Legion is weak because they don't have a power, all they do is stab people and force them to heal, then are countered when people don't heal.
While other killers such as Spirit actually have a power

They suck greatly right now, and none of the hits on them are free as they are punished for missing

Here is a more descriptive way of me saying it
It takes a lot of BloodOrbs to fully charge it on its own, or you could hit a healthy survivor 2-3 times

I'm sorry but I'm not sure you've seen how his how power works. It charges from hitting, yes. But he can also absorb these floating bubblely orbs of blood from a bleeding survivor that really ramp it up. One hit can give him his power really fast. One hit and a long chase can give it him, run out, and then give it to him again.
I do know what is power is, which is why I said he needs alot of blood orbs

Nurse was the only one that really got nerfed, imo Nurse got nerfed too hard
Spirit was fine in the first place and only needed QoL changes to PB and phasing, I would have it to where she still had collision but in the phase she couldn't hear grunts of pain

Lithe is number one as it works on ALL vaults and works whenever you fast vault
BL is getting a weird nerf, but its still pretty strong and can allow you to exit chases easier
DH is pretty good at extended the chase, but after one use the killer will know everything and becomes useless
Adrenaline only works after all gens are done or if hatch is closed, so if you never make it to one of these it never goes off
SB used to be good, but now it sucks if the killer respects the SB
Head On would be a good perk if it affected vaults, but still Number 6
Secret number 0 is blood echo, because it COUNTERS THEM ALL

It honestly wouldn't be the worse idea, since he's most effective (at least currently) when he slugs. Being able to get yourself back up would either force him to pick you up and end his power, or let you get up before he comes back.
What if he doesn't activate his power?
