To be clear, The Hillbilly is using his chainsaw but not showing the animation of him doing so? Or is it just a constant chainsaw sound coming out of him?
How exactly is this abusable? The audio bug isn't really hurting anyone. The survivors will see the Hillbilly is bugged and will adapt to the situation. The sounds doesn't cover up the heartbeat, the sound doesn't cause insta downs or in escapable situations. It's just annoying and the Hillbilly can't really do much about it.

"He could chase survivor with base speed while emitting chainsaw sound. Is it bannable?"
I don't see why that would be ban worthy... I mean he can rev the chainsaw while in chase without getting the sprint, so why would a sound bug that the killer has no control over require a ban?
"So basically abusing that glitch is fine?"
How is it being abused? I feel like you're holding something back, or don't realize that you're not telling us everything.
"So its a feature then."
Great way to make yourself seem more like a troll, and not someone with an actual concern about the game.
As far as I'm aware, he can't actually even use his chainsaw - as you can see from the video, there was a random stun from nowhere before the rev sound went away so it looked like some sort of crazy desync issue to me. It was only after that he could pull his chainsaw out, and it's pretty clearly a bug not an exploit.

Do you even verse Billy or play him? When he s revving up his chainsaw normally he moves very slow.

No that's not reportable. That just sounds like an audio bug. I would send a ticket to support if you want to raise awareness of this bug.

Nope not bannable, not abusing anything either.

You're really petty right now. Did you lose to billy? Xd
really just sounds like an audio bug to me...
bugs are not reportable, unless they are widely knows and the devs have specifically said abusing said bug would lead to a ban.
No im considering to use that as hillbilly main as its not bannable :D
