I feel like, outside of hackers and blatant cheaters, the report system does systematically nothing to punish actually bad players in the community. Ive only ever gotten notified that my report DID something when I reported a hacking hillbilly who instadowned during the load into match and auto hooked everybody. So I'm coming back from a long break and realized that for some reason my Bill has more perks than my other survivors. I'm fairly certain these are the perks that I purchased from the shrine prior to the perk rework. Is this intended? This is a question for the player base. Usually when this happens, I place a survivor on the hook and then a survivor comes around and tries to save their hooked friend and when this happens, I hit them, and they run away or get downed. I've been constantly crashing in dead by daylight recently only with this error. I got a 2 day ban now after trying so many fixes and testing if it worked. My GPU is GTX 1080 , PSU is 750WATT . The things I tried : Verified Files Reinstalled Game Downgraded my graphics card drivers 1 version back I did the TdrDelay thing on reggedit My GPU is not overclocked/underclocked. I was playing a trial in which I would lose total and complete control of my Survivor. She would stop healing, crouch down and go to the killer like a magnet was attracting her to him. After being unhooked, I would regain control for less than a minute and the same thing happened. It was like another person was playing my Survivor. My controller could not stop her. Theres nothing wrong with my internet, i just bought the game and play 1 and a half match. The second match i got disconnected and it says something about my game client is not connected to the EAC. I just had a match with a hacker bot that insta-downs and hooks everyone at the start of the match, so I let go on hook and just moved onto the next one, but when I came back, I had a 1 minute matchmaking penalty. Was playing Survivor and the Killer was a Nurse. The Killer hard tunneled me out of the game while the other 3 Survivors sandbagged me the entire time to try and intentionally get me killed. Once I was dead the Killer then farmed with the other Survivors.
