@Angelicus23 if you've reported another player you won't receive a response - it's between the player in question and BHVR, we don't give updates on reports.

There's a problem with Xbox live right now which is causing problems for a lot of people.

This is technically discussing a ban so I am going to close it. The game rules are pretty clear and when you receive your ban you are given the reason - it's pretty clear cut.
The information about what is considered griefing etc is clearly listed on our game rules on this very forum - Stream Sniping is not bannable, but if someone is intentionally ruining someone's game over a period of time, then of course that is considered griefing - but just simply joining their match is not a bannable offence.

Hacking in-game exclusives and / or legacy skins
The acquiring of any in-game skin through anything other than official channels (ie. codes, giveaways, etc.)
The possession of legacy skins without earning them. The cutoff to earn legacy skins happened on November 24, 2016. If a player has obtained legacy skins after this date, then it is considered cheating.

We need the profile of the person you are reporting. Reportable via support team.
Using any 3rd party software or other method to cheat your save file or any measure of progress contained within your save file. This includes using someone else’s save file.

Excessive and serious threats against someone, including DOX threats, life threats, disclosing private information, etc.
You can fill a support ticket to provide more information, Screenshots and video are optional, but highly recommended.

This is a sliding scale and determined on a case-by-case basis. If an offense is considered to be particularly egregious, the duration of the ban may skip one or more steps in this process.

Harassment: Communications Abuse
- Insults, intimidation, hateful speech, repeated harassment

- Working with the opposite team to gain an advantage or grief teammates
- Targeting specific users repeatedly in order to ruin their game experience
- Holding the game hostage

Exploits: Abusing bugs or errors in design to gain a competitive advantage
- Advertising exploits
- Exploit bugs, errors in design, or undocumented features to gain access to what otherwise would not be available or to obtain a competitive advantage

Crossplatform ban evasion
Players who have violated our rules multiple times leading to permanent bans could get their access revoked on any accounts they make if the player is seen committing bannable offenses after the very first permanent ban. The structure and severity of these bans are followed throughout any platform.
Abuse of Support Services
This includes making false support tickets and lying to support agents. Our agents are always here to help the community. However, those making false tickets just to get a step ahead of everyone else and take advantage hinders our ability to better help everyone. Penalties include suspension of your support services, up to a permanent ban of your in-game account.
I suggest if your friend is in any way confused by their ban that they contact support who will give them more information.

With the advent of dedicated servers things within the matchmaking system might change - right now I personally don't have a problem with where's it at. Most of the matches I am in Ranks are roughly within 4/5 ranks of each other which isn't too bad.
Things like lagswitching are reportable and if you have issues with someone lagswitching in your game OP please report it with video evidence we will be happy to take a look at.
And in answer to your point about the developers being busy - yes they are, that's why we have a community team so that a forum such as this exists.

Sometimes people suicide on the hook because they see that their team is not helping and they know that they're going to die on that hook anyway so they try to hurry up the process as well to move onto the next game.

The Developers care greatly about their player base and are constantly striving to keep both "sides" happy. They also care greatly about the game that THEY created.
They give regular updates, answer as many questions as possible about things they can discuss - obviously they cannot discuss up and coming stuff because all of that is kept secret. They share their time and as much information as they possibly can. You can also find them in a lot of streams talking to the Community, answering questions and helping people as much as possible.
They are trying to please so many people at once from different sides of the game, and for someone to say that they're just trying to infuriate people is frankly incredibly disappointing - I expected better from the Community than that.

I'm corn blind as a survivor as well as killer, I can't even see the Trapper in corn when I'm a survivor :(

It always used to be 1 more gen completed than survivors alive - so as Yamaoka said above would be correct.
However, with the new EGC even if no generators are completed and 1 survivor is left - the hatch does come into play and it will be open. If that is closed by the killer, then the survivor can still open it again if they have a key.

From what I understand the data is being processed and then the rewards will be sent out. It can take some time unfortunately, but I am sure that you will hear shortly if you participated in all your allocated matches.

Whilst I like the idea of Devotion rewards, I don't agree it should be anything like Legacy - which was a one time thing.

Even if we could use the Karma points thing, we wouldn't do it - the whole point of us having our own Forum is to include everyone. Nobody should have more "power" just because they have more upvotes or something than anyone else, just having an opinion about the game that might be popular doesn't give someone the right to break the forum rules.

The whole point of having a forum is for players to express their opinion - ALL PLAYERS, not just those have played the game since release but people who picked up the game yesterday. Their opinions and feedback is just as valid as anyone elses.

I'm loving the cosmetics in general really, I think the ones that have been released over the last few months have been incredible.

I'd like to increase rituals in general. So have daily rituals, weekly rituals and a monthly ritual - all with varying degrees of difficulty, but would award a lot more BP.

As we said, anything to do with Twitch - report to Twitch, we only deal with what happens in game. If you suspect a cheater in game, please use the in game report function and send the additional evidence to Support.

Naming & Shaming on the forums is not allowed - however, you would have to look at Twitch TOS with regards to showing your profile, we do not have control over what happens on other platforms only what happens in game.

@George_Soros @LordGlint Yeah I run Pharmacy when my medkit stock is starting to run low, I like the guaranteed medkit instead of randomly having to go through the chests finding brown toolboxes.

I've dropped Self Care from my build, either take a medkit or rely on team mates to heal me. I find self caring to be pretty slow since the change to healing was made and prefer to use different perks now as a result.

I'd like to see the killer basements personalised but personalised per map - the same as hooks. Otherwise it's pretty easy to spawn in the shack for example then see the Wraith's themed basement and know it's a Wraith you are facing...so personalise per map would probably be better.

I have to admit, it's taken me quite a few matches until I've gotten used to this. As of right now I quite like it. I do wish though that it wouldn't affect Myers as it means I can't hear his music when playing as a Survivor because the Exposed noise seems to be much louder - I understand though why it's there for consistency reasons.

I'm having a lot of fun playing as Ghost Face myself, plus I also love the sounds the killer makes and the fact that I can teabag as a killer :)

I think that's a translation issue then @Th3Nightmare the doors definitely do not need to be open, but they do need to be powered.

NOED is activated when the Exit Doors are able to be powered - not when they are open and not when the last gen is completed under the EGC.
In what way do you think it's bugged right now?

And what if a survivor is running around the hook being chased by the killer? Should it go on indefinitely?
I get that being camped is no fun, but there are perks such as Borrowed Time now that can help with this, plus a co-ordinated team effort for example. The biggest problem that I see with being camped is that the other survivors do not "punish" the killer by getting on and pumping out the gens.
And I'm saying this as someone who is hard camped very regularly :)

I have the same problem with the Huntress as well, I find it stays in my head and carries into the next match where I think I can still hear it - then I end up getting slapped by a Wraith or something!
Right now, there's naturally a lot of Freddy's playing after the rework, so it's to be expected that we see them a lot. I'm hoping that once that settles down I won't find the lullaby to be quite so distracting in a chase etc.

This is an open forum and people are free to discuss what they feel needs to be discussed at any given time as long as it is not breaking our forum rules.
We totally respect people's rights to complain at times and to feel frustrated at things they are not happy with - and we would never censor someone for their opinion unless they were being rude or insulting in their post. Sometimes people are frustrated and then their posts are mostly rants etc, we totally understand that and do not wish to ban people who feel the need to express themselves in that way.
In an ideal world every single post would be constructive, but sometimes people feel the need to just rant - quite often those threads do turn around and positive discussion comes out of it. Sometimes it doesn't - sometimes the thread is locked by ourselves or often deleted by the OP.
However, timing out and banning people because they are upset at something but posting within our guidelines is not something that we would be happy about doing. The advantage with a forum, is you don't have to read all the threads that you personally don't agree with.

I wouldn't like to see him teleporting to the exit gates, I think that would be way too strong. I would actually prefer him to be able to teleport to gens, regardless of whether they are completed or not though - I think that would at least have counterplay, being able to teleport between exit gates has no counterplay.
