Where did I tell him how to play the game?
I said you're not playing it properly and you do it because you are bad at the game and you get off on any form of attention.
There is no reason to camp and tunnel. I play killer in red rank and I have never camped or tunnelled so don't come moaning at me about a ruin nerf causing these behaviours when both of these things existed before ruin was changed. It is an excuse that killers give to make out like they have no choice but to do it, but actually they do it because they're ######### at the game and can't play any other way.
"Just take a break from the game and play again when you can be less desperate for negative attention?" Lmao now that we got that slow brain to start working, i am also a red rank killer and I HIGHLY DOUBT you can play clown get a 4k without tunneling. Please show us

You can "win" the game even if you dont get kills IMO. Bloodpoints are often a good indicator of how well you played.

Their perk slots, they put what they want in it, same way a killer gets to choose their own perks for their slots.
It isn't like every survivor has the same loadout anyway so I don't really understand the moaning about the meta build. It is so rare I actually see anyone with it all.
Even if I do, I still get 4 kills often and I don't have to spend half a match stood still.
They never get to use DS on me so that is a waste of a perk slot unless they're a team who are all dressed the same and multiple injured/broken. Dead Hard might work the first time but after that I just wait for them to use it and then hit.
In my SWF group(which is a pool of about 6 people of varying ranks from 1 to 13) we have 1 DS, 1 Unbreakable, 0 Dead hard, 1 Adrenaline. All of those are on different people, nobody has more than 1 of them. There are two rank 1 people in the 6 and neither of them use any of those perks.
Okay? They are allowed to play the game how they want, you are not entitled to tell someone how to play the game. I know! Maybe lets figure out why killers have the need to camp and tunnel *cough* ruin nerf *cough* insane god loops.

Yes, yes, yes, no because I don't tunnel, no because I don't play Clown.
I'll never reach red on killer, because of time constraints, especially with COVID-19 and shutdowns affecting work, meaning I'm working WAY more than usual, I don't have every perk on every killer, and I have enough stress in my life.
i'v been waiting for this. You literally just made an excuse for why you're not in red ranks?? 😂 "Im WoRkInG So MuCh BeCaUsE oF tHiS CoViD - 19" you post basically on every post that goes against killers yet you are WoRkIng? You're really starting to act like a man child. We all have hobbies, jobs, school and families needs to take care of so dont use the excuse that you're WoRkInG because we all are yet we made it to red ranks. So heres what you should do, stop wasting time on the forms and actually put all that time into killer so you can get into red ranks

With this new buff its good because plague players get a say in their power, but after the corruption is gone the survivors still have a say over whether you use your power or not and she becomes an M1 killer.

Surviving is part of having fun. I don’t think this game gives survivors a good enough opportunity of playing the game when they can spawn in and get downed hooked and Mori’d for getting caught out of position once. Or that they give SOME killers a lot of speed when they got these insane melee lunges. Not everyone can loop the killer for 10 minutes like everyone would like to, but that doesn’t mean survivors Should deserve to lose. I don’t find staring at progress bars repairing fun either, but for some reason killer players want gens slower. I think they’re too slow as is. Unless you work together like you’re supposed to. But you’re not getting that playing solo ever. So it’s practically unplayable from a solo standpoint. I’m sorry but I don’t want to come in and die for you every game. Killers just want more and more that’s all I see. They have so much already
Im pretty sure survivors have a lot all ready, you complain that working on generators is fun but for killers im pretty sure most of them don't want to run around a pallet all day. You do state that some survivors don't know how to loop but thats part of learning, the game shouldnt be balanced around players that don't know how to play the game. We learned how to play let them learn. As someone that plays both survivor but mainly killer, its stressful enough to juggle everyone to make sure they are not doing the gens and can you really call a game "a game" if its stressful? I call that work.and the final thing you said was that its hard to solo but you have so many things working towards you like kindered, bond, DS, BT, and dead hard. I don't see how solo q is hard

When people say "the devs said the goal was a 2K", they don't mean that a 2K is what killers should aim for. 2K is what the devs define as a tie, and therefore balance around. I don't think I've ever heard someone try to argue that a 2K is a win for the killer.
Sooo a tie gives survivors a pip and gives killers a depip? I really don't see equality in a asymmetrical game. And when i say a win it means you got a pip and a good amount of bloodpoints, both sides win right? If only we didn't depip for it

Just to see the survivors reaction to "HoW DiD hE/sHe FiNd Me" its actually pretty funny.

Can we nerf how fast they can spin around on ps4? It's literally like a free dead hard. If someone were to try and spin around as much and as fast as they do, they'd at the least stumble, let alone trip over there own feet and fall. Too many constantly take advantage of it because the killer is in 1st pv and the sensitivity restricts us from moving that fast.
When they are about to 360 just stand there, then hit them. They are relying on you to swing fast .

So, I mean like what is a killer who you play and just feel good about?
For me, I try to play a few killers. I play a variety of killers myself (GF, Billy, Demo, spirit, doctor and dabble a bit in huntress), but whenever I play Oni, I just feel comfortable and confident. The others I feel like I'm doing something wrong or they feel weird, but oni just feels good. Been like that since I started playing him.
Nurse, I play on xbox one btw. I just feel comfortable on nurse for some reason, minus all the bugs of course

I want a killer kinda like dream witch from identity V. The main killer cant attack and is invinisble to survivors and insteads makes "servants" to attack the survivors. You have one main servant that follows the witch while the 4 other servants are connected to 1 survivor. If you create a servant for a survivor, and it hits them, the servant disappear. I really love this idea

Nurse is still the best killer in the game.
Spirit is still one of the best killers in the game (when sound gets fixed)
Pig's Endgame would've been broken with EGC.
Legion was massacred but still do surprisingly well today.
Sabotaging literally did NOTHING.
Enjoy your buffs as I'll enjoy my well deserved nerfs as survivor

That's not what I'm saying at all. I'm saying the complete opposite of everything you just said, in fact. I'm saying that the gap between Vile and Corrupt Purge should be narrowed so that cleansing or not cleansing is a less obvious decision with more weight, and no matter what decision, the Survivors don't get to control the Plague's power, and the decision they make should not affect whether or not she gets a foothold, but rather what kind of foothold she gets. I'm also saying that Plague encourages an unfun, overpowered Survivor meta and should be tweaked to encourage Perk diversity to help lower the chances of Killers facing the same builds every single game.
"I think this new change is a perfect example of Plague's terrible game design. Survivors were given a choice of what to do against her, and the choice was always terribly obvious because one option made Plague insanely strong while the other made her insanely weak. " This is what you said. Correct me if im wrong but from what you're saying it sounds like you still want that choice and option. And if you wanna bring the factor of fun in this, i want loops gone, they are annoying and unfun to go against.

Now, before you grab your pitchforks, I'm not calling Plague overpowered. I don't think anyone in their right mind would ever call Plague anything other than low-to-mid C tier on her absolute best days. But being a weak Killer does not excuse the fact that Plague is, frankly, one of the worst power designs in the entire game—and this upcoming change puts a major highlight on that, I feel.
Here's the issue I have with Plague. If she vomits on you and you get sick, it doesn't really do much. Surviving while sick is hardly different from surviving while normally injured, with the exception that you can neither heal nor be stealthy—
And there's my problem. Being sick all but removes two mechanics from the game. You literally CANNOT heal by conventional means against a Plague, and stealth is just about deleted because no matter what you do, you will be constantly broadcasting your location to her if you try to sneak around her, and you leave a trail of infected objects if you try to sneak away from her. Urban Evasion, Iron Will, Quick and Quiet, Fixated, literally any healing Perk in the entire game—these are all Perks that are, no exaggeration, completely useless against the Plague.
Of course, the meta is looping and you can easily loop while injured. But there are plenty of players who DON'T like the meta. They like to be stealthy. They like to heal themselves and others. They like to explore different avenues of play that aren't just "me run around pallet, me rush gen with adrenaline". But if they just so happen to go against a Plague? Too bad, buckaroo, your build and playstyle literally do not exist anymore.
This is what makes Plague so unfun to go against for me, and is why I think she's badly designed. She encourages the boring, overpowered Survivor meta because two of the most popular off-meta playstyles are completely disabled against her. It's not strong at all, because they're off-meta playstyles, but she just... she just disables them. Completely disables them.
And if you want it back? If you want the opportunity to heal? If you want to be stealthy? Well, then you have to give her one of the strongest, most braindead anti-loop abilities in the entire game, and even then she can take away all of your stealth and healing again with the mere press of the M2 button in your general direction.
I think that this is a terrible set of decisions. You either sacrifice your off-meta build in exchange for making Plague the most M1 Killer in the entire game, or you take back your off-meta build for a fleeting instance in exchange for temporarily making her one of the strongest chasers in the entire game. The imbalance between choosing to be sick or choosing to give Plague her Corrupt Purge is so poorly weighted, and neither option is anything short of infuriatingly annoying. You should never cleanse against a Plague because she is a pathetic, sobbing mess of a Killer without Corrupt Purge, but then you have two entire game mechanics literally deleted from the game for the rest of the match. It's no fun for anyone involved.
And then to top it all off, with the upcoming change that gives Plague a basekit pool already corrupted, you don't even get to make that choice until she's already expunged her Corrupt Purge. No strategy involved on your part. No good to come out of your actions. You either keep your healing and stealth and give Plague her bastardized lovechild of Huntress and Bubba, or you get rid of your healing and stealth... and give Plague her bastardized lovechild of Huntress and Bubba. Every single choice is a terrible one.
I think this new change is a perfect example of Plague's terrible game design. Survivors were given a choice of what to do against her, and the choice was always terribly obvious because one option made Plague insanely strong while the other made her insanely weak. But in exchange for making her weak, genrushing without healing and hugging loops all game goes from the M.E.T.A., the most effective tactic available to the O.E.T.A., the only effective tactic available. Now, with this upcoming change, until Plague uses her Corrupt, that choice is made for them. Whether or not they choose to turn the M.E.T.A. into the O.E.T.A., they still have to deal with that braindead chase power, even if only once in the match—and with the right build (pronounced "Infectious Fright"), that one time could be all the Plague needs.
In short: I think the Plague is terribly designed and in dire need of a rework, if not to her power, then to the effects of the different types of vomit, and this new change exemplifies that. I think being sick should be significantly more of a threat than just removing two non-meta playstyles from the game, and Corrupt shouldn't be nearly as strong as it is. The two should be more in-line with each other in terms of how powerful they are so that the decision of whether or not to cleanse isn't so painfully and utterly obvious as it is right now, but at the same time, the Plague shouldn't be given the opportunity to almost break the game for people who don't like to sweat the meta with a mere press of the M2 button. Being sick should do something like directly affect your ability to loop with something like slower vaulting speed or making it more difficult to move in a straight line while running, or hamper your ability to do the objective with substantially difficult skill checks or something of the sort. Something the meta actually gives one about. Meanwhile, Corrupt shouldn't be nearly as powerful and cheesy as it is. The range and amount of the vomit should be cut back to a point where it gives Plague an edge in loops rather than an iron fist. She should be able to punish people for messing up loops with it, not able to punish people for being in her line-of-sight.
Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
Another form of survivor bias showing. You're basically saying "Survivors should have control over the killers powers, btw i dont care if you can't play off meta killers because survivors demolish them. Survivors should be able to to have any meta, looping, stealth, healer I DONT CARE." Moving on....

Let me guess. You also easily 4k with clown without perks and add-ons and we just need to git gud?

I agree with this for mori's. But keys should be left as is in my opinion. Keys are pretty balanced right now. The requirements to open the hatch are reasonable. And even though it is a very strong item. Killers still have way better addons to help them kill survivors.
I have to disagree about the key part. Keys not only can help see the killers aura with add-ons but can also leave the game early through the hatch. Survivors already get too many chances. Hatch spawns depending on the amount of peoplr alive and how many gens are done, you can power the exit gate, if you're the last one alive you can get free hatch

Killers is hard to play against good survivors but you see if you play right you can have long games with a lot of bloodpoints and ranking up even with 2 kills and red rank and purple rank is easier to rank.
So you show a video where there were 2 good survivors and a survivor who kept falling for mind games? First off the ranking system doesnt matter. I can get a 4k with plague and still get brutal killer. Second off i want you to play clown in red ranks and then tell me its easy to get bloodpoints and rank up. Not only that but in the video he brings an ultra rare add-on to see what gens are being worked on. You dont get ultra rare add-ons every game and even so, he only got 2 kills with an ULTRA RARE ADD-ON

So Survivor nerfs and Killer buffs are "necessary to actually make the game fun" but Killer nerfs aren't every necessary? I played old Stun on teleport Hag back in the day. Ruin was strong back then as well. Now that we have had about 2 years or solid Survivor nerfs... maybe some stuff that was strong back when Survivors were truly OP... are now OP themselves?
Also forgot L4D shirt changes, faster pick up animation for Killers, faster pallet break speed, moon offerings removed, insta heals nerfed, medkits altered, SC nerfs...
Killers have received a massive net buff over the years and Survivors a net nerf over the years. Anyone who ignores this is being extremely bias. Both sides require balancing. They always will. And that comes with BOTH nerfs and buffs.
Hun. I think you're forgetting that this is an Asymmetrical game. Which means if there is 4 people against 1, its logical for the person by themselves to be more powerful than the 4. And honestly we can do the same thing you just did.
Nurse reworked, spirit nerfed, ruin nerfed, gen speed increase, instablind flashlights, borrowed time, dead hard (erases your mistakes), prove thyself, adrenaline... do i need to keep going?? All crutches and honestly us killer mains would be fine losing if we could have fun. But 3 gens popped in under 2 minutes isnt fair and fun
-
I think it would be pretty cool if the killer was the grudge to replace the generators with TV's. Watching the TV increases the progress and if you fail a skill check you scream.

What kind of ideas do you have then? Not being rude just curious. Like a water killer who has water chains. That they throw at a survivor then pulls them in like Scorpion from MK. Or a fire killer that blocks windows and other things with fire walls to stop loops?
Some ideas could include a killer that uses decoys. Copies of themselves chase the survivor and swing at them from time to time but don't actually hurt them. Or maybe for a water based killer that can place "water traps" near places and will wrap the survivor in a water cocoon that they must struggle out of. I loved the plague because it adds something more fun (such as the throw up)
