Having Blood Warden, hooking someone, right after hook they finally open a gate, sad times

How is Bubba and Pig not fun to go against? You actually get to loop and play the game.
All I get are Spirits, Freddy's, Nurses and the occasional Huntress. They're all miserable.
Bubba's just mindless, he's honestly my most hated killer in the game and I'm being dead serious, if I could record it I'd say it straight faced. All looping him equates to is just "Window bad, drop pallet early, he one shot down for free", it's stupid. And Pig, I just don't like the helmets, they're a bit annoying sometimes but I just hate when they pressure you off of the box.

-
I just think for the duration they have BT on them, the unhooked survivor has no collision but can't do objectives
-
That's a bug, if the survivor begins getting out then it'll immediately hit them but if the survivor is staying inside and gets hit that's the game messing up
-
Leatherface, he's still Level 1 and I have never played a single game with him, never plan to, just because of how much I hate him as survivor, even as a killer main I still hold more of a moral code against considering playing him than going and tryharding with Spirit
-
I also forgot about Trapper, my bad
Trapper bag and gloves, basekit
-
Steves, usually toxic

Midwich is also almost identical every time.
Swamp maps vary a little but Pale Rose in particular will always be pretty similar because the boat and the bridge are always separate from each other.
Yea I forgot about those as well. I wonder if Badham has those 5 variations due to it's lack of RNG layout

It never was a good idea in the first place. All Good survivors are going to fight is nurse and spirit
And all good killers will go against is Death Squads, they should improve ranks and leave MMR as just a thought
-
Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it. It's always nice to have reminders that not everyone here in DBD is bad.
-
Anytime they pop a OP map offering and then be a flashlight crew that's when I DC, I've been working on my temper and anger issues but when that ######### happens I'd rather get the timeout

Blight for me

Silly, we all know Billy is the one who downs Quentin hiding in a corner.
Trapper has very unseen potential when it comes to situations like this, the most famous happening of his strength is a Jake who went to every exit to shack and managed to get trapped at every doorway

Yeah no survivor had ever escaped against a killer using BBQ and Pop. Instant doom right there.
Yea man every Add-Onless trapper I've gone against with just BBQ and Pop and nothing else has always instadowned me then teleported the gen out the map then did a 360 moonwalk then set a trap that would immediately down the Quentin hiding in a corner
-
Did you just call BBQ and Pop op? Ok here here lemme try to help you out here. If you want to fully counter it, Cheryl Mason has a teachable perk that you can use on any survivor when you unlock it in her bloodweb at level 40, it is called Repressed Alliance, after working on a gen for 60 seconds you can block it for 30 seconds, leaving 15 seconds or less left on the killer's Pop or they just have to give up Pop and go chase you. If you want to counter Pop without perks, you can just waste the killers time by either distracting them so they don't use it, or when they go to kick it you run away and make a bunch of distance.
-
Basement Trapper feels way more fun because it's actually rewarding, you made the shack your own personal hellhole with the only escape being selfishness and the sacrifice of others, you can get out, just someone else has to disarm that beartrap first, whether it be with their hands or their ankles. In all seriousness though basement builds only work because of altruism and Trapper is the most fun domino effect of it to watch, hearing traps snapping left and right with screaming, then you just grab em real quick and take them downstairs to finish off that birthday party you're throwing down there
-
They'll add a new map when they've finished their Realm Beyond project, once they finish reworking the old maps they'll add new ones
-
Honestly if they added Shards to either replace or compliment the BP I'd be happy, even just 800 shards for rank 1 I'd be happy with
-
Springtrap, I know a lot of people hate FNAF but back when I was a kid I used to love Fnaf 3 and I think if they added him, there'd be a lot of opportunities for a power idea, hell I've made 3 Springtrap concepts and they were all pretty different
-
Na that's Ormond, if you go the second floor there's a room that has that bed with a possible window or drop location next to it, then there's that room behind it but I forget what's in there
-
This combined with Unbreakable is a slug BT, very helpful, sometimes it doesn't even need Unbreakable to work, if someone's trying too hard to snowball and they're running Ruin Undying you're back up
-
Wait there wasn't a score event for picking up slugs?
-
Leatherface, I genuinely hate going against him to the point I literally just don't even care about the DC penalty, I've gotten 3 15 minute bans just because I can't be asked to even try. He's honestly the only thing keeping me from playing survivor, I wanted to get into survivor so bad but moment he started popping up more and more in my games I've just stuck to killer. No this is not a joke, I genuinely would rather face 10 tryhard spirits in a row rather than 1 casual Leatherface
-
Survivor: Sprint Burst, Iron Will, Adrenaline, Object Of Obsession (I only run it on solos don't worry, if I was in a swf I'd run something else)
Killer (Blight): Whispers, BBQ, PGTW, Blood Warden
-
Probably Legion, it's just worrying to think that either I or someone else around me could easily become like someone in the Legion if they cave in and wreak havoc just for their own entertainment since they've just gotten sick of sitting there and rotting away. They're about the same height as a survivor, just a bit taller, they have the physique of a survivor, and survivors are just normal human beings. The Legion didn't even have anything done to them, when they finally succumbed and committed their first murder, The Entity already had a grasp and didn't need to torture or do anything to them, they nodded their heads gracefully and dawned their masks and walked into the fog. Their power gives them the agility to quickly vault any window or pallet, outrun everyone who isn't in a sprint burst, and give them a bloodlust so strong that after hitting someone, others that haven't been hurt in that time are literally highlighted and targeted due to a natural want to kill. If there was a killer I'd be worried about existing in either our world or the Entity's, I'd be worried about the Legion

I always thought whispers was the bunny huntress staring at the fog until I looked at a larger image of it.
I keep thinking whispers was a dude with his finger up to his mouth whispering
-
He's OP given the right circumstance, if you use his absolute best build on a good map like Coal Tower or something small that isn't an indoor, there's little to no stopping him if he even catches a glimpse of you. So something like MNA, Infectious, Ruin and Undying/Tinkerer with Scaled Topknot and Lion's Fang will allow for absurd amounts of snowball that probably should get tweaked (*Cough cough nerf topknot*). The only counter to Oni is hearing him scream, then slowly but surely finding your way over in a locker, alone with your happy thoughts
-
Sometimes I still think I'm All Ears is Danny yelling at someone and they get really startled by it
-
Everyone's ignoring the fact that you still killed 3! Very nicely done!
-
Blight easily, I love everything about him
-
For bringing an item in it's a toolbox for me, if my team's getting in a terrible spot or if I'm missing like 2-3 seconds before the killer gets to me and pops the gen or ruin saps it dry, I can use the toolbox to get me that time that I needed.
For plundering it's a key, much better feeling than bringing it in

Someone with a Blight profile picture doesn't believe in the idea of gathering a data (or rather doing a practical based survey), appalling.
In all seriousness though I'm doing this because two years ago attitudes and behaviour towards toxic players would have been very different to today.
Funnily enough I dont need a reason to be toxic, I could full well be toxic without one.
The point behind this is when I play killer (which is a lot nowadays) and I come across your typical toxic survivor I dont treat them any differently than I would another survivor because in the end they're a person sitting on the other end of a screen...
I want to see if people really care enough to change the way they act.
Fair enough I guess, maybe I just don't understand the goal here but with whatever you're doin I hope the knowledge is useful or something
-
That's literally going to kill any diversity this game can have, a change like this is gonna kill the game
-
I think you're just trying to make an excuse to do all this then gain information that everyone's known for years

they need to get rid of ALL killers that are “silent” or “invisible”
So you want to get rid of 2 low tie killers and 2 somewhat mid tier killers?
we should be able to buy weapons in the bloodweb and fight back.
Go play a different game if you want to "fight back"
I don’t know about you but if I’m getting killed by a crazy killer I’m sure in the hell gonna fight back, so this game is not realistic in that sense.
Of course the game isn't "realistic", survivors are able to run normally and do normal things after having a hook go through their shoulder, getting hit by a revving chainsaw, and having a spear go into their chest.
Wiggle takes forever and you never get down, getting off a hook never happens, it’s a joke.
Wiggling off isn't a guaranteed thing, it's suppose to stop the killer from having you on their shoulder the entire game. Unhooking yourself has a low chance for a reason, they have perks and offering that increase your chance of unhooking yourself.
Why can’t we fight back? Why can’t we run faster than all the killers?
Go play Myers with Judith's Tombstone and Scratched Mirror without any perks that increase your speed and you'll find out why.
I agree with everything you've said, that guy needs to go play a different game
-
Only change I want to his chase music is what starts playing at Stage 3 (The music right before chase music), it sounds really bad and just throws off the menacing factor and makes it sound like there's failing office hardware nearby

Good thing you had Undying to keep that Blood Favor going!
The one time I got use out of that perk just made them conserve it and go to a window lol, all it did was create slight panic

@Zaytex said:
Congratulations, my first was Trapper which was a hair ripping experience..
That's a well deserved Adept right there, 0 gen defense on trapper is so rough
-
He was pretty difficult, only perk you really have that's useful is Dragon's Grip so it's pretty damn difficult, but man it's so good to get it
-
Someone lost their Ruin early
-
Licensed: Michael Myers
Unlicensed: Either Oni due to his strength and dedication or Blight due to his mutations and serum compounds
-
I just want an option to turn off the heartbeat so I can actually listen to the music for once
-
If they wanna add MMR they better add it into a special ranked system, maybe they could call it like "Grand Trials" or something, adding MMR to the normal matchmaking is gonna make the game unplayable no matter how good they make it

In fact I need a way to do something without snowballing, because just getting chases doesn't work.
Save The Best For Last is always a great opportunity, if you conserve your shock, you can use it basically like infectious and then go use STBFL to go slap people around
-
I somewhat main Doc, he's probably my 2nd most played killer and I gotta say that holding W against a killer is effective against more than half the roster. Doc isn't weak he's definitely B tier at least but the thing is he's really hard to learn due to the timing of his ability. Even one extra shock is capable of adding like 5-15 seconds to the chase which could be enough combined with the time it takes to hook them and walk to a gen for that gen to pop. What Doc excels at is finding survivors and shutting down loops while giving that survivor a high enough madness by the end of the chase that they most likely entered stage 3 and can't do anything besides snap out. If you can learn his timings and range, even the strongest pallets in the game can become unplayable just because of his power but the issue is, is that his timing can be really tricky and overshocking can hurt you immensely. Doc isn't meant to snowball or catch up to survivors, he's meant to identify where survivors are and then hunt them down and hinder their loops and send them mad. If you're having big issues with Doc you should try running the Restraint, Order or the Electrodes and every time you get ready to shock you can try doing a countdown in your head, when you can finally nail down that 1 second shock delay and learn to plan it ahead of time you'll be shutting down a lot of loops. He's no Freddy but he can work, but unfortunately there's no stopping survivors from slamming down the W key
-
For killers I'd like either higher regression off of damaging a gen, Cypress Mori and maybe Territorial Imperative (Seeing how the basement holds the most of the entities presence I thought it'd be a cool lore related thing)
For survivors a free non-exhaustion sprint burst after being unhooked in front of the killer without BT. If downed after 30 seconds after coming off the hook you wiggle 25% faster. (Buffs mainly meant to increase the survivability of being tunneled, making you harder to catch and maybe even giving you a wiggle escape if you drag the killer to a hookless area)
-
Just try to get as many hooks spread around as possible, a good practice to be far away from hooks is using Devour Hope, so then you know the distance thanks to the perk icon and you also get Devour's benifits, just don't use the mori aspect though
-
Blight, his lore, his look, his gameplay, I love all of it, easily my favorite killer in DBD and probably favorite horror character ever
-
I wish they just had a lite version of DS in the survivor's basekit, maybe shorter duration and shorter stun, but yes they really need to make obsessions a baseline thing for each match if they wanna nerf DS or else it's gonna get really bad
