If you want to truly genrush then here's what you'll need:
- At least a COORDINATED 3-man SWF
- Prove Thyself
- Resilience
- Spine Chill
- Engineer's Toolbox + Clean Rag + Socket Swivels
- Streetwise
- A Nice, Large Map Such As Mother's Dwelling
- It Might Be Smart for Someone To Run Object of Obsession (OoO).
This set-up will allow you to get a plan figured out and plow through the gens when conditions are met. Streetwise just for extra toolbox charges.
I'm not sure if this works, but you could bring multiple Streetwise's. It doesn't say anything against stacking like Prove Thyself and Leader. If anyone could let me know that'd be great.
With all this you should be set to genrush.
-
Brand New Parts aren't any good these days. An Engineer's Toolbox + Clean Rag + Socket Swivels is waaaaaaaaay faster.
-
Nurse and Clown. No competition.
-
Uhm. Survivor queues totally not between 3 and 10 because of killers giving up.
-
Wait....DBD had sound at one point?
-
There's already a 'pacifist' achievement. No more is needed.
-
Dwight:
Head - Dwighty Beanie
Torso - Musky Hoodie
Legs - Day One Office Slacks (Light Gray)
This is currently my favorite CUSTOM outfit to wear. It's not bad for stealth, either.
-
You're right, in real life you wouldn't dash past it. Instead, you would simply step over it.
-
This is scary. I don't want this forum to revive.

yeah, but making new threads all the time clogs feedback, which I may end up doing anyway because of the reason you stated :/
Yeah. It's one of those things where you hope your forum is seen first so that it can make it to the top of the discussions list.

Yes. I hate dealing with the sprint burst on Balanced Landing. I'd much rather face survivors who have a stagger reduction. It gives me so much frustration to just see survivors zoom away to a non-trap zone when I'm playing Hag.
I would push this change above most issues in the game.
I do hope you know that no one is going to notice this simply because it's a two month old sub-forum.

I want Deja Vu to get a rework, I really like the name because it's the name of my favorite movie :)
Sad that it's such a useless perk...
Washington's performance was great in the movie.
-
Anything that isn't messy, won't require a hasty bathroom trip, and won't dirty my hands. So, I typically go with something savory or mixed like pizza rolls or some form of meat stick.
-
Killer: No One Escapes Death. Killers shouldn't be rewarded after terrible play. It's the same reason I dislike Blood Warden.
Survivor: DeJa Vu because why?

I’m not suggesting this whatsoever, I think it would ruin the game. Just starting up a discussion over it.
Yes, I understand, but removing aura perks results in the loss of several teachables such as Bond, Empathy, OoO, and...wait...MoM buff to no longer show your aura...GENIUS!

Can't play ChexQuest on Stadia, can you?
Chexmate.
I would say touche if it wasn't sarcastic, eh.
-
Stadia is better PC. Change my mind.
-
*Sigh*
These Ruin forums are all for personal attention at this rate.
-
They go boom
-
Hair is god awful; shorts are OK; shirt and hat are really cool.
-
This is kind of like Demogorgon and Spirit combined. Also, a character from real-life stories would be boring as we know everything about them.
-
Opening the hatch should be a 10 second process with two snap out of it-like skill-checks.
-
Bring back old Ruin or double the time of Corrupt
-
At least you can see your feet. That's something Call of Duty hasn't accomplished in almost two decades.
-
So let me tell you how removing a fifth of all survivors perks is a terrible idea
-
Green ranks should be unpicked, rotten potatoes, honestly.
-
Never was, never will be. It was still a change that no one asked for though.
-
I'm on PS4 too, but my update was only around 15 gigabytes so that's a huge jump.
-
I use it on my Ash, but not to bully killers. Instead I use the perk to have an eye on the killer at all times so I know what areas are and are not safe to be in. RIP if it's Jumpscare Myers though.
-
Green ranks are just resets of purple who think they're good when they're just bullying average killers. In green ranks I typically take in an ivory or cypress mori just incase.

No. If anything it should be first person so you get the perceptive of the survivors vision. Putting the camera further a field from the survivor does nothing more than advance the field of view which clearly is an advantage to survivors.
Better be ready for some nauseous 360s.
-
You chased the same guy for 2 minutes. This is your own fault for not leaving a chase in which you were clearly not proficient enough to end.
-
But then Saboteur would need the same change. Besides, Self-Care is complete and utter #########. I escape at rank 2 with a team-boosting build consisting of Prove Thyself, Leader, Streetwise, and either Bond or Better Together. That's it; no survival perks and yet I last 10 times longer than all of my teammates. Self-Care is a waste of a perk slot and time. Spending half of a minute healing at a pallet or corner wastes a lot of time and usually leads to a loss for your team because the killer gets so much extra time
-
Come on, guys, let's nerf an exhaustion perk to make it one time use even though dedicated servers and even a well-timed lunge counter it completely.
-
Just because you don't have the knowhow to counter a character doesn't make him overpowered. Lack of skill and OP are two different things.
-
This or provide a 5% increase to vaulting speed.
-
Downing survivors is OP, make it a very rare DLC perk that can only be purchased through the full pack which is worth $30 and contains old Self-Care and DS plus "The Entityville Slugger."
Without the new The Entityville Slugger perk, downing two survivors will result in the first automatically getting back up. With the perk this doesn't happen, plus their bleed-out timer is halved.
Honestly, we need a perk for survivors to do 360s and 180s. It'll be called "Big Spins"

Let’s hope for a DBD 2 maybe? How long can this game keep going on for...
A second game would easily die out.

Only after they delete all the posts whining about tunneling, camping, slugging and lobby dodging.
My brain cells won't survive to that part of the apocalypse.

No but seriously, Iri heads are more op than

Will the devs finally delete all posts regarding the Hex:Ruin nerf?

2 killers hitting 1 survivior is not a problem. When you have 6-8 surviviors, you cant afford to have 2 killers chasing one survivior.
There is no chase if the survivor is downed by two precise hatchets.
-
The real problem with this is that the two killers could hit the survivor at the same time, downing them instantly. This lack of chasing would result in very little bloodpoints or emblem points on either side. Another problem would be the matching of a new killer with a vet. This would essentially make it a 1 v 8. Yet another problem is that killer powers could conflict each other due to lack of synergy.
There's just a lot of variables in play. To even make it remotely fair survivors would need invincibility frames after being hit to prevent tag-teaming and gens would need to increase to ten but have reduced time. The problem with this is that the maps are too small and already only hold 7 generators.
-
Mettle of Man on survivor and Huntress Lullaby on killer.
MoM is just satisfying to finally activate after several tries.
Huntress Lullaby is difficult to activate but really pays off when it does. Even against high ranks it's incredible with 4 or 5 stacks.
-
Just have tier three perks right off the bad. Some perks would need tweaking and even a drop from very rare to rare-but it would heavily reduce the grind.
-
Most of my answers consisted of:
Not likely
No
Probably not
Neutral
Matchmaking and ranking are bad
Might quit
Queue times are bad
Game is unfair
Dedicated Servers are horrendous

Well if you think that SC is bad... Wouldn't it take more skill to run it since it's a lost perkslot? ;)
There's nothing wrong to run any specific perk imho. As killer or survivor, play what you want.
It doesn't take any skill to camp a pallet or corner for 1/3 of a gen to heal.
-
What I don't understand is how red rank survivors run it. I've seen rank 1 survivors running Self-Care. It shows lack of skill to run this perk.
-
The point of hiding it is to provide a bandaid fix to matchmaking.
-
Entitled green-rank survivor mains are the ones posting the "nerf killers" sub-forums.
It's OK to have powerful killers in the game. These killers are either easy to learn and extremely difficult to master (Billy, GhostFace) or challenging to learn and hella-difficult to master (Nurse, Huntress). And then there's Spirit who is hard to learn but fairly easy to master.
In the case of Doctor, he only seems extremely strong simply because of his overhaul. As people learn to play against him he won't seem so powerful.
That's it. Thanks for reading!
