Good luck getting yourself RBT'ed right before the last gen were done! You're just gonna waste a lot of your time to travel the map to find a Jigsaw Box or get yourself killed by your stupid teammates for popping the last gen+open the exit gate!
Many people thinks her RBT is useless due to EGC but ignores the fact that the RBT still activates right after the last gen were done, and if someone opened the exit gate and triggers the EGC, you just get fcked! If you don't put RBT on their head right before the last gen were popped, I'm sorry, but you're the one who's bad, not The Pig!
Most of you think the timer stopped when they're within Pig's TR fcked her up too, but didn't realized that the RBTs is used for stall the game, not for kill! When a Survivor has a RBT on their head, they will doing nothing except looking for Jigsaw Boxes most of the time. That means that's one less Survivor doing gens. Less Survivors on gens means more time for you to down and hook Survivors. If you used RBT just for kill, or tunnel/camp the fck out of the one with RBT, again, you're bad, not The Pig!

That means you have to use the RBT right before the last gen had finished, that's it :3
Somebody: Her RBT is useless now cuz it doesn't click when the Survivors within her TR...

To someone who think The Plague is bad and even think she's a low tier killer, and evem think she's worst than Freddy, good luck sticking a Plague whose fully charged her Vile Purge. You're just gonna get insta-downed from full stream and basic attack.
She's better than Huntress at high wall loops because she's faster and neither of them can hit their powers on high loops. If the Survivors don't use the fountain, they're broken against a basic movement speed killer. If you don't down Survivors who don't use fountain, I'm sorry, but you're the one who sucks, not the Plague.
After someone is saved from the hook in the early game you got two survivors infected. And if they used the fountain, you become Huntress on steroids for a while. If you can't down someone before two Corrupt Purges ended, again, you suck, not the Plague.
Just because you can't brain-dead steamroll through loops doesn't mean the killer is bad ffs.
And before people start complaining about gen rush with her, every killer whose not Nurse or Hillbilly struggles against gen rush as well!

It's a bug, I dunno how they do it either! But don't try it by yourself, becuz Survivors have no way to win as there're more threat they have to deal against, so you might got chance to be banned, even if you're not the one who did that!
When you create a killer lobby, make sure 4 people in your lobby were ALL Survivors before you ready, then you'll be safe!

I've updated the guide, including new tips to play The PLague and perks that offers a benefit but doesn't fit well with Plague as a character or is too "niche" for me to recommend.

He's a pretty decent Killer, as he can stop loops and end chase pretty quick due to his bottles. The only downside is he lacks of map presence and the power to slow the game down, if it weren't for that he probably become a Top Tier Killer.
I think the only main reason why no one plays him it's becuz he's "ugly" (Leatherface is ugly too but there are many people play him)...

If you're gonna be negative about it. Only bad survivors rate hag highly because they are the ones so incompetent as to set off all her traps and die a horrible horrible death.
I think that the situation you said only SWF can do. When you're being chased, you immediately inform your teammates to step on the trap of a certain area to harass her. SWF is always broken as FCK anyway!
Of course you'll get some good teammates at solo, stepping all the traps while knowing you being chased, but after all, not all teammates can cooperate well like that!

But as always, if no one joins after 5mins, closing and reopening the lobby is usually a save bet. Also depending on your region, you might want to play during afternoon, since less people play during night.

Enduring/Spirit Fury will be really strong for her since she's still weak to loops. Brutal Strength also just to eat through pallets faster.
BBQ/Ruin is good on every killer, nothing special for Plague.
I think Blood Warden might be a good perk for her. If you get a proc and have corrupt vomit you can basically multi-down in the gates.
Knockout would be good for her since it can slow the game and spread the sickness (when they heal them up). Plus because of Broken they won't be able to heal all the way.
STBFL would be good for her since you can avoid losing tokens by inflicting Broken with the vomit.
Surveillance should be good for her too since you can kick a gen, puke on it, and if they tap it they both alert you and get sick.
I don't think Tinkerer and Dark Devotion will be better than Monitor & Abuse, even though decreases TR more than M & A, as they have time limits, and The Plague doesn't have high-mobility, unless if they're close to the survivors!
but yeah, they still work! And any anti-heal perks didn't work quite well on her due to the fountain!

They worked just like The Pig's boxes, so I don't think Blindness would work

Monitor & Abuse - for getting closer! Core perk!
Corrupt Intervention - Allows you to patrol the gen a lot easier!
Bamboozle - Stops the window loop effectively!
Brutal Strength - Some pallet loops hinder her the most part! So you need to break them ASAP!
Enduring+Spirit Fury - Same with Brutal Strength but much better, and it grants you a free hit!

I have no idea why so many people hate it, like the way killer hates DS (they should've hate it cuz it's fckin crutch), as it got counterplays... Just open the exit gate and leave ASAP or cleanse all the totems, unless the killer have Blood Warden...
