Piggy is a classic.
-
That isn't fair, Piggy mains are the second most wholesome type of players in the entire community, losing only to Freddy mains. Their supposed habit of tunneling is not as common as perceived to be.
-
Agreed. They are both unfun strategies, yet necessary from time to time.
-
I know I should choose this option, but I can't stand Ghostface.

You never experienced the scorching Barbacue event? Hell, if I had a time machine I'd let you use it to give the event a shot. It was amazing. Only thing that beats it though was the Halloween event for 2018 and.. I guess 2019
If only it was possible, I would love to go back and experience it! But hey, I started during Winter Solstice back in 2018. That was also a good event.
-
An absolute gamer, for sure!
-
Bad? I would say it is one of the worst states ever:
-The game barely works on console, and even PC players are having problems.
-If you do manage to play, it is survivor pre-dropping pallets and holding W all the time.
-Every single reworked map is terrible, and you have to play them all the time. On top of that, the new map doesn't even work.
-The horror aesthetic, one of the most important things in the game, is gone.
-Killers such as Billy and Freddy are stuck with bad versions of their power and BVHR doesn't say a word about it.
-Optimization is nothing but a distant dream.
-The upcoming event is literally recycled, not to mention something else that I can't say here.
And this sad list goes on. Now, explain to me what the hell is this.
I am pretty sure they can do better than this.

I also miss the Christmas lights everywhere, too.
Now that is going to overwhelm me! I first started playing DBD during the last Winter Solstice event, back in 2018.
That theme alone was enough to send shivers down my spine. I miss 2.4.0 so damn much!

Yeah, it's a bit sad that they stopped doing all of these things. They already have it programmed. It wouldn't be hard to paste the code back in and redo the stuff.
Yeah, it is hard to understand why they don't do that anymore. It can't be that difficult, and they know the community wants it.
By the way, up for some more nostalgia?

The cooking was my favorite part of the whole thing but I really did like seeing the liquid pour out of the top of the machines when they got completed, too.
Stop, you are killing me with memories from a good time that I never experienced!

What defines a good event? Because those events were just gens and hooks being pretty with extra BP.
I want more interactive events like the Blight and Moonrise. Finding the Gnome at ECG now that stuff is fun.
You do. Fun is subjective, I just gave some examples that I thought were good events.
But at least none of them were recycled, unlike the upcoming one.

Once you hooked a survivor, some pork started sizzling in the pan under their feet lol.
Yeah, I know. I've seen some videos about it. If only I had been here.

I miss that event also! The sizzling sound was awesome lol.
Wish I was here for that event, but I didn't start playing DBD until Winter Solstice.

What exactly does everyone want, aside from the ability to exploit the game in ways that the developer doesn't want and free "compensation" for the game developing undesired bugs?
I'll start. It's their fifth anniversary so I think that BHVR could have shown their effort by providing me with a free car. I'd still hate them and call them lazy, inept, greedy, stupid, worthless, evil, and every other negative thing I could think of while continuing to play the game and demanding a full cash refund, but man it would be nice to have a new car. Oh, I want my cosmetic glitch given back to me too. They owe me.
I think what we actually are good events, such as the ones we had in the past: Howling Grounds, Scorching Summer BBQ, All Hallows' Eve, Winter Solstice, and this beautiful list goes on.
-
I suspect we already knew that.

How many differences can you see? Let's go through it!

If I missed one, be sure to let me know!
At least they've kept the "Now available everywhere".
-
It doesn't.

What the #########?

I am so glad that it is a fake account. If it wasn't, who knows what would've happened?

It's funny how we look back on some things, just minor things such as that lead us to a big game.
It's kinda nostalgic. It's like looking at the first letter of a book you read that really stuck with you.
I agree completely.
-
Because it is fun.
-
No Mither makes you vulnerable for the entire match, and that alone is enough to make David the hardest survivor to play as.
-
Monto is the best. Always was, always will be.
-
It was the year of 2018. I was playing Friday the 13th: The Game with a friend. Jason wasn't really doing anything so we just kept talking, and when I asked him about game suggestions he mentioned Dead by Daylight. I bought it 1 month later.
-
How could you not? Pig is fun!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sad. But hey, you should check out DBD'S OST regardless. Some songs which aren't in the game anymore are really interesting, such as "Being Watched" and "Petrified".
Or maybe event themes, like Winter Solstice and All Hallows' Eve.

Actually maybe Hag takes zero skill 😉 scroll wheel Hags or camping Hags seem extremely easy lol
If you play her strategically, she actually takes a lot of skill.

Although I am not going to change mine, I am happy to see that you've got what you wanted!

Hmm, I'd have to hear that one specifically. I was under the impression that all killers had the same generic bass groove just kind of bouncing around in the background while they moved around. It's so distracting to me. It's like the killer is listening to an ipod, lol.
But Unstable is the generic bass you've mentioned, lol.

How much does the Meyers chapter cost? Didn't know it was released lol
Honestly I don't see Myers and Wraith as broken.
I think no one does. Other than OP, of course.
-
I never thought I would see someone asking for Bubba to get nerfed, especially when considering how his power used to work.
I suppose I was wrong.
-
I actually thought about this a few days ago.
I really miss the old maps, especially Lery's.
-

That would actually be really, really interesting. I don't know if I'd like it or not, it would feel so unnatural. Well, that's probably the wrong word. It would feel so unusual.
At first I misinterpreted the title of the thread and thought that you meant there was no "hunt music", or whatever term a person would use to describe the music that killers have when they're wandering around, looking for survivors, but not actively engaged in the hunt. I would be perfectly happy having the option to play without that.
I like Unstable, to be honest. It really gets you in the mood for killing.
-
Should have played better.
-
Cursed be The Realm Beyond, whose actions ruined everything we loved.
A moment of silence for what was once a great map.

Maybe not. But it should be expected that people grow up and stop throwing around baseless accusations and conspiracies.
Not really. Because people are unpredictable, so you shouldn't expect anything.
-
I love how your name has "Artemis" in it and you main Huntress.
So perfect.

Actually at least after they have said so on the official Twitter and here on the forums multiple times, at this point, we can expect people to know about that.
I don't think that is enough. The only way to be sure that people know about something is with you plant the information on their brains.
-
Well, you can't expect people to know about that.
-
Well, I once played against a Streamer who complained about every single one of my actions. But in the end I managed to sacrifice him, so it doesn't really matter.
-
That is actually a very good idea!
-
No killer truly takes 0 skill. Even if their powers do not demand much from you, such as Bubba, Freddy and Spirit, you still need general killer knowledge.
-
Freddy has been my main ever since I first started playing DBD, back in 2018.

Yeah, that's true. No arguments here, but personally for me, I think it would be neat if he could still do some minor things as well. Like snares or pallets, but the big thing is when he pulls you in. As I told BrokenSoul, I miss the feeling of just all of a sudden I feel completely exposed out of no where.
Yeah, I know how that is. I miss everything about him.
Losing the one killer you loved most is not easy.
