Only PC players can use endgame chat.
Console players can not relate.
Essentially it's a chat after the game ends where u can talk with your teammates & the killer. By talk I mean trash talk, threaten your opponent and insult them. Rarely a good talk or sportsmanship.
Eh, we sorta can, you'd be surprised how many people go out of their way to find someone one on the PlayStation or Xbox network, friend them, then use the ######### keyboard to tell us off, lol

It is much more common for killers to put everyone on their bellies before even the 1st gen is done. Killers already have a lot of advantage with perks like Corrupted Intervention, Whispers for finding the first gen being worked on, and discordance. Then BBQ finds the next one instantly. Killers have it in their advantage too much already.
Sluzzy, I hope you know everyone has stopped listening to you now, 😂😂

No, because it never activated

Is it known that the match making has been terrible lately?
As a rank 16 survivor who gets put with other rank 16 survivors, I hate it to be put up against killer of rank 12 and higher... Like why? We aren't that skilled or much played people. Why the unfair match making?
Same goes for killers. Being rank 20 matched up against rank 1-6 survivors like why? What is the point of this broken match making?
You either get put up against people that are either higher or lower rank thank you and it just ruins the whole game. Especially when against a higher rank player (with much more experience etc)

We need;
More jump scares, whether that be killer or environmental ones such as bangs, trash cans falling over etc.
Much darker maps with little visibility, some won't like it but decreased awareness and visibility will add a bit more tension.
Scarier killers and yes I'm looking at Trickster. Myers and GF have 0 terror radius jump scares, Hag has her traps, need a few more of either.
I guess Pig would be included?

i was playing with a friend today and 2 games in a row the killer facecamped me because i flashlight saved him once. just once. i used to be a killer main so i get flashlights can be a nuisance but i literally didn't do anything that would be classed as 'toxic'. when i got unhooked in one game i got straight tunneled (i never use this term, but it did feel like it as killer completely ignored everyone else) even after ds still chases me. +hitting me on the hook and nodding. i died on my 1st hook in the other game. literally for flashlight saving. ? why?
Maybe they thought if you didn't get out of the game you would've done much worse?

Internally they tested pausing or even just slowing the timer based on killer proximity.
Of course the obvious problem is the killer is the purely reactive player in the camp scenario, and the survivors can be in more than one place while the killer can't, so 'spending' a survivor to paralyze the killer at the hook is super worth it for coordinated teams.
They just found that survivors used it to, again, ironically force the killer into staying on the hook, or giving up on using the hook at all. Because, again, camping is a problem of a lack of value in not doing it, both because getting whammied on an instant rescue is such a crippling tempo loss and because most of the cast really can't get a lot of value off a hook without a guaranteed immediate chase, and while camping doesn't force that and can be countered survivors like to interact with the killer and will seek that out.
On live there is a lot of back and fourth stuff. Old BT was absurd (It gave the rescuer the BT effect so they would require 3 hits to down if healthy from full, it was nutso and made it actually more likely for the killer to tunnel the rescued party off hook because of this, again, running theme of 'unintended side effects make the problem worse'), they introduced BBQ which was a massive incentive for mobile killers to not camp that largely worked. Laurie came along and made the idea of hooking so bad that we had a nurse fueld slug meta for a while. And DH was added a while before as kiiinda an anti-camp perk but mostly a fun 'shoot the moon' mechanic.
Then we got a few things. They got a bit more bold. A big one was Make Your Choice. Its good, but IMO it tries a bit too hard to prevent the killer from being 'allowed' to camp with it. IMO shortening the distance so it works on small patrols, or giving a 5 seconds aura read, would help killers use it more confidently without making it too much stronger, but it already is a very good perk so I wouldn't say its needed it just doesn't do as much lifting as it might otherwise to get killers to feel good about leaving hook.
Starstruck does a LOT to encourage survivors to chill on rescues, especially combined with infectious fright, and basically forces survivors to back off for a few moments or risk their next chase being very short. This is the strongest defensive anti-rescue perk, which means also anti-camp perk that the killer just happens to use, but depends on high mobility killers who can very quickly win chases, or environments that allow skilled non-mobile killers to win chases quickly through good play, which is a more substantial problem with the game and map design.
Thank you, very informative

Pretty simple concept. Ill help you out since reading comprehension is difficult for you. The game is in a bad spot. I wrote a review. I'm giving feedback here for players and the devs know that the game isn't in a good place and that it requires fixing or else reviews like this will keep happening. There you go. Hopefully that cleared it up for you.
But... your in the wrong place for a review?

Body blocking the hook isn't toxic it's the survivors working well as a team. That's why they have perks like breakout to help get their teammates of the killers shoulder before they can hook them and they get stacks of WGLF and MOM for taking a hit while the killers carrying someone
As long as you don't complain when I hit you and you go down, I don't care if you body block

I’ve been playing casually since it came out for free in the PlayStation store for Halloween 2 or 3 years ago. I’m a survivor main and so, Im rank 20 killer. My best killer is level 15. I never play killer unless I have a daily or rift challenge, even then I usually go easy and farm and play super friendly. I go out of my way to avoid slugging, camping and tunneling.
I’m also very very busy. Full time job, full time dad to three kids, and a part time college student. I literally only get enough free time to play one or two matches a day.
Survivor ques are insanely long in the evening. So I have to play killer (even though I hate it) if I want to get my game in after work and before bed.
The past 3 days I keep going up against these “rank 19” SWF who have purple unbreakable, borrowed time, decisive strike and adrenaline. All 4 survivors are “rank 19ish” but have level purple perks, bring purple flashlights and loop like red rank survivors.
I might get one hook an entire game. It’s a complete waste of my time.
These guys are pure toxic. They play super aggressive, they taunt all match, they troll and follow me around the map and teabag. It’s ######### awful that this system lets toxic survivors derank and just bully unskilled killers. I really really hate this game right now.
I need to reiterate again that this has been every single game I’ve played for the past 3 days. I haven’t played against a similar skilled survivor.
When I play survivor, if I know the killer is new, I try to go easy, let them get some hooks, let them chase and catch me.
I hate that there are people out there in this community who would go through so much work to derank for the sole purpose of ruining someone else’s day.
It’s one thing to teabag or grief a killer that you fairly outplayed, but it’s another thing to go into a match with the sole purpose of ruing someone else’s experience.
Teabagging is a result of an easy match, bullying is purposely adjusting your rank for the sole purpose of being an #########.
######### this game's matchmaking for being based solely on rank. I hate this. It’s not just the game, the fact that people out there can be so ######### cruel online makes me almost physically ill. It’s such an absolute unnecessarily mean thing to do to someone.
You’re not even playing the game. One hook, and minimal healing, you're not getting pips or BP. Your goal is just to bully. ######### needs to be bannable.
Welcome to the killer side comrade, every game for killer will suck... Enjoy your stay

They tried pausing the timer in internal tests. They found it lead to such absurdly toxic behavior they resolved to not try to nerf camping anymore. Any attempt they made just made the killer entirely helpless and raised the question 'why have hooks at all?'
Again, SUPER NOT INTUITIVELY, camping is GENERALLY a problem of the killer feeling like they are too weak, that they need to defend this at all cost because the survivors will come to unhook right away, and because chase times to gen times are out of wack, and attempts to punish defensive play either just encourage it more, because you need to work harder to preserve gains you made, or just break the game utterly. There is a reason post BT launch back when it was even stronger than it is now that we were in an all slug meta.
So, once again, Starstruck coming out right now is very much not an accident. It is exactly the kind of perk that seems like its playing into camping but actually helps it a lot: killers knowing that if some jerkwad rushes to rescue the second they down someone they will get a super easy chase if they go for it rather than stay by the hook is exactly how you ACTUALLY disincentivize camping. Its way too much a problem of 'basically no reward for leaving to do anything more than proxy camping' in most scenarios.
Another good way to make camping less of a problem might be to make it so survivors literally can't unhook for 15 seconds, to give camping similar value to slugging, as right now a big problem with hooks is that you actually get survivors off gens for a shorter time than slugging. You want killers to slug if they are IMMEDIATELY going to start another chase, not because it is more time efficient and needed to snowball at all even if you do it on a survivor in the middle of nowhere and know for a fact that everyone else is on a single gen all the way across the map.
What did they do for anti camping? I keep hearing about it but I can't piece it together, lol

It's more than just survivors who are toxic. Honestly I played half and half today and had more toxic killers in my games than survivors today. Some days it's the other way around.
It's just luck, everyone sucks, it just depends on the matches you get

Iridescent Head only allows her hatchets to instantly down survivors not her basic M1 attack, she most likely had one of many perks that can give survivors the "Exposed" status effect, which when affected by it, it allows the killer to instantly down a survivor with a basic attack (M1) These perks are:
Hex: No One Escapes Death (Commonly referred to as "NoED")
Hex: Devour Hope
Make Your Choice
Hex: Haunted Grounds
Rancor
Iron Maiden (This one is really common on Huntress, as it allows her to reload faster and potentially get insta downs)
Dragon's Grip
And soon with the release of The Trickster: Starstruck
Hope this helps <3
I ######### love running haunted ground on killers that aren't good at keeping hexes, it's hilarious in the middle of a chase they just get exposed 😂

Is there really any reason that people use iri head other than the fact that they want to win in a video game so badly that they have to make the game as unfair as possible in their favor?
I had a Twitch streamer use the excuse of them warming up for practice as a Huntress main. Really? You want to practice by making the game as easy as possible? Iri head is the most ridiculous thing in this game.
Because they feel like using it? What? That's a sin now? Can people not have free will of what to use?

Playing 3 games already this morning and it was Huntress every game, I'm already done. I'm going to eat my cereal and leave the rest to endure that. It's pretty clear Huntress is a crutch killer as much as it is spammed constantly. When something is used that much, it means there is a problem. Hatchets that are unavoidable and uncounterable, killers crutch on things that have no counterplay to gain a massive unfair advantage. But lets make it a huge priority to nerf a fair survivor perk again and leave Huntress in her busted state. Too many hatchets to make up for mistakes with almost no cooldown, mammoth hitboxes that are too forgiving and gigantic, a lullaby that is non-directional. Broken.
Are you really calling old DS fair?

BT in and of itself isn't strong unless you are tunneling though, the way it is used to bodyblock can be toxic yes but that is not the point
Yeah, I guess fair point, but it's just funny. Every time I leave the hook after hooking someone, I catch someone on a gen, then they start running to the hooked survivor (I'm not the best at looping or mind games so they can easily get to the hook) and they unhook in front of me, and BT. Lol

Naa. I'm good with not nerfing killer. Of course I am one-sided. I do play PRIMARILY one side.
My point is not about complaining as a survivor. Or to nerf killers. Just the opposite. My point is that killers come on these forums and online and complain constantly about survivors and their perks, And I simply think the main reason is because they don't get four kills every game. Most games killers average 2 to 4 kills already, seems insane to keep complaining and destroying the game
Maybe you should TRY the other side before talking #########

@Johnny_XMan said:
Just goes to show how busted tunneling is.
But let’s keep dissecting DS and it’s “abuse”.
The "abuse" is when the survivor gets on the gen, and they have essentially 60 seconds of freedom of doing the gen, and a gen takes... 80 seconds I think? Maybe 120, but even if it is 120, that's HALF the gen done for FREE, multiply that by 4 because of all the survivors that run it, and that's 2 FREE GENS, no perk should allow half gen progression
