She still has 4 Drones. She can place a drone in the direction she is facing. The drone goes into active mode, but with a cone of 45 degrees with a 10M length. Panning left to right like a fan. If a survivor is detected by getting caught in the cone it enters scanning mode. With scanning mode the drone actually begins to follow the survivor while performing sweeping scans from a 10M distance0 comments 21 views last activity

I remember long ago making a post about this very perk. Except the regression stops at 50%. Remember Me & Haywire should work together, no? Has anyone tried this yet? Could we be seeing the end of the gen regression era, and the beginning of an EG era? I always preferred EG. This way everyone gets to play. Everyone gets BPs. The killer can chase, and potentially catch everyone. Gens would12 comments 561 views last activity

It’s been a minute since a played. Decided to hop on for the Blood Moon. Kinda feel bad for killers because it’s easy to do 1 gen, and fill the rest up. I started running Empathy, Empathetic Connection, and Autodidact. It’s worked surprisingly well. I see where they are, and they can also see me while injured. So they know where not to run the killer if they see me on a gen. If they escape they1 comments 81 views last activity

It’s rather simple. Whenever someone disarms a trap while Trapper is in a chase he gets Bloodlust Tier 1 for 5 seconds. When Trapper is in a chase he doesn’t have a power. Bloodlust would make up for it. Makes sense too. Everyone hears his trap snap, and that infuriates Trapper.10 comments 101 views last activity

Hex: Devastation Hex: Devastation counts as a hex totem. All remaining dull totems become hex totems. If a totem lit this way becomes cleansed it causes an immediate 10% regression to every generator. If Devastation becomes cleansed all totems lit this way will become cleansed. Causing an additional 10% regression for each totem cleansed this way. Hex: Love Hurts Whenever a survivor heals1 comments 31 views last activity

Make them more like Clown. With the tap of a button they can alternate between variations of the same power. Hag: 5 Teleport Phantasm Trap. 5 Solid Phantasm Trap. Basically make her add on with solid traps her secondary power, but with a reduced amount. 5 each. That way Hag doesn’t have to camp a 3 gen area, proxy camp, or slug everyone. If Hag had access to her solid traps too she could act6 comments 131 views last activity

What never made any sense to me is that all his traps unarmed, and he starts with so few at the start of the trial… I propose a buff. All his traps are armed at the start of the trial. Then rework all of his add ons again. The new odd ons determine where his traps are randomized across the map. Add ons on make more traps spawn around the main building, killer shack, exit gates, or hooks. Clo10 comments 111 views last activity

Whenever someone dies gain a token. You aura cannot be read by other survivors by 24M for each token. If Me, Myself, and I has 3 tokens you may rummage through a chest. It guarantees a Dull Key. If the killer closes the hatch you will scream. You will scream once every 30 seconds for as long as you are holding a key.2 comments 121 views last activity

Yes… Everyone hates Skull Merchant. Personally I liked her original kit. They could’ve tweaked that a little, and kept it the same. What I like about her is… Her power was/is quite interactive. It gave us something mess with. She had a lot of potential yet people play braindead with her. That’s because DBD essentially encourages players to play braindead! The Entity can pull beings from other periods of time. Beings from other worlds aren’t exempt. Why hasn’t an alien survivor from another world been pulled in yet? I propose an “Alien” survivor. Basically allow Freddy to lay down pallets and snares. Then his add ons revolving around pallets apply additional penalties. Like causing noticeable bloodstains to trail a survivor that dropped the pallet for X amount of time. If the survivor is injured while throwing a blood pallet they become broken for X seconds. Something like that. What never made sense to me about Freddy is that a subpar8 comments 101 views last activity

The game’s objective has essentially stayed the same although the game itself has evolved. I feel this is why the game currently sucks. Different game modes are the step in right direction, but I feel that there should be change in DBD overall. The EGC is the best phase because…. THERE IS A TIMER!!! This is how the game should’ve been from the very beginning!! Essentially when the trial begins10 comments 192 views last activity

So I started reusing my endgame Mini Mori build. Game Afoot Remember Me No Way Out Rancor With this build I really get the feel of being the killer again. All without feeling like an ultra sweaty meta head. If someone made me upset by being overly sweaty/toxic I can always mori them after chasing them long enough. When you match up with players they’re still either really bad, or really good. Nowhere in between like it was before. This is why SWF will always be a thing. It ensures you play with people within your skill level. You end up stuck with players that don’t know how to play regardless of MMR. So you will continue to lose; Therefore, you will lose MMR… So you keep playing with awful players… It26 comments 1,501 views last activity

I posted this somewhere else, but I’ll make a separate OP. With a few added things. Clown is the WORST killer in the game. Clown is literally a worse Freddy. All of Clown’s add ons should be reworked. So that when he hits you with a bottle something should happen, or increases the effectiveness of what his gas does. The only good things about the perk was starting the trial as if you weren’t carrying a powerful item as to tempt the killer to not use Franklin’s. With Ace in the Hole you could sometimes get the kits with Styptics in which the killer couldn’t anticipate. This could turn the tide of a game knowing you can take an extra hit. When they changed Health Kits this perk became completely obsolete.0 comments 31 views last activity

She’s the only killer in the current meta that can run a solid Devour Hope build thanks to her powers. Devour Hope: Self explanatory. Thrill: Makes it take longer to cleanse. If they cleanse under the drone you get notified. If they get expose that means they’ve been on the totem for over 10 seconds. If they hack the drone you check Devour, and track that survivor down. I got kicked from a PSN chat because I spoke facts about the Clown. They were saying I was bad as Clown. I was like I win with Doc, Trickster, Skully, Knight, and everyone else. Clown is fun, but his power does absolutely nothing in the current meta. I took a long break. I’m really rusty, but it’s been fun. I made a fun build with Rancor and Game Afoot. Where I can Mori at least two survivors. However, made for this with hope simply ruins it. Survivors become insanely fast. At EGC players become neigh uncatchable. Usually when I see too much of the haste abuse I run Skull Merchant, and Knight. So it’s been Skull and Knight Night so far.0 comments 31 views last activity

I started using this perk. Even in Solo the progression bonuses make a heck of a difference from my experience. Do you find the perk to be strong, or just downright inconsistent? I like it because it’s a perk you have to make a build around. I prefer such builds because I’m typically confident in running the killer long enough without perks that help with chases.26 comments 591 views last activity

So I’ve been running full totem build on her tonight. So far I’ve done well. The idea is giving survivors more to interact with while playing against SM. As opposed to gen regression while holding down a 3 gen. Drones around Totems ensure that players will get Clawed. You can run Thrill to make cleansing take longer. As you can always drop a new Drone on top of Thrill before players can cleanse i0 comments 61 views last activity

When playing killer instead of having those lame background noises they call music play while searching for survivors… Play the music for when the killer is approaching for killers. For example, when Legion is approaching it sounds like their mixtapes start to play. Make that an option to listen to as we play as Legion. The same with other killers with unique approach themes. Most times I play solo Q. It’s not as bad as everyone makes it sound. The reason is because while soloing you think for yourself when it comes to escaping. This means knowing when to let all others die so you can have the chance of escape. Example if Trapper/Hag has 2+ people in the basement. Do gens and cleanse. Leave. When the EG is powered, and NOED is up. If you experience any doubt as to why0 comments 51 views last activity

I posted this idea in another discussion, but I want to make a separate one here. NOED: Whenever the first exit gate is opened and a dull totem remains on the trial the dull totem becomes a hex totem. I actually play on a console. Solo survivor most of the time. When nightfall happens I can’t really see #########. Am I mad? Not really. That’s what The Dredge’s power is supposed to do. If anything add a “lightburn” feature where aiming flashlights on The Dredge during Nightfall reduces the time of Nightfall. It does become harder to see loops; HOWEVER, if it really bothers me I opt out a perk24 comments 371 views last activity

Survivor auras are revealed to you whenever they try to cleanse a hex totem. If you down/hook a survivor before a hex totem is cleansed while at least 24/28/32 meters away, the survivor working on the hex totem will let go of the totem to scream. Giving away their location. They are then exposed for the next 20/30/60 seconds. Survivors hear the killer coming so they have time to run. If the ex7 comments 162 views last activity

Allow DS to work just before the killer hooks a survivor for the last time. This initiates a “Decisive Strike” mini animation game. Causing continuous skill checks zones for both the killer, and survivor like Merciless Storm. Each time an opposing side succeeds the skill check zone it appears again. The zone gets smaller, and appears faster. Inevitably appearing without warning. This continues un11 comments 152 views last activity

You will typically be healing yourself from earning WGLF stacks. Even if you lose early you can cop about 35k with around 2 WGLF. If you lose at the end you get around 50-60k with at least 2-3 WGLF. Escaping with nearly max categories and max WGLF is what you will see below in the pictures. This is without stacked rituals, or blood hunt. Mind you. Only my single ritual. I doubt it’ll ever happen, but the idea is… Rework the game so that at the start of a trial one of the generators turn on, and will slowly progress on it’s own (Representing the players hope). After so many minutes within the trial each of the generators will begin to progress... The killer will still have to kick these generators to make them regress, or use perks to halt their overall progress.15 comments 191 views last activity

I like Clown. I love his laughter and jiggling his belly on helpless survivors. I think healthy fix to 🤡 would be: The Clown has a new mode. At the start he simply has his basic M1 weapon. You toggle the button of choice to switch to “Tonic Mode”. The Clown now has 3 bottles of each tonic. M1 becomes the Afterpiece, and the second ability button is the Antidote. 50-75% regression whenever a survivor isn’t on a gen. Then Ruin makes it 100%, 150%, and then 200%. Basically amplifying the natural regression. Like a real curse would do. Players would still destroy Ruin because 200% is much worse than 50-75%. How would that affect the gen perks? Killers are only able to damage gens if they equip a perk that allows them to “Booby Trap” a regressing generator24 comments 261 views last activity

Survivors HAVE TOO MUCH INTEL. Replace their aura reading with the location reveal bubble whenever a survivor is downed/hooked. The team now has an idea of what direction other survivors are in, but not exactly where. Survivors have to actually search for the person… In the same way killers must search for survivors. Don’t like that? There’s a LOT of solutions. Comms. Discord. A broken key wit14 comments 221 views last activity

Instead of just doing what it takes to win… Putting yourself in a game if able makes it more immersive/fun. I’ve been winning a lot more. When I lose I’m not as upset either. It’s similar to picking a killer that best suits your approach. Some people can play a particular killer often, but can never really get the feel for them. Survivor perks could work the same. The entire Obscure series is about this strange plant called a Mortifilia, or something along those lines. The spores infected people, turning them into monsters. These monsters are weak to… LIGHT! If one killer swing or special attack miss can cost them a match against survivors… Then 5-10 seconds for a hook phase can make the killer win too. Every single second in this game counts no matter what anyone may think. I’ve noticed I’ve been winning a lot more often because of it. Corrupt. Agitation. Iron Grasp. Monstrous. Corrupt gives you 2 minutes to down, and put players into the basement37 comments 571 views last activity

I feel this is perfectly balanced. The Survivor can always turn it back into a boon, or choose to break it. This way killers have a legitimate counter to Boons. The idea is giving the killer the opportunity to fix a broken hex that they may have needed later in the trial. It becomes their own version of an ace in the hole if done correctly. Do you make their ruin a boon? Or do you risk that knowi9 comments 171 views last activity

Have you noticed no matter what killer is added the problem stays the same?? Because it isn’t killer that’s the problem. It’s survivor! The devs won’t rework survivors because S Mains complain too much. Survivors complain about the “Big Three” (Nurse, Blight, and Spirit) because they’re the only killers mobile/nimble enough to keep up with them!!! That’s the truth! Solution? If I can recall there are always 6 generators in a trial, no? Why can’t the devs make it so that 3 gens are coop, and 3 gens are solo? This would force players to split up, and choose gens even more wisely. As survivor you’d be inclined to get the 1 man gens done first which would be 80 seconds automatically. I think the problem is exactly this because with comms you can always huddle up somew13 comments 271 views last activity
