They also tend to go for those throws right before they reload. So what exactly is the difference? You take Iri Head/Infantry Belt and throw long range hatchets like usual. But now you can get back any mid to short range hatchets thrown, extending the potential need to reload perhaps indefinitely.
But you waste more time and let survivors get distance on you by doing what you said. Iri Head would be better if it just let you refill 1 hatchet after you down someone, without any downsides to it. Or refill your hatchets over time.
-
Keys : add a channel animation, so the survivors can't BM the killer and open the hatch in front of him. If this isn't enough, then make killers able to grab survivors when jumping into hatch only when the hatch is open by a key.
Mori : make the killer able to mori someone just after he hooked all 4 survivors.

So don't throw long range hatchets? You can still reload as you would normally, and if you bring Infantry Belt then you are base Huntress with the added ability to recollect hatchets. That's really strong dude.
Though maybe we could add @razaluna idea where it can pierce multiple survivors such that can pass through them and hit a surface for recollection.
Not throwing long range hatchets ? That's literally the main reason why Huntress mains like Scott Jund or Umbra play her. So they would immediately consider this add-on trash.

If you can recover thrown hatchets that means you don't have to reload. Not sure why you guys think that would be weak. It would be incredibly strong to be able to forgo reloading at lockers even if you have less hatchets overall. Like anytime I miss a hatchet it's always hitting a wall or some object. It rarely hits the floor.
Iri Head is still going to be best combo'd with Infantry Belt, so that you have more hatchets and do not need to reload.
Shiny Pin by itself makes you an M1 killer with 3 projectiles. You realize how strong that is? Again use Infantry Belt.
Not sure why you guys are complaining about the UR combo. Most killers UR do not combo well together. Really the only killer where it does is Myers. Every other killer the UR combo better with lesser add-ons.
Also the Mangled/Begrimed add-ons are literally the same as they are now with very minor tweaks. The Mangled hatchets last until you heal rather than being on a 2 minute timer. The Begrimed hatchets give you a status effect that does EXACTLY what they do now, only without the Mangled effect and for an extra 30 seconds. Not sure why you have a problem with these when they are the same as they have always been just with some QOL improvements.
Because your add-on punishes Huntress for long range hatchets and makes her go out of her way everytime to recollect these hatchets, which waste more time if she would just refill her 5 hatchets after she runs out of them. A very bad UR.
Also, Myers URs combo is really bad, because you get gen rushed before you get to EW3 above rank 10.

The addons for those were nerfed so they are less good now then before
But they still viable ( at least the Styptic is ) and the Medkits themselves are still very good and viable items.
-
Btw, I heard that Sloppy Butcher already doesn't proc on hatchets and chainsaws hits from this patch.

Not as good as beofre that is the whole point now that u see more keys instead of a more variety of items being used.
Keys are not nerfed yet that why
Yes, they are. I still see plenty of Medkits and they even weren't nerfed, same with Toolboxes.
-
No, they aren't. Especially Ebony Mori, but even Ivory Mori can win you games easily. I would make them useable just after you hooked all 4 survivors.
Devour Hope and Rancor are fine tho, because they aren't too reliable and even take time to build up in the case of Devour Hope.
-
It's not fair when survivors jump in hatch in front of your face because they know you can't do anything about that. So I think opening the hatch with a key should have a channel time or killers should be able to grab people who open the hatch with a key.

Now that every other survivor item has been nerfed to basicly uselessness you are suprised surv are running the !only! viable item thats left for them ?
Supriced Pikachu face.jpeg
Toolboxes and Medkits are just as viable as before, what are you talking about ?
-
Iridescent Head would be completely trash and not worth using in serious builds if it couldn't stack with Infantry Belt anymore. You are better just reworking completely the add-on than nerf it in such a way.
-
She's not garbage, just not S tier anymore.
-
Your version of Iridescent Head actually hurts you ( like the current version when used without Infantry Belt ). It's actually as bad as Matchbox for Nurse. Like no one would use that add-on outside of memes builds.
All your add-ons ideas feel very underwhelming and I wouldn't run any of them in a serious build, except maybe the ones for Mangled and Begrimed in a Thanatophobia and Dying Light build.
-
Ruin, Infectious Fright, Enduring, Spirit Fury/Bamboozle.
-
Every killer that can M1 is OP. I think we should remove that ability.

you have recharge time, reduced fatigue time, increased blink window aka longer chain blink, reduced missed swing time fatigue, and increased distance. That off the top of my head. If you mean types of add-ons, then yes theres only like 4 or 5 but that's true of most killers.. Just because you play her doesn't mean you know whats good or not.
The fatigue add-ons are pointless when you still need to wait for the cooldown on your power. The chain blink window add-on is also useless, it only adds 0.2 seconds and what it does it's not too good. The recharge time, range and maybe Jenner's Last Breath are truly her only good add-ons. The others are more for meme builds.
-
I am 100% sure that Freddy will be next.
-
Both need major buffs or even complete reworks.
I don't mind who is first, but both need to be fixed eventually.
-
What if Plague gets her Corrupt Purge when she has someone hooked and especially if that person is in the basement ? You are gonna hide and leave your teammate to die ?
-
Some people actually want Spirit to be what Wraith is 😁.
-
M1 killer build : Ruin, BBQ, Enduring, Spirit Fury.
-
After I saw my first Nurse game play video, I learned immediately that she's strongest killer in the game because she goes through walls. But I am not sure about that after the recent patch.
-
Yes, he is pretty useless, but I would say Clown and Legion are still worse.
-
All of Demo's and Huntresses perks need buffs/reworks. Same with Monstrous Shrine and Unrelenting.
All of Ace's, Quentin's, and Steve's perks need buffs/reworks. Same with Premonition and Autodidact.

2 things.
1 - If they work on gens with CI up the Killers shorter patrol times means they will be interrupted much faster, which is a bigger deal than the stall you get from even Ruin. Saving time for yourself is the equivalent of removing that time from the Survivors due to it improving your tempo, so it's kinda like Whispers in that sense, except it stacks with Whispers really well too.
2 - CI insures that there are 3 gens that are close together that won't be worked on at first. That means they are MORE likely to 3 gen themselves because there are literally 3 gens blocked off close by at the start. You can start a 3 gen without even having to guard the 3 gens at first.
Actually, in my experience with Corrupt Intervention, the spawns of blocked gens more helped survivors to prevent a 3 gens situation and you can still only chase 1 survivor at time, while the other 3 can still repair gens without penalty, so yeah, very overrated perk in my opinion.
-
I think Corrupt Intervention is overrated because survivors can just go and work on the other 4 gens without any penalty, plus, depending on what gens are blocked, it can literally help survivors to avoid a 3 gen situation and I say no to a perk that has the potential to help survivors.

A band aid fix is still a band aid fix. Survivors don't like them and neither do we.
There's something you need to understand. Aura reading is a very strong mechanic in this game. And it should be treated as such.
Why should survivors have a constant flow of aura reading anyway? You say the devs will mitigate this by updating killers but I don't buy it. Changing the perk is much simpler and would scratch one more issue off the list.
Do you think I didn't know how powerful OoO was and still is against killers without Undetectable ? I always ranted about how good survivors with OoO would easily destroy any not Nurse or Spirit killer. However, devs used Undetectable as a band aid fix and I am sure as hell they will never come back to fix the perk against all killers.

That nerf to OOO isn't good enough. Survivors still have wall hacks against plenty of killers, which can be relayed to other survivors via voice comms. That perk needs fundamental change. Survivors shouldn't have so much aura reading.
Also, survivors still have keys. They are problematic just like insta heals were.
It's still a nerf regardless. And I doubt they gonna do any more to OoO, devs probably will mitigate OoO by adding Undetectable on more killers add-ons.
-
Sometimes he feels strong, sometimes he feels weak. His Shred is map and loop dependent and his portals either are amazing or either do nothing. So it's hard to tell, especially when few people play him.

The thing is, Iron Will is a top tier perk. It was listed as being the 5th most used at red ranks when you guys released that data set a while ago, meaning that if a player chose to play any off-meta perk (Adren/DS/BT/DH) it would most likely be Iron Will.
It would be one thing if Iron Will was a niche perk, but it's a very strong perk that is useful against all killers. Same with Spine Chill. These perks have more uses than just countering one specific killer.
Also what about Calm Spirit? If you want to hard counter Doc's power then you will need Calm Spirit. There is no other way to avoid his power outside of just avoiding any kind of interaction via lockers (which is counter productive to the survivor's goal since they will waste tons of time sitting in a locker doing all of nothing). Yet no one seems to complain about Calm Spirit being needed to counter Doc, probably because Doc is still victim to loops and Calm Spirit is actually a niche perk.
I honestly just don't see the issue. I hate Doc. With a passion. If I had the power I would literally delete him from the game. When I start getting a lot of Doc's I put on Calm Spirit to deal with it. It has other interesting uses outside of countering Doc, but let's face it the main reason to use this perk is to counter Doc. Yet I never complain about needing to do that, particularly because Calm Spirit will CRUSH every Doc not using restraint add-ons. Same with Spirit, Iron Will will crush most of the Spirits you will face, to the point it's basically night and day. So if you want to hard counter this exact killer, put on Iron Will. It's really not that big of a deal, especially since Iron Will is top tier and not niche, you will get benefit from it regardless of the killer (except Plague because it doesn't work when you are sick).
Sorry I just can't buy into this "using a perk to counter a killer is bad" philosophy when the perk in question is top tier, useful against EVERY killer (but particularly useful against the killer people have an issue with), and when there are other instances of perks being used to hard counter killers. Here's a few more
Hag - Urban Evasion
Huntress/Nurse - Dead Hard
Ghostface/Pig/Myers/Wraith - Spine Chill
Trapper/Hag - Small Game
Doc - Calm Spirit
Plague/Legion - Resilience
But no one complains about these, they only complain about using Iron Will on Spirit.
You're really wrong with putting Urban Evasion as a counter to Hag. Object of Obsession would fit much better there.

I'll admit I dislike Spirit, but isn't odd that only the high tier killers seem to be getting the big nerfs?
What about SWF with voice comms?
Or, perks like Object of Obsession?
Or, broken maps like Haddonfield? (which is almost as old as the Nurse).
One could infer that there is favoritism going on here.
To be fair, they nerfed Object of Obsession by adding Undetectable status into the game and they also nerfed instant heals, which were the most BS thing survivors had for a long time.

I'm admit i'm playing nurse just to suffer. I had no fun playing as her, but i still do it because I don't want the player base of nurse become zero..
That's why nobody plays her anymore, people don't have fun playing a 96% speed killer with 6 seconds cooldown on her full ability.

1) I feel that a lot of people want Spirit to get nerfed, not changed.
2) Using perk slots to counter bad/imbalanced game mechanics is the killer's daily bread.

Dark Devotion wasn't given that buff. Just infectious fright.
Oh you are right, I thought they removed the basic attack condition from Dark Devotion too, sorry for mistake.
-
I fully agree with the first change, it would definitely make Moris balanced.
-
Every killer loses Bloodlust when using their powers, so I think this was more of a QoL change than nerf.
-
I mean, I still think she's like the second best killer. Spirit is only the best because she has insane add-ons ( and I am not talking only about Prayer Beads ). I understand why pepple don't find her fun anymore, but she's really good. However, if you get a big map like Rotten Fields against a decent team as the new Nurse, you better have Ruin and add-ons for recharge time and/or range, otherwise, RIP.
-
Hag.
-
Forever Plague : Ruin, Pop Goes the Weasel, Thanatophobia and Dying Light with double cooldown add-ons.
Cruel Plague : Corrupt Intervention, Thrilling Tremors, Surge and Pop Goes the Weasel with Black Incense and Vile Emetic.
Aggressive Plague : Infectious Fright, Monitor and Abuse, Surge and Surveillance with double Apples or Black Incense + Apple.
Enjoy.

I’ve actually seen more nurses lately
Seriously ? Where ? On PC I think I saw 1-2 after her nerfs and even those were just beginners Nurse with NOED, so ...
-
I can't say that I was seeing more Self Care users recently. But if they bring Self Care with all of these anti healing builds becoming more popular, then they just hurt themselves massively.
-
So you want survivors to see Spirit, but Spirit can't see them ?! Oh hell no.
-
I guess devs failed in making her fun to play as. But you can't make happy both sides.
-
1 It might be better now to use just 1 blink if you don't have add-ons, so you don't have to wait for your blinks to come back if you find a survivor. But I think that with recharge time add-ons, you can use both blinks to traverse the map.
2 Kinda, but you can still kill with her without add-ons. The green add-ons for recharge time and range should do the trick and give you more map pressure and better chase potential.
3 I don't really see people playing Nurse anymore, XD. I saw Spirit, Billy, Freddy and Ghost Face a lot lately.
-
No, it wouldn't.
-
You forgot We'll Make It. Actually, medkits, Adrenaline, Inner Strength and We'll Make It are enough to counter the killers anti healing builds which even aren't too effective on most killers.
-
So keys, toolboxes, medkits, DS, BT, Adrenaline, DH, BL aren't good things for you ?
