That can basically be applied to every original survivor who's perks are buffed though. I do think the devs are guilty of adding overpowered abilities and perks to the game to boost sales of new chapters only to nerf them later, but this isn't a new chapter, they're just adjusting something that has already been in the game for years.
Regardless, to say that Fast Track isn't broken is crazy.

Yun-Jin is a free character that has been in the game for five years. I don't think they are concerned about her sales.
There are always new players ready to not want to wait for the shards farming and get the DLC directly

@Dinadin said:
Basically nobody thinks its a broken perk.
How would this be a fair perk?
Furthermore, I don't know what levels and what server you play on.

@GentlemanFridge said:
Is Fast Track that strong, though? From what I understand, it requires a highly specialised build, and you have to be losing to even get it to proc.
You'll always get value from this perk even with few hooks, you don't necessarily have to lose, and above all, it punishes the killer for doing the very thing the developers want to avoid: tunneling. Because if you spread the hooks, not only will you not kill anyone, but you'll also give multiple fast-track tokens to the survivors, and trust me, a team with four fast-trackers is very noticeable, but even just two.

Yet again, what is the problem? You shouldn't be in a deadzone against any killer and the corridor doesn't matter at all because you'd probably get hit anyways no matter if m1 or m2.
We are talking about the second hit, with an M1 you can use the sprint After the hit, while The Blight can close the distance very quickly
-
@KatsuhxP said:
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/420949/blights-rush-tokens
And the problem of that is? He managed to hit you with 2 tokens, so you weren't covered quick enough from the hit. I don't think he should be punished for that, besides that he already loses much more tokens because he has to use bumplogic and bumps sometimes randomly on things.
Or you can just be in a corridor or in a dead zone, and if he use 2 tokens you are just dead after 5 seconds
-
@Nazzzak said:
MFT has only been out a few days. I'd hardly determine a meta perk that quick. Believe it or not but people just want to try out new perks and builds. They usually drop them after a short while.
We will see

Not eruption, you waste more time kicking gens, only for 10% regression, not worth, better run Jolt, just 2% less regressiion but no need to kick gens.

New pain res can remove an entire gen if you split pressure (so in all technicality it adds a entire gen on its own) no way out also adds a gen basically and you can literally fufill it and pain res at the same time. Corrupt for killers with slow start up. Surge for down explosions to regress multiple gens at once. Thana with the new slow heals to force a lose-lose. Discordance to interrupt multiple survivors at once. Honestly you can make a case for a lot of perks.
Regarding PR, Is still a scourge hook, so you need it to be close to you, you dont get it every time. I did some games finished with still 2 tokens on PR just because i didnt had the hook. Expecially on RPD.

I wrote so in other thread, but I have 180 degree different experience. I practically stopped playing survivor as the patch landed (not entirely, but I limited it a lot). As a killer, I had most of my game 4-3K. A few 1K's. No 0K or 2K yet. This was on several distinct killers - M1 killers included.
Survivor is now dead to me if it's not 4man SWF (and even this does not feel optimal). Killer feels much better ATM
Play Sadako, or another m1 killer, you cant chases anymore, gens fly no matter what
-
Exactly, you can be a monster in chase, but you cant defend gens anymore, you can just dalay a bit with deadlock, but still gens are gonna be finished no matter what (with certain killers)

You actually can but not everyone have same skills.
How? Jumping over the pallet like Wesker but using the Pig? Do you understand what GODPALLET means?
-
@sulaiman said:
Healing is nerfed, and i see more tunneling and camping. Yesterday, it happened every match. Genrush as an attemped to counter that maybe.
maybe because killers now have only tunnelling, cant defend gens anymore
-
@egg_ said:
3 generators in 2 minutes is normal gen time if you can't down a single person in that time frame and the 3 not in chase spread out 🤨
tell this to the devs who create god pallets, you cant catch a surv with an m1 killer with all those pallets
-
@Phasmamain said:
People are less inclined to run medkits now and with killers running sloppy butcher just doing gens will be rewarded more hence the toolboxes
Flashlights also got nerfed so even more reason to run a toolbox
you are acting like every game you face the hag, you can still use flashlights as always, medkits are still strong, dont know the conplains really

That's because it's based solely on kills now, not double pips. Number of hooks is irrelevant.
Ok I know but i tought that dc count as kills

They might be the first killer I skip honestly.
me too, or just take them for the perks, but no, I will not use the new killer, she is pretty boring, the power looks like something you've already seen.

I like how good his addons are, its top dollar addon design, but his power is made too safe for it to be useable and enjoyable.
Next killer power will be: asking to the survivors if its ok to hit them

Yes I have discordance and Gearhead now

i recommend watching esskay (twitch)
jaee (youtube), and spookyloopz ( twitch+yt)
very good ghostface players you can learn a lot from them
however I'll say that since his update that was supposed to buff him ghostface became a lot weaker than before cuz revealing him became much easier so addons are definitely a must especially philly and matchbook.
general tips:- focus on 99 survivors whenever you can even if you're not gonna chase that survivor you're stalking this will help a lot especially if they try to bodyblock
2- brutal, enduring, stbfl, bamboozle are recommend on ghosty
3- try to crouch and find cover if possible when a survivor is trying to reveal you (kinda obvious)
Well I know, i do all this stuff and thats litterally my build on him, but still...
-
@Brokenbones said:
Run Lethal Pursuer
Ghostface needs a good start and you can use Lethal to get early stalks in on oppertune targets. 99ing multiple people is what Ghostfaces need to do so they have pressure on survivors even when they aren't being chased
I will try it

Yes reporting is still the same, but why is it on the players responsibility to provide the video evidence. Most players do not record their games when they play. So why is it our responsibility to record and provide the proof of cheaters and not BHVR or EAC?
You can record a video but there will be written only "Claudette Morel".
Who are you recording? No name, no profile, no ID.
Just "Claudette Morel".

@Gamall said:
And despite their gen-rushing build you have still achieved a win. What are on you about?
Yes I won, but because they played bad, and even playing bad, they finished all the gens

it does not take that long to get to tier 3 lol
Ok you get tier 3 but you did no pressure

Last year pallet stuns were bugged, I think they fixed it by increasing the hitbox on the top part of the pallet, because thats the part where i get stunned from 50 feets

@Grum said:
This is barely hyperbole. Literally every Nemesis I go against just tunnels and camps as aggressively hard as possible. I often joke with my friends when we go against Nemesis that they're gonna get camped and tunneled if Nemesis downs them; and then, like clockwork, that's exactly what happens, every single time. It's like parody at this point.
People joke about Bubba camping, but most of the Bubbas I go against are willing to actually play normal matches. Virtually every Nemesis I face just spends literally the entire match chasing/camping one person.
Nemesis needs 3 hit to down a surv with his power, or 2 but is a normal 4.6 m1 killer.
By the time you reach max power, all the gens will be done, or just 2/1 left.

@Pulsar said:
I agree.
His hitboxes feel like needles. They are smaller than Demo's and they feel similar to Blight's narrow hitbox during his Dash but after the first second of his swing. Sounds confusing but the Blight players know what I'm talking about.
To top it off, he still gets stuck on things and feels clunky. It's just now there's no upside to his clunkiness.
Hitboxes to obstacles: {^^^^^^^^};
Hitboxes on survivors: {^^^}.
And also, is so frustrating when the power get nullified like you dropped from an high place, even in small descents, like 5 cm.
For example:
The broken wall to the RPD hall that have those rubble, well, those are counted like a drop.

Like I said it you're worried then use those perks.
Its not worth, you cant predict when it would happen

@KolbyKolbyKolby said:
If you want heal tech removed for realism then we can make it so pallet stuns or flashlight saves work at ANY point in the pickup. Makes no sense how blinding light only hurts the eyes or a pallet stuns only AFTER a strenuous action and not during.
I dont want it for realism, and the thing you are saying would be very broken, and removing the heal tech would only be healty for the game.
-
If there is 4 flashlights in lobby, maybe you can use those perks, but survivors can also find flashlights in the chests.

When 3 out of 4 hooks spawn on map's corners, 30 meters away of every gens...
Same when all 4 hooks just spawn right in the middle of the map, reachable from anywhere you down a survivor...
Honestly, can't you code anything in a fair way ? Putting two hooks in the "center" and 2 hooks in corners was too much to ask ?
Swamp map? Lol

I like this one quite a bit. Trickster isn't very mobile and is really good at defending hooks so he gets a camping build naturally. I refuse to play him without bamboozle since god windows cuck him pretty hard and he is not mobile enough to drop chases for new ones. Deadlock + NWO lets you comfortably camp if the situation calls for it.
Add-ons are extra blades, and the one that lets you spam at their feet to make it even easier. Trick blades are probably better but I keep it braindead.
I think I have the same build, pretty good.

In ideal world I would just remove the offerings from the game for the sake of balance for the both sides.
However, If we want to keep them, then I would reduce A LOT the power of them.
1 map offering = 20% chance
2 same map offerings = 40% chance
3 same map offerings = 60% chance
4 same map offerings = 100% chance
The anti-map offering ward would get buffed that No metter how many offerings are played, it will be always random choice. No extra % for any map.

I agree with this, Corrupt Intervention for totems. So you can at least get some small value out of it.
this could be a perk
-
The Game, Coldwind, RPD and Springwood
-
Im currently in a win streak and my build is:
Ruin + Undying + Haunted ground + Pentimento.
What i do is pressure the gens at the early game thanks to the Ruin, hitting survivors, not necessary downing them (with this killer you cant commit to chases).
They will waste a lot of time by looking for the totems and with pentimento this is even Better.
-
5% instant regression when kicking, why not?
-
I have another question:
After the 4th hit, can i hit the same survivor with the 5th hit to down him or i need to hit a different survivor?
