, such as Save the Best For Last, and LEARN TO NOT RELY ON A SINGLE DUMB PERK.
Huh, Save The Best For Last is useless untill you reach 6 stacks at least, so I don't know what's your point.

No it's still dumb that you get exhausted just from the gas. It's almost impossible to avoid the gas consistently. If he had to hit you with the bottle it would be balanced because then there is at least some skill-reward for the Clown.
Also Berus Toxin is just fine the way it is. Being a 110 killer it's the best counter to Dead Hard, and it's cheap. Venomous Concoction should be reworked because 90 seconds is just overkill. It should inflict Oblivious for like 30 seconds instead.
Oblivious would be useless on Huntress because of her 45 meters radius lullaby.
-
Spirit and Nurse are ghosts, they can't be killed.
You need to pull out Freddy from his Dream World in order to kill him.
If Plague is able to spread her sickness and she's taken out then all killers who aren't ghosts/demons would eventually die because of sickness.
-
The Monster.
-
There's not such thing as "Pig unfair add-ons". Her add-ons are one of the weakest among all killers. Tampered Timer only reduces the timer from 2 minutes and a half to 2 minutes. So it only cuts off 30 seconds. It's very unlikely to get a head pop even with her best trap add-ons. You just got unlucky in that one game.
-
Plague.
-
I would put Plague in B and Huntress in the higher end of C.

lol I love when people bring up the kill rates even though the devs said they dont mean much and should be taken with a grain of salt .
I saw a lot of people bringing these stats to justify the game being killer sided ...

People feel entitled to win just for picking killer. They refuse to "git gud" so to speak and just want everything on the survivor side nerfed. Oh whats that I cant camp/tunnel a survivor out immediately? NERF DS/BT!!
You know it's true with how much they defend NOED. That reveals a lot as to what kind of players they are.
Just reminds me of every bad killer I come across who telegraphs all their moves in chases, commit to one survivor for 5 gens, then rely on NOED to carry them.
You have no right to complain about these threads after saying that you hope Billy will get nerfed into the ground.

The reason his power is so strong even at base is because at the end of the day, addons for the most part change the time values with his power. The minute it gives at base allows for plenty of time to get multiple downs. The effectiveness of his power comes from the insane slugging that comes with his power.
His base duration is only 45 seconds and you lose 7 seconds when you down a survivor. If survivors are spread out and can stall you enough when you are in your power, you're not getting more than 1 down with your Blood Fury. That's why I feel he is lackluster without add-ons.

It definitely sucks, but at least he isn't an addon dependent killer.
His base kit doesn't seem that good to me.
-
No, very overrated perk in my opinion.
-
None of them.
-
Maps. And kick out Ruin.
-
You should replace Nurse's with Infectious and you got an alright build.
-
@LemeTheMeme said:
Your arguments about “weak” killer perks you mentioned is absurd. The real only perks that need changing are beast of prey. The rest fit into builds, and wether their niche or not, they fit into those builds well and make them possible.
Also whispers and thrilling tremors are amazing. I use whispers on a lot of killers (Pig, Plague, Huntress, Clown, sometimes Billy, Doctor, and really it works with every killer. Especially helps with early AND late game.
Thrilling tremors is better than BBQ, but people still run BBQ for the extra BPs (very guilty of this)
Cough Zanshin Tactics cough Monstrous Shrine cough Mindbreaker cough Unrelenting cough Huntress Lullaby cough Overcharge cough Unnerving Presence cough Overwhelming Presence cough Lightborn cough Furtive Chase cough.
-
Plague, she can be very deadly and has Infectious Fright as a very solid perk.

If you want to, then yes.

Ans the stats include red rank survivors going against green rank killers, and afk deranking wraiths going afk and letting survivors escape.
Exactly. That's why we shouldn't base anything on these stats.

So tell me why the best killer I have ever seen, with a 98% win ratio at red ranks ranks, swears by it and calls it the best killer perk in the game?
https://mixer.com/ProVengeance
Throw on whispers if you have a hard time finding survivors.
Your link says : "Darn, this channel doesn't exist yet", so I highly doubt for the moment that such killer with 98% kill rate even exist.
-
But the stats include red rank killers playing against low rank survivors and survivors suiciding in end game to save their friend from the hook. And again, going with these stats, Nurse is the worst killer in the game and should be buffed.
-
I think Discordance is overrated. In my experience, it only activates 1 or 2 times per match and in some matches it never activates and becomes as useless as Mindbreaker.
-
You don't even need to try that hard, Billy will definitely get nerfed soon anyway.
-
Freddy's snares aren't that good.
-
None of them.
-
Survivors can't see your aura with Object if you play a killer with Undetectable status, however, the perk still lights up when the survivor is looking into your direction, so they still know from what direction are you coming even if you play a killer with Undetectable.
-
I recommend to use on Spirit stall perks like Pop and/or Sloppy and tracking perks like Surveillance, BBQ and/or Nurse's Calling.
-
From your thread I understand that Clown is underrated because you can win against bad/mediocre survivors with him. This is not a convincing argument.

See how you said Killers need to slow down the game a bit, thats what Im trying to imply. Killers should've used different slowdown perks instead of relying on ruin. Now that ruin is being reworked, they won't be able to do anything and will probably rely on tunneling and camping (Which is bad) just to get a kill.
All slow down perks besides Pop are really bad.
-
Don't worry, Billy is getting nerfed next, he and Cannibal are next for an add-on update and we all know that with that will also come some base kit nerfs.
-
She is way too map dependent to be S tier. I would never call a killer that can literally be infinited around certain buildings S tier. Never.

If you know your sightlines and max range, you can absolutely snipe the ######### out of generators and hook rescuers, making her decent if you put that time in to learn.
Plague is low tier because you get actively punished in the ranking system for using her power. Not only that, but she doesn't have the range of the other killers, or the consistency, especially if survivors never cleanse, you get turned into a glorified M1 killer that can puke. Which is why people don't bother cleansing until endgame.
Again, without Ruin, people gen rush her before she can even attempt these snipes, which are unreliable and map dependent. And Huntress is way too loopable on a very good amount of maps, more so than Plague.

And yet most survivors tend to godown to his chainsaw even at red ranks.
Only bad Billys struggle to land chainsaw hits, it only takes a second or two to land that chainsaw hit and it has a very generous hitbox at windows especially combined with his dash.
In my experience, most red ranks survivors go down to his chainsaw after they loop him for the time worth of 3 gens. It's not unlikely at all for a Billy to end up M1ing, because it takes too long to down them with the chainsaw.

Except those more balanced killers that move at the same speed as him don't cross the map in less than the duration of BBQ, have an instadown that requires 0 setup, can patrol every gen in 10 seconds flat, and can down people at the start of the match when the only counter is to literally cross your fingers and hope you spot him coming around blind corners faster than you can possibly outrun his turning. They also don't have training wheel add ons that remove any skill from the power.
Billy is gross.
Billy's chainsaw is very loud and survivors can easily avoid a Billy coming from far away. If you get sniped by Billy, it's entirely your fault.

But why no add ons? why even no NOED? these things ARE in the game and people are taking them.Nobody knows what a Billy is like with no add ons and no perks because nobody ever sees one.
He does have an M1 so there is no point disabling that as if Billy is struggling to hit a good survivor he can always fall back on M1. In addition if he's getting looped he can bring some combination of enduring/spirit fury/bamboozle which a lot of Billys do.
He can hook a survivor and then BBQ across the map and appear on top of another and start swinging instadown after instadown after instadown with little cooldown until he gets the survivor. I know some survivors say BBQ needs a nerf and I disagree, it's fine and not OP at all. However Hillbilly (and old Nurse) is the only killer where I would say BBQ feels OP because of how quickly he can reach that survivor and then he can just keep swinging instadowns at them, Likewise Tinkerer is a junk perk however there's one killer it is good on - Hillbilly. My point is there are a good number of perks which become far more useful on Hillbilly than any other killer, almost as if the problem lies with Hillbilly himself and not the perks, No recent killer has ever been designed with that ability to cross the map the way Hillbilly can and then having unlimited instadowns on top.
He can instadown a survivor with his instasaw and then turn around and blast any others in the area with Infectious Fright.
At the moment many bring Ruin to slow the game down. It's not uncommon for Hillbilly to zoom across the map from the start, land on a survivor out of position and then have them instadowned all within the first 15 seconds of the game before the survivors have even got their first skillcheck. Then on top of that if you somehow get past a Hillbilly with instasaw and Ruin, a number have NOED at the end as a crutch to fall back on.
My point is that no killer exists in a vacuum. Anyone can pick Hillbilly and any number of these builds. This is kind of the problem as all of this stacks and it's very easy to pick instasaw Hillbilly with Ruin and NOED and win any game with skill taking a backseat. I almost feel like in a way Hillbilly holds back the other killers, as certain things can't be buffed or have to be nerfed because of him.
BBQ has a plethora of counters you could use to avoid getting found by a Billy. So it's not OP even on him.

Anyways as for the topic of Myers vs Plague.
I personally consider them to be the 2 Killers that are the closest in terms of strength.
Just looking at their base kit the advantages of each are like this:
Myers:
- Tier 1 Stealth
- Tier 2 Limited stealth with an instant down combo. Also small vaulting boost
- Tier 3 Instant down. Lunge range. Bigger but still small vaulting boost.
Plague:
- Instant down combo at all times
- Early game objective tracking via infecting other objects
- Lesser but still present late game objective tracking via infections
- Hard counters any and all healing perks/items/whatever
- Also corrupt purge exists I guess (but who really cares if it's never used)
Just looking at that, while I know I made Plague's list longer it's pretty obvious Myers has more going for him in his base kit.
However, Plagues strength comes from how her benefits allow for amazing build synergies. And no I don't mean addons though I'd argue that she has better addons too.
Thanataphobia? Basically permanent
Infectious/knock out? Plague can slug really well due to everyone being injured at all times. Myers can do it too but it is less reliable due to tiering mechanics.
TR manipulation perks? Stealth is the #1 best way to capitalize on injured Survivors. They are loud and can be 1 shot without warning. Plague works great with perks like Dark Devotion, Monitor, Tinkerer ect. Myers works with Monitor, but in general he doesn't have both stealth and instant down potential at the same time, so he needs a lot more setup to make use out of whatever perks he's trying to combo for this.
PWYF? Vile purge doesn't consume stacks and 1 shot Survivors take only 1 token to down.
Honestly the new PWYF + Nemesis combo is nutty on Plague.
Deliberately get up to 3 stacks, and then use that speed to just go at people for quick downs, procing Nemesis again to regain stacks.
Nemesis also applies Oblivious which is extremely dangerous for injured Survivors to have.
Anyways even with all of this Plague isn't better than Myers, but her superior synergies with the games perks let her keep up with Myers. So both of them are about equal in overall strength.
With her synergies, she definitely outclasses Myers, not just "keep up" with him.
-
Post phase lunge bug + sounds bugs made her less fun to play.

Survivor equivalent
The rules are simple:
- The gameplay must be your own. You cannot use anyone else's. It must be you playing.
- You must play as Dwelf. You cannot play any Killer and you cannot play any other Survivor.
- You cannot use Items of any kind.
- You cannot use Offerings of any kind.
- You cannot use any Perks.
- You cannot interact with lockers, totems or whatever else isn't a gen.
- You can only do gens. Don't run if the killer comes. Gens ONLY.
- You must escape with all four Survivors every match.
- You cannot disconnect from a match, regardless of map or if you're losing.
If Gen rush is truly broken, then you should be able to easily escape every single match regardless of map, whether or not you're up against adept Killerss or any other factor besides the genspeed alone.
Looking forward to seeing the results
(Not trying to make a statement other then how silly that challenge sounds)
Marth's Depip Squad kinda did that already, besides playing with Dwelf 🤣.
-
Probably people, like myself, don't find her trap killer playstyle fun and she's also quite punishing if you can't place your web well, because you'll end up getting looped or wasting more time to place traps.
-
Literally all killers with an instant down in their base kit have full speed, not only Billy. His power is strong, but it's still vulnerable to map design and good survivors can counter it.
