According to the the lastest midchapter update, the old map repeat system got removed and now we have a Realm Repeat Prevent System. However, today the game sent me to Grim Pantry and then the next match again - Grim Pantry again. Important to know, the survivors in the second match tried to sent me to Ormond but I used a Sacrificial Ward. DBD is a game I love, and as a result, I have sunk a lot of time into. In terms of skill, Id say Im roughly above average, but not good enough to really be a top tier players, specifically with the Survivor role. With the way MMR works, and the many flaws with the system, I really cannot play this game with friends. when playing survivor I am so tired of jumping out of a locker with both feet on the ground and a killer just grabbing me out of the locker.. like huh? I was outside of the locker and this has been going on a lot lately. It used to be a hit now it’s just boom you’re grabbed even though you are outside the locker. Kinda needs to be fixed asap. So was playing a game of wraith, down to the last person. Classic survivor vaulting pallet again and again while I'm in stealth so i play the game of can i time it perfectly. Turns out that I can to trigger the prompt but instead of breaking the pallet it re-drops the pallet. As a type this, a Blight that was slugging us all at 5 gens, has me bodyblocked into a corner that he carried me to and dropped/picked me up to specifically put me here since I wasn't trying to wiggle (I'm the last Surv, hatch is still open). I've noticed lately that survivors seem to get really triggered when they can't stalk my Steam profile. I play killer with an anonymous profile and hide names (both survivor and killer) to just focus on the actual gameplay, but apparently this is some kind of cardinal sin? I feel like the changes to Wake Up have awakened some of the debate around players who hide a lot during the match, which in turn leads to their teammates getting killed off sooner. Personally, I just never had any talent for stealth in this game. Hello fog lovers and sniffers, I think I may be playing a bit too much Dead by Daylight. I don't even particularly enjoy it. On the fun/enjoyment/self fulfillment/enlightment scale it's only scoring about a 2 and a half. And yet I keep playing. For some reason Freddy's Snares can't go through a lot of the walls on Lery's. They just disappear after hitting it. There's no way I can tell to even determine which walls it can't go through. It just vanishes randomly. I haven’t played the game since houndmaster chapter. Was having a blast in the super heros shooter game since then. Mainly because I don’t have to deal with +120 ping every game! My internet is good and I get a consistent 20-40 ping in all of my other games. But for dbd, it’s always higher than 120. I don't know how I would title it but SoloQ has taught me one thing there is always a killer that your other teammates just don't know how to counter. For me it's two Hag: Any time I face her I'll see my teammates just running near the hook when they should know you have to crouch. This game is DOA. All the bugs and their wrecked up servers make this game unplayable with 300+ ping killers. How do you guys find new Freddy I think he's a lot better with a higher skill potential however I think the clock buffs and immunity is to long now constantly rendering Freddy's power unusable. I think a reasonable change would be sleep immunity would be reduced to 15 seconds and sleep gain on Snare and Tp be increased 2x. I see a certain correlation between the number of skins and bugs in the game. The more emphasis is placed on creating new skins, the more bugs appear in the game and nothing is done about them. For example, at the moment: Blight can now bump into survivors - this bug makes the chase easier for him. Will we fix it quickly or disable it for 40 days like it was with the Knight?
