Worst part is, this is most likely how we're gonna be for the whole Halloween event. I can't see an hot fix coming quicker than that.
It's moments like these that make me absolutely hate the answer they gave for a game health chapter. If the team can do both why is this such a frequent problem? What a damn shame.

It wasn't that bad. You just spent the first 2 minutes running around the map looking for the petals and then play normally again. I'm actually disappointed they didn't do it last year.
Right? The Hallowed Blight was honestly the best time I've had in a DbD event. Sure there were flaws but it was a blast with friends.
Edit: Also on topic, I kinda don't see a reason for killers to play this event. As Space Coconut has stated the Bp bonus is probably gonna be little to nothing, add on is limited time and messes with the killer power, and you can't earn outfits if the rumors are true. A really big shame.

Remove BT and replace it with OoO and you got an even worse build.

I believe it's to make bumping into smaller objects feel better. Like imagine running at a barrel it will feel like you crashed with you knees.
Don't make the camera any less annoying though :l

I'd be okay with that if it deactivated when you touch a gen, break a totem, heal someone/yourself, or unhook a survivor. If you're able to do any of those actions you aren't being tunnelled and don't need it active.

Yes this game is still a horror game. We're all just completely used to everything scary in the game. It's like watching a horror movie. You're not gonna be scared after the 100th re run. You'll be come completely desensitized by every scare because your brain knows what to expect.

I'm pretty sure the low FOV is there to make the Blight feel a lot better when he is Rushing from object to object. Small crates and barrels would feel pretty strange to bump into if his FOV was higher up imo.

Yes that is true but what's stopping them from giving it out the option to purchase the theme for those who already own the game? I'd love a DbD theme but I am not paying 30 bucks for a theme. By not giving us the option to purchase the theme separate from the game, fans who were already here will have to shell out money just to have it (hopefully people don't actually do that for a theme that would be insane lol). Maybe that's not greedy but that's definitely unfair for fans who have been here for a while. :(

Yeah it's pretty concerning grinding for those outfits is the main reason I play these events. The bp is nice but not enough to make me want to play.

Dead by Daylight is not affected by the name change and you should be fine. I changed my username to my forum username and everything was fine. :)

You can't attempt an unhook anymore if you're the last survivor. The game just kills you there. If someone else was there and still alive off the hook you could have used the perk.

I think 3+ months is a good enough time to knockout a good amount of bugs. If not 2 chapters but not for too long because if nothing new is added people could get bored. :/

No, the point of showing items is to allow killers to adapt to what survivors have. Imagine not being able to tell if survivors had keys or maps? That would be awful.
