Old ruin where you had to hit great skillchecks you know holding m1 required skill.😎
Oh wait its say you are illiterate my apologies thought you actually read the post🤣
Oh you mean the ruin that completely relied on survivors skill? That was worthless against good players and absolutely busted against new ones? New ruin takes u making pressure to get any use.
-
how about after you get unhooked you have a certain amount of time to do it. would work well with innerstrength or headon. but i think 25 seconds is alot. so mabye 10 or 15 so a killer has to waste there time if they really want it.

The only real reason to run No Mither in its current state is to buff This Is Not Happening and for fun. I like running it when I get a bunch of teams in a row that don't heal each other, so it eliminates healing from the equation altogether.
But Oni and Thanatophobia counter the perk for no good reason and with the amount of camping and tunneling, it eliminates every benefit of the perk. It's a very weak perk that's easily overpowered. Modifying the broken state and adding a point multiplier would be great for No Mither and it's not something that would break the game in any capacity.
resilience sure. but why would anyone want to or need to buff this is not happening?

I think we should adjust the gen speeds depending on the killer being used. Ones that have low mobility and map pressure should get a little more time to compensate.
I personally think we should just bring back old ruin. That helped ALL killers. Current ruin only helps killers that can apply pressure. Let's face it, a lot of them have a hard time doing this.
old ruin was almost worthless against good survivors, and completely destroyed lower ranks. new ruin now works on how much pressure you bring.
-
its only hated cause its used so often. I can understand going against it so often is frusturating. but at least its not old undying. on s rank killers i think its a little overkill but. strong perks make it easier to play thats why you see ruin.undying, tinkerer, (add other gen perk here) . deadhard,ds,borrowed, unbreakable
-
yes you can. just equip them. There even on the same page :) makes it easier to find both of them if ur having trouble. if thats 2 much trouble for you maybe someone can make a twenty minute guide.

Can we get some paragraphs in there?
Survivors are to blame for not punishing camping imo. They reward it and people will keep playing that way.
Also camping/tunneling is sometimes neccessary and it's not done to provoke others or something like that. I know it can be frustrating tho.
agreed. tunneling and camping are necessary sometimes. camping at endgame to secure kill. tunneling mid to late game to catch up. tho I will agree with the poster that camping and tunneling early game is not necessary and a little crappy. but all saying do what you want.
-
her view has always been this low from what I can tell. her speed i dont know about tho she is a slower killer like huntress and the like.
-
also another problem is would the license holders be okay with a killer turning into there characters?

IF any changes are made that makes the achievement impossible - we can change achievements. It's only an issue to change achievements on Consoles if the achievement is still technically possible.
thanks for the input. i thought so with the stranger things stuff leaving. nice to get a little more conformation.

That would be complicated, because if the achievement and how he is disobeying the entity. If they can make him viable with a cost that removes those add-ons sure
yes after they buff him up to a tier is what i mean. cause currently i feel like the ammount of stalk to instamori dosent justify a insta out. but when he gets much stronger they will remove them. either change the achivement. or make it so the instamori is after 1st hook

He wouldn't be like them, he doesn't have mobility for that, he would be weaker than Oni even with this concept, but he'll be A tier if you play him right.
about the other change i suggested. would you remove change is instamori addons in any way?

But with this concept he still has to stalk, has a more versatile gameplay and is very unique, no killer would be like him, it would look much more like him. He can't be pallets chewer, he is not that fast.
The point I'm trying to make is, why would we make him slightly better but still weak against good survivors, when we can make him, fun, unique, balanced and good against all type of survivors?
I want him to be a tier. thats the perfect spot for most killers. i dont want another powehouse like spirit and nurse. tho blight is balanced for his strength capability

Here's 3 from each side I adore, but it doesn't come up as part of the more popular, yet limited, selection:
1. Deja Vu: This perk is so underrated in SoloQ! It progressively makes the killer work harder to stop the gens flying by, along with preventing a 3-gen problem in the late game. It's difficult to see the results of Deja Vu's benefits, but it is a supreme game changer.
2. We'll Make It: This perk switches a dire situation into a positive one so quickly. Paired with Empathy it's amazing, but alone it's still an extremely efficient perk to get your fellow survivors back into action.
3. Smash Hit: It basically ends the chase for the killer. Not only do they have to recover from the smack, but then they've lost a ridiculous amount of ground. I call this "Roadrunner", as it reminds me when Wile Coyote gets smacked by his own trap, then Roadrunner appears, goes "Meep meep!", and sprints off.
1. Spies From The Shadows: Never underestimate the crows. Those guys have been so good I was even accused of cheating because a crow alerted me to them sneaking into a locker .. on The Game! A keen eye, plus survivor unawareness, makes this a brilliant perk.
2. Iron Maiden: For those trying to deal with über-immersive of Quick & Quiet survivors, or even those just needing a locker, this can be great, especially if they had to leap into one at the last moment. Catches out more than you think, and dynamite with BBQ & Chili.
3. Trail Of Torment: With the variety of perks that light up gens for survivors, this perk can easily sneak in and cause a ruckus. Also, oblivious is a great status to impact on survivors. It's just a great perk I get a lot of use out of.
i wish trail of torments aura would have a smaller radius to see. not as small as say Hex:Plaything but smaller than it is.
-
Can say the same about sweaty survivors.

The thing is he would still be weak and outdated compared to newer killers, why not make him good and unique?
his playstyle is really unique. i just wish ghostface wasent 100 timse better of a stealth killer option. honestly dont know what to do with him. i dont want him to be another pallet chewer in t3 like nemesis or demogorgan. but faster pallets. and mabye a slight endurance built in would be nice.
-
@Maperson said:
He is the only killer than needs to work to become basic M1 killer, if you take out his T1 he will still be the same plus he would lose what's unique to him, I'd make him like:
• T1 110% undetectable status effect
• T2 Faster stalk and faster breaking pallets
• T3 120% without possibility to gain bloodlust
• He could switch between T1 and T2. For example if he wants to stealthy approach he can switch himself fron T2 to T1, but he will lose 5% movement speed.
i think all he needs back is group stalk. make him so much better just like that. obviously not perfect but would help. tho it wouldnt really be following his lore. since he usually targets one victim at a time.
-
Demo is the most balanced. and I'm sure just cause there gone they will get buffs if needed. im gonna assume there gonna buff him so people who dont own him still can experience him alot.

If you're not already at iri 1 this statement loses a lot of it's power considering this is the first reset to bottom
i only play like 5-10 games a day.
i do fine.
-
what kills me is the "in a single trial" you gotta basically throw the game and even than you might not get it... sick of these "play bad" challenges on killer and survivor
-
Franklins loses you chase time with pinhead. just use hoarder and pick up the box when there down.
-
I have a job that i work more than the average hours. i can still get to iri 1 on survivor. im not as good at killer but i still get to iri at the same time.

You can't get rid of the tombstone addons because of the Evil Incarnate achievement.
I personally think Mikey needs a add on pass and to just get rid of T1 and he'll be fine.
i like t1 cause it feels like micheal tho it should be easier to get to 2 and also scratched mirror is super fun. It feels super unfun to get instamori super quickly without bein hooked. they could change the achivement. or better yet make it so you need to atleast get 1 hook. but get rid of 1 of the mori addons to make way for more useful like breaking pallets faster. keep Judith. get rid of tombstone piece.
but yeah full addon pass. just dont do a billy.

Object of Obsession. People think the "nerf" killed it but i think its honestly a buff. the majority of the time if a killer sees you have it they ignore you. and if they do chase you it works MIDCHASE, pair that with alert and you can see the killers aura constantly. making it so any mindgame they try to play becomes allmost worthless the majority of the time. also lets me dodge lethal pursuer and tell if there is bbq and chili , I'm all ears (against pyramid heads mostly) , and any other aura reading perk. a must have on the majority of my builds.

You should read the part where I said it would only do this if the last person is a SWF and the dcing players are part of that SWF
no, but either way one perk loses a pip and all there bp. so whatever. not like this is a common thing. ive only had it happen to me once.

It's not the frequency that matters. It's an unintended bug that people exploit to deny guaranteed 4k's.
not really? hatch opens when there is only 1 survivor left. Even if they died via DC its still a death. besides what if in a solo game someone dcs cause they got angry or whatever people dc for. should the last survivor be punished?

I highly recommend people to practice as Nurse its kind of like playing huntress once you master huntress you will start to understand how the huntresses play and go on from there. The key to beating Nurse is to outthink them and definitely don't often get caught in the open its kind of the same significance as letting a huntress get up close to you in an open area, hard to dodge a blink or a gadget in that case from up close.
The best way to play against Nurse is to realize that a good Nurse is constantly making split decisions off of how you play, how I play Nurse is I tend to try to expect the unexpected, but thinking how the survivors will make their choices like if consistency change how you play during a chase using los blockers and double back then not doubling back expected the Nurse to expect you to double back then you can throw off a good Nurse by quite a lot.
It's not impossible to outplay a Nurse you just have to understand all the information that Nurse needs and use against the Nurse, its kind of why indoor maps and corn are so painful as Nurse, because you have to read the survivors, but the corn acts as los blockers so you have to make split decisions on whether they will expect you to blink on top of them or behind them or even in front of them.
I hope this helps someone I'm not sure if it doesn't make much sense or not, I'm bad at explaining things, but I highly recommend anyone that is unsure of how Nurse works to practice as playing her or at the very least watch videos on how to play against Nurse and sorry for the large paragraph I actually just genuinely enjoy giving advice against and as Nurse.
thats just the thing. i play nurse regularly i get a 2-3k on average.

Yes please unlike most I actually like having killers that make the game completely different. (Unless it's a plague and I brought in a super healing build, then I would cry.)
i dont hate nurse i dont mind a challenge but everytime ive gotten nurse these past months they wipe us out so quick only get about 1 gen done.

I've been noticing at high MMR that literally every pinhead uses NOED. Super frustrating stuff since hes really hard to get away from when hes both faster and instadowns you.
I bring smallgame usually, but ive been using counterforce. but yeah its frusturating when a killer has pressure so you cant focus on totems. or they do so bad you dont have enough time to get all totems.
-
People really only get those characters? i barely see nurse or spirit ive been seeing mostly nemesis and pinhead/Chatterer
-
Wouldn't this just bring less survivor diversity. and make the meta even more concrete
-
Its hard to buff trickster without adding something to his whole power like clown.
if they reduced the number of knifes to downany further i think he would be broken.
just give him 60 knifes again.

Faster than nurse are you on crack
with nurses fatigue after ahit. at low loops a trickster can def knock down faster than a nurse
-
search chest for keys while i can so if i cant find hatch before them i have options.
-
i bring small game cause if i notice the killer aint doing so well, there is a chance they have noed. especially if they use there power badly but are decent at killer themselves. makes me think they just started playing said killer so not much perk selection sometimes noed.
-
yeah survivors would just shove another meta perk and killers would run 5 slowdowns instead of 4.
-
Hmm. To me its the best map for killer and one of the worst for survivor. it seems killer sided. mabye in the top percent its not but i can regulary get a 3 gen on it.
