Legion
😥
-
You CAN get two, but you need to plan your bloodweb well because you could easily cut yourself off from the second.
-
Killers just need to understand when bringing an ebony mori is sensible and when it is a mistake. They are relatively rare and should be saved for 3 or 4 man SWFs not wasted on solos.
Using ebony moris on solos will give you fewer bloodpoints and emblem points.
Using ebony moris on SWFs will give you a chance for MORE bloodpoints and emblem points because if you don't bring them, you are getting genrushed.

Nea is the prettiest female survivor y’all
Second only to my Hag.

Calling out your thought processes is one of the most important things for me. Not only does it give you something to talk about, it can help people who are new to the game.
Why are you abandoning that chase? Did you spot a crow fly off or see a crouching survivor? Did you hear someone shitting in the tall grass?
-
I wish Noob3 would do less editing. I like the flow of Hybrid Panda and True Talent's Youtube videos, you get to see the whole match. Noob3 only usually shows his moves so you don't get the feel of the match.

Have you seen the hate my bubba gets?
Bubba is great. He gets abuse for being the worst killer just for not being Hillbilly. He has an instadown and Play with your Food. Legion has a tickling stick.
Bubba beats Legion.
-
I love the new homeless head of Nea. I bought it because it is different. But it is definitely a homeless head.
Give us another Night-Out Nea and I will buy that too.
-
Who thinks this post was created by BHVR to see how much they can get away with charging?
-
Any 3K is a win for me, pip or no pip. Similarly as a survivor, I will still claim the win if I escape, no matter how badly I did for the rest of the trial.
I find it amazing when streamers hook nearly everyone the maximum amount of times but someone finds the hatch and they call that a loss!
-
The only reason I even want dedicated servers is the idea that DCs will be more punishable. Right now, killer hosted matches are fine, even if I do get the occasional lucky swing through a pallet hit.
All this hype about dedicated servers. If they aren't awesome, get rid of them.
-
Regular first person shooter gamers rely on a crosshair on their games but a game that hardly has any shooting isn't allowed one? That doesn't seem very reasonable.
Let's face it, Huntress is not much of a threat unless in the hands of a regular Huntress player. Many of us only play Huntress for dailies and I'm sure many more of us skip Huntress dailies completely.
I would happily grab every single brown addon that gave me a cross-hair and allow more competent Huntresses to play without and pick something else instead. Everyone wine.

I'm convinced all the people who whine about this game being survivor sided are just awful.
It's definitely survivor sided. Except when I play survivor - Then it's definitely killer sided.
-
@Fab - Yeah, I shouldn't be using click-baity titles really! Killer mains probably clicked to give me abuse for bragging about "only" getting ten 4Ks lol.
I would really like them to reign in the pips a little for survivors, especially when it is so difficult to pip as killer. Perhaps a little extra credit for everyone escaping and a little less for nobody escaping might help. I probably pipped half my games so I technically won but it certainly didn't feel like it.
-
Playing killer I expect get get a really tough game in purple ranks and that is exactly what I get. So naturally as a survivor I am expecting really competent team-mates but that is not what I am getting. (I can't complain too much though because I am no better then my team mates)
I would just have expected that if I can take the killer on a tour of the map for a minute and a half before getting hooked, I would see a couple of gens pop and followed by a well-timed rescue. What I actually get is nobody on a gen and everyone crouching. This is yellow rank play that I do not see when I play killer.

Lol.
Balance the game around the 1% of Survivors, but please don’t balance the Killers around the top 1% 😊.
Here’s the chart if anyone wants to see what actually playing solo at R1 is like :
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Fmwuhlmag8s32myoqtKQvCxneF5WNWhRvE4bz6pWfRQ/edit?usp=sharing
Wow, your detailed spreadsheet puts my half-arsed forum post to shame. My witnessing of 40 deaths were:
- 5 Spirits (in a row)
- 3 Hillbillies
- 1 Cannibal
- 1 Nurse
The Nurse 4K was the most painful because it was a console Nurse. The Spirit games all felt fair and balanced but the Hillbillies killed everyone pretty much instantly in all 3 games (so would not have earned any pips).

Guys, rank doesn’t mean skill. You’ll rank up just by playing, it is just a matchmaking tool.
Cries in purple ranks 😥
-
@Mister_Holdout - So if you can't beat Zubatlel you don't deserve your red ranks? If that were the case very few people would be at red ranks.
If you are in red ranks, you deserve to be at red ranks. Because thats how ranks work.

of course he wants it, so he can collect money from it. Do you really think he cares how his character looks in a video game? he smells money
I do, the in-game version of him is the equivalent of the tabloids that take pictures of celebrities looking at their worst, mid-blink or after they have just got out of bed to go and pick up some milk, bread and perhaps a snack for later.
-
Well personally I am using my PS4 sat in my reclining sofa playing on a 55" TV with my family.
Enjoy sitting in your office chair alone in the dark, dingy corner of your bedroom in front of your desk and tiny screen.
😋
-
I'd love to see him resetting traps without picking them up.
Another buff I would like to see is reverting the change/fixing the bug that removes the aura of the trap as you get close to it.
-
I never slug a Bill!
I like to get my survivors to use some of their own preferred perks, just to make it easier to remember what I am running. Only my Meg runs Sprint Burst, only my Nea runs Urban Evasion.
Also, I've noticed that if I give my Spirit Haunted Ground, the survivors just walk past it laughing and calling me a noob.
-
I'd be very surprised if they read much of the forums.
-
I have seen plenty of posts that say, "If you can't loop you are trash", or "if you can't hit great skill checks you are trash" but realistically, there are plenty of players in the red ranks that can't loop or can't hide, or can't flashlight save etc. It doesn't make them bad. We just have different skills.
I played a solo game where two other solos both got facecamped and both held on for the entire 2 minute duration to let me and Claudette do the gens and escape. Those are the players I have the most respect for.
-
Ruin is so strong, people realise it is active and then go looking for it and cleanse it, usually very quickly. Other Hex perks either go unnoticed or people don't feel too held back by them so they don't bother going out of their way to look for them.
Being the strongest hex perk is what makes it the weakest hex perk.
-
I'd like her to look like a traditional Halloween witch, with a proper witch hat and maybe a broomstick.
And to cackle like my mother in law.
-
Now it's up to the license holders to agree...
-
If the rights-holders to the movie block the change, they can always rename the in-game character to Kyle and then we can have cosmetics too.
-
Why can I hear 12 "Michael stalking" themes at the same time inside of my head right now?
-
I hope they save it for after the bloodweb change, so we can get the most out of it.
-
I avoided Frank's mix tape because it was OP, then when they announced the nerf, I thought, I have one in my inventory, I'm gonna make the most of it before it becomes useless. I started the game and as soon as they realised it was Legion, three of them DCd.
At least I got to Frank's Mix Tape the remaining survivor to death.
-
Oh right, how we should all be more positive lol

I think I’m the only one that likes current legion.
-
Happy post: I've just bought the new Kate cosmetics. It's been a long wait but really cool and well worth it.
-
You activate Decisive Strike with L1 not R1. I had been playing DBD for nearly a year (Admittedly I refused to equip DS when it was OP) and after the fifth miss in succession, I realised.
-
@GrootDude - Nurse is fine 😉
-
@Mellow7 said:
Here we go again let's nerf Billy, you know what lets nerf Spirit and Nurse too OP I can't get free loops vs them. (Sarcasm)
@Mellow7 - The difference is that Nurse and Spirit "scale" well. At the bottom and mid ranks they don't stand out as being particularly powerful. At red ranks Billy is balanced, but as you drop down the ranks he is unbalanced compared to both the survivors at those ranks and the other killers.
-
Hillbilly seems to be balanced around rank 5 players, which is why red rank players think it is ok to have huge map presence AND a low risk, high reward instadown. Bring that ability down to the other ranks and survivors just get knocked down like dominoes.
There are other ranks, and there are other killers that survivors would like to see in a game occasionally.
-
I'm going to have to try deliberately hitting away from the hook and hope autoaim corrects it so I get the unhooker instead of fresh air.
-
The devs have said that they will be looking into Hillbilly. It's in everybody's interest to prevent every match being against the same killer.
-
@toxicmegg - The points need to go to the rescuer, as they are the ones risking Billy running back with his chainsaw to his bait.
If one is hooked and one is slugged and the killer is out of sight, given the option of 1800 points to go for the unhook or 20 points to rescue the slug, which option would most survivors take?
-
Why have they done this? If I hookslap someone then they know they gave me a good chase! I don't use it to be toxic. What next, remove teabagging? It's all part of the fun.
-
I have always thought this. 1,800 points I believe for a safe hook rescue? About 20 points for picking up a maximum recovered slug? The risk level is almost the same, it should give the survivor more points.
-
My theory is that as soon as you play any double-bloodpoint offering, the Entity deliberately matches you up with the most toxic SWF it can find.
-
If 4 survivors load into my lobby at once, I bring out my Ebony Mori. SWFs probably appreciate the balance I bring to the game.
I wouldn't use one otherwise.
-
@Mushwin - You versed a Twitch streamer yesterday. Would it be interesting to watch the game from their perspective?
-
I beleive (since a piggy asked), to "boop ones snoot" is to press Piggy's nose with your finger when she is in crouching in tickle mode. (However, I may be wrong)
-
@Shirokuro - Ok that is interesting, I've seen plenty of discussions about this and the PC players are usually completely unaware of the bug. I suspect its because the way you take away the survivors points with your "DC" is easier to implement on a console. On a PC you would have to climb under your desk.
-
I don't think I am ever bothered by a depip, probably because have a chance to get it back in the next game. But every time I use double bloodpoint offerings I always depip. I'm starting to get suspicious that the game looks for any double bloodpoint offering and sets up the game to make it difficult.
Escape Cake: I'll start next to a Ruin I didn't spot and a Tunnelling Wraith will head straight towards me. Tunnelling Wraiths always go straight for me!
Survivor Pudding: I'm only playing the offering because 4 solos came in, but they are all Ochido.
That's what makes me lose my bad word.
