No because it's a set distance, it has nothing to do with the killers terror radius.

@CaulDrohn no it's worth pointing things out, even if it's not an urgent issue (Fixated also didn't show my scratch marks when I was against Legion in Feral Frenzy) so it's definitely something that I need to bring up with them. They decide on the severity of things and which things need to be given more priority over others, but it's always good to let them know these things.

I've just tested it
and it's not working in the way that it's worded on the perk. You don't see your own scratch marks.
I'll bring this up with the team and see what they say.

The way it should work is that you should see your scratch marks but not the killer due to the wording of Distortion saying "to the killer" - it does not say to yourself or any other survivor.

As far as I'm aware they do not have their own forums, not sure if this will change in the future or not.

Was your friend already "asleep"? Because when you are asleep against Freddy you have the Oblivious status effect on you, and there is no terror radius, so perks affected by terror radius don't work including Borrowed Time.
And don't forget when you are hit by Freddy you are automatically put to sleep, so it's not possible to take the hit then unhook and rely on BT.

I absolutely don't think self care needs to be nerfed in anyway. The Healing change that was made has already made self care fairly redundant and I don't see it used at high ranks at all now.
As a killer I'd love people to use it more, cos they waste time self caring instead of doing gens - so I'm always happy when survivors do run it.

There are no forums for the DBD Mobile, there's information on that website where you can contact them on their Facebook, Twitter etc. That's their choice, nothing to do with us. And we are doing what we have to do with regards to this forum.

The DBD Mobile team is separate from the main core game (so PC & Consoles) as a result they have their own communication platform - so please use their official sources for requests/bugs/feedback etc thank you.

Sorry but the disconnect penalty is there to discourage people from ruining games for everyone else in the match and it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the required equipment to play the game. Whilst I appreciate the situation, your frequent disconnecting is ruining the game for the other players, so yes in this case the ban should still apply whilst you get time to sort out your internet issues.

If your game is crashing due to the overclock then I suggest this is likely to be on your end. If it didn't crash prior to the overclock (as that is not mentioned in your post at all) then it is likely that your equipment is not strong enough to adequately sustain the overclock.

@Elena I can check for you if they're still in the process of giving these out, I'll get back to you on it. Right now I am not sure if they've completed it or if was being worked on so I can't give you a definite answer. I'll try to find out tomorrow.

This is something that was tested a while ago and it didn't work, due to the fact that a survivor could effectively grief it by running in an area around the hook, not giving the killer a chance to leave the area...the other survivors then continue gens, the person on the hooks timer is paused - it's an impossible situation for a killer.

Technically you didn't pay for the game, you played for the ability to play it.
Also, it's a live game in which changes can and will be made, as explained in the EULA.
When someone's internet "drops out" regularly, they are ruining the game for 4 other players, that's what's unfair - that's why DC bans are necessary and they need to be long enough and harsh enough to discourage DC'ing from matches.

Legacy will not be brought back, it was a one off thing that will not return.
Skins like Diatech skin for example, are exclusive to the people that Dia chose to give it to, it was his skin to give out and was not in the charity pack, same as the OhmWrecker Wraith skin and I believe H20's skin.
There are a couple of other skins that are remaining exclusive due to them being tied to special events. All other skins in the game were given for free or can be purchased via the Charity Pack for example.

To add to what the others have said, duplicate questions are also being deleted as we go on so that we can see the majority of questions - and the 3rd or 4th post on the thread already mentions the other killers including Legion.

As has already been explained to you, penalties decay over time - we did not give out a time publicly for this decay, nor will we.
These things are always been tweeked a little but I don't feel that a 12 hour decay penalty is enough personally, as the whole point of the timeout is to discourage people from disconnecting from matches and that seems to be working very effectively as of now.

We don't have any updates at this time as to when (or if) cross platform will be available between those two platforms.

I think most decent survivors will split up anyway at the start of a match, and it doesn't take very long to get to a generator or find their way around the map. That's why I'm not sure about the changes to generator speeds in the PTB, as it's doing to discourage survivors to do gens together, which means that you have all 4 survivors spread out around the map, all working on a generator each - so even when chasing one, you're losing 3 gens.
I do agree that the early game needs some attention, because it does get demoralising when you get one down and 3 gens instantly pop despite the fact you had a good chase and did well, obviously this is dependant on what killer you play, HillBilly for example the chases are much shorter.
It's why I tend to use Corrupt Intervention as one of my perks on some of my killers now, just to help with that early game pressure.
edited to add: I actually wouldn't mind Corrupt Intervention being baseline in some way.

The most complaints I see about Freddy is the current Forever Freddy build which slows the games down so much it becomes boring for people, the matches always last twice as long. And there's less interesting chases which is why I don't enjoy playing with this build, I play killer for the fun of the chases and for the mind games - with the slow down build on Freddy this is pointless. So it's not something I run, I do play as Freddy but I use the fake pallets not the snares, because again I dislike slowdown things in general and no add ons and my regular perks (so stuff like BBQ - I like my 4 stacks!, Enduring etc).

The problem I see instantly is when a group of friends are playing - they're going to know which survivor is the "shapeshifting killer". Plus the power is a little underwhelming - so even as a solo player you're going to be able to see that this other survivor is the killer when you are working on a gen with them for example, due to the amount of progression on the gen.

Try to restart the game, last month some people had the same issue but it was a visual error and once they logged out and back in again, the rank reset happened for them.

Saying GG EZ is not bannable.
Bans do not deteriorate at all, neither forum bans or in game bans.
As you know what you did, I do suggest not doing it again as you really don't want your account to be permanently banned I am sure.
