A friend of mine logged into DBD to play the anniversary event, and when she went to her killers she realized she had the new killer and Sadako, then we checked if she has the corresponding survivors and she did. We couldn't ever remember her buying it or someone gifting it to her. Do any of you think that dead by daylight should allow people to play on Mac? I honestly think it would be convenient for others (including myself) if we were able to download it and play it on macOS. Like seriously, half of Singularitys add ons are completely useless. You’d expect there to be add ons that spawns biopods around the map or a add on where biopods shoot further out like a sniper or a add on where overclock mode lasts a lot longer or gives you a speed boost. So we had the 3 Gen meta. You know the one. Call of Brine, Overcharge and Eruption. Killers kicking gens, defending areas, elongating matches, refusing to chase, trying to win a war of attrition. Like, do a bit of chase where I put at least some effort and am ok with how I did, not impossible or easy, just right. Do a lil of this and that, have a chance to play the game but other side has as well. Kill or escape, killed or escaped from. Shouldn't matter as long as both sides had good interaction and a chance. Every time no matter who I play if it's not nurse or blight 2 or 3 gens get done by the time I down and hook the first or second survivor... I hate having to tunnel and I try my best to avoid it but there's little else I can do at that point. So this has happened to me a few times where the entire server has just DC'd and OF COURSE its during a match that I finally completed a challenge. Its really unfair to meet all the specific conditions for a challenge, only to be robbed of my achievement when the SERVER goes down. Not my PC, but BHVR's server. First since when he can hit you when you are inside a locker? I tried to juke him because I was cornored, there was pallet that was blocking him and Locker next to me, he goes for M2, I jump into the locker and it hits me anyway even tho I just completed the animation. Just want to check it's not my end, but since the Masquerade event started I have had the killer connection error on almost every match, even in matches where the Killer is from the same country as me. I had one adam free himself and it seemed like a ds. But he didnt had the perk. Now im curious if it was a cheater (seemed legit otherwise) or if the endscreen loadout was wrong? Take the chase one for example. How is it all calculated? Obviously, you need to activate it to reach 180 for the initial reward. But does it continue to count for the Communal progress even after you've put in your 180? If so, do you need to leave the challenge active for your chase seconds to count for the communal? Last night i played against streamer. Ofcourse i did not know this before match over. Anyway... I saw he is streamer and i wanted watch my match against him. Guy keep complained everything we used. What are we supposed to do as survivor in the "Show them what you got" challenge? It's not very clear. Am I supposed to use the highlighted vaults in a chase after I get an invitation? Or interact with those floating things while in chase? No matter what I do, the game registers no progress so I can't make any progress in the event tome. Why is it that in every single event, survivors have to escape in order to achieve a cosmetic? There's nothing more frustrating than playing a good match only to be sacrificed at the end with nothing to show for it. I'm not exactly a stellar survivor, but no joke I've played 10 matches in a row and have only escaped once. Just posting to make it aware that the event challenge where you must activate the invitation in chase three times isn't registering. I've done it at least three times now and it hasn't registered a single one. It doesn't mention anything about doing it in a single trial so I'm unsure if that's the aim or if it's just not working for me. Iron Will is probably (in it's current state) one of the most underrated chase perks in the game. I know someone will immediately comment "but it doesnt remove 100% of grunts of pain" but 75% reduction to grunts of pain is a lot, especially considering how the chase music covers the remaining 25% making you impossible to track with grunts of pain alone. So I mainly play killer and I am curious as to what other killers think about the "fair" way to play the game. Im discussing tactics not perks. Why is Made For This' haste effect stronger than Boon: Dark Theory? Like excuse me, don't mean to expose myself as the filthy biased Yoichi main that I am, but being injured is a minor inconvenience and that's the whole requirement of that perk. Buy one. Go into a match with 5 others. Leave said match and buy 3-5 more. RInse and repeat. WIth the new item system. The only reason some matches don't have them is some of you are actually bothering to take them off. Simply because there is no way you're not instantly gaining enough BP to buy MULTIPLE more right away. While this is divided up into 4 parts the 2 sides differ greatly. With Killer a 4K ensures you have 2-3 iridescent at least. You can only eliminate people by hunting well, being fast and doing sacrifices. The categories are in synergy with one another. With survivor this is a bit more complex.
