It's really not as survivor sided as people make it out to be.
Most of the time when a killer gets blown away by a "sweaty 4 man", that killer shouldn't have been in that match in the first place. A lobby with 10k+ hrs on survivor *should* be a problem for most players. But a killer who is actually good at the game with a few thousand hrs will do just fine.
There's an availability problem due to queue imbalances, but that doesn't necessarily indicate a problem with the killer role.
I mean if there is a queue availability problem, because one side doesnt really like that side because they feel the otherside is too strong, totally doesn't mean there is a problem with that role? Okay.

I know I make hockey jokes on some threads but I don't do it because I think it's some super important slight against the developers, I just think it's a dumb joke that makes me laugh and hope it makes others laugh as well

When I play killer, unless the enemy team is really cocky and BM, I generally feel bad 4king - especially if it's been a good game and they just got unlucky with a potato, a DCer or a single misplay that turns into 3 downs (seriously people, stop trying to sabo so much! I'll often let the last survivor go, or sometimes even a duo. This has become even more common since I've started playing survivor more regularly.

Honestly blame the map balance team. They feel like having 20 pallets a map is balanced. So why would i need to learn to loop (keep in mind i do know how to loop but for the sake of this argument i dont) when i can predrop pallet to slow you down while i take you across the map

Being a small streamer. 0 viewers. And playing killer in dbd. Is also very stressful.
Streaming puts the pressure on me to be good. Cause i doubt someone wants to watch someone have 4e every other match. Then if i kill the survs, they sure love to remind me i have 0 viewers. =T gotta love it.

I do stream. Also there is no one "right" way to play. But there is many wrong ways to play. If you play her as a wraith. You lose. If you play her just as freddy. You also will lose. Mix them both. Use your "cloak" to close distance. Teleport where you think survivors are. There is no reason to "save" tvs. Use them bishes. Use your hieght against survs. Smaller walls = leave the loop if you cant mind game it. Personally gen defense, and using my teleport more helped me win way more matches. But, gen focused teams. Or teams with great coordination will win every time.
Also its a bit hard to actually tell people to play because it what you do in the match is based on how survs play. For example. I love myc call of brine tinkerer and floods of rage. Others had success with nurses sloppy and etc. DMT is really good for her as well. My point is. Sadako is a jack of trades type. She doesnt do one thing amazingly but she does a few things well.
Now with all of that being said, im no otz or scott. So my views arent about "high level sweaty play this game forever" plays. But more of "huh i enjoy this game and i can win a bunch too." Because well. So i lose a lot more than i win. But with sadako so far ive barely lost any. I mean yea super coordinated squads will smoke my ass but i think i do alright.

No, she's astonishingly weak. Initially I put her at 'C' tier (below average), somewhere in the middle, just below Wraith.
After playing her a lot more and playing against her a bit, I've actually moved her down somewhat - she's like new Freddy or Pig in that your power is exactly as useful as survivors want it to be. The counterplay to her is amazingly simple and she lacks any real depth or pivot point. She's an M1 killer with janky stealth and a gimmicky teleport that can be negated by survivors or simple map RNG. Now I'd probably put her at D tier, about on par with Pig.
The only times she feels better than terrible is small indoor maps where she can condemn a lot of people at the same time, coincidently.
Im telling ya. She isnt weak at all. If people stop focusing on the condem and focus on more gen defense, and hit and run. She is strong af.
Personally i feel like everyone who plays her just doesnt know how to play her. Ive been getting upwards of 2k every match with her. Maybe survivors dont know how to counter her. Maybe i just am really good with her playstyle. But she isnt weak at all. Easily a tier.
I also feel everyone who says c tier just listens to otz over and over again like its some sort of dbd gospel. I really wish he would stop judging killers so soon before he can fully learn it.
Seriously idk how all of you struggle with her so much.

The game, the community and sometimes the staff are crap.
Straight up. The game is frustraiting as all hell. Balance is as good as it ever been but it still needs lots of work.
Dbd community is a bit toxic. To the point where it now has its own "cancel culture" so if youre live and you talk smack. You'll "ruffle" some feathers. Not to mention everyone is a god at the game on the foruns (Or so they believe)
And the staff. From boneheaded comments. Comparing dbd to hockey..... even tho hockey is a team game patrick. Just cause someone scores doesnt mean the team didnt help.. ugh.. i mean if it was just about scoring why do other stats exist patrick? Not to mention the scandal of color blindness that literally took a famous person to talk about before we even got a response
To even the mods warning on some stupid things that bothers no one because it and i quote "spam like" because someone is dedicated to their game and wants to spread positivity about the killer they like to more and more people so more and more people can try to enjoy it like they can.
All the bugs in the game that takes months and months to fix. The balance issues that takes yeaaaaars to fix.
Do i enjoy the game? Sometimes. But is it a crap game? Yes.

Because mmr is so bad. People will dodge lobbies. Killers will dodge lobbies. Its happened before when they used to show ranks in the lobby.
Plus whats the point in mmr. If kills = skills. Then i could just afk and get a 4k and be the real best killer.

Not gonna lie. Looking at steamcharts and saying the game is dying is pretty dumb.
If you actually paid attention. Look at all the games that just came out and updated. Biggest example is elden ring. You really thought that dbd was gonna get a influx of new players? Or ps5/xboxx version of cyberpunk. Or dying light 2. Or horizon zero dawn 2.
Point is: the game isnt dying. People just wanna play other things and then they prob will comeback

Welp. Guess imma have to say it and ruffle some feathers.
Killers. Despite your popular belief shouldnt have to care if survivors have fun, just as most survivors dont care if killers have fun. The goal for killers are to kill. Not babysit people ensuring they have a fun time, like some over glorified host that the entity kidnapped who just so happens to kill people. Like imagine trapper in a tux "can i offer you a hook or two master survivors". (Would actually buy some tux skins on some killers)
The easiest way to ensure 4k is to kill a surv very early on. It completely shifts the power. If a killer wants to win. This is one of the best strategies. And one of the easiest.
Now im sure players with <insert x amount of hours> are gonna reply and tell me how only newbs, bad players, toxic killers etc etc camps.
So here is my question, and pls i want actual feedback not "because its boring for survivors" why shouldn't a killer camp if he wants to win and its early game and he catches survivor early?
Basically justify why if i want to win, why i shouldn't camp of youre caught hella early?
Edit: i would like to tell people what i say on this forum isnt how i act in the game. I dont camp unless i have to. I just am tired of reading bad players bringing down other players because they didnt play how they wanted.

Also. To clarify. It was my problem from switching to killer to surv. The entitlement of my surv friends and absolute trash talking the killer like they arent human. As someone who been a killer only main. It frustrates me to see
