That extra 3% is not worth losing a health state by default. If you're that good at chases, then just double the length of the chase. If you don't want to be healthy, for whatever reason, you can just never heal after you first hit without sacrificing a perk slot.

I can't tell you how many times I've gone against a killer that left me slugged and I was able to get up. Should it happen? No, the killer should know better, but many don't. I don't tend to use it, but the few times I have for whatever reason, I've found it isn't as bad as people think it is.

Maybe reread what I wrote. I never mentioned anything about my feelings on the matter. It's just the fact of the matter majority of the player base will call leaving a downed survivor on the ground slugging, even those who play this way.

Personally, as long as someone isn't doing it just to be an ass I don't have an issue with being slugged, and no, it doesn't hurt my feelings.

By "you" I wasn't entirely meaning you specifically, just survivors in general, but I understand I wasn't clear about that. But yes, that's the problem with this game I think. We don't know why the killer is playing the way they are, and some games are not going to be as fun for the other side as others. We as humans tend to want to win. If we aren't winning, we aren't having fun. Well, in order to win, sometimes the other side might use an allowed strategy that we dont' find fun.

The reason I think it matters is because those who insist on playing "fair" and playing "the way I think you should play" present a problem. Other players ideas on what is fair and how the game should be played is different. If I had my way? Flashlights would be removed from the game entirely. But that would ruin the fun of many players. Many players love getting a flashlight save. To them, that's fun and it helps them to win.

I hope what I've said here helps you and everyone else understand my take on the entire game itself, on the subject of slugging, camping, tunneling, and just over all "playing fair" in general.

I feel like the only reason we don't have Legendaries for the remaining 7 Left 4 Dead survivors on Bill is because Valve would make BHVR give them out for free so it wouldn't be worth the dev time for BHVR.

    This makes me sad.

They didn't give Legendaries (that wasn't a thing back then), but they gave their outfits. Look in the original survivors outfits.

    • Dwight Fairfield as Ellis - a zombie hunter with a keen interest in cars and music (from Left 4 Dead 2).
    • Meg Thomas as Zoey - a horror film buff who suddenly seemed to live in one of her favorite zombie movies (from the original Left 4 Dead).
    • Claudette Morel as Rochelle - a TV producer who had to change jobs as the zombie invasion came (from Left 4 Dead 2).
    • Jake Park as Francis - a hardened biker and a member of the ruthless biker club Hell's Legion (from the original Left 4 Dead).

PARAGRAPH I: Left Behind, also unofficially known as CHAPTER 3.5: Left Behind was the first Paragraph DLC for Dead by Daylight.Since it was released in-between CHAPTERS 3 and 4, it was unofficially renamed to CHAPTER 3.5 to fit in with the other two former Paragraphs, when the Developers abandoned the practice of naming single-character DLCs "Paragraphs". This DLC features: A new Survivor (William "Bill" Overbeck) 12 new Cosmetics for the four original Survivors, 3 a piece. UP AND AT 'EM, SOLDIE

  • I want a Noir Claire to match with Noir Leon. Also because Noir Claire is FIRE.

  • Most players don't know how to use it. But if you do, then yes it's a VERY good perk, even more so now with Made for This.

Picture this... You decide to play some killer, game just starts up and after abit of looking around you find your first survivor...just standing there. It becomes pretty obvious that this guy hasn't realized the game has started. What do you do? Do you take this as a free hook? Do you leave them alone? Really, no wrong answers here. I'm just curious.

I play both sides, and as killer I show no mercy. I will hook them. Then when I go back to the hook, if they are still standing there, I hit them. If they STILL don't move, I down them and rehook them. Let the other survivors complain to them, not me.

    Hello everyone!

Im a Pinhead main. Relating to the last updates I'd like to get the attention of the players with this post. Hope you'll agree with me in many respects. And last remark I want to say before starting: I play both survivours and killers (survivours more), so my thoughts are being conclusions from the gameplay for both sides.

    Pinhead changes (boring part):

Let's look at PH's change list. There's a lot of nerfs. I guess this is only one killer, that's being only nerfed but not buffed for all of his existing time.

    First changes at 5.2.1 patch:

    • Added a maximum time that The Cenobite can spend inside a gateway. = small nerf (wouldn't really affect the gameplay)
    • Picking up the Lament Configuration now stops other Survivor's Chain Hunt timers, but not the carrier's. It also stops the Chain Hunt for other Survivors, but not the carrier. = nerf

There were also mechanic changes, some of them made Pinhead buffed, but without them he would be working not properly.

    Patch 5.4.1:

    • Add-on - Liquified Gore
      • Decreased solving time modifier to 1 second (was 2 seconds) = nerf
    • Add-on - Torture Pillar
      • Decreased Chain Hunt activation time to 5 seconds (was 10 seconds) = nerf
    • Add-on - Larry's Remains
      • Decreased solving time modifier to 2 seconds (was 4 seconds) = nerf
    • Add-on - Chatterer's Tooth
      • Increased Undetectable status to duration 25 seconds (was 12 seconds) = buff
    • Add-on - Engineer's Fang
      • Added effect: When hitting an injured Survivor with a possessed chain, only 1 additional chain will spawn = nerf
    • Add-on - Iridescent Lament Configuration
      • Increased range to 24 meters (was 16 meters) = buff

In all, I agree with the 'solving time modifier' nerfs (cuz both of addons used given you x2 solving time (now x1.5) is too much), but desagree with the Torture Pillar nerf - it was unnecessary.

    6.5.0:

    • The Lament Configuration will now teleport if The Cenobite stands on it for 5 seconds. = nerf

And then, WE CAME to the most disgusting thing I have ever faced in DBD.

    Patch 7.0.0:

    • Items are now divided into categories:
      • Survivor Item
        • These can return to a player's inventory at the end of a match
        • e.g. Toolbox, Firecracker, etc
      • Special Item
        • Items related to playing against specific Killers
        • e.g. Lament Configuration, VHS Tape, etc
      • Temporary Item
        • Items that do not return to a player's inventory at the end of a match
        • e.g. the White Glyph's Pocket Mirror, Flashbang

This patch made PH's box a Special Item and that affected to work of the perks like Franklin's Demise and Hoarder, so these both are not working on box anymore. = huge nerf

    The reason I write this...

The reason I write this is because I worry about the game's future. Every patch it becomes more boring and primitive. For killers, any good-working build is anti-genrush build! This is terrible... Any conceptual build gets punished by survivours, so killers couldn't implement their abilities and tactics, and the devs help the wrong ones, removing mechanics and destroying all standing on their way!

*To remind you that I'm a survivour player too, I'll tell you my opinion about Eruption: nerf was unnecessary! All the devs had to do is to increase the time it reactivates, at last resort...

I just don't understand why is this happening. Hoarder, such as Franklin's Demise, is working on ITEMS. If surv is picking up an ITEM, then Hoarder must work. Adding a killer is not the reason to ruin the other's tactics and mechanics (about the "official reason" of this change). At least, I think this way...

I don't understand why is the Blindness status effect is not affecting Lament Configuration. This is an exception that is ruining all the concept of effect, just like reworking Eruption, that made Incapacitated status effect almost not used mechanic.

Also I don't understand why is the Chain Hunt is not actually HUNTING the last man standing. Who in the hell came up with idea that this is right?! Why then the Chain Hunt is working? Why it's not working if the ONLY way it have to be disabled is SOLVING the Lament Configuration?! This is again an exception that ruins all the killer ability concept!

Generators are not regressing anymore when being blocked by the Entity. Why are they blocked then? Who did it hurt to?!

    Conclusion

Forgive my emotions, this game is just in my heart, and the way the devs are following the newcome's orders, making this game too simple is disgusting :(

I think, this game have to be varied not only because different killer abilities but the builds created around mechanics, maps, abilities etc. Unfortunately, some of the community and the devs are thinking the other way...

Leave your opinion down below this discussion and feel free to suggest your thoughts. Exerting rational pressure on devs will make it's benefit.

    GL HF everyone! <3

Generators were never supposed to regress while blocked. That's was one of the reasons for Cheryl's perk, Repressed Alliance. Why on Earth would a survivor want to block a generator? So the killer cannot cause it to regress. That's the only reason the perk exists.

  • What BVHR needs to do is hire a white hat to come in and fix their server security. Will it be expensive? Yes. But it needs to be done. I have a friend who is a white hat and she took 5 min of research to tell me full details of the security issues BHVR servers have. That is of course all I can say here about it, but she also told me that as long as your IP is not already compromised, a VPN will 100% protect you.

So yes, those that use VPNs are the smart ones, and for BHVR to in any way prevent the use of a VPN would kill the game and make it unplayable for many players, including every one of their Fog Whisperers.

Also the statement of 1200 employees is very deceptive. We have no way to know what the exact number is working on DBD and BHVR is working on more than just DBD. Even if the claim that 90% of those employees were on DBD was true, don't forget that DBD also has people working on the sound, new cosmetics, and a team dedicated to interfacing with the community and those people don't work on balancing/reworking killers.

Of course it's easy for people to criticize BHVR's prioritizes when they don't understand what it's like to work on a team for a big project where each team has a specific focus.

Oh yea, and then you have those that call the developers "lazy" or other such insults less repeatable without getting in trouble myself, as I was a programmer myself in the freaking 80's, I can't even imagine being one today. So no, they are not lazy, they are the complete opposite, and every time I hear an entitled gamer throw that insult, it makes my blood boil.

  • While I am not a moderator or developer, if this is a new thing, I am 100% okay with it.

If you are afk and not contributing, then yes. You SHOULD get kicked, suffer a DC penalty, and be replaced with a bot. Had an emergency? I get it, I do. But still, if you are just going afk rather than suffer a DC penalty, that is not cool. Being as how there is no way for them to know the reason you went AFK, they have to treat all AFK players the same.

" Leaving a survivor on the ground is not "slugging""

It's the very definition of slugging.

Okay, so I down a survivor, I know full well there are two survivors waiting in the wings with a flashlight, am I obligated to pick them up anyway and allow the survivors in the wings to get a free flashlight save? Sorry, not doing that. They are all being slugged, then I'll hook them. If that's slugging, the sure it's slugging, but don't expect Killers to throw the game to save your feelings about "slugging"

  • @ChuckingWong said:

Bro the current Onryo changes are broken af. People are getting 4/5 genned with no hook stages at the moment within the first few minutes of the match.

Hako is a Sadako main, if you are having trouble with her now, watch his video.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YO4vVsb_6Js

  • Yes, but if she manages to hit you, you get TWO stacks. I've talked to Sadako mains who all HATED the PTB but LOVE what made it to the Live servers.

  • So am I reading this right, that if a bot gets the Lament, the Pinhead can just slug everyone during an endless chain hunt?

  • Depends on your point of view. Condemned on teleport is now is now map wide. I'd say that's a buff.

  • @Peanits said:

    I can chime in here.

To clear it up right away, nothing else is changing for the release next week. Disconnecting Survivors will still receive penalties, and disconnecting from a match- even if the rest of the players are bots- will also result in a penalty.

Now that said, we are going to be keeping a very close eye on this going forward, see what possible problems may arise, and then do our best to address them. If it turns out that playing against a full lobby of bots is too common, that is absolutely something we can look into. This is big part of the reason why DC penalties are not going anywhere, we realize that for most people, playing against bots isn't as fun as playing against real people.

What about the fact that bots basically have hacks? Honestly, as great an idea on paper as the bots are, that is a major problem with them when it comes to Stealth killers. Undetectable means nothing to them.

  • A level 50 bloodweb is what I'd prefer. While yes yo may have tons of addons now, someday you will run outk and a level 50 bloodweb is your best chance to get the best addons and items. So, yeah. I definitely am fine with it as it is now.

  • My hot take:

Play in the way you want, try to play in a way that wouldn't make you angry if you were on the other side, and then that's all you can do. Survivors (and sometimes killers) are going to get angry when you play in a way THEY don't like.

This is something I've been doing lately, it's a lot of fun. Thing is, I get next to no points. I always de-pip. But i had this one so angry in end-game chat. Thing is, he got 20k points and I got like 1000. So why is he angry? Maybe he de-pipped cause he didn't get a perfect 4 iridenscent emblems, I don't know. But, just like you see in SkyFaction's video here, some players find this hilarious... but there are some that do not and get angry.

  • No, because sometimes tunneling is necessary. Is it something survivors don't like? Yes. But sometimes It's necessary. So it should be discouraged, but not prevented.

That said, before any "entitled killer main" accusations start flying, I play both sides, though if you add up all my prestige levels on each side, I've spent way more points on survivor side.

  • I said this on the PTB when the feature was being tested.

  • What I would recommend, and I am serious, is play Killer yourself. Play the game how you wish Killers would play. See how well you do. Maybe you'll do great, and if you do thats, awesome. But maybe you won't. If you don't do well, then see what works for you, decide what you are willing to do, and then you'll have a better understanding of why a killer might do something that you don't necessarily like as a survivor.

Also, how do YOU define tunneling? As I've had survivors hop right back on a generator less than a minute after they were unhooked and... then accuse me of tunneling because I didn't let them finish that generator. Like, no. That's not tunneling, no matter the accusations of such in end game chat.

I also once was on RPD and had hooked one survivor who unalived himself on hook, the second DCed, leaving two left, Bill and Leon. Bill gets hooked, then I go looking for Leon. I find Leon all clicky clicky with his flashlight, so I chase him. He's a great looper. Bill gets to 2nd hook and Leon rescues him. I chase Leon, not Bill. Bill manages to finish 4 generators before I finally down the Leon and hook him. Bill lets him die on hook, but I find hi and hook him before he finds hatch. End game chat? The Leon is going OFF on me for tunneling... No, tunneling would have been going after Bill when he just got off the hook, but I chased the clicky clikcy guy with the flashlight for 4 generators... That wasn't tunneling. Also, apparntly it's impossible for survivors to escape from RPD. The map is a guaranteed 4K for every killer regardless of survivor skill level. Yea, he said that in addition to the tunneling accusation.

So, again I ask, how do YOU define tunneling? Because there are many players with many different ideas of what tunneling actually is.

What are you even on about, I never said anything about face camping the only thing I said was slugging as the last survivor, no one likes being bled out on the floor for 2 minutes for no reason just because the killer is mad, you’re clearly an entitled killer main

Of course I must be an Entitled Killer main. Is that why I have every survivor perk on every survivor at level 3 and all but the newest survivors at least P9, Claire (Jill Valentine) is P35. I don't even have all of the Killer Perks at P3. So tell me again how I am an entitled killer main?

As for what I am "on about" I am on about toxcity and the idea of fun. Do I find being slugged on the ground fun? No. But if a killer wants to do that, well... they find it fun apparently, or have some reason to do it and it's not on me to get bent out of shape. That's what I meant about the facecamping streamer. Some probably find it very toxic, even he does in a joking manner, but is it really? That's a decision you have to make for yourself, not others.

Except that you can't earn BP, XP, or event items. That's why it would be nice to have a separate mode that allows you to acquire at least BP and XP.

No, because then it would jsut be a single player game, and there would be no need to play it multiplayer at all. Sure, some would prefer the challenge of real people, but a large majority of the playerbase would more than likely just play vs. bots and ruin the queue times.

Take for example a certain MOBA based on mythology. They DO have a vs. Bots game, however your characters cannot advance past Mastery 5 (their prestige progression equivalent) in a bots match, and you can't progress most quests, and you don't get achievements. It's solely for practice, but once you hit Mastery 5, it's assumed you are good enough to play against actual players, and that's what you have to do to progress.

I think you’re completely failing to understand what I’m saying here, slugging on the ground when you are the LAST survivor when there is so many viable hooks to be placed on is literally bming, just had a match where an oni slugged me for two minutes straight when there was plenty of hooks he could have taken me to, I even crawled underneath one, that’s called toxicity, again if you are the last survivor and the killer does this add an option to bleed yourself out so you can move on to the next game, instead of wasting my time because a killer is mad they got looped too hard

No, I am not missing your point, you are missing mine. You don't get to dictate to the killer what is fun any more than they do to you. I've had it done to me, and I have done it to Boil Over users (or in my opinion, abusers.) Which is my point also.... I deem Boil Over abuse as toxic... So can I have the killer equivalent and get a free Mori if there are no hooks near a downed Boil Over user?

I know a streamer that has his "Toxic Chainsaw Massacre" joke games, where he will facecamp with Bubba and spell out the name of the chatter that redeemed for it in hits on the hook. Is it toxic? I mean, yeah. One could argue it is. But is it hilarious fun? Absolutely... and the thing is, in all the times I've seen him doing it, very few times has one of the survivors come in and laid into him. What tends to happen instead, I bet they come in with that intention, but they see him, then they go "whaat' and wait a sec, realize that he's doing it for the meme and... 9/10 times they end up a follower and when they have the points? You find them redeeming a "Toxic Chainsaw Massacre" game.

Fast healing perk is already far better than passive healing like Resurgence, especially it only save you 16sec for an entire match if hooked twice. Botany save 5sec per heal, and you heal more than 3 times a match, at anytime, on anyone. No one used Resurgence already. Those weak perks needed a buff.

i mean, yes that too. But my point was more sarcastic that a perk that counters a niche perk isn't really an issue, as sometimes you cn get lucky/unlucky on the perks the other side brings.

I mean, why don't I start complaining that Distortion is OP cause it counters Lethal Pursuer?

Again, I’m talking about the killers who want to be toxic and bm you for two minutes on the ground, if no unbreakable then at least add an option for survivors to sacrifice themselves to the entity like the endgame does if they are the last one remaining, at least at that point survivors won’t have to be bm’d on the ground and move on to the next game

But what to the game is different than a killer being toxic even though they can hook you and you bringing Boil Over and running to a dead zone or high point with no hooks? As much as being slugged sucks, if you say are doing the challenge to kill all players in the match by any means on a killer you never play (like the current Hillbilly one, which I haven't even bothered to do cause I know I would be playing Billy the rest of the event and more than likely still not get it without resorting to "toxic" methods, which I don't find fun and that's why I wouldnt' do it) , sometimes it's not being toxic it's making sure you get the annoying challenge done.

What it boils down to is that everyone has their own ideas about what is "toxic" and "bm" and while I do agree that leaving a survivor slugged all match is toxic, some may not. I also more than likely don't agree with you on other things you find toxic and you would not agree with the things I find toxic.

I’m pretty sure he means when the killer just stands on top of you and let’s you bleed out when there’s plenty of hooks available, that is toxicity and you should get a unbreakable if the killer is just standing on top of you or near you

As much as I hate it, sometimes that's necessary. Especially with how meta Boil Over has been lately. I still hate that perk more than any other perk due to how those that bring it are those that tend to know how to abuse it. No perk should be a guaranteed escape, but for many survivors it is because they bring a map offering or get lucky on the map roulette.

    ^ This.

As a Billy main, the challenge isnt that hard, but I understand that the Killer may be super clunky for others to play. BHVR has made an alternative route you can take, you are not forced to play Billy during the event.

Yes, but one of the lore pieces is tied to that challenge, and went the event ends, they are gone forever. Sure, they're probably up on the Wiki or somewhere online, but that isn't the point.

  • @SweetTerror said:

I don't even know why emblems are still a thing in this game. If this game has true skill-based matchmaking, then the emblems are meaningless. It also goes to show just how much a pain in the ass getting emblems are.

Personally, I'm getting fed up with playing as survivor in events like these because I'm tired of being required to either escape or get the gate open just to obtain event items. I've been playing for five matches in a row, and I haven't been able to make it to a single gate being opened. I stopped playing this game for a long time, and I think I'm going to go right back to doing just that. Dead by daylight is just not made for casual players.

Yea, it's why first day I did 12 killer matches in a row, first thing I did ws get my invitation, THEN play the game normally, or maybe 8 hook. Maybe not. But yeah, just farm the event items on Killer as the killer is guaranteed to get one. You can literally log into the game on killer, grab an inviation, then go AFK and you'll get an event item. Note, I AM NOT saying that going AFK is okay unless you have a legit reason you have to, just saying the fact that you can do that as killer and be guaranteed an event item no matter what, but a survivor has to actually not die until the exit gates are open...

yeah i depiped as trapper yesterday at iri ranks because 2 escaped and i didn't get enough hooks (which oddly enough i was going for hooks and trying to play fairly all match)

pretty sure bnps are being looked at right now since they break the games balances heavily

As someone who has never been higher than Gold (and lucky to make silver) due to the inconsistency of games (and I am by no means new, I have 2475 hours as of this post) and always depipping soon as I have a few good games, I feel for you.

So again, this whole "Getting to Iri 1 isn't about how well you do, it's how much you play" is not true and never will be true until depipping is removed.

Another great fun I've starting doing (idea credit to YouTuber SkyFaction and his "Are Killer Mains Good People?" video) when i don't mind getting terrible points and probably a de-pip is

Game Afoot, Franklin's Demise, Hex: No One Escapes Death, and Rancor.

For Addons bring: Amanda's Letter and Combat Straps.

Then crouch, and staying crouched the entire match, be friendly Pig. Eventually they'll start to trust you, and then that's when you stand up. The thing is, what many survivors don't know is that it doesn't count as a chase unless the survivor is running. So there is then one rule. DON'T RUN. The second they start running, you down them with NOED and Game Afoot makes them the survivor, then you Mori them. Go to the next survivor, if you see scratch marks, down them and Mori them. I had one hilarious game where this Jane was opening the exit gate, I nodded, she kept opening it, then she walked into the exit gate, I followed her and that's when she panics and breaks into a sprint... so she died.

There's no reason why, if I never even make it into the game, I should be getting a penalty. It's shoddy development. And it's happened to me twice today. Combined with how completely broken they have made the solo que, I'm happily uninstalling this mess, for my sanity.

Oh those survivors think they can bring me to Garden of Joy? Nope. *unplugs modem*

Hey, BHVR, my internet went out for a second, please don't punish me!

Yes, I know that's probably not what happened to you, but it COULD have, and they'd have no way to know the difference.

NOW, that said, if you actually need to take a break for your sanity, then absolutely do so.

  • The change wasn't ever meant to be a nerf, it was purely an epilepsy issue. Those who used those flashlight macros could send some players into seizures. While there is always some risk with every video game, developers of games still want players with epilepsy to be able to play their games, so they fix things like that.

As a slinger enjoyer that map is good for him so each time someone sends me to GoJ I make sure they learn that it is a good slinger map, I have acumulated so much BM mesages of people who were not satisfied of how matches turn out, very recomended would do it again 8/10.

Really? Hmm, what makes it so good for Slinky that its not for others?

Buying another layer of skins for existing skins is a no for me.

Then don't buy it is what I'd say, but for those of us that want these alternate skins for Claire, it's a yes. Again, you don't have to buy them.

  • I am 100% fine with it and expect it will be the same price.

BHVR, I AM A CLAIRE REDFIELD MAIN SO PLEASE GIVE ME NOIR CLAIRE!

The first one looks like she's ready to pounce.

    - Pig Main

    Agreed. Pig's posture is fine.

    • Fellow Pig Main
  • I mean, I play The Pig, widely thought to be one of the weakest killers, using a purely Endgame build and tend to do get a 3K at least, if not 4K before the generators are even finished.

I think I am not a very good player overall, but hey. Maybe I am better at the game than I think I am.

Now, that said, I've kind of been taking a bit of a break myself, just logging in for the daily rewards and maybe playing a few games but not actively playing, and I won't be able to afford the new chapter until Friday.

If you need a break, definitely take one. We all get burned out on even our favorite games from time to time, and that's okay. <3

I don't think it would work with just any celebrity. It needs to be someone who is generally universally liked, has a good sense of humour, either self-deprecating or ironic-egotism, and has some kind of link to horror in some way. Nick Cage fits that perfectly, and already has the "Nick Cage as Nick Cage" thing going.

Other's that I think could potentially work are:

Jeff Goldblum - similar sense of humour, horror ties with the Fly and I guess you could say Jurassic Park is a loose horror, and has the gravitas to pull off a "Jeff Goldblum as Jeff Goldblum" deal.

Danny De Vito - light on the horror ties but great on the fan appeal and self-deprecating humour.

Kevin Bacon - has the same sort of celebrity for the sake of being a celebrity presence as Cage and Goldblum.

Sigourney Weaver - in the absence of any Alien chapter, it would be great to have her as a standalone survivor, obviously second choice to Ellen Ripley though.

Terry Crews - definitely has the "Terry Crews as Terry Crews" vibe, fan of horror and in the Walking Dead universe.

Uma Thurman - little harder to rationalise I admit, but I get the same vibes as Sigourney from her.

Trixie/Katya - ok, maybe a little more contentious given Trixie is already a prominent DBDer and I understand not everyone's cup of tea (making a DBD streamer a character in the game could cause controversy) but she IS a celebrity within these circles so I can see it working, and is technically a character anyway. With Katya as a killer... it would be perfect.

Not saying I'd want ALL of these in the game, that would be overkill, but any of them might work. Maybe it's because I've seen them all appear as cameos in some form or another!

I'd add Cassandra Peterson, better known as Elvira, Mistress of the Dark to the top of the list.

  • I'd replace The Nurse with The Tall Man. He walks slow mos of the time, being menacing until suddenly he is just next to you and so if it was him, maybe I wouldn't hate her as much. Of course, the Sentinel Sphere(s) would need to be at least involved in the Mori.

    Totems are a secondary objective?

I mean noed isn’t really ran that much anymore and the only hex I see used anymore is devour hope

I run 4 Hexes on Huntress and quite often get a 4K. Sometimes I even have survivors just give up. Devour Hope isn't one of them (and neither is NOED for the record.)

Every time i play on this map it aggivates me so much because I can't get anything accomplished. The killer can tunnel between every generator so quickly because the map is just so small. If you're not having this problem tell me because every time I play this map i'm doomed to fail.

Blame those that hated the the map because it was too large, so BHVR split it into East and West Wings.

  • I'm 99% sure that was a joke, or if it ever was real it was an idea scrapped in early beta.

To be fair, this guy has 2 Hooks at 1 Gen left. It is not like he is camping right at the start.

The bigger problem with camping is how effective it can be when done right away. Especially if you include Perks like Deadlock.

Not saying that Killers deserve Kills in Endgame (because they clearly dont, if they suck all game, they dont deserve to get a Kill in Endgame), but it is way more understandable that someone camps when there are all Gens done or only one left.

I mean, a kill obtained is a kill earned. I say that as a player of both sides. One of my favorite builds is to bring a total endgame build on The Pig... then I challenge myself to not even need it. I jokingly call it my "Perkless Pig" build, since about 75% of the time I actually do manage to secure a 4K before the last generator is finished. Of course, I do accept boops, but only from the first survivor.

See thats the point I am not sure about... If EAC scans your computer for software how would i know if it accepts that software?

Easy Anti-Cheat, in theory at least (how well it does that is questionable) scans for things that modify how the game itself works. A overlay on top of the game that shows a crosshair isn't something it's going to detect, same with the crazy filters. If that were the case, the "Dixper" and "Streamloots" clients that many streamers use to add fun interaction to their streams would be banned, and they are not.

That said, I completely agree with the above posted developer comment.

It's a good start. We need more than Legion's 2 sweaters.

I mostly posted that cause I love Susie, but to further say, Clown has a Santa outfit, Trapper has a Krampus outfit, and a bunch of killers have Christmas themed weapons. Like one of Wraith's is that his weapon is made of candy canes.

Then here is Huntress' Christmasy axe.
