Many cities only have one option because a company will come in and make a contract with the town itself. The contract will make it so no competitors can serve customers in that city.
Yeah I know but they would get tired of dealing with me real quick if there service wasn't up to par for gaming. Pinging things back and forth doesn't eat much internet so even at slower speeds gaming should be possible.

If only survivors would shame each other into playing right. Suicide on hook is miles better than dc on down any day. Now instead of hurting the killer they only hurt each other. Survivors need to have a sit down and talk this out.

I live in a smallish town in the backwoods of Oklahoma. Nowhere near big enough to be any sort of city and I pay $80 a month for 150 MB cable internet. In fairness there is 1 other option here but it's ######### AT&T dsl (ewww). No idea how anyone in any major city in the US only has 1 option. Guess it's possible though. I do know that if my internet was so bad that it was crashing my game left and right I'd be hassling the hell out of my ISP till they got it lined out. Online gaming doesn't take insane speeds to work properly.

Not sure what your getting at there. This isn't a pro ruin or pro DC or the opposite of either thread. This is more about the complaints towards both that I found somewhat similar.

Fair enough. I just saw a lot of complaints and it put me in mind of the mass amount over ruin. I don't use ruin and didn't complain about it either. My hag is still level 1 to be honest about it. I am a big fan of the DC penalty though. Too many times have I seen people with names like "doc=DC" and the like. I guess from my point of view is I'm just chillin with my popcorn just like i was when ruin got blasted lol.

That is an absolutely good perk to counter slugging and it also pairs really well with already meta DS

Absolutely. Way too many people DCing for dumb reasons. It's even to the point people have (whatever they don't like)=DC for names these days. Wish the crashes weren't still around though but it takes a couple minutes to reload the game anyway so not a huge issue there.

I didn't read all 4 pages so if this has already been suggested I apologize. Instead of punishing the killer for hooking the same person again how about giving them more bloodpoints for hooking someone else. I couldn't tell you how many times I barely got away from the hook and hear that unhook boom. Turn around since I haven't had time to find someone else and know for a fact 2 survivors are right behind and as I round the wall the person I hooked previously faceplants into my chest.

I had a game the other night in a 4 stack SWF. It was me, my brother, our friend of many years and a chill twitch streamer we met a couple rounds before. I just got to a gen by the kill shack and got it to about 1/4 when the game freaked out and kicked everyone but me and the killer about the time he rounded the shack door and saw me. They all thought the killer dced meanwhile I assured them he didn't as he was currently packing me to the basement thinking they all dced. after game chat was amusing. Hopefully they fix the random crashes and dc's and then put in the yeah penalty for DC and everything will be peachy for me.

yeah, i like the blinky eyeball. anyone else trying to check it out it didn't do it when i finished the section. it was after i completed all challenges. no idea if there is any other criteria to get it to show you. it totally let me hover and check each challenge gut it wouldn't let me switch tiers.

Yeah, had no idea who the killer even was. I was in the big red barn between the hay so he had a real good sneak up on me unaware. Couldn't hear him over the gen running. Was pretty funny.

Had one last night. Ghostface grabbed me off a gen 30 seconds into the match. I screamed and nearly threw my controller.

Yeah, my brother is in the same boat. I believe he is a rank 17ish killer and it keeps giving him red rank survivors. he was about to quit the game out of frustration. I think he has roughly 50 hours in the game. I'm keeping him playing but hopefully MM gets fixed soon.

I just take out the flashlight wielder and camp them. Then when they complain about camping I point out that they wanted my undivided attention so bad that I decided to humor them and give them what they asked for.

It's also totally ok to let the last one go if you want. If others DC that's on them and can get them banned.

Aside from an internet upgrade you can make sure your connection is wired if possible. Wired is always better than wifi. Make sure nothing else is using your internet at all if it's that bad and it may help some.

I think this is going to promote early game tunneling to get it out of the way. Looking at it from both sides as a survivor if I can save it till end game then it's a free escape if the gates are open pretty much. From the killer side if you want to avoid those end game escapes then you wanna tunnel early and force them to use it asap. Hit or miss it's gone so if it works the way I read it then tunneling would work way better than slug I think.

Pretty sure the hag thing is intentional. When you trigger a trap the game auto rotates your camera to look at the clone that just popped out. It can totally throw off your run. no idea on the exhaustion or bloodlust thing.

The dream I dream (cause it probably will never happen) is playing on xbone with my buddies and then out of no where my pc crew sends out the text to get up and come on. I log out of xbone and the server saves my stuff much like any mmo would. I then hop on pc with the exact progress I just left from. It would also help when I hop on ps4 with my 1 friend that might play and I'm not a fake rank 20 just because I never really play on ps4.

After going to settings>sound and screen>video output settings>rgb range and setting it to full the ps4 now looks like this. Hope it helps anyone with overly bright display. Still a bit bright but not near like it was.

I saw a comment on a thread here but I don't remember which one that said to set a video setting on ps4 to rgb full. It worked miracles and fixed my brightness issue.

it's not quite as bright as the pic makes it look but it's close. crap phone pics but it was the only way to get both screens at once. is there a brightness setting on the ps4 itself? maybe it's in my ps4 settings. pc is kinda midway between xbone and ps4 as far as the brightness goes.
