Worth noting that this is how CS specifically does it, it's not the same for all games. In the case of Dead by Daylight, the killer is the authority. If the survivor is in range on the killer's screen, they will hit them. The idea is basically the same though, it may look weird on the survivor's end, but the important part is that the killer wouldn't have gotten the hit if they weren't in range on their end.
(But again, that's not what's going on here anyway.)
I always try to explain to my friends about how the hit connect, they always believe that I am "Kidding" or joking
They also always blame hitboxes, which for me are completely fine. I understand the hits that are being hit onto me but sometimes, before this update, I have noticed some weird stuff at vaults at shack where I hit a survivor when I know I shouldn't have hit them

Well, balance is the issue with this mode
it greatly increases the total generators needed and new maps would have to be made to fit this
Yes Identity V has duo hunter mode but thats also cause the maps on that game are HUGE compared to dbd with Haddonfield and Hawkins
It sounds good on paper but so much will need to be done first

Which is why I mentioned the pins being reverted to it, making mending harder and being affected by a status affect. Also not everyone hits a unnerving presence overcharge skill check. Huntress's lullaby can also make hitting the skillchecks harder.
I could change this to where hitting a survivor in DW does not end the frenzy and allows you to continue

No you can buff strong things
I.E Borrowed Time keeps getting buffed
I also got someone killed cause survivors couldn't find the hook after I distracted them all

Make Deafness occur on when failing skill checks on generators
Make Blindness reduce the FoV of survivors
Make Blindness reduce the Killer stain
Make Deafness remove notifications via hex break and stuff

No, just cause you got a 4K does not make legion a strong killer
its all about if the power is strong, you can get a 4K as legion without using the power, but a killer is strong depending if the power is a threat, and cause dw, which made legion unique, cannot even down a survivor anymore, pretty much makes legion a killer that LITERALLY can only hit survivors, unlike clown who can make grabs easier, billy and bubba who can 1shot survivors, nurse who teleports, and do on
while legions power no longer is a threat and now hurts you more than helps
in the current state they are in, IMO even old Freddy slowed the game down more than they do
