I agree with this wholeheartedly. I'm a solo survivor - who runs Lithe, Spine Chill, Kindred, and Inner Strength - and I never have any issues because I don't rely on full 4 meta crutch builds to play.
You're one of a kind, like me, hehehe. I don't run perks that make me a dumb survivor, no hits mean no camping, no tunneling, people need to learn to loop and run the killer. Actually, every perk I use is against my Nemesis, Myers... I don't need BT cause I know how to unhook people being camped with a flashlight, I don't run DS cause I can loop killers, wanna tunnel me, that's fine, It'll take you the whole 5 gens to get me killed, and only if my teammates are dumb, if they are goor survs, I'm looping the killer for 5 gens and escaping.

I found that if you avoid doing things that lock you into an animation your safe, usually.
Exactly! Fake pallet drops are the best thing against him (run in a way he'll think you're gonna drop the pallet, then don't and keep looping, he always tries to hit the ranged attack in this situations and it's easy to dodge).

I just hope the hate ends in general. I know, I'm trying to be extremely optimistic, and hopeful to say the least, but if people just decided stop ranting, explain a bit more and rather than laughing at others opinion, to take them in and tell their own, which is included in this case, than we could actually get somewhere.
One can dream.
Yep, the problem is the complaints without objective thoughts or with biased opinions. They tend to give trouble instead of solutions, and if they do give them they are pretty unpolite whyle telling them.

I bought PH with auric cells and it was a nice surprise to me that I didnt miss out on any kind of bundle bonus when I was still able to get the charm.
I'll quote you in the OP, thanks @LordGlint

Should be noted that you dont need both characters, as well as the fact that you can use the arrow keys and the A and B keys.
Thanks! I didn't know that!

YES! That's what I meant! Bug fix when?!
-
It puts you against the hardest 4 men SWF team it can find you when you're a grey rank...
Just kidding, it's broken at the moment, don't feel bad.
-
I don't agree, I love playing as him as well as against him, as an experienced player, here's my advice, crouch to get through the floor marks and look where you're going when looping, btw, as survivor, I prefer going to the cage more than to the hook, that way he cannot camp me cause I'll spawn at the oposite side of the map in the cage.
-
Yes, sorry, but getting punished for something out of my control and that wasn't caused by me really gets on my nerves... I'll try to edit...

You could instead pull up your crash logs and make a helpful post in determining what's wrong with the client/ask for trouble shooting steps. Nobody can fix 'My game crashed'. There's a billion reasons that could happen with all kinds of different people to blame for it. Maybe it's them. Maybe you were playing 30 copies of Skyrim in VR in the background and your GPU gave out. Come on now.

LOL, ok, Xbox one X, only game or app in use, ethernet cable with stable conection, 125 MB of internet. Any other data I can help with?

Do any of you know if the time ban gets bigger if the game crashes again?

Im conflicted. Glad its not a second chance perk, but really really annoyed that it blocks meta killer perks directly, blocking gens which
A. Is cool cause survivors cant work on it for 30 seconds either, however.
B. Also blocks generator interraction perks from working for nearly the full duration for the killer
I have to say it's pretty good, I can block an almost finished gen for 30 secs when my teammates are potatoes and are about to 3 gen the game, and yes, the PGTW block is amazing, yesterday, clown goes towards my almost finished gen, I block it, he can't PGTW, I loop him going away from the gen and he has to decide, he chases me, or he waits for the gen unblock to kick it with PGTW but letting me escape freely
-
@HealsBadMan said:
Its too early to tell, but I can see RA becoming a very popular perk- if only the meta wasn't hardlocked with second chance perks, RA could easily become meta. There's a chance it might still be, since PGTW is so popular after Ruin was reworked.
Actually, a gen build with RA has been working too good for me when in solo, played 2 SWF games and we wrecked the killers with this perk too

I was rank 1 killer, I'm rank 12... Giving a bad time to survivors...

As someone spends the majority of their time being chased by the killer. The fact they were hiding instead of working on a generator, means they were more useful to the team being camped than they were in a healthy state.
It amazes me how people at red rank still don't know that they shouldn't hide at looping areas.
I had a friend who urban evaded to a jungle gym (I watched him with bond) where I was looping the killer, then complained that I sandbagged him (He's been playing DBD since 2017).
EXACTLY! My god! If I had heard the gen being done I would've not brought the killer there, but no sound for me means no survs and a free safe loop area

Wow what an interesting post thats really contributing to the fourms
Syringes are clearly op btw
They are! I can loop the killers for 2 gens, 1st hit, use syringe, loop for 1 gen, healed, loop for another 2 gens, there you go! Escaped! LMAO

As killer: Nea. I can't stand Nea players, they always try to emulate noob3 in the worst way possible. They always bring flashlights, keys etc, and all of the meta perks. They ultimately make mistakes and fail whilst doing so. Honourable mentions: Nancy, Zarina, Quentin, and Laurie.
As survivor: Nurse. I am on console, so if the killer is a nurse, it's gg for survivors 99% of the time.
Maybe a 1k if she face camps at the end with NOED with a good totem spawn, true

"Show me a player who can 4k a 4 men red ranks SWF (who play as they should, no mistakes) as Legion or Clown without perks or addons on Cornfields and I'd say that's the most skiller gamer I've ever seen on DBD."
That is literally impossible precisely because both of those Killers are incredibly basic. Against a perfect or even a good team, winning as those Killers is not a matter of skill. Your skill becomes completely irrelevant. Those two Killers are so incredibly simplistic that they physically do not have the capabilities to win against good Survivors. Just because a Killer like Nurse has those capabilities doesn't make her any easier; it just makes her stronger.
Again, saying a Killer is easier just because they're better is like saying handling a Desert Eagle is easier than handling a BB gun because the Desert Eagle packs more punch. Make no mistake, Huntress is better than Deathslinger, but she's also harder. Much, much harder. You must be much better at Huntress to perform well.
"saying a Killer is easier just because they're better" I didn't say this, what I meant is that if they're harder to use and you can get a 3k+ against a good team, that makes you a better gamer.

"good players would play Deathslinger since it's easy to 4k with Huntress."
What you just told me is like saying "Nurse doesn't take skill because she's the best Killer in the game." Better =/= easier; if that were true, Legion would be harder than any other Killer on the roster.
"But my point was that your logic is that of a scrub"
Imagine calling someone a scrub when you main Deathslinger.
"But you've put limitations in your mind about this game that are holding you back."
I have put exactly zero limitations on myself. The hell are you on about?
"Give it some thought."
I've given it plenty of thought. And I've come to the steadfast conclusion that if you play Freddy, Spirit, or Deathslinger, then you want to be able to do well but not have to put in the effort of actually being better than your opponent. You want to win without trying. And as a result, I dislike going against these three Killers because they take incredibly little effort and the skill of the Survivor vs. the skill of the Killer becomes much more irrelevant than against any other Killer.
@lucid4444 and @Demogordon_Ramsay I think both of you are getting off the point and taking it personally, I think what @lucid4444 was tryig to say is that "if it's harder to play as, then you're better at the game" meaning Deathslinger is harder than Huntres and yes, for console, a Nurse user is better than any other player (Nurse on console or mobile is the hardest killer to play as) but on PC no, Freddy and Nurse, even though they have a higher kill rate, they are not for pro players, but more for players who have the time to learn them and get an easy 4k.
Show me a player who can 4k a 4 men red ranks SWF (who play as they should, no mistakes) as Legion or Clown without perks or addons on Cornfields and I'd say that's the most skiller gamer I've ever seen on DBD.

Dude, it's so wacky I'm not the only one who has a personal "nemesis".
As survivor it's Leatherface. It's absolutely embarrassing because I am very much aware Leatherface isn't a particularly good killer, and yet I personally always seem to die when going up against one.
It's like whenever there's a Leatherface they're either a complete scrub or an absolute God, there is no middle ground with that guy. And I almost always get the Gods 😭
As killer I dunno, nobody really specific, I suppose your average P3 Claudette is always a thorn in my side to deal with.
I used to have trouble against LF until I managed to know how to counter the insta down chainsaw face camp with a flashlight and BT, one blinds him whyle the other one unhooks with BT

Listen, famalam, I have played Deathslinger extensively since he came out, and I can say for certain: If Deathslinger mains were actually good at the game, they'd be playing Huntress.
Sounds to me like you're just salty that I talked trash about your main turning DBD into a point-and-click adventure game.

Whispers and Spine Chill. They're great for beginners, and even experienced pros can use them effectively. SC is a great counter against stealth killers and can hinder ranged killers. Whispers is the one killer perk survivors cannot hide from no matter what, and with experience it can be used to accurately locate where survivors are.
Spine Chill is a must for me, not cause I need it against every killer, but because Myers is my kryptonite...

@thrawn3054 I know! I even moved away from pallet on purpose!

@Owlzey Please tell me you clipped it

@csandman1977 For me, Wrath is the easiest killer to go against, I just don't vault unless they become visible, just stand still and force them to chase me whyle uncloaked and repeat the "not vaulting window or pallet unless you're visible" process if they cloak. And whyle in chase, it's weird for me to face a good Wraith, here, I taped this a whyle ago, but this is usually what happens when I face Wraiths:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=om_Tg5j64Vk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5omVRjqbWIAnd in this last one he got me cause of broken "through the paller hit"

@Blueberry @MadArtillery I have never used Pop, I don¿t care about gens being done, they just never get out, and if 1 manages to get out it's cause they beat me to hatch. I play Trapper main with end game basement build, exit gate's levers trapped + Blood Warden + Dumb survivors not leaving are what ALWAYs give me the 3k+
I'll try pop, I've never used it, but I'll give it a shot
-
@MegaWaffle LMAO, can you change buttons config?

@Boss There should be a LOL upvote instead of just the arrow...

@Orion Edited, thanks

@PureHostility No, sorry, I meant every existing perk, there, edited the post

IMO, for survivor, landing a BT in a specific moment and using the "extra" hit of the unhooked guy properly to body block a NOED hit, feels satisfying AH, so, I'm voting for BT. And, for killer, Hounted Grounds has given me the advantage I needed and even an early game 4k, so, yes, I won't use it with every killer, but, if it works, iit usually gives me an early ultra advantage.
-
@Dolls LMAO, Happened to me too, I hate no edits and no quoting errors
