Well, like you said, it gives survivors a warning. I think that's good.
However, if the teleport takes too long, the information spirit gets may get quickly outdated. You may need to clarify that.

Run Stridor, and when you can, Run Father's Glasses. It makes tracking that much easier. Maybe even sloppy butcher with the glasses? Idk.

Storytime Kids!
The killer was Billy. The map? Storehouse. There were 3 survivors, including me, left in the game.
I risked it all to unhook a Claudette. The killer was chasing another survivor, a Dwight who I took a protection hit for.
I got caught and hooked. I was on my first hook, and I was being facecamped .They teabagged at the Exit gates for about 20 seconds before they realized their error. Dwight rushed in to save me. Or so I thought...
Dwight tried to save me. He unhooked me inches from the killer. I got downed instantly (no BT) and Dwight got sawed.
After it was all said and done, the Claudette, who had BT and teabagged at the gates while Dwight died trying to save (or troll) me; had escaped.
In the endgame chat was a message from Dwight, directed at me: "FU*K YOU YOUR FAULT STEVE"
and this is why I main killer

Survivors spam "Delete NOED" like Raid Shadow Legends spams unpaid sponsorships.
Allow me to explain why I'm fine with all of these perks:
Unbreakable can be countered by picking the survivor up. In some situations it's really good (soul guard) but eating the DS is better than letting the survivor have an extra hit they can take.
Decisive strike is annoying, but in most situations is just an inconvenience. I think its fine in it's current state. It's really good, but if a survivor gets the DS off on me and escapes, I don't care because it wasn't about how I preformed. It wasn't my fault, especially if they had UB or something.
Burrowed time sure is annoying, but seeing as it's good for the health of the game,(Counters both camping and tunneling to an extent) I couldn't care less.
Adrenaline is fair. Sometimes it gets use, but just like NOED, the survivor can go matches without getting use out of it and thus having only 3 perks the whole time. This compensates for its powerful effect, which is luck based, really. You need to have good timing. If you do, gg. However, i've seen more "Buff Adren" threads than "Nerf Adren" threads.
Dead Hard is pretty counterable and yes, it can potentially doom a Hag or Trapper, but if they lead them to a trap during a chase, its still Dead Hard gone, so that's ok. Dead Hard can be annoying, but I really don't care if a survivor pulls it off on me.
And most of those threads don't even call for the removal of the fooking thing.

No, that's my job. And you never see killer mains complaining that they lost because the survivors played the game how they were supposed to, or that (insert character/item/perk/add on) should be cast into the fiery pits of hell.
and every point except #2 applies to both sides.

And that's not counting the licensed characters. From what Kate's Archive tells us about her, she can notice things that no one else can. Like there's some sort of connection between her and other dimensions. After I read that, I immediately put together that the other Survivors are the same way. There's some connection that they all have. So basically chosen.

S tier: Frank- Definitely some metal on here AC/DC? Maybe even some White Stripes tracks because tf why not.
For some unexplainable reason I thought Oliver Tree, but probably doesn't suit Frank that well. It's on there anyway.

A tier: Susie- For whatever reason I imagine her mixtape as more upbeat. Perhaps she has songs like that. Idk who she'd put on there.
From my limited perspective, Twenty One Pilots and maybe Some Imagine Dragons come to mind.
Joey- Tupac, Drake, Travis Scott, all those guys. I'd put Mr. Bombastic by Biggie Cheese on there too.
F tier: Julie- Because this b*tch is going to have only Billie Eilish, and that's not ok. She might put Sub Urban or someone on there, not like that's any better.
This is pretty sad because i feel like I only got Julie right, and I hate that gloomy genre of music.
The most disappointing part is I was pretty much drawing a blank on Susie although I share those kinds of music tastes that are mentioned in the Add-On description.

Otz is a legend, but I can't see myself watching him consistently because his thing is more like "How to get better" don't get me wrong that's great stuff but im more into "funny ha ha"
