I've played for maybe 4 years now somewhere in there. And I think killer is at peak levels of being unfun. I don't really feel like giving a long list of reasons why as it should be apparent. Mainly extremely quick gens, more lack luster perks, stronger surviors perks, good killer perks getting the shaft. I was lucky enough to get a PS5 this past Thursday, and had taken a long break from DBD. Decided to try out DBD on it because of the technical preformance update. And honestly...it feels like an actual game now! There were so many framedrops on PS4, some killers near unplayable. But after playing it again for a couple days I had zero frame drops. It is great that players are getting people to connect with, but please keep it a passive ordeal. Don't make the main aspect of those characters who aren't traditionally oriented, be the only thing they focus on when you can addon to it and make a good backstory. The devs have nerfed Spirit and Nurse now. They talked about the changes in the dev update, but they didn't bother to say anything about doctor even though he was next? This is how focused they are to pandering to those who resfuse to learn anything but loop. So who is next to be nerfed? Ghostface? Billy? I've been seeing a lot of posts about how grindy the Rift is and how peoplr with a normal schedule would have no chance of doing it. Im not sure if tha last part is true but I have an idea of maybe making dailies give Rift Fragments to help. Around the range of 25-50 depending on difficulty. I was looking forward to the patch and event as much as the next person. But a lot of people are just being rude saying they don't care an other nasty things. I understand the frustration but cut them some slack Im certain its not their intent to postpone the event and we are all human mistakes happen and things come up. First off I love the event cosmetics they are fantastic great job devs. But I saw in a previous post by someone is that these cosmetics should have some sort of effect. Such as a different color for Clown's gas or Plague's puke. And also adding maybe a voice alteration or something to match the asthetic. First I called it, I knew behavior would put her power on a cooldown. And after thinking about the changes and looking at the addons it feels like they grabbed a crowbar looked at the Nurse and shattered her knees and said "Alright fixed now go on and get". So Nancy is getting a gen rushing perk? Why is this a good idea in a game where gens fly by? Apparently from an interview with Matthew at Gamescon the reporter who he spoke with, spoke of this perk that has you obssesed with a gen and you get bonuses while working on it/or when its completed (she didn't specify fully) but the bonuses weren't revealed. Just looked at the Stranger Things chapter and the demigorgon thing looks really cool, I thought it was interesting it was crawling at first maybe that means something. But probably not since the devs said they won't have killers that crawl and stuff because of the rigging. Okay so awhile back everytime I'd play DbD on my Ps4 (Its also a pro) the damn thing would sound like a jet trying to take off. But as of late I haven't been playing DbD as much since there isn't much todo, but when I do play my Ps4 is quiet and no longer sounds like a jet. After enough complaining from the community Nurse changes are happening they are going to slightly touch her base kit and rework her addons. Personally as stated before in a post Im fine with them messing with her addons since most of them suck and curious as what they do with them. For the longest time The Nurse has been the same. But lately I've seen several posts wanting Nurse nerfed, reworked, stripped of her add-ons etc... Im aware they lowered it intentionally in which Im fine with compared to the old format. But can you atleast give us an option to adjust it? Overall, his perks seem underwhelming except one but thats alright since most perks for both sides aren't that great. And Ghostface as awhole seems pretty nice, a power with 0 TR, 4 second stalk to 20 second expose, removes red stain, element of surprise. This game would be much more enjoyable for both sides, but more so for killers if the games just lasted longer? This would remove the need for ruin and enable more fun builds and put tension off the killers to have to play an unfun style (camp, tunneling) to try and win. I enjoy the the design of The Legion from cosmetics and the different characters, my favorite of which is Susie. But from the overwhelming feedback given to the devs during the PTB about the weak state of Legion the only significant thing they buffed was no double cooldowns. Hm, where to begin with this one. I have probably played around 3 to 4 hours with The Legion at rank 1 and my honest opinion of the killer is. Many people complain about his/her design personally I like the different characters and cosmetics I even bought the Susie outfit my favorite one. The devs have said many times as they title states, an I just want to know why? The reason they usually back for this is because they want to make it fun to play with and against so not all killers should be high rank viable. So...incase any didn't check Sony's list for upcoming DLC this week didn't mention anything with DbD.
