This is no less the case than it already was.
If you move towards the survivor during your 3.5 second cooldown after fatigue (2.5 seconds of fatigue, 6 - 2.5=3.5) you will move 13.475 meters
In 3.5 seconds a survivor can move 14 meters. Thus the survivor can only gain an .525 meters of distance more on the nurse than the could before the nerf
Basically the only people complaining about the nerf still are the people who are either on console or could only play nurse with 3 blink/omega blink
Maths must not be your forte, eh? And playing killer/survivor at red ranks surely isn't either.

That would make no sense. Practically nobody complains about Billy. Nobody complains about him because he's balanced. He's a strong killer with solid counter play. They might touch his addons. But even those are fine really.
Survivors complain about him quite a bit, actually, now they're just too busy taking a dump on the nurse's grave, that's all.
Just search the forum for the keywords "hillbilly+op+no+skill".
With that said, he still gets looped, he still gets ran around the shack/the preschool/Myers' house, he still suffers from DS. And the new maps, wich are a clusterfuck of ultrasafe pallets, god windows, and general clutter that prevents him from using his mobility, are certainly of no help. He is not balanced. He is underpowered. If the survivors are bad, he wins. If the survivors are good, he gets rushed and looped, just like every other killer.
-
The devs can say what they want, we all know billy is next on the chopping block.

bad killer = spirit. I guess I already said that ;)
Bad survivor = perks ;)

I regularly 4K with Bubba in Red ranks, and so do other people that know how to run loops. Your mindset is the typical way people view LF but it's absolutely incorrect. Just watch a couple Fungoose games with him on Youtube. He's not a camping killer if you actually have an imagination and know how to catch people out in the open.
I can't say I've ever been looped for 5 gens once in my life, but it sounds like you have. Perhaps that's why you're not able to use Bubba well? Like I said, if you get the fundamentals down and know how to optimally run jungle gyms, you'll do just fine. Leatherface is very far from the worst killer in the game when you've got Clown, Legion, Wraith, and Trapper. Bubba has one hit downs on command (Trapper has to set his up) and can down multiple people that go in for risky hook saves. Very far from the worst killer. Stop basing your opinions off of what everybody else is parroting on these echo chamber forums.
Sure, ok. At this point it's clear that you're just trolling.
-
Styptic agent was basically left untouched. It's still the same in chase, and arguably worse against instadown killers.
-
Your question starts with the assumption that she is in fact too strong, but she isn't, realistically.
-
PSA: Object of bullying still works against "'""""""undetectable"""""""" killers.
-
Shelter woods. That is, until they turn it into Pallet woods again.
-
She's garbage.
They reduced the counterplay to her power from "use LOS blockers and the environment at your advantage, and try to predict her blinks" to "run in a straight line and she'll never catch up to you because she has 96% movement speed and a 6 seconds bs cooldown on her power".
-
My money is on the hillbilly. They'll trash his addons... and then proceed to devastate his base kit, like they did with the nurse.

Spirit absolutely needed a nerf. The only question was how much, and it seems like they went overboard. Got rid of a lot of her mind gaming potential.
People that deny Spirit needed nerfing are the people that relied on her as a crutch and couldn't compete at Red ranks with any other killers.
I'm a killer main and have never touched her, save for 3 or 4 trials. I'm glad for that too, because I had to learn how to run jungle gyms properly and optimally as basic M1 killers, lest I be bullied and gen rushed, so that in turn made me a monster with people like Freddy and Leatherface, where I can make full use of their powers where other people seem to fail. I laugh my ass off when people say Leatherface is the worst killer in the game (and so does Fungoose). He's high mid tier if you actually know how to run jungle gyms and moonwalk while revving.
I'm starting to get off topic. Point is, Spirit was a crutch killer. Simple things like hiding your red light, and then looking down and flicking it and doing a sort of half moonwalk will trip up almost any survivor main. But playing Spirit, you'll never do stuff like that. All you have to do to mind-game people is just...stand still. Sure it works, but it doesn't teach you any fundamental mechanics, or really tricky stuff.
At that point you're just taking advantage of her kit as a whole, because her kit is extremely mindgame focused, but that doesn't make YOU good at mind games.
Not to say she didn't take skill, but many people will be lost without her.
"Leatherface Is high mid tier".
At rank 21, maybe.
Seriously, Leatherface is only good for camping to death that P3 Kekdette that burned a Macmillan offering and looped you for 5 generators and two exit gates.
He may not be the worst killer in the game, but he's pretty damn close. The only reason why he isn't the worst is the legion's existence.

I mean, really? It has a better mobility, can rotate 180° instead of 90°, can one shot multiple people and has basically no cooldown
And what are you gonna do with those? His turning is dumpster fire trash, whereas Billy can use his chainsaw dash to cut some specific loops. He can also fake a chainsaw attack to force pallet drops, in some cases. The oni has to waste time to get his power, Billy has it from the get-go.

Ok, this is a dogshit
Spectacular argument.

The legion. M1 killer with a big terror radius. Useless against anyone with more than 5 minutes of playtime.

Apart from movement in general and billy lacks the ability to knock multiple survivors with one attack
He has to spend a considerable amount of timw charging it up, whereas the hillbilly can always use his chainsaw.

He does everything billy does but does it better. He's a better hillbilly
He has nothing over the hillbilly. Nothing. Everything the oni can do, the hillbilly can do it better.
-
Oh, I almost forgot.
It's time for my quarterly "I'd rate them tier N for 'Next underpowered power-gauge laughing stock, please."
-
PSA: paper-nerfs only after they have been made irrelevant by several other game changes and meaningful survivor-buffs are the only forms of nerfs survivors ever get, done purely so they can make their lol-lists of 'extensive nerfs' they've received and pretend they are somehow on-par with the hundreds of undiluted nerfs killers have got.
-
He's a worse hillbilly.
-
It shouldn't. If it does, it's BS.
-
To make them fun™.
-
Because killers don't buy the newest Kekdette/Meghead skins.
-
Buff the legion and nerf the ######### out of borrowed crutch. It's a horribly designed perk.
-
Because survivors like it this way.

What everybody seems to be overlooking, is that "tunneling" is part of the killer's objective.
DS and similar effects should not exist. Period.

@Mazemel said:
While NOED rewards killers for not doing their objective of stopping survivors from completing generators and killing them, perks like Adrenaline reward survivors for completing their objective. When playing survivor, why should they be punished for completing their objective? I think that because NOED is causing such a divide in the community, it should be looked at by the devs. I’m not suggesting a hard nerf to it, but something that satisfies both sides and makes it SEEM less like a “handholding crutch perk” and more of a utility perk that is fair and balanced.
Someone suggested to me the other day that NOED still remain a hex perk, but at the beginning of the match it is designated to ONE totem on the map which appears dull until the exit gates are powered. At this point, if the dull totem still remains, NOED activates and becomes lit.
Killers have choose between making a build for snow-balling (with Ruin or other slow down perks) or a build to cover their endgame (with NOED holding it up).
Even then, NOED can be disabled before it can even come into play. It's extremely underpowered, if anything.
Adrenaline, though, survivors equip it and they have something that is useful regardless of what's happening. Even if you Urban evaded around the map the whole game, thus not contributing in any way to the completion of the objective (doing generators), you still get it.
The argument about NOED being a '2nd-chance perk' for killers has been done to death, and survivors keep losing it.
-
@op Absolutely not. The legion is just a M1 killer with a ginormus terror radius, the worst killer in the game at the moment.
-
It'd make them useless.
-
Because they know that if they're persistent enough, the devs will gut her.

Barely did anything. Ghost Face, when played by a GOOD player, devastates a team.
Made survivors able to "lulz think again" him out of his laughable stealth mode from behind walls. Loser Face™, when put against GOOD survivors, gets uncorked and rekt like the M1 killer he is.
-
-
PSA: the survivors' 3rd person camera hard counters Loser Face™.
-
To be fair, getting Evil incarnate was way easier back then, before Myers was nerfed along with his perks.
-
@DemonDaddy said:
Better alternative would be;
Perk- Boot to the Face
While hooked and a survivor attempts a rescue with the killer in close proximity, you kick them in the face leaving them stunned for 3 sec. When rescued after activating you receive the effect of borrowed time for 20 sec even if the rescuer is without the perk.
I always blame teammates for off the hook tunneling, killer is just taking advantage of bad survivor plays.
This.

While it is quite amusing to see that someone is roleplaying Donald Trump in DBD, made up "rules" are not game mechanics.
So you think you should win without doing the objective. K.
-
@GrootDude said:
I wouldn’t nerf her, unlike nurse, she still obeys game mechanics.
The nurse still follows the exact same "rules" as every other killer: you rush the gens, she loses. You don't rush the gens, she wins. The only difference between her and any other killer is that she has a power that just so happens to be diametrically opposed to the survivors' toxic and abusive stalling metagame that they haven't changed since fall 2016.

I thought it was called Palletwork miserable.

Unless the killer plays the trapper. There's a reason why he was deemed the strongest killer in the game, back then.

Who said that insta-heals are fine? Although LF can deal with them to an extent. :D
Leatherkek is a M1 killer (unless you're camping). M1 killers are the ones that struggle the most against instaheals, so I don't get where you're coming from.
