Only if you got the survivor off after she teleports. Before you could carefully approach the hook, unhook them, they sprint burst away immediately, trigger a trap and go down 0.5 seconds later so I guess that's an unsafe unhook, thanks meg
-
His ranged attack feels very janky, it seems to not hit when it looks like it should and the other way round, also once in T2 if there's a survivor and a dropped pallet you can aim at one and it'll hit the other. Also T3 doesn't feel worth the effort to work for.
-
Honestly for me the biggest issue with hag is basement. If a teammate gets hooked in there it feels like the correct play is usually acting as if they're dead already. I'm glad BT works against her now though.
-
When I got to postgame earlier the two that escaped were already shouting at each other over some minor thing. "How dare you give me advice when you brought spine chill" was said
-
I'm playing a lot of him too, also stocking up on as many glasses as possible
-
You guys can really turn anything into a DS thread.

Anti-windows bubba: bamboozle, cruel limits, crowd control and undying
If that's not memey enough run it on nurse instead
Or just anything that involves sloppy butcher on plague

I can't take scott seriously when he's always running the most boring free pressure perks in every ######### build

I mean it looks like he's running blood favour in that video

For real though he was my first killer and I usually play him every so often but I haven't since the buff so I'm intrigued

I'm glad you managed to have anything resembling fun with him.
I think we're on different servers but I'd give you a good wraithing otherwise ;)
-
I like the map right now but ask me again after a blight game there
-
No. Maybe somewhat on nurse, which is the issue having killers with a massive strength gap (see also infectious fright)
-
I won't farm bc boring but if you're the last left and have the charm you're getting dragged to the hatch and thrown in, like it or not
-
If you're not doing an adept or a challenge who cares if it's a 3 or 4k?

Was not aware. I personally wouldn't, but if it's not against the rules, my bad!
I should probably doublecheck - @MandyTalk ?
-
I usually play pretty chill and like running dumb stuff but if survivors are doing things like teabagging after throwing every pallet I take it as an invitation to go harder honestly.
Although I was a bit oversensitive earlier bc I put the pride charm on my blight for the first time and this Nancy kept teabagging me so I decided it was because of that and turned an otherwise nice game into a slugfest. Then thinking about it afterwards she was probably just being a Nancy. These forum posts have made me paranoid 😄

You can if it doesn't show them in a bad light

It's super fun, but the problem is that survivors learn this one immediately. It'll trick people maximum of 4 times, once if it's a full SWF. They'll still touch the gen if it's one with a lot of progression, but they'll check for you nearby or tap it and bolt, and they might wait out Dragon's Grip before returning to it. So in the later game, it's more that you get Undetectable for a while and good regression, and Trail of Torment doesn't get turned off as enthusiastically... or they just designate their injured players to be the ones tapping gens.
Still hella fun, though. That synergy.
Oh yeah, they do all that stuff. If I'm getting enough value out of dragon's grip they usually stop healing altogether, which can work in their favour or not. Watching survivors adapt to something kinda different is fun too.

@ShamelessPigMain said:
The biggest issue is that you're dedicating two perk slots to this when those perk slots could be pop and BBQ.
My other two were bbq and discordance, later switched discordance to tinkerer. Even with 3 gen perks there's no inherent regression so you have to be aggressive. But it is fun.

Ooooooooo. Sounds good. Never played Blight, but I like Oni. Think it will be as effective on him?
Maybe, I'm not good with oni but I'd prefer it on a killer with decent mobility, which he usually has
@StibbityStabbity said:
On Pyramid Head, I legit made an entire build that revolves around kicking gens.
Trail of Torment, Dragons Grip, Pop, Tinkerer (not sure if I was actually using this last one, but I THINK I was)
Sometimes, it was miserable. Other times, it was kinda hilarious. Very much a "works or doesn't work" build.
For the "2 hits while undetectable with dark devotion" challenge I just used all stealth perks, I love overkill

You cant deny that gay pride has become heavily political. It may not have started that way, but it is now.
Someones individual sexuality is a different story of course.
Besides, we'd see how political it really is if a straight pride charm were added, just saying.
I have to respond to this as it is completely reversed. Pride originated as a response to targeted police harassment and raids on the Stonewall Inn in the late 1960s, a bar frequented by lgbt people, mostly gay men and trans women. I say "response", they were riots. I don't see how any of that is apolitical by any means.
These days it's mostly a fun but fairly meaningless festival/social event. Police often actually march in it, to give an idea of how much it's changed. Along with weapons manufactures, banks, facebook etc etc
Some us us like the "support" from corporations during June. Not being a hive mind, a lot of us just make fun of it:
As to your comments on "straight pride", this is unacceptable for the same reasons as "white pride" is or "able-bodied pride" would be. I don't think I need to elaborate on the history of the use of "white pride" and the type of people who use it.

With that new autoban system and the charms plus x4 survivors dying will be an unsafe time for killer. Specially if they have the pride charms every game then start reporting for griefing over a charm.
You're anticipating getting banned for killing survivors? As the killer? So killers are going to be obliged to leave any survivors alone who have a charm?
You usually live up to your username more.

Are you able to prevent people from messaging you on PS4?
Yeah and I did that whenever I was sick of it, you also have to switch friend requests off too because you can attach messages to friend requests so they'll just go that route instead
-
Yeah, although back on ps4 whenever the message notification showed up I always first thought oh god what is it this time
I did get good messages but they were buried under a mountain of salt, and I play pretty "nicely"

the first slasher game.
I can already see countless bitching and accusations "you X because I had pride charm, you *****"
Never seen it happen in other games with them. Anyway if someone wants to complain in postgame chat they will find a reason to, charms or not

@NemesisOnNemesis said:
DbD, the first game where you can kill lgbt and their supporters (or bully them if they are killers)
would kek if I get banned for stating a fact
Even among multiplayer games overwatch, siege and smite got there first (with LGBT characters, not just charms)

@Mooks said:
Yeah it won’t be that big of a problem. Tunneling is already pretty common. And if they actually target players specifically for that they will end up gloating about it in end-game chat, so easy ban. I am actually kinda looking forward to this.
New swf tactic, get the best looper on the team to wear the charm whether they're LGBT or not, easy win against bigots 😁
-
I don't want them to announce when a key change is coming, just to do it. I still remember when they announced the instaheal nerf and there were four per match until it actually happened. I played a lot of plague.
-
There's a -lot- of LGBT people who play this game When smite created pride avatars there was similar threats which I never heard of happening, especially as there was usually at least one person per match with them, they can't target us all.
Also if I'm getting tunnelled or teabagged bc I have a pride charm I'm not sure how I'll be able to tell the difference from a usual game 🤔

Those that left unsavory comments that were rule breaking, they were taken care of. We do not tolerate any kind of behavior that's demeaning, insulting, etc. to people/a group of people. Obviously, it is hard and nearly impossible to stop people from saying those things, but if they decided to do so, they receive consequences for it. I'm sorry if this has ruined the experience for some of people attending though, the Stream was great and effort was put into it - we're all a big community, this includes many people from different walks of lives.
I know the stream might have not been for everyone the right thing, which is perfectly fine, if you didn't like it, you didn't like! However, it is important that it doesn't grant anyone the right to insult people on the screen, no matter for what. You're free to not be a fan of streams presented, just be respectful and civil about it! I hope for the future that people will be more respectful in this regard.
Is the chat feature especially useful? 90% of it seemed to be spamming stuff like "cringe" and "amogus" over and over. I'm also pretty sure I saw sexually explicit among us text art before it got deleted, not that I'm an art critic or anything

I imagine when most people think of perks with unnecessary downsides they gravitate towards perks with bizarre cooldowns. Perks like Thrilling Tremors, Visionary, and Oppression, but before any of these perks are brought up I'd just like to take the time to say.
📢Dragon's Grip has two cooldowns📢
If we're discussing blight's perks then I'd start with blood favour which is almost all downsides, there's barely any perk in there at all

Meat plant isn’t survivor sided when your team is running around aimlessly looking for gens
Well all maps are killer sided when your teammates are running in circles or hiding in corners

I’m not asking. You were implying they were survivor sided, which they absolutely are not.
Meat plant is extremely survivor sided. Midwich it depends on the killer and how the survivors play. Lerys isn't, hawkins is killer sided.

I love them!!
So far in videos, they've blocked doorways, swarmed survivors and in one video the zombie actually camped a hooked survivor!
They can also be a pain in the derrier for Nemesis too, but overall those dudes have so much fun potential for Nemesis trials.
Yeah one of them briefly facecamped a survivor in one of my games it was weird as hell

I was betting on the flashbang one or the gen blinding one
-
I'd have to play more against nemmy outside of kyf and on more indoor maps to form a proper opinion. So far I've mostly thought of them as a mild environmental nuisance although on hawkins that could be more severe. Also no consistent way to get rid of them apart from pallets.
At least they're pretty stupid
