  • Bloodhunts because you get the 2x bloodpoints every match during the event of one and can stack things such as cakes/streamers/etc on top of the bloodhunt.

  • It's not that large of a radius, it could have been lag related. So she didn't necessarily see you maybe cuz of distance, but she saw the locker door move when she turned to look at the gen. It also could have been what I do sometimes when paranoid when a locker is right next to a gen. I kick a gen then leave and get paranoid about the locker so I go back to investigate and get disappointed.

  • I'd mostly go for thanatophobia, hysteria (haven't tried it personally), bamboozle. You really are kinda limited as Plague because of the nature of her power, but she can have some interesting combos.

  • Any progress you earned while your account was linked will be lost and it will revert back to the amount of progress you had prior to linking the account.

    For instance

If you had a Prestige 1 Level 10 Freddy prior to linking and then got him up to Prestige 3 Level 50 with all perks while linked and then you unlinked the account, you would revert back to your Prestige 1 Level 10 Freddy.

  • Tier 3 is a 6 meter range, that's nothing compared to what some other killers can do. If you're getting hit from further than that, it's lag (maybe your lag, maybe killer lag, idk idc). Zombie spawn rates don't need to be changed and except for indoor maps or tight loops the zombies are useless. He's balanced in his current state.

Body blocking is not reportable. What is reportable is "taking the game hostage" which is defined as "the action you are taking makes it impossible for the game to end"

If you body block a single survivor, the other ones can still do the gens and leave, so you aren't "taking the game hostage"

Malicious bodyblocking is 100% a reportable offense. What they did is reportable and bannable.

  • Honestly looking at both sides, on neither of your screens did it look like he hit you. Yeah there was a weird lag, but it didn't matter. His first hit he missed and the other got cancelled by a pallet. Also, their video is extremely laggy and hard to tell really what's going on.

They copy pasta'd Myers' ritual on him. It might be possible that in early stages of development Nemesis could tier down, but that was later changed. Then, the ritual remained as an oversight.

This is most likely the case seeing how his "Rite of" ritual is the only ritual in the entire game that's physically impossible to do in a single round. They probably changed it when they realized that the Tier 3 wasn't strong enough for a Myers tier system to work so they took away the tier down.

  • I get pretty consistent hatch games and 4ks with Pig, Wraith, Doc, and Nemesis.

I'm not sure if "mastered" is the right word, but maybe I'm just not giving myself enough credit since I hear a lot from people on my platform that they think I'm a good player (as killer, I suck at survivor).

I have PLENTY of videos of both killer and survivor on console ######### up bad

It doesn't even matter anymore, that update was forever ago.

  • I forget which tome specifically it was but they started doing one killer and survivor as featured with the full challenges, new tome skin, and lore then also one killer and survivor that were featured but didn't get challenges until later levels and don't get any lore. (I think it was Tome 4 or 5 idr)

  • I don't think anyone knows yet. People only had a week on the ptb (and most people would have been testing things) and then it was disabled within a few hours after launch. I doubt the devs made it that easy to find. Especially with how massive that map is with all its little nooks and crannies.

  • Grind out those crowns and then grind out a bunch of cakes on Doctor

Although as far as crowns are concerned, I'm starting with the originals that have been introduced in the last year so everyone has at least 1 crown

  • Make it so opening the hatch takes charges and has an unlocking animation that takes like 10 seconds or something. (I just found out today that you could have no charges on a key and you can still use it to escape through the hatch, if an item has no charges it should be useless no matter what said item is)

  • My matches are mostly Mother's Dwelling and Lampkin Lane, I've only seen 1 Shelter Woods since the chapter update.

  • I agree with this. The day they gave her a fountain of corrupt purge I was like, "Well there goes that strategy" and I've mostly cleansed while being careful of where I cleanse.

  • The thing is, for me, I would love new general perks but I think it's not a good idea. I did the math for how many perks are in the game we have over 4x as many killer perks in dbd then when it released and in December we will hit 4x as many survivor perks in dbd then when it released. (I want to acknowledge this number relates to perks and their tiers, not just perks in general since tiers is what we get in the bloodweb). Until the grind is addressed again, there's no reason to be introducing new perks outside of the teachable perks for new characters.

  • This bug upset me the other day. I never play Nurse and I had to play Nurse for a daily and I got 4 iri emblems... you know what the game gave me? 0 pips. The sucky part? Those 2 pips would have put me at Rank 1 that game. (I was still able to do it, but it was very annoying)

  • Omg I literally can't wait for this movie to release

  • I've spent so much time and money on this game that at this point I think the only thing that can actually get me to quit is if the game dies and the servers are shut off. This is my most played game by over 2k hours and I don't plan on quitting.

  • I haven't been able to play many events and there are events that they've done that I wish I got to play, all I can say is from the events that I have been able to play, I've learned not to expect much from BHVR even if they say they'll make the next one bigger (it probably won't be much bigger if it is at all), so I'm kind of in a place where it's like I'm just happy they're doing something instead of nothing. Almost like I'm at peace with the fact that we never will have amazing over the top events. However, that being said, I wish they did do a little more instead of recycling basically 99.9% of last years event seeing how they made it sound like the anniversary and halloween were the times to playing dbd. (and the fact that they basically scrapped all the other events for much smaller ones if they even still exist)

  • "It's coming out with Stadia and Steam"

"Nevermind, it's coming soon after Stadia and Steam"

"Nevermind, it's coming out by the end of June"

    "Nevermind..."

  • Survivor oblivious just means that they can't hear the radius but it's still there, but if you were to go undetectable then yes you wouldn't be able to see any killer instinct.

  • The only change I'd make to him is keep the game from crashing every match I play as him. Other than that, he's fairly balanced and fun to play as imo.

  • I'm honestly just going to go down the line and say which I feel are good to get on which killer

Trapper: Brutal Strength is a pretty good perk, Agitation has it's places though and helps for those basement challenges

Wraith: none of his are really good but Shadowborn does give you some extra sight due to the fov increase

Hillbilly: Enduring and Tinkerer are really good, Lightborn is eh

Nurse: Thanatophobia and A Nurse's Calling are both really good for locating survivors and slowing the game down even by a little

Myers: Honestly all of his are good

Hag: Ruin and Devour Hope are amazing, The Third Seal is eh

Doc: Monitor & Abuse is insanely good on some killers and Overcharge isn't bad either

Huntress: the only perk of hers worth getting is Huntress Lullaby

Bubba: Knock Out is good for M1 killers, BBQ is free bp so that's very nice (and as an added bonus, aura reading), Franklin's not as great but useful if there's a lot of items

Freddy: none of his perks are good unless you're doing an endgame build

Pig: Make Your Choice isn't a bad choice to make and Surveillance let's you see regressing generators so that's good

Clown: Pop Goes The Weasel and Bamboozle aren't bad choices to make, Coulrophobia isn't necessarily amazing

Spirit: Yes, all of them, but for Rancor it's better if you use it as tracking and not a mori

Legion: honestly... I don't really like any of their's, Discordance isn't bad and Iron Maiden is really only good on Huntress and Trickster

Plague: she has 2 meta perks so I'd get those, Corrupt Intervention and Infectious Fright are great, Dark Devotion has its places but not always the best option

Ghost Face: If any, get Thrilling Tremors

Demogorgon: Honestly, none of his are good but I personally like running Mindbreaker

Oni: None of his perks are good by themselves, if you have another obsession perk I would bring Nemesis though

    Deathslinger: no good perks

Pyramid Head: Trail of Torment is pretty good, Deathbound isn't awful but not amazing

Blight: Undying is very good, Dragon's Grip isn't awful but not amazing

Twins: None are super amazing, but Coup de Grace and Oppression aren't bad

Trickster: None of them are super worth it, but Starstruck isn't bad

Nemesis: I say Lethal Pursuer is good just because, even though it's easy to guess where survivors spawn, Lethal Pursuer physically tells you where they spawned and then Hysteria and Eruption, aren't the best, only really good on a few

That being said, we REALLY didn't need 5 variations on Badham Preschool. Those maps are almost identical to one another. It's a terrible waste of resources when there are plenty of killers with no maps to their names.

Ok true, that's the only one that didn't need more variations. They're literally the same. More like Mother's Dwelling and Temple of Purgation plz. Two maps, different, same realm.

  • I want to see them make more variations of realms. I want to see like a second Ormond map or another variation of Lery's. As cool as new realms (obviously meaning new maps) are, I want the other realms with only 1 or 2 maps to be revisited and given more. Keep new realms to the licensed characters.

  • Assuming that the entity does buff/nerf killers and survivors and it's not just because we're playing an online video game which means balancing, I'd like to think it's still something similar to why the developers do it. The entity wants to see the killers and survivors performing at a specific level so it can get as much hope out of the survivors as possible. So it has a place in mind of where it wants the killers to perform and buffs/nerfs them around this idea.

  • Personally, I find Nemesis more fun and easier than Pyramid Head. Also, I don't care that the zombies are weak. Only because I think people want to be able to rely on the zombies to do the job for them and that's not what they should be. Sure they should get a hit in more than once every five matches, but I don't think they should be something to rely on. People should rely on their skills and ability as a player.

  • In my mind, the only thing the dbd original killers have over the licenses is the devs have the ability to go wherever they want with the character. That's not something they can do with licenses.

  • As killer?

4k/3k (if hatch escape) - win

    3k/2k - tie

    1k/0k - loss

    As survivor

Safety pip or better? - win

    lose a pip - loss

They're different just because I'm so much better at killer that if they both went by pips I'd win every game as killer except on the occasion.

  • Basically, I want to keep playing the match normally but don't be like an ugly killer. So, I just play as fairly as possible, no matter how bad I start to lose the match (it happens sometimes).

  • @Seanzu said:

I do pretty good with him, idk maybe he's just not a good fit for you.

Honestly, same. I find him to be a fairly easy killer to play unless the rng of the game (maps/survivor spawn points) screw me over (say Badham Preschool with survivors spread out on 4 different gens).

  • @Warcrafter4 said:

It seems like he used to have a michael like power were he could repeatedly enter and exit tier 3 but that was scrapped.

So it seems they forgot to update the daily when they made the change.

Honestly... that's kind of the only explanation for why it's like that.

  • @indieeden7 said:

Whoever gets to hatch first, gets hatch, it really isn't that big of an issue. You got 3 kills, one survivor escaping isn't a big deal.

Judging by their phrasing I think they're talking about mass rushing with a key and getting the hatch. Which in that case, they do have kind of a point. (If we're talking specifically 2 gens left and 2 survivors, or you close the hatch and the last survivor runs up with a key and just takes it).

  • That is literally the worst I've ever seen this game. AND I PLAY ON SWITCH (mostly), I've had one freeze and like 3 crashes. THAT'S IT, seeing that gameplay makes me go "Jesus Christ things are worse than I thought."

  • He probably is trying to get a hold of Brad but the entity doesn't want Brad so it cuts of reception

  • @WexlerWendigo said:

A lot of people have been comparing him to Plague, and how it’s unfair that she doesn’t give a speed boost, but he does. The major difference is that Plague can take MUCH longer to injure survivors than Nemesis does. If a survivor is on a decent loop, it can take a lot of vomiting to get them fully infected. When Nemesis hits a survivor, that’s half the work (and only needs to hit survivors 3 times at a max of 4 times a game), and will absolutely have the potential to injure faster than Plague, as his power works as an anti-loop. Plague’s vomit is not an anti-loop power, so there is no comparison.

I think Plague is stronger than Nemesis, but to say he shouldn’t give a speed boost because Plague doesn’t is absurd.

Honestly the only thing they have in common is that they both have some way of infecting survivors that can also be used to injure and down them. Similarities stop there though, everything from how the actual infection works to how you want to use it in chases is different. Even the ability to get rid of it is different. Personally I think Nemesis is pretty good. Just like last chapter I've been taking data and so far with 12 games as Nemesis so far, I have a solid 75% kill rate with him.

  • @Pulsar said:

He's going to be the worst Killer if they don't fix his freezing everytime you use his power.

I've personally had a lot of problems with the game just deciding to cancel the power even though I was still pressing the button. Although both need to be fixed.

This pretty much. There are 2 killers that got the same treatment as Ash (No map, No Opponent), difference is, at least Ghostface and Leatherface bring something fun to the game. Ash.......not so much. He's the only character I didn't buy on my PS4 account, and I will be skipping him again as I build up my PC account. (His talking in the lobby also annoys me)

Bill also got that treatment but he's also base game since he's free and his perks still bring something pretty good into the game, so he gets a pass.

  • The update itself is the worst in dbd, but the chapter itself is fine.

  • Ash vs Evil Dead, it's not memorable, there's no killer, there's no map, and the perks are garbage. I literally keep forgetting Ash is even in the game and I don't like playing him.

  • I don't think they should take it away but lessen the time. It blinds you for a very long time.

  • I 100% agree with you, but from what I understand the license holders would only give the 2010 Freddy to BHVR or else they couldn't have the license. It was kind of out of their control.

  • They shouldn't have changed it

  • Better question, why did they change it to a set? It's a set now.

  • Hawkins. Outside of aesthetics, it is by far the worst map imo.

  • It's not necessarily random. Maps have 1 or 2 basement spawns, that's either a 100% chance or 50% chance of it spawning in a place. I think it's fine.

  • 1 million bp from just regular matches

I have 16k+ iri shards for the SoS so that's 1,300,000 (Hoarder is there which added an extra 100k)

    515k in Tome Challenges

    95k in Daily Rituals

If crossprogression comes out tomorrow than I also have another 2.5 mil I believe on steam

So that's around 5.5 mil or 2.9 mil if no crossprogression

  • Yes, today actually 5 years ago. I think they start it after the chapter so people can play the content without anything else going on in the game for at least a week? I'm not sure on that, that's just my theory since I've never heard the explanation of why. (Especially this anniversary and last anniversary where the chapter is licensed but the fun part of the event relies heavily on you playing original characters)
