Its the best exhaustion perk for quick stealth jukes by far. And shockingly, having one exhaustion perk that gave a constant passive over all the other was unfair. Who knew
Its more risk/reward than the others. Except for dead hard because I mean, lets face it thats the best one for chases.
It's the only exhaustion perk with stealth functionality, but it's extremely useless.

You do realise Balanced landing was nerfed because it was the reason infinite’s existed ?
Infinites haven't existed since shack got nerfed.

Dead Hard is the second strongest exhaustion perk if used correctly.
The only situation in which DH should be used for invincibility is against ranged killers, otherwise it is very powerful for extending loops.
If you end up exhausted on the ground odds are you didn't use it right.
Exhausted on the ground is because of dedicated servers.

Head On should be #1 because it's the most fun perk in the entirety of DBD and in a SWF chases can be eternal because each time you get stunned by it you actually lose bloodlust.
Also Dead Hard should be #2 imo, because Dead Hard for distance is so unbelievably strong.
I'm not including SWF terms, I'm going off of straight practicality.

They'll probably implement punishments for camping and tunneling which will result.in literally nothing.

This is a fair point and I didn't think of this thank you it could however work when in close proximity to a killer eg like 10 m coded not by terror radius what do you think about this
That's the same way Borrowed should work. It should be 32 meters on Borrowed and 24 on DS.

The only "phasing" hatchets I seem to get are the ones that phase around a corner and hit people. I've been able to clearly see my throw was off, but got a hit anyways. I crack up when I throw at a corner shot and see the survivor fall 2-3 meters from where my hatchet was thrown. I've been victimized by those shots several times myself.
I don't know what to say on Huntress. Her power is clearly balanced on hitboxes and latency. Any tweak is either making her too strong, or way too weak. I don't want either. I don't want her hitting through walls anymore, but I also don't want her missing every throw, regardless of how well-placed it is.
I am not a Huntress main, nor am I a Deathslinger main, so please correct me if my next assertion is not correct. I play both periodically while focused more on Trapper, Pig, Doc, Hag and Freddy. That said, it feels to me like Deathslinger's hitbox is much more stable than Huntress'. I know one is a small pinpoint and the other a rectangular object, but is there a way of using what works for Deathslinger's hitbox to improve Huntress'?
The hatchets actually have normal hitboxes. It just depends on the dedicated servers, but otherwise her hatchets have the same hitbox as her axe.

Well the survivors would have to learn how to play around it
You can't play around it without a key. One gate is permanently closed so now you can just block the other gate's switch.
-
I can't even begin to tell you how many times I was tunneled off hook and morid during the event because the killers were trash in chase.
-
I'm getting credit for challenges I don't complete. I swear I did not chase survivors for 120 seconds but still got the challenge done.
-
It's especially annoying when a killer decides to chase you for multiple generators and then facecamp and tunnel you like YOU did something wrong.
-
Pop and Ruin do not need buffed. If you close a gate with Pop them the survivors are literally screwed since you can just camp the other exit.
-
So a Wraith could just follow you while cloaked until the 20 seconds is up.
-
@Babyyy_Boyy said:
Or just dodge moris and get into a normal match simple.
You can't just "dodge moris" without dcing. Incase you didn't know, that equals a ban.
-
Using NOED at all usually means you have a difficult time downing survivors.
It works in a similar manner to Unrelenting which is used if you tend to get spun a lot.
-
This and the categories need to lose their cap. It's not fair in the slightest to get chased all game (carry your team) and only get around 8K points.

Server side hit validation is the worst thing to ever happen to DBD in terms of coding.
If you read some of the earlier comments people were saying this feature was actually gonna be good. The first person was saying Dedicated Servers were a good thing.
-
SWF is completely balanced. Sure, they have the advantage lf communication, but when it comes to down to it, whether you win or lose comes down to you skill level vs their skill level. Good players matched with other good players in solo queue can be just as good as decent players in SWF.
-
This post could be taken as nerf Legion.
-
My playstyle is get chased.
-
I don't agree with ego and toxicity, but bringing a key and map offering right now could be due to the "escape as the obsession" challenge.
-
Just played against a P2 Billy who facecamped and tunneled me because my friend ran a 2 gen chase and escaped and I ran a 2 gen chase.
I was running a full stealth build at the time so I could use BL for the falling challenge and then retreat to recover. So no DS.
-
Any challenges that require escaping or getting a 4K.
The escape as the obsession one is particularly annoying.
-
Trapper. Pulling off big brain moves or rallying survivors into traps is the most satisfying thing in this game.
-
The past 5 major features have all failed miserably.
Dedicated Servers
Disconnect Penalty
MMR
Crossplay
Hit Validation
-
It's a real shame when the only item I want is on Tier 63.
-
Legion

pretty sure you can crouch outside of nightshroud.
i see now that you meant bad for survivors
what is the unfair mechanic you are talking about?
It's unintentionally unfair, but revealing Ghost Face is broken. You could be staring right at him and it just won't reveal.

what is your argument? gf's nightshroud sucks so whats another counter to the stack? what are you talking about?
Night Shroud is great.
-Undetectable
-Exposed survivors potential
-Crouch ability
-The only counter is an unfair mechanic.
-
Since Ghost Face's reveal mechanic is terrible Spine Chill acts as the only counter.
-
Butchered by Dedicated Servers. OP
-
I absolutely love the level 40 survivor perk. A Ranger Med-Kit will now get three heals instead of one.
-
Scoops Ahoy. There is no competition.
-
Ace.
He had a nice, short bio that left you wanting more. Now that we have him in the tome, I can safely say he not only has the best current lore, but also the best archives cutscene.
-
As a PS4 player I can confirm that most players on my platform are scared of even a camping Wraith.
-
This'll be the kind of the thing that gets patched without any mention from the devs.
-
Crossplay has just landed me with laggy games so I turned it off anyways.
PC just has too many advantages.
-Frame Rate
-Resolution Settings (Stretched Screen)
-Graphics (Visuals)
Some other things as well.

Don´t forget about Trapper :(
Maybe. Trapper can close off hallways if the survivor is just running around the map in a square. SWF destroys that though.
-
If you look extremely closely you can see a snout starting to form. Definitely a werewolf. I just hope it's not too similar to Demo with the Shred attack or Legion with increased speed from Feral Frenzy.

OoO is literally broken on Midwich. It's ridiculous.
Especially against killers like Freddy, Slinger, and Huntress.
Slinger and Huntress are slow and have a small terror radius. Freddy has no terror radius when you're asleep so you can see him even if he's in a classroom directly next to you.
-
I'm glad to see a player that looks at both sides rather than favoring a specific one.
The only issue I have with moris is the ability to tunnel off first hook. It's even worse when that same killer complains about using a locker with DS.
-
MMR = bullying new players. This leads to egotistical players.
-
I really only use Object if I know someone is bringing a Midwich offering. Even on Ormond I don't bring it considering that map is already braindead easy as surv.
-
As a PS4 player I only go for saves if I'm in the general area, and even then I only hit pallet saves without an issue. Flashlight saves are a 50/50.
-
I've never got stuck on the rock as killer, only survivor. One time the killer took advantage; one time the killer picked me up and dropped me feom the rock. What a friendly Bubba.

Video proof of the Bubba doing what? Lagging? or Insidious camping? And what do either of those things have to do with crossplay?
Also - the Spirit had stridor. Of course she knew where you were. Stridor on Spirit is broken - but again, that's not a crossplay issue. That's a game issue. I could jump on my PS4 right now and mop the floor with a lobby of survivors using a Stridor Spirit. It's that powerful.
I wouldn't call full on teleporting "lagging"

How do you know those were PC players specifically? The crossplay icon doesn't specify it at all. You could have been paired against a switch Leatherface down in his actual basement with his modem in his kitchen. You also can still leave the lobby if the ping looks bad to you, the servers were a little wack for a while before today as well.
Ping doesn't mean anything. I've played matches with 40 ping and been hit on the other side of pallets several times.

What is your proof that they were wallhacking? I've got over 3500 hours on PC. I've seen one hacker. It'd be pretty wild if you saw one on day one of crossplay.
Insidious Bubba isn't exclusive to PC, and neither are laggy killers. But yes, let's pretend Insidious Bubba only exists on PC, and the Spirit was wallhacking rather than just using Stridor and a good pair of headphones. Solid rationale.
I have video proof of the Bubba.
The Spirit had NOED, Franklin's, Ruin, and Stridor, yet she knew exactly where everyone was at all times. I'm not guaranteeing cheating, but it was suspicious. She also had the crossplay symbol.
-
Cheating
Lagging
VPN
That's my crossplay experience.
Also, why hasn't the mountain glitch been fixed yet?
-
PS4 player here
Out of six games I had one OK match.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
1. PS4 Bubba (good match)
2. Wallhacking Spirit
3. Insidious Bubba with an Ebony Mori who was teleporting.
4. Laggy Billy
5. Laggy Bubba
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Safe to say Crossplay is #########. Now whether that's from the system itself being ass or players having garbage internet connection, I don't know.
