They make the game extremely blurry and ugly, and pretty much is a reason for a lot of motion sickness.

Game looks great in my opinion, and haven't noticed any blurring when I play except for maybe Nurse when she teleports. I guess I'll have to play a game and really focus on it, but I don't notice this blurriness that people are talking about,

  • I wish I understood what the issue was but I can't. I run my stuff at maximum settings on PC and my rig can handle anything that is currently out right now. (Except maybe Crysis but let's be honest, it's Crysis). What's does AA do exactly, what's the problem with it, and why are most people complaining about it? The graphics seem a lot sharper than usual since the patch and I enjoy it.

What if the 2 survivors are running the same challenge..?

    "After you, my good sir."

"No no, after you, my good sir."

    Etc..etc..

    Lol

That's just funny and unfortunate. I'm not saying every challenge should be exactly like this. But if it was similar where they still have to Survive while doing XYZ with other Survivors, it be dope and an actual challenge. And it encourages longer matches for both sides.

  • Plague will probably always have terrible Skins. But Huntress, Legion, and Francis? Nah, they got good skins. And the charms are cool looking.

Hmm fair enough that it doesn't need a buff...but did it need the nerf?

It was a minor indirect Nerf. Whether or not it was intentional, I can't say. No matter what happens, you still get notified when a Killer looks in your direction and you get a speed boost in whatever activity you are doing by 6% as they look. It wasn't even based on great skill checks, it was based on triggering skill checks while shortening the success zone. You hitting great skill checks constantly was just an indirect buff at the time.

it's not 16 seconds. You have to find all the bones on the map. Can be a bit easier for a swf but that will ruin solo players. It's not just "do bones and do gens. It's easy." It's spend upwards of 2 minutes searching the entire map for bones checking every crack because some bone spawns are insanely hidden. Then spend the rest on gens, but good luck with that because the facecamping bubba has switched to their second victim

But it is easy. Granted I play red ranks on PC. So from all the times I've played, it is a complete rarity to meet a face camping bubba. But most of the times that I've played as a Solo, the team has conquered against Bubbas rocking Insidious and NOED. Hell it's even rarer, but all 4 of us have escaped too. It's possible, you just have to adjust according based on map and players.

  • I'm going to go out on a limb and say 99% of people do not use Spine Chill in the red ranks for the skill check. They use it because it nullifies any possibility of being snuck up on by stealth Killers and it's honestly the best counter to Spirit. Stake out makes sense because it's solely based on getting great skill checks. It's also an actual teachable perk from a character unlike Spine Chill which is universal.

  • Yeah you can... Do both. An extra 16 seconds won't hurt you. And if you choose to Gen rush, immediately do the bones that you annotated the locations of in your mind before you rush out in the open to do an exit gate.

  • It's not about mainly giving them a backstory. It's simply adding information that people may not already know. Like how did they end up getting captured by the entity or the cause of them turning down a dark path. And for the rift, I'm sure no one would mind having new skins for Licensed Killers, similar to that of The Pig and Detective Tapp, Michael and Laurie.

  • Detective's Hunch is a beautiful perk in terms of locating totems, chests, and Gens. Paired with your map, you could give other Survivors fantastic information. It only activates though when a Gen is done and it's based on your location, not the location of the finished Gen. Highly recommend getting it to Tier 3. Owned by Detective Tapp for a teachable.

Small Game sole purpose is to locate totems and traps (I.e Hag Teleports, Trappers Traps, etc.). It doesn't require a Gen to be done and it's a universal perk so anyone can get it without it being teachable. It also has a smaller ranger than Detectives Hunch and it requires you to actively look in a certain direction.

    Found a DBD Dev.

Also, it's good to know they took 3 weeks of their time to polish this turd. Imagine what it would be like if it was only 2 weeks.

Again, if you have provide constructive criticism and possible solutions, can't really complain. Kinda why they created the 'Feedback and Suggestions' section in this forum so that they can improve the quality of the game you paid for. Especially when half the people who do complain don't even play on the PTB to help test those bugs.

  • Criticized him for being rude to Developer. Gave him the solution by telling him to provide proper and constructive criticism. That's exactly what I did actually.

The solution is to fix these things. There is nothing to stfu lol. He is just saying on how he feels the update performs and that is okay- that is why we have forum. Imagine.

Point of the forum is for many things, mainly discussion. Hence why this post is put in general discussion. Your solution provides no suggestion on what exactly needs to be fixed and how it can be fixed. Probably a reason why you aren't a developer yourself for this game. There is nothing wrong with stating how you feel and offering a discussion on it. But belittling the work of someones product instead of providing, and I repeat, constructive criticism, just makes you a douche.

  • Odd, because most posts I see about the Devs or the game, it's individuals bashing them constantly for things that may not even be in their department.

  • Bro stfu. Provide proper and constructive criticism with a possible solution than just bashing the teams that put work into this patch.

Freddy is such a top tier no skill required killer that when I get the dream chaser ritual, which I don't even know how to get the dream chaser counter because every time I play freddy I get it on my first try, I immediately trash it for anything else, bc I am not interested in owning a bunch of survivors with an op killer. Pls discuss.

He is easiest Killer to get Deviousness on because I believe just hitting a Survivor who is awake triggers the event.

Well killer mains seem to have this thought etched into their skulls that survivors don't like playing against Freddy because he's a strong killer when that is literally not what people are saying at all. You can have a strong killer that's also fun to play against. What's fun about Freddy? Drop the pallet early, run to the next one, get snare spammed and bloodlusted and go down...wow what an amazing and interactive experience.

There is no Strong Killer that is fun to play against because most of them aren't Strong. People like playing against Demo because 1) he's the watered down version of Freddy and 2) people hardly see him. The more you go against a character or play a character, the more bored you get of it. Drop a pallet early? Wow, that's like nearly every Killer you face like Clown, Doctor, Pig, Huntress, DeathSlinger, etc.

  • Imagine how longer queues would be if Pop or BBQ got banned.

  • Your comments have been most appreciative. M&A and Whispers I'll give a shot. I'll mix and match the other various 2 based off your suggestions.

With Pig, you can use Ambush to get some points, but with Plague there really isn't much of a great way to get Deviousness, of course you can spit on things, but once every bodies broken it's a waste of time.

It is true that you can use Ambush to get points. But it's extremely hard in the higher levels in seems.

I think that Lithe should also activate when you quickly exit a locker.

If would synergize well with perks like Quick and Quiet and Dance With Me, among many others.

It would promote more locker gameplay and mindgames, as you can trick the killer into opening the wrong locker, allowing you to sprint away.

Makes Lithe more appealing to use in certain builds and gives the perk more of an unique identity compared to other exhaustion perks.

I think this would be a small buff that would make more interesting plays with lockers.

I wouldn't consider it a buff. One it wouldn't really work because there's a 1-1.5 second pause when you quickly exit from a locker. So there goes a crucial amount of time for your Lithe. Another thing is that I can see the potential "glitch" of someone combining Head On with Lithe. Which one would activate first, or would they both activate at the same time because the Exhaustion status would apply after quickly exiting the locker.

  • I was going to vote for Dead Hard until I saw Head On.

Head On is broken in my opinion because the effect still applies even when the animation end. Too many times as a Killer, I'll see a Survivor hop into a locker mid-chase, I'll feign going in to get them to hop out. It works, they rush out while I'm a couple feet away to not be stunned. Their animation finishes, I then go in to hit them, and then I still get stunned. It's ridiculous and it frustrates me to no end.

Dead Hard seems to be a hit or miss. I've seen it plenty of times where someone will Dead Hard away from my attack, yet they still end up getting hit because I lunged seemingly a long time or I went in for the attack at just enough time for their animation to finish.

  • Problem you'll run into is that a lot more people will be trying even harder now on both sides to win. You also have people who play SWF's that are vastly different ranks and will abuse the system. I often see people chat on forums or while I'm playing in game how a rank 1-5 Survivor will be teamed up with a rank 14-20.

I love pig and usually i play with

    Corrupt intervention (avoid genrush)

Save the best for last (you are a m1 so i think is a good option, also you can ambush to save stacks)

Infectious Fright or Bbq (just to have information on the position of the survivors, i prefer infetious fright because is better for slug)

Pop Goes the Weasel (prevent survs from leaving generators at 99% to avoid rbts)

I do not speak English, there may be some error

I understand completely, great sentence structure. Though I'll try out your combo, I'm trying to find something good outside of the typical "Meta" norm that most Killers use.

  • Very subjective and situational. If I'm trying to get Adept on a Killer, you can bet I'm going to play the sweatiest of sweats possible in order to secure the win. Especially on killers like The Pig, The Plague, and The Clown who are (in my opinion) the hardest killers to get Adept on at high ranks. When I'm not going for Adept, I've been called a sweaty killer for getting a 4k, even though all Survivors are bringing flashlights, toolboxes, or med-kits with ridiculous add-ons. I'm playing to have fun, and to have fun is to win. Minimum I'll take is a 2k. But if I'm confident I can secure a 4k, I'm risking it for the biscuit.

  • @tippy2k2 said:

I feel like everyone LOVES Spine Chill and I just don't get it. I put it on after seeing it in the "Perks you can't play without" thread and I just found it meh.

The killer has to be looking at you to get any of the bonuses so getting the slight speed check to gens/gates/totems is virtually useless because they either are chasing someone (so not looking at me) or they're on their way to stab me in the face, in which case it's time to move.

It doesn't seem to work well for me as a warning system either because if they can see me to activate it, I can see them too. I keep my head on a swivel when I'm doing stuff so maybe others like it so they can concentrate on Great Skill Checks or something...

I'm surprised you wouldn't have Kindred in the S Tier. If you're a solo player, it's virtually a must have to tell if the killer is making s'mores or not. Maybe it's only an A since SWF can render it meaningless...

Funny enough, I don't use a single S Tier pf yours. I don't like DS as I found most killers have now gotten wise to it and will slug if they tunnel you rather than grab you. Spine Chill I talked about. BT I just don't have unlocked from Bill so maybe I'd use it more if I tried it. IW I've never really tried but I usually have self care on so I usually don't need to be worried about being hurt and making noises. And DH I have found just too inconsistent in working (whether that's user error or the servers is up to debate).

Spinechill isn't about the bonus. It's about negating any Killer in the game to sneak up on you, stealth or otherwise. You can mind game hardcore with it as well.

  • Only problem I've ran into far is people on PC "hacking" lobby's to find out who Killer is before match starts.

  • Freddy is the strongest Killer. If you play him too much though, you will get bored of him because there's not much to him. If you're looking for a challenge that is still fun, The Pig will be your best bet. Oni is lots of fun. Clown is bad unless you need perks.

  • If they made No Mither give you 100% decrease in giving Grunts and Pains, it'd be a great perk. I shouldn't have to run Iron Will with it.

  • @KiloOfSalt said:

When I want to level up my survivors it should make more sense to play survivor, but I always find myself going to play killer. Why?

    1. BBQ is WAY easier to get stack on than WGLF, and its serves an actual use in game.
    2. I get to fill up all 4 of my blood point categories 99% of the time. As the killer you will be in chases, you will get hooks, you will use your power, and you will hit surivors. As a survivor sometimes I dont even get to heal a team member, OR get chased at all only getting objective points and escape points. Or even if its a good match where I do gens, heal, and get chased but I end up dying in the end I have nearly zero survival points resulting in around 16k-20k blood points on average, where as will killer I end up with around 40k - 60k on average.
    3. I wont be tunneled and morid over some other jerks bullying the killer last game, so my 7 minute long queue isnt for nothing.

You kinda just answered your own question. You get more BP easier as a Killer because you're not competing with other people for points.

What other answer were you expecting?

  • @Milo said:

    My problem is:

    a) Survivors metas. Which could result in higher que times.

    b) If this was done more at the beginning of the game's life it would be kinda fine... But now i would be kinda forced to max out a diffrent survivor if it happens my survivor's ability is "worse" than others.

    Counter:

    A) Que times would be about the same because this doesn't change the Killer main player base. There may be a slight increase in time since now you'll have more Survivors playing to level up their characters. However, most people agree that the fastest way to get BP is to play Killer. So who knows, it's speculation.

    B) That's the idea though. People who want to play different Killers to their full potential are forced to max out those different Killers. Especially since the Tier system at this point in time is essentially useless, why not pour your BP gained from rituals, challenges, and naturally playing into characters you can use in the future.

    @Kees_T said:

Survivor are indeed just re-skins, they don't have anything special. And I think it is in this way because it's a 1vs4 game, 4vs16 perks. If each character had these "passives", people will overuse the best survivors every match and use their best perks too. It could be implemented if the balance of the game wasn't so crazy.

    @Trwth said:

I brought this up a while ago too and I completely agree, but those passive powers cannot be game-changing, but instead helpful quirks that encourage different playstyles without forcing it.

But there’s a problem with doing even that, which is the base mechanics of Survivors. There’s very, very few ingredients to brew with. Walking, running, crouching, vaulting, hiding in lockers, and holding M1/R1. Scratch marks, blood trails, bleedout time, and sacrifice speed. What I’m trying to say is that to give Survivors helpful passives, there needs to be more mechanics added to their base to create these quirks. Then and only then can we brainstorm.

The implementation of these "quirks" would have to be be minor. Nothing that would break the game but enough to encourage diversity of characters and perks. Honestly, I would think BHVR would want to find a way to incorporate this since it encourages more purchasing of DLC.

    @Thatbrownmonster said:

    wasn't this posted literally yesterday?

    Maybe, I've no idea.

  • I focused more on the community in the Forums. But now that you mention it, I've met more toxic players than I have good players while playing PC. So no, no good times.

  • @JnnsMu said:

They're already quite different. You mentioned cosmetics not being a big factor for you but there's also body size, breathing, groaning and screaming. Those factors should be a good enough reason to buy either Kate or Ace.

So.... the look of character which falls under cosmetics. There's nothing unique that stands out that would entice me to buy a character. I'm happily content with Jake since he usually gets cool cosmetics and he's free. That's it.

  • The obvious answer is no, it doesn't make the game unfair. But I feel like they purposefully did that instead of asking the question the correct way, 'Do you consider Tbagging to be toxic behavior?'. I don't know where they were trying to go with that question.

  • Keep in mind, I'm just wanting a reason to buy the DLC. The perks aren't enough, and I can wait for those in the shrine (even if takes months). Cosmetics aren't enough for me to change Survivors.

  • Not toxic. What is considered toxic is when they slug people and let them purposefully bleed out. Though it's not against any rules, that's just a dick move.

  • Not good enough to be a hex.

  • I only smack Survivors when it's the last one and only as Demo because I love his roar.

    1. I didn't create an account to stir the pot - it's not bait either. I've only started using these forums a few days ago, and my confirmation email wasn't being sent out so I couldn't actually start using the account until today.
    2. Getting the same amount of points as survivor is harder than it is on killer. There are many reasons for this - running against tunnelers that won't engage in chase with anyone else, face campers. Not only this, but you're competing with 3 other survivors for some of these points such as altruism. I've had plenty of games as survivor where the killer gets easily 30k points, compared to the survivors which had to share their points.
    3. What do different killers got to do with this? People are going to play what they want to play. I've played few killers and still get 4k, again, with no perks because i don't invest in my killers. Who people play as killer has nothing to do with this because people are going to play who they enjoy/like playing against the most.
    4. That is STILL information that you have. You can also predict what perks a survivor is going to have. It is still an advantage that a killer has over survivors, it doesnt matter how much you deny that. People also have expressed that they get targeted by killers if the killer recognises their name.
    5. I don't think you understand what 'clutch' is. NOED is definitely a clutch perk because it allows the killer to quickly regain control over the match if the survivors have completed their objective - the perk can turn the tide for killers, or even simply apply pressure to the survivors. I'm not complaining about NOED in itself, but I'm comparing the hypocrisy of killer players complaining about clutch perks when their biggest clutch is a base-game perk.
    6. I don't really understand your point there? items are usable and on a resource meter, killers abilities, addons and perks are permanent. Killers do have time, if you utilise your time as killer incorrectly then that's on you. lol?
    7. Annnd i don't think you understood my point. There is only so much that a survivor can do against a killer, and some addons that I find on killers are very 'unfun' and not very sportsmanlike. Some killers and their perks can make some perks utterly useless for survivors. The only players that have limited time in the game are survivors, two hooks and you're out (this is even if you're playing against a team that will work with you)
    8. That's a sacrifice that the player makes when putting that addon on. But the other effects are also permanent in how they work. Once a player's items run out, they can't use those addons either. everything is temporary for survivor.
    9. First of all, Adrenaline is also an end-game perk that can be utterly useless if the survivor is at full health when last gen pops. Decisive, Unbreakable, Deliverance and etc are one-use perks. Decisive can be wasted if the survivor isn't picked up (or misses their Decisive), Unbreakable only works if the killer is slugging, and Deliverance can be totally useless if the killer tunnels you right after it. Sprint-Burst, Dead Hard and etc are exhaustion perks that can be used once and have a cooldown that sometimes only starts if the survivor stops running. Survivors don't even know if a killer is going to run NOED, cleansing totems in this case can be utterly a waste of time if the killer isn't running NOED, and totems are a side-objective that are intentionally meant to be optional, not a requirement. I tend to cleanse totems just in case (and if i run into them). Blood Warden is a clutch perks as it literally denies escape and forces the survivor to either rescue their teammate or to hide until it's duration runs out? I really don't think you understand the meaning of clutch, I've had killers run blood warden against me and manage to secure their kills because I'm literally denied escape. Corrupt intervention can deny objective for survivors in the beginning which is wasting their time. So yes, it is a clutch perk that can tilt the game in the killer's favour by not having to monitor those generations.
    10. I ran most of my killer experience with no perks, and only recently have i started to run one perk to spice up my gameplay as it was getting dull, and prior to that I was still getting 4k games frequently. You say, 'higher rank games' but it's funny because if you played killer properly you would realise that you don't have to even get high in the ranks to start being placed against red rank survivors. Once i hit rank 15, the game started to continually place me against red ranks, and it has been this way the entire way to my current rank which is rank 8. lol.

You sound like a salty killer main that can't handle the truth that the game favours killers heavily, and playing killer games is much easier than playing survivor, but that's just denial when you're biased i guess lol

Ah yes, I bring counterpoints to your post, which makes me a 'salty killer main that can't handle the truth'. You also proved that you're not a high rank which means you don't go against people with legitimate skill as often as you should. Of course things are going to be so easy when you choose to scrape the bottom of the barrel for 4k's by going against newer/inexperienced players more often instead of going against challenging people who know how to play. You also nitpicked specific points and doubled on them while ignoring others that you know to be factual, so I'll just shorten this post for you.

1.2) This post is stirring the pot, your baits been called out. Just own it.

2.2) No it's not. If you do everything in the game you can do as a Survivor, it's the easiest thing in the world. I walked away with base 29k points (no WGLF) because I healed, did objectives, did chases and totems, and Survived. The other Survivors? All were in the 20-26k range with the lowest being 20 if I recall. And as a Killer who has to go against 4 Survivors at once, yeah I would hope they get more points. There entire objective is to kill Survivors. Everything else follows through.

3.2) Because if you play only one killer you're good at and nothing else, naturally you're going to get a higher win/kill ratio compared to a Killer you don't play. It's not rocket science. Let us say all you do is Play Freddy for example, the easiest and strongest Killer in the game. You then decide one day to just randomly play Nurse or Pig, Killers you've never touched before. Unless the survivors are absolute potatoes, you will not get a consistent 4k for a while, especially with no perks, until you get an adept understanding of how to use that Killer.

4.2) And again, information I've already pointed out in terms of seeing their items. If you think a Killer changing his perk to Franklin's is an advantage for the Killer and not the Survivor who is bluffing the killer by bringing a fake key and making them change up their perks (an example I mention because I've seen it frequently), then you're wrong dude. Predicting a Survivor's Perks? Based off the cosmetic outfit a Survivor wears in lobby? Wow, that's amazing ability you got there. Anyone can guess high rank survivors to use common meta perks. You can guess perks all you want, but you can't predict. In terms of names, it doesn't matter in the slightest aside from targeting as you pointed out. But if you're getting targeted consistently by a Killer, 1) that can be reported, 2) why is a Killer targeting a specific Survivor based on their name?

5.2) If NOED can be taken out before it's activated, it's not a clutch perk. The Devs have even stated in their live stream that NOED will not be changed since it is completely avoidable. You can cleanse totems before it activates, or if it does activate, be smart and go find it instead of doing anything but find it. If ALL 4 Survivors get DOWNED by a NOED, I wouldn't call it a clutch. I'd call it being a potato because you somehow were able to outplay the Killer all game but suddenly NOED makes it impossible to hide, run, or cleanse?

6.2) You completely disregarded point 6 by talking about point 8. twice in your post. Just skip to 8.2.

7.2) Survivors escaping with Keys or exit gate is a limited time for Killer. I also don't understand why you bothered to mention this because that's the POINT of the game. Survivors can do plenty against a Killer if they work together, especially a SWF's. Yes there are unfun add-ons that Survivors go against but considering them to be unsporting is not the Killers fault. It's there to use and is based on opportunity. You also forget that there are perks and add-ons that Survivors have that can render a Killer completely useless. Trapper against Small Game. Spirit against Spine Chill. Hag against Flashlights.

8.2) If you utilize your flashlight, medkit, toolbox, or key incorrectly, it's on you. Meter or not. You can get a lot of blinds of with just a yellow flashlight. You also have chests scattered all around the map to get more items that give you a range from minor to major boosts in game. Killer's add-ons and abilities only work based on a variety of factors from map layout to Survivor's skill. Imagine playing a trap down as a Trapper but no Survivor ever runs that direction because of XYZ. Sure, the ability is always there. But it was an ability based on POSSIBILITY AND CHANCE as you stated, that wasn't utilized.

9.2) Adrenaline is still good for speed boost that still takes effect even when exhausted if I recall. Still useful regardless if you're in an health state. Those one-use perks could be the difference from losing and winning games. The amount of times Survivors use DS to get to the exit gate is astounding. Exhaustion perks prolong chases by either a few seconds or a full minute depending if properly used. But they can be used continuously throughout the game and most of the perks you mentioned can be used before endgame. Again, NOED is a POSSIBILITY if Survivors cleanse totems. Even if a Killer didn't have NOED, why not? Weren't you also complaining in the same post that Survivors weren't getting enough BP? There's your free 1k BP right there, and you chose to ignore it. Hell, the Devs put in Inner Strength, Detectives Hunch, and Small Game to ENTICE Survivors to do more totems while increasing the amount of BP gained from doing totems.

Blood Warden blocks the gate for 30/40/60 seconds if I recall. You know the easiest way to counter that? Wait out the time, not being in the exit gate. Go unhook that Survivor you attempted to leave behind before Warden was activated? Corrupt intervention blocks 3 gens. Which means you're able to do 4 other Gens. I've also seen Survivors just camp out by the CI Gen until the timer was finished. Not a clutch because it's in the beginning of the game. I advise you to look up the word Clutch.

10.2) Wow, Rank 8? Much Impressive, much wow. You sure showed me, that also means you're more likely to fight more inexperienced players since you're at a near inbetween state of ranks. Thank you for proving my point that you wouldn't gain those "consistent 4ks" if you were at a higher rank.

  • Hmm right now for Killer as Oni, I love using Rancor and Nemsis

  • 1.) Nice bait. Especially since you created an account to stir the pot.

2.) You can get the same amount of points as a Survivor compared to Killer if you run WGLF and you actually play the game decent and well rounded. So that means not solely being a Gen Jockey, chasers, or altruistic.

3.) When you go against potato survivors or people who aren't on the same skill rating as you (I.e the imperfect matchmaking system), of course you're going to get a 4k often. But that also sounds like you only play the same Killer over and over instead of trying different killers that have different learning curves. I get 4ks on Freddy more often than any other Killer in the game but if I play Demo, it's drastically reduced because I'm not used to his style yet.

4.) Only information you get on Survivors at lobby is the items they carry. I rarely change perks for them unless they either A) Bring a Key or B) 3+ have flashlights. Nothing else provides you game changing information.

5.) NOED isn't a clutch perk. Especially when that means a Killer is rocking only 3 perks until it possibly activates. Do bones and get back to me on how Clutch it is. If all 4 Survivors go down because of NOED, it sounds like you guys refused to adapt to the situation and aren't good Survivors. And if you all get 4ked before NOED kicks off, it sounds like the Killer had enough skill to take you down before it became a problem which again, comes down to your skill.

Even though you have to level up other Survivors for their perks, you forget that those "meta" perks are all technically FREE. Aside from DS, you can get all the META perks from other leveling up other characters or just getting the basic perk like NOED (I.e Spine chill). If NOED is what you considered to be overpowered and a meta perk, you and I are not in the same rankings then at all.

6.) A killer has to have the time and speed to grab a Survivor. If you let a Killer grab you, that means you took the risk of doing whatever it is you were doing instead of taking the hit and escaping. I've been glitched countless time because I attempt to grab a Survivor on gen and they abuse the system by glitching me, then going back to repair the gen so they can finish it.

Hooks can be disabled with tool boxes, perks, or body blocking before the hook. But instead of using their tool boxes to save people, they rather gen rush. Instead of using different perks to save people, they rather use "meta" perks. Instead of body blocking (which is the most common), they're across the map doing god knows what else.

7.) It's Bubba. If you get caught in the open against Bubba, that sucks. But he's easy to counter at specific tiles. And not every Killer can counter loops. And even then, Killers should be able to counter loops. If they couldn't, then there would be no sport, challenge, or point of trying if all you have to do is run the same loop over and over until Gens are complete or Killer walks away.

8.) Killer's add-ons only work on chance. Use Death Slinger's pink add-on where it makes you exposed when getting speared at 15 meters and come back and tell me how guaranteed that was.

9.) The complaint isn't clutch perks. No one ever calls them clutch perks. They call them second chance perks. Dead Hard, DS, Unbreakable, Sprint Burst, Adrenaline, BT, etc. Most of the perks you get consistently throughout the game while NOED only activates in the endgame where that's a possibility assuming Survivors did something else besides doing Gens. Keep in mind, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with those Second Chance perks. They're fine and I don't see why people complain. (Aside from DS but that's because people abuse it instead of using it what it was intended for.)

Blood Warden isn't a clutch perk. Corrupt Intervention only works for the first 2 minutes of the game and can no longer be used so idk how that's considered a clutch perk. Pop is to slow down Gen progress and only works when they hook someone, not a clutch perk. And do you mean all Perks? Because all perks on Killer punish the Survivor for attempting to escape. It's not like the literal premise of the game is to kill all Survivors before they escape.

10.) But you can't win a game with no perks because you clearly said and I quote, 'I play with only 1 base-killer perk whenever i play killers.' Yes it is possible to win a game with no perks or add-ons. But that is extremely rare in the higher ranks which clearly you're not apart of.

    But nice troll post :)

  • No you aren't toxic. I main Killer and it seems you're just playing normally. Unless you're doing something in-game that you didn't mention that is considered toxic. I have a harsh bias against those who blind me at pallet because there's no need for it. But it's not toxic.

  • Depends on Killer. Corrupt is great for Killers that require time to setup (I.e Trapper, Hag, Demo). But you need to have other perks to compensate that offset since once those 2 minutes are up, you now only have 3 perks to work with. I personally never found much usage in Discordance but maybe that's because I've always had better ways of tracking down Survivors whether it's based on the Killer or the perks I used. And when I have used it, Survivors tend to find out very quickly and stop doing 2 to a gen. Yes it's common for 2 to a gen, but I've had a Plethora of games where while I'm chasing a Survivor, 3 Survivors are working on 3 Gens simultaneously which makes it difficult to defend against.

My personal favorite in terms of tracking is Ruin/Surveillance. Hands down, it is the most effective duo in terms of map knowledge in the game (assuming of course you don't spawn in a map where your hex totem is sitting out in the open for all to see).
