Let him stalk through corn and I'm happy. If I can see nea running so should he
I think Coldwind is just destined to be hell for both Myers and Ghostface :c
-
They keep ######### with his hair, and I have to assume it's accidental? 'Cause it looks SO much worse than it used to. They really need to revert it, he looks like a mangy balding mutt right now lol.
Also yeah I swear his stalking has been nerfed? Feels like super weird things are blocking it right now.
-
Plus there's a lot to be said from it being active immediately and requiring 0 input from the killer...
k I'll stop now :]
PGTW is definitely a decent perk now, and I think it's overall healthier design than Ruin. I also can't be the only one that finds it super satisfying to kick a gen with it.
-
Erm you've missed the strongest part about Ruin, the fact that hitting a good skill check pauses any progress possible on the gen for several seconds (I don't actually know how long it is exactly), for every person on that gen. That's huge.
-
The difference between 2 protection hits and 3 is huge. 2 is so damn easy. We need to keep in mind how insanely powerful MoM's effect is...
Make protection hits actually function properly, that's what MoM needs. They are completely inconsistent.
-
Could Legion's old vault speed be reintroduced?
The current vault is sluggish and sometimes is actually too slow to catch people around loops, I don't see the harm in buffing it since Frenzy no longer downs.
-
Love them.
For me I would make Autodidact simply increase the chance of you getting skillchecks when healing others (on top of what the perk currently is).

"Next time" he says, yet changed the camera from observing his surroundings to facing towards the combine harvester as soon as Ghost Face's bright red cloth trails are spotted stalking the other Survivor, conveniently blocking Ghost Face from view to then act all surprised when he stands next to you.
Why people enjoy being lied to for entertainment is beyond me.
God damn do you have like 4 layers of tin hats on
-
All I want is old vault speed. Felt like the most unnecessary change of them all.
I like Legion tbh.
-
Old vault speed back when
-
I don't think it's cheap like NOED, no.
I think Adren's in a good spot balance-wise.
-
Just depends on the killer.
I don't think anyone 'needs' any perk, but against good players with weak killers I would say it's necessary yes.
-
Ye I don't think either are balanced.
-
Nah this mechanic is lame.
Just bring back old vault speed ;(

It's incredibly fun, but it doesn't work when it should and works when it shouldn't. It's like old hitbox issues, where it's dumb and makes no sense.

Feels consistent to me *shrug*

So basically jump out of it when he s about to open it? Hard to do with everyone s ping being different. Will save it for better days.
Well the idea is to be in a locker when they don't know and surprise them when they walk past.
But ye fair enough.

Didnt work for me first time didnt work second time. What opinion do you think i have of it?
How are you using it?
You have to hit space the moment the killer is directly infront of the locker, no other timing matters. Then once your animation of jumping out ends, the stun is applied (so it looks like they were nowhere near the locker a lot of the time). This means that if they react quick enough they can hit/grab you before your stun triggers.
Apart from that idk what else to advise about Head On.
-
The perk's been a staple in my build for a good while now as I find it really fun, I honestly don't find any problems with it.
-
All I want is his old vault speed back. I don't see any harm in that now that you can't down people w/ Frenzy.
And sure an addon rework would be nice (most of them suck), but I feel like most killers suffer from this anyway. Not really a Legion-specific thing.
-
While I agree a big bug and QoL pass would be fantastic, I think it's a bit of a pipe dream.
Have to remember always that they are a company - a company that needs to maintain steady income and keep trying to find new ways to increase profits. Like they can't just miss out on their regular content release income, especially not ones as huge as chapter releases. There's way too much to be gained in them.
-
Protection hits are just buggy as hell, sometimes they will just not work. At all.
Like to the point where sometimes even when the killer is carrying someone, and you tank a hit, it will not give you the 'protection' score event and won't count.
-
I would rather this perk be reworked to do something else tbh.
This would make basement builds really, really boring to face. Like basement's strong by default (especially on certain killers), I don't think it should be buffed much at all by perks.
-
Agreed, remove the timer.
It's honestly a decent perk already, definitely underrated imo, but this downside after all this time and after EGC got added finally feels unnecessary.
-
It's the same as all the others, dawg.
-
I agree with nearly everything, but he's definitely not up there with Spirit and Billy. Not that this matters too much in my opinion, I think fun is the most important aspect of a killer.
The only thing I'm not a fan of with the upcoming changes is the pallet stuns breaking you out of stealth thing. I don't like the direction the devs have been going making every power vulnerable to pallet stuns, respecting pallets is just bad play and I hate being forced to play like that.
-
Nah they're fine.
-
Honestly this is the least necessary change that NEEDS to be added.
devs c'mon

Killers:
- Map design
- Map design
- Map design
Survivors:
- Map design
- Map design
- Map design

Yup, same ones are bugged again. Avoid using them for now until they're fixed.
I think these addons are cursed...

They could buff the overall chance of getting skill-checks when healing someone else. Guaranteed skillchecks are cool and all but with increased chance for more, you're probably going to end up with more skill-checks overall and therefore more stacks for Auto-Didact.
^ Yeah this would be a great addition to the perk, would be all for it.
Just like how Unnerving Presence does.

pre nerf Freddy?
okay... lets see if i remember all of this correctly (feel free to correct me if i did a mistake)
his Terror Radius was 16m instead of 24m
he did not get a slowdown after pulling someone into the dream
he could perform actions a lot faster after pulling someone into the dream than now (they extended the animation)
he was fully visible during the dream transition phase.
i think that was it?
its been such a long time, im sure i forgot something... again: feel free to correct me / add things if you remembered somethingn else.
Adren wouldn't wake you up, and being healed from the dying state wouldn't wake you up.
I'm probably forgetting stuff too :P
-
I actually like number 4 a lot, I think that'd be cool. Not sure if the devs would do that though.
I feel like a realistic change would be making its cooldown reset after hooking someone. It's the kind of non-risky buff I think the devs would go for.
-
I will still play him, yes.
-
Overrated...? Do people actually think this perk is very good? I haven't really seen that if so.
-
Nurse is easier to juke when the Nurse is bad.
If you're juking around a Nurse consistently, she ain't a good Nurse lmao.
-
I think its cooldown should be reset after hooking a survivor.
So no pickup + drop abuse, but also no unnecessary cooldown when you're hooking people fast.
-
Count yourself lucky that you've only just started experiencing this.
Nurse has been in the game for quuuuuuite some time now for us PC lads...
-
Yes 100%. Meg is loud af when breathing, she always has been.

I got DS'd today and she was able to do an extra loop thanks to it.
I'd say that's plenty, considering you can now re-use DS.
Also, there's 2 ways you can profit from DS.
- You get picked up, stab them and get another chance to be free.
- You don't get picked up and thus you aren't tunneled, which is what DS aims to achieve.
Wdym you can 're-use' DS?
-
I really don't like the trend they're doing of making killer power bars drain via pallet stuns.
Respecting pallets is just bad play most of the time, I don't want to be forced into playing badly because the game says so.
But meh whatever, just my opinion.
-
What? DS is fine. You're really gonna complain because a good perk has counter play?
-
Just doesn't seem necessary at all to me.
-
I think it's alright, but I do not understand why he came with a gen grab achievement lol. They really think he can get easy gen grabs with this 8 meter radius wind tunnel noise?
-
They should be cute and buff it to 25% when they hotfix it.
-
Lmao the Big Smoke voiceline

Fixing protection hits won’t do anything. It will still be a trash tier perk. It was a straight up nerf rather than a rework. Chasing the killer around for 3 protection hits is not worth doing for one health state. Especially when you could be doing gens.
You are handicapping your team by running this perk and going for the protection hits.
An effect that powerful should never be easy to gain.
And yes, fixing protection hits would absolutely do something.
-
Most of the killers I face are Ghostfaces, plus I'm still enjoying him.
Still popular from what I can see.
-
@Jacoby2041 said:
They just need to fix protection hits. Currently they don't work half the time so it's next to impossible to get the perk to trigger. I've been hit while the killer is carrying someone, while getting someone off the hook, jumping in front of the killer while someone is about to get hit, and none of them counted for MoM. I think every time the scoring event "protection" comes up you should get a token for MoM, plain and simple. And they need to fix it to where it always counts as protection when you protect someone. Then the perk would be alright.
Both MoM and WGLF already do work like this, but protection hits are just awfully inconsistent and don't pop up when they should like you said. Even the scoring event doesn't.
But yeah I agree.
-
That's actually a cool perk idea, but I doubt they want to rework MoM into something entirely different like that. So imo this would work better as a standalone perk.
I think the only way current MoM should be changed is by making protection hits actually consistent, 'cause they're not at all. You can hit the exact requirements for them and they just won't trigger sometimes. I don't think it would be useless if they were made consistent; hard to earn yeah but that effect should be.
