you won't do anything. you'll just watch the entity killing a survivor....
Hmmm i'd disagree.
I find it more satisfying to know i was the one to get them in the situation, rather than seeing a random YouTuber set it up in Kill Your Friends.
-
I think Hillbilly was around 11-12 seconds.
Sorry, i made a video on their Mori lengths once, but it's well over a year ago by now.
-
Wraith main, so i'll just be addressing that.
Standard Shadow Dance - "White" sounds neat and it'll save multiple seconds per trial in total, but it won't do much where he lacks, which is the chase, unless you combine it with "The Serpent" - Soot.
Faster uncloak is always neat, i guess.
-
Wraith's is one of the fastest Moris actually, i think only Pig beats it.
What are the standards you think of?
Like, is 9 seconds fast (Wraith's Mori), or can it go even faster? Or is a bit slower what you want as the fastest?
-
I can sense some irony here. *thinks back to Survivors staying in Exit Gates*

Because when there is still one gen left you still have your chance maybe?
And you think you don't have a chance anymore after the last Generator?
Maybe it's time to adjust.
-
It's unfair when, in a 4v1 game, the Killer has the advantage during a 1v1?
*visibly shocked*
-
Okay, i'll try...
- The Trapper - Can reset Bear Traps without needing to pick them up by pressing Left-Control. (Or whatever you want to assign it to, the default is LCTRL.)
- The Wraith - Being able to swing your main weapon while cloaked, at the cost of being Lightburned, whether you hit or miss.
- The Hillbilly - Idk.
- The Nurse - Idk.
- The Huntress - Gains 5% more movement speed once she has 0 Hunting Hatchets. Loses 5% once she has 1 or more.
- The Shape - Can gain Evil faster when stalking multiple Survivors. (God forbid you can't punish Survivors for grouping up together.)
- The Hag - Idk.
- The Cannibal - Not my idea, but: When hitting a wall, instead of going into a tantrum, the attack starts over again and you can continue going as long as a wall is hit while attacking.
- The Doctor - Hallucinations can produce their own Terror Radius & Red Stain and will come after you until they either catch up or last too long.
- The Nightmare - I'd like to just remove the Dream Transition entirely, but i'm sure i won't stop hearing how unbalanced that would be. Still, i don't like it and wish it wasn't a thing at all.
- The Pig - Idk.
- The Clown - Direct hits don't do damage, but it'll stun them in place for a second.
- The Spirit - Idk.
- The Legion - Idk, the concept is the same as before the patch, so i still find them very unfun to play.
- The Plague - Free insta-heals is a bit odd, maybe remove that?
Time for Vote Downs! 😅
-
I don't watch them regularly at all, but since they helped me understand Killer basics, i wouldn't mind hearing Tru3 scream "That's a Moreeeeeeh!" while i kill them.

Apologies... it would effect the economy... maybe a crafting system would work better taking browns and yellows and combining them for green....
This game does need more then just the ability to to sell stuff..
It's fine.
I've always been for crafting/selling to get rid of these things.
Like you said, combining stuff is my personal preferred way.
If selling Add-ons would only net you like 10% of the original cost, you'd see long-time players who always keep stuff they don't want to use suddenly sky-rocket in BP amounts.
But with combining, you'd be required to have multiple parts.
Say you want to make an Iridescent Stone, and you need Trapper Gloves & Fastening Tools.
You have 100 Trapper Gloves, but you don't have a Fastening Tools.
This way, you CAN make use out of the stuff you don't want without it being such a massive gain in BP.

Sp freedom of players being able to sell the items, addons and offerings shouldnt be implemented into the game to make for a better gaming experience because the devs failed to implement this mechanic in the first place and because theres dedicated players from when the game was in beta?..... screw growth! and bettering the game! Let's keep the frustrating part of having to watch as the unwanted items and crap continue to grow...
Calm down man, where did i say this SHOULDN'T be a thing?
I'm saying that the current suggestion will ruin the BP economy for a good amount and we need more than just "Oh, i can sell now.".
-
@Peanits said:
This would be more of a progression change, and typically rank and progression are treated separately. Allowing only people at rank 1 to sell their unwanted items would make it way easier for them to progress since they have an additional source of bloodpoints, meanwhile newer players who arguably need that jump-start more don't get to take advantage of it. Selling back items at a reduced cost would be interesting, although tying it to rank might not be the best option.
@Peanits Let's imagine they'd introduce the ability to sell unwanted equipment in the next patch.
Now imagine people who never use Mist Offerings, or the "crippling, but grants extra BP" Add-ons for certain Killers.
I used to have about 3 stacks of Add-ons on Hillbilly, all over 250.
Now imagine someone who has been saving that up for over 3 years.
And now imagine hundreds of people having this as well.
Soooooo many Bloodwebs would be completed.
And from all the BP they earned by selling those, they completed so many Bloodwebs that they got A: More stuff that they want, and B: More stuff that they can sell again.

When will Devour Hope not have a useless ability at 2 Tokens?
According to my downvotes though, it looks like people prefer useless abilities over useful ones.
-
Heh, i just did this to a Meg.
I knew where the Hatch was, so i raced over there.
She found it too and was waiting.
So i got into position and mashed to close it.
Then the EGC started and while she tried to run to an Exit Gate Switch, i just stood in front of it.
My suggestion: Hide instead of thinking: "Ooooo, the Hatch! I win!".
Otherwise i couldn't have followed her.
-
I don't care why people pick her, i just dislike that so many do.
It's not uncommon to have more Claudettes in my lobby than any other character, and it's boring as all hell.
-
The first line of the post though.
Bloodpoints:
-
Well i barely play her, so i doubt they'd miss my purchases, but yeah, guess i won't buy them.

Lol leatherpig sounds cool just the images of a bubba dressed as the pig dashing around pallets with a mini chainsaw auuh awesome thank you 🐷
Though he's a cannibal, i wonder if he would say no to wearing a pig head.
He wears human skin, so the smell can't be an excuse...
-
I read it as Leatherpig for a moment.
Cannibal's great at defense, so maybe try a more Totem-focused build?
Pig i just don't know, i don't play her enough.

Some people don’t have an issue with Wraith without add-ons and that is great. I just say he is add-on dependent because he doesn’t NEARLY have as much map pressure without Windstorm. He is slow and can’t patrol gens as easily.
Some people say Spirit is add-on dependent but I disagree so if you don’t think Wraith needs add-ons then that’s all good :)
Cloak movement speed buff pls.
-
It was something along the lines of: "If you get out of Frenzy immediately, you'd have like 50% FF left. If you get out at like 25% left, then you'd have 0% FF left."
Not a direct quote and the numbers probably aren't accurate, but it's pretty much the concept.
-
Kinda ehh to see Borrowed Time getting buffed.
I won't encounter it much at all, but i didn't see anyone complain that it was too weak before the Deep Wound changes.
(If you did say on here it was too weak, i simply missed you.)

Depends on what Perks are at play. Tinkerer? lol
True, so keep your eyes and ears open at all times.
Maybe be extra careful and go away from the Generator once you hit 85%.
If you think they run Bitter Murmur, go in one direction for 5 seconds, then run the other way.
It may sound like a lot of work, but firstly: These Perks would also work on you when you're with 3 other Survivors, and secondly: If you wanna win, you won't have a problem with taking on a challenge.
If an easy win is what's desired, this game's not the one to begin with.

Everyone of you main killers I bet. "Just do gens"...yeah ok. Three gens left, I'll go do them and let the killer know where the last survivor is three times until it's open and then need to do a gate. Wait until you see more and more people DC and eventually leave this game. Played as a killer this weekend for a daily ritual. Took forever to find a lobby. Killers got it made. This game is highly favored towards the killers. The new update does not help the survivors at all. I'm not playing killer so because it's cheap and no fun so it looks like I'm not playing the game at all.
Finishing a Generator tells the Killer where you WERE, not where you ARE.
Meaning you have a good chance to not let the Killer know where you went.
I played as Killer this weekend too: Never had problems with lobbies, so i'm sorry that you're having troubles, but the game isn't having troubles...in that regard.
-
Wraith can now hit immediately after a fake cloak.
Can't hate that.
Devour Hope still has a useless bonus on it though.
-
Wraith & Nea.
-
"Killers BAIT the hatch then close it"
You literally complain about being baited.
This is just as good as seeing someone cleanse Haunted Ground 2 feet in front of you.

While that is true you can’t generally see it in game unless you mori.
Their weapon + mori is the best thing you can see in game.
That still didn’t stop me from buying that school girl Spirit! 🤡🤡🤡
Speaking of Mori, kinda wish they would have ALL Killers experience the kill outside their body, so you can see yourself kill them with your new outfit.
-
Maybe the license holders didn't want to do that?
I can't look in their minds, but the devs can't do anything to the character aesthetically without their "okay".
-
The Killers generally have less cosmetics available.
Not even trying to insinuate anything, you can see the counts on the Store.
-
I...really don't care which option would happen.
If it's leaked, ill go: Oh, okay.
If it's teased and then announced, i'll go: Oh, okay.
-
"Fixed an issue that caused item charges to be consumed before the item was fully channeled."
This was an issue?
I thought this was to make it so you can't use it for 0.1 seconds, thus reducing the cost greatly.
Here, an example...
When you charge a Key to check the Killer's aura, you lose Item charges while charging up the use, then you have to hold it and thus continuously use Item charges to see the aura.
If you now don't use up Item charges during the charge up, then you can let go the moment you see the aura and where it's going, wasting only minimal amounts of charges.
I'm not arguing what's balanced btw, but this has been in the game for well over 3 years.
Unless it's specific to certain Items, they sure as hell fooled me all this time that it was intended to take a few standard Item charges every use.
Okay, so: My favorite change?
I guess it's the EGC.
In cases like that, i don't really care who the devs cater to, just end the match already.
I like my Wraith buff though.

I understand that. That's not my complaint that they shouldn't have an advantage to some extent. But the advantage is too large. And if the killer chooses, they can kill 1 person for sure every single game and there's not a damn thing you can do about it lol. And they can still get just as many points as the top person doing that. There's more
That's cause there's 4 of you.
If they focus and kill 1 Survivor, then it's still a loss.
I also still recommend my previous suggestion.
Judging from your "The advantage is too large" sentence, i take it you haven't seen the potential yet.

@thesuicidefox How'd that even make sense?
@Peanits / @not_Queen, Do you two got any opinions on how you'd improve Clown?
Well, if it would start regression, then you can apply said regression from a distance while also not having to go through a kicking animation.
And that would give him multiple seconds extra per Generator, which will definitely add up.
-
Didn't they scrap an interactive lobby when still making the game?
It also won't do anything balance-wise or to affect the actual gameplay.
This'd be incredibly low on the priority list.
Also, can't you get the Killer to move as well?
They're the longest in the lobby after all...
-
Little affects me more negatively than (face)camping & tunneling.
I find it incredibly dull to stay near a 2-minute countdown.
Tunneling less dull, but it just doesn't coincide with what i prefer.
I'd do this any day to hackers though.
EDIT: Damn, i guess people don't like it that i don't camp & tunnel. 😋
-
Tbh, seeing "looping would need an overhaul" only makes me want a smaller hitbox more.
-
If Adrenaline could be stopped by the Killer before activation, then yeah, Survivors would have a Perk that's the equivalent.
-
Scummy or not, sometimes certain tactics are more effective than others.

Well, let me tell you about how many times said this game would die...
...Actually that's it: Many people said this game would die, right from the beginning.
Especially when Friday The 13th: The Game was out, people just flooded the Steam Forums about how it would kill this game.
Well...
An ongoing analysis of Steam's player numbers, seeing what's been played the most.An ongoing analysis of Steam's player numbers, seeing what's been played the most.18k average VS 308 average.
I'd have to see a record-low, like less than 5k, to even start thinking about a possible death.
-
You're made weaker cause there's 4 of you.
I suggest watching some popular kids play Survivor at high ranks with their buddies.

@NuclearBurrito said:
@Boss so is just healing in general. I don't see a problem with that and it would be the intended use case anyways.
I don't see it as a problem either.
It just seems strange to me: You present a great way to make it active, but then you're fine with it if that method becomes underused or just ignored, as they'd prefer to make it activate after being unhooked, rather than utilize it from winning a chase.
