Combine brutal strength + PGTW to one perk
Merging both perks not only makes sense but also would give brutal strength a new place to be usable. Cuz let's be honest, brutal strength is so underwhelming that noone is using it.
Also it helps reducing the grind.

Okay, these two should be combined, or at least buff PGTW to be longer.
Theres some perks that could be combine to one perk example brutal strength could fit good with pop goes to wisle, ruin could be combine with thrill the hunt

PGTW was just buffed to last 60 seconds instead of 30 seconds. It is already a really good Perk.
PGTW was just given the buff it needs. It doesn't need more. BS is good on Clown.
It's not about PGTW but more about brutal strength mate

Wooow, bs is good on clown? So I need to cluster 3 webs on every killer just because 1 single killer can benefit from it? You know what that means? Bs is underwhelming and needs changes. And that's exactly what I suggested.
It's not about PGTW by itself but about brutal strength. And PGTW doesn't get a stronger effect, it just gets a nice side effect. Pretty sure combining those two will lead to more people using PGTW
Yes there are a lot of killer perks and Survivor perks that are incredibly underwhelming
I feel like u should save perk combining for perks that are weak and share the same purpose, such as monstrous shrine and territorial imperative, they both deal with the basement. pgtw is good at what it's meant to do and so is brutal, they're in a good spot where they are now
No. Those are good separate perks, no need to change them.
So Ruin should by default notify the killer and take 50% longer to cleanse? No thank you.

With the latest Patch. They changed the regression to a flat 25% on all Tiers and buffed the Time for Tier 2 and 3.
at rank 1 its just a waste of a perk so i dont know what you came up with difficult so yeah first play rank 1 killer then you can talk xd
I have no idea what you're even saying. Use punctuation. Don't assume because someone doesn't agree with you that means they haven't played rank 1.
Why not just buff Brutal so both perks work for different builds? merging them would make BHVR nerf it too be combined, and then it would be useless. PGTW was just buffed and is really good now, even at level 1. .
I've been rank 1 killer but if it's a "waste of a perk" then don't run it???

BS needs another buff that actually fits its theme.

PGTW is pretty good perk standalone. I think Fire up + BS should be one perk if anything. BS is fine but Fire up is so underwhelming that it's run just for the memes unlike BS that can be usefull for some killers.
