[I sent this earlier but I edited the title and I think it didn't create the thread correctly, so apologies if this ends up being a double post] Sometimes when trying to activate Plot Twist, instead on each press it it make you go back to standing and then crouch again, so the effect of pressing it is just to spam a crouching animation, it doesn't activate. I just played a game on the Family Residence Map where I, as The Skull Merchant, was unable to place a drone the entire game. I could still check my radar, but the option to place a drone never appeared no matter where I was, the entire match. I know that moris have been nerfed hard in the past and they don't give the killer a benefit nor are they strong. The problem i'm having is that it hardly supports tunneling and everybody knows that tunneling has been made harder, but it's still too easy. If you’re a veteran player or have played multipe matches, the tips are quite unnecessary. How about replacing them with character trivia/background? All Survivors and the killers have interesting and great background stories. So while staring at the loading screen until you join the match, you could learn more about the different characters. Judging from my experience the option to hide your nickname while playing dead by daylight was a terrible idea. I noticed that survivors who hide their profiles play so bad, sometimes even intentionally ruining and other players have no option to identify them as they have hidden their steam profiles. Its only purpose is to serve as a horrible game-ender against new players making SoloQ unwinnable. At the same time being pathetic against a good SWF. Perks that are designed to be annoying should never exist in a game where you are supposed to have fun. Give it some other buff, I don't care, just remove that skill check. Been trying out the buff to coup on various m1 killers. Sadako (that goes for chases), legion, freddy etc. It's giving them some nice power boost in chases. The older one only gave you 5 stacks for the whole game, which meant that you didn't get as much value out of it because you rarely could actually land good ones, and when you did it didn't lead to something. Whenever I am invited into a lobby it comes up with the message: "unable to join lobby", and whenever I have tried to join from the friends menu by selecting join lobby, it comes up with an error message that says something like "encountered unknown error, unable to join lobby". Ever since the most recent update my game keeps randomly crashing. I would say it’s every match, but sometimes I can play a match or two and then it crashes. Pyramid Head is a great killer to play against and as. His add ons are extremely underwhelming though. The only add ons worth running are Burning Man Painting and Wax Doll for more range and Table of the Oppressor has its value. I would like to see his add ons reworked. DeadByDaylight.log I got kicked from the server because EAC couldnt validate my account. Apart from the penalty to leaving a game(which makes no sense since its the server that decided that i shouldnt play) my bot bro wouldnt take over, but staying still the whole match. Plot Twist is broken in so many ways. So far, here's what I've seen: Survivors no longer have grunts of pain if picked up and hooked by the killer after dying with Plot Twist. Survivors have UNLIMITED uses of Plot Twist, even when downed by the killer, if they were picked up and hooked after dying with Plot Twist. I have discovered another bug with the perk Plot Twist that allowed me to activate the perk three times in a match. It is related to another bug that has already been reported (it was marked duplicate, though I only saw one post talking about it). Platform: I am on PC, but the issue was first mentioned to ME by a console player. So seems to be universal. Step 1: Play as Legion using Julie's "Party Crasher" skin. Step 2: Enter a frenzy and start running. Her hood cuts into the FOV as she moves her head from side to side, obscuring a large portion of her vision, not to mention how distracting it is.
