Level Repeats if you have previous event items in the bloodweb

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: So I noticed this here and there but I thought i was maybe going crazy. But if your bloodweb has items from a previous event (this one in particular had bloodmoon items), the level doesnt progress and repeats. I was on level 20, and instead of going to level 21, I got level 20 again..

I'll also add the prices of event items are increased from 2,000 to 5,000. not sure if this is the new trend for upcoming events but this is an L in my opinon
