    This is very normal for killer honestly. At peak times you'll generally get higher ranks in your games, and since it'll match you with survivors who are +/- 6 ranks then.. yeah you can get stomped by smurfs or swf really hard sometimes and there's not much you can do (since there were 3 no mithers I'm guessing it was swf)

    Honestly right now I am more pissed at long que times rather than rank differences.

    Because @ALostPuppy is right, even in rank 20 or 15 there could be players with hundreds of hours experience, smurf or derank provides that. Also just because they appear red ranks doesn't mean they are good or experienced either.

    This is PS4, right? In general, there is a lack of people playing killer, and there especially is a lack of people playing killer at the higher ranks. That's why green rank killers end up playing against purple and red rank survivors all the time.

    It also means instant lobbies for killers and not-so-nice queue times for survivors.

    The devs really, really need to take action here. They can't solve this problem by changes in the matchmaking, they have to make changes in the game so that more people want to play killer.

    This one is incorrect matchmaking, the other one is fine as its in the 6 rank range

    That's actually pretty tame in comparison to what usually happens.

    Ranking and matchmaking need to be heavily looked at in my opinion. Mostly Rank simply because Ranking especially for survivor right now is just how long you play, It's barely takes skill into consideration. I'm pretty sure there'd be a hell of a lot less crying on the reddit and forums if people regularly faced people of the same skill level.
