c'mon that's a freebie, old Legion was a disaster, name something else.
Lightborn.
It should have granted full immunity from the very start, at least at level 3.

There has to be sooomethin about the game now you like better than before dear friend.
Legion.
-
Terrible, terrible idea.

The reason why Self-Care fell from grace, is because the healing action itself takes longer now.
Back in the day, 12 charges were required to complete a healing action. This number was increased to 16 sometime around Spirit's release. Self-Care, which was once an excellent option, became something that merely wasted time, at least for the majority of the community.
My personal opinion is that they should make the Self Heal action take 12 charges when you have Self-Care equipped.
Problem solved.

Reversion of the entire game back to Clown's release.

Pretty big difference as iri head still has its uses especially with the current iri. Huntress doesn't move slower than survivors and wouldn't have her entire power made useless because of the addon on maps like lerys because nurse couldn't blink through objects. The level of power between them is a lot. Nurse may be overall stronger but iri head was way stronger in value then nurses 3rd blink ever was. Just as a reminder:
A white and pristine piece of ribbon once attached to a sacred book. Serves as the symbol of a dispute.
- Adds 1 Blink Charge.
- The Nurse is unable to Blink to a Target location she does not have direct line-of-sight to.
The longer recharge is its own drawback as well as it allows survivors plenty of time to get away from the nurse even when stacked with the green. Adding a longer cooldown to nurse blink changes how the game plays believe it or not.
I had to use this add-on for that one achievement, because little ole' me didn't do it before Nurse's nerf.
I did get it, but it wasn't the best of experiences.

If you genuinely believe gen speeds are fine.... care to buy some of these magic beans 😂😂😂😂
My apologies, I tend to forget that not everyone on the Forums can hold an actual conversation.
I will press the matter no further.

Okay but is it fun for killer to chase a survivor at a strong loop and not be able to catch them? You only think about survivors fun lmfao. I mentioned dead hard as an example. Not every killer has to have map mobility but people complain for buffs and that they're weak? You don't have to agree with me but know that thinking like that will hurt the game
Looping is fun, and you are always able to catch them. It is your task to mindgame and adapt your playstyle depending on the map and available tiles.
I play both sides, btw.

Yeah very strong loops, deadhard to a pallet at a strong loop, gens fly and only killers with map mobility have a CHANCE, Michael cannot have map pressure because the characters literally cannot have it because of who he is, yep that's fine, right? Instead of agreeing so we can get a variety of killer in our matches, you disagree and prefer a frustrating survivor sided game
Awwww, did I hit a nerve?
Allow me to address your points, will ya?
Strong Loops are Survivor's defenses against Killer's. It is unreasonable to expect maps to have nothing but weak loops or deadzones. It would be incredibly boring for both sides if that was the case.
DH is not okay, and I don't recall saying otherwise.
Gen Speeds are fine. Making gens take longer at base is not a good idea.
Michael is actually stronger than most people give him credit for. And besides, not every killer has to have mobility.
Last but not least, I don't have to agree with you, and that doesn't automatically makes me someone who wants a, I quote, "frustrating survivor sided game". We all have our views, mate.

No, fix tiles and gen speed
Both of those things are fine, though.

Nurse, easily.
And not her stupid new model, no. To heel with that.
But the OG though...

Hey, you know I was revisiting my old screenshots and some videos I had recorded of the game and I started to agree with you about the Descend Beyond reworks and how they have changed the game for the worse. It's kinda hard to explain, but I get the feeling that all these changes did bring a generic atmosphere to the game and I think they contributed to make us feel tired, in a way. I mean, some changes were good (characters changes like retextures and animations), but maps were really unpleasent changes.
I remember I used to love playing on Macmillan and now it's absolutely my most disgusted map, not because of leveling design, but because of its appearence, it's just a bland map, clearer, without colour. This is just an expression of what the game have become: unappealing.
I am glad you see where I am coming from.
Some people here don't have a lot of sympathy for me, because having an opinion is a crime, so it is good to see comments such as this one of yours.
The Forums need more people like you.
Oh, and to hell with the Realm Beyond! May those maps burn, and we get the ones we truly love back!

You love all old DbD stuffs or just some of them? I mean do you really love Old Object of Obsession, DS, Spirit etc.
Yes.
If it has Old, GeneralV is sold.
There is only one exception, which is Old Legion.

You could assume the most common reason to disable a killer being something to do within a match and not the menuing system to select that character.
You are making it seem we want every conceivable option kill switchable. If there's a match breaking bug you prevent the character from being played. If there's a bug that crashes the game in the menu, you disable it completely.
Besides, menu bugs don't seem to reach the level of kill switch considering the Frankenstein of a character you can make right now with Cheryl.
No, its not difficult to disable the search for match button when killer == Nurse. Consider that switching killers in lobby is not possible prevents any circumventing.
Its just an oversight on a new feature that was used for the first time. Improvements can always be made.
"Improvements can always be made.''
BHVR? Improvements?
You ask for far too much. They only know how to make something worse, in one way or another.

How does everyone get paired with Sluzzy Lmao holy cow
Because they play this game a lot, and have been doing so since 2016.
-
I haven't actually enjoyed DBD in a very long time, to be honest.
-
I am fine with that, tbh.
Blight could get deleted for all I care, but I am fine with Nurse and Spirit being in the highest of tiers forever. Some killers will be stronger than others, and that happens because of a variety of factors that goes beyond their own powers and add-ons.
And I happen to like Nurse and Spirit, so I think they can stay in the throne.
-
Not exactly.
The only thing you said on this entire post, is that those perks will not be as powerful as they usually are when Survivors play the game as effectively as possible.
The thing is, no one, NO ONE, gets trials like that every time. Unwinnable situations are extremely rare scenarios, and that "extremely" deserves a huge emphasis.
In conclusion, those perks will give you the effect you need on the absolute majority of your trials.
-
The information is accurate.
That stupid Undetectable effect just messed it up, but technically he still has a 6m TR.
-
Spirit getting grabs.
-
Those 3 words describe my feelings for the game since late-2019.
-
It is definitely possible.

Edit: That was a little mean of me, friend. You having a good day today? What are you thinking of having for dinner?
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2831867#Comment_2831867
Woah, partner, slow your roll--I'm seeing a lack of meme charge speed add-ons, and that's unacceptable! How else am I going to charge my chainsaw at Mach 2 and cleave through a pallet into a survivor?
I'm not sure I love your other changes either, even if I wouldn't say no to some dynamic changes.
I'm personally okay with Billy where he is right now--sorry @GeneralV, but I like how his new add-ons can have interactions with his perks and the roar doesn't bother me overmuch.
Also, hot take: if the overheat "does nothing," why complain about it? It's obviously having an effect if it bothers people, even if it's not necessarily a good one.
Conclusion: maybe a 3.5 second bump stun instead of four seconds.
Wait, why did you mention me on this one?
I am pretty sure I was replying to @RenAmamiya
-
That last line is painfully accurate.

Someone got gen rushed.

Iron Will, has ALWAYS been fine.
Period.

Revert his rework and add 3 small words to his charge time addons: "Does not stack". Billy = fixed.
Good answer.
-
It isn't, though.
Sometimes there are some situations where it seems like you cannot do anything, but you actually can. Within time, you'll get used to the strategies that you should use.
Unwinnable scenarios are, in reality, rarely seen. It is a matter of knowing what to do.
-
Pretty sure it is Nemesis.

Wait, you're telling me Sluzzy was AGAINST butchering old Billy?
No one was in favor of doing so.
-
Because if you want an asymmetrical horror experience, there is nothing else to play.
-
Revert the rework completely.
Easy fix and a step in the right direction, I might add.
-
Honestly, considering the aesthetic the game had and should still have, Wraith would be better suited for this position.

This is so relatable. I loved dbd in 2018 so much and it was like the only game I played even when mortal Kombat got released a year later I still played only DBD now I think hard if I should open the game up or not. But hey speak your mind we all have reasons why we don’t play as much anymore (:
I am glad it is relatable, in a way.
-
Back when DBD provided me with a level of enjoyment that no other game could, I basically played nothing else.
But now...very, VERY little. I do not play unless there is someone to play with, which is already surprising because a few months ago I was not playing at all.
I sincerely wish DBD was still the same game I fell in love with back in 2018, so that I could have a different answer for this thread...but it is what it is.

"Properly" - Strong word.
I mean, the game is designed like that, so 3 hooks is a "symbol" of a proper playstyle.
