SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When playing as a killer or survivor, the framerate may cap into low fps, essentially making the game a slideshowish, and only restarting the whole game helps, it doesn't fix between loading screens. Sometimes generators will still spark as if they're regressing, when they're completely finished. I'm assuming it has something to do with my game waiting to load assets until I am in their vicinity.
