[PC] Plot Twist spams crouch anim & doesn't activate
Sometimes when trying to activate Plot Twist, instead on each press it it make you go back to standing and then crouch again, so the effect of pressing it is just to spam a crouching animation, it doesn't activate. This of course alerts the killer to your location if you are within sight.
Expected: as normal, if the plot twist prompt is visible, when you press to activate Plot Twist, you're downed, and can recover.]

Map: Temple of Purgation
Perks: Plot Twist, Dramaturgy, Overcome, Lucky Break
Xbox controller config: Plot twist activation is on Y, crouch is on left trigger.
This is the first time I've seen this happen in many games of using the perk. It's possible this is only affecting controllers, and maybe only when crouch is on the trigger? (if crouched but trigger is not fully pressed, maybe it doesn't satisfy 'crouching' for plot twist?)
