"On top of that, we are making him easier to be detected by survivors. Stunning him with a pallet will also remove his power, because we know how well that was received with Plague and Legion. "Have fun bullying our new AI!" -BHVR30 comments 662 views last activity

"We here at BHVR thank you for sticking with a dev team that refuses to communicate clearly with its playerbase. We hope Ghostface gives you enough hype to stay with us, because we know turning horror movie icons into jokes is what our community loves. The one big one I can think of for both sides: "They just want free wins" I hear this more often said about killer mains than the other way around, but I've seen it applied to survivor logic as well. I and many others on both sides have played games like Sekiro, the Dark Souls Series, and BR games like H1Z1. If we really wanted free wins, we wouldn't be torturing ourselves with said games (I di11 comments 132 views last activity

This is a huge nerf to Legion and a huge unnecessary buff to BT. I would explain how all the changes are pretty ######### but I know it's gonna fall on deaf ears. But if you really think DW needed to not go down while in the killer's TR, then please learn what balance is.0 comments 42 views last activity

Change its requirement from 3 regular M1 hits to 3 safe unhooks. 3 safe unhooks should reward you with a free hit for being the Jesus Christ of your team. It also should allow you to tank an exposed hit and go to injured immediately when activated. This way it works consistently against more killers when a specific condition is met (one that is much harder to get and therefore makes the perk not3 comments 72 views last activity

Instead of addressing gen times, poor map design, and weak killers, BHVR decides to buff a perk that shouldn't have been buffed and added a new broken survivor perk. We can "take the feedback from PTB and live" about DS immediately, but Plague? Nope. Gotta keep Plague #########. And for Mettle of Man, whoever decided that survivors needed a perk that allowed them to sponge a hit is the classic32 comments 822 views last activity

Other than Nurse, every killer should have their movement speed upped by 5% at base (Nurse doesn't need buffs, she's fine at base). This will make killers have more map pressure, easier to patrol maps and gens, and shorten chases so that one person can't keep a killer busy for three gens after only one damn chase. Normally I would suggest just add a second objective and/or increase gen times, bu24 comments 482 views last activity

Your power only punishes survivors out in the open, like Leatherface. You slow down whenever you use your power in any way, shape, or form, just like Leatherface. You're a ######### killer, just like Leatherface. Except Leatherface has a chainsaw that doesn't require survivors to insta-heal and get rid of some green puke on their screen in order to use it, and said chainsaw insta-downs. I've lost killers (and had people lose me) solely because of this perk. And any lost chase can doom a killer. Something that game-changing is something that needs to be addressed. Only way I can really say that something can be done is if the time it's active for is significantly reduced. Or if it only worked after 2 gens pop. Or some other kind of limitation. Right now, it's too good.51 comments 3,213 views last activity

https://youtu.be/UfRH5VzNOhI Yes, no Ruin, and yes, no stall or chase perks, but 4 gens in 2.5 minutes? How is this possible? And it'll get worse with Prove Thyself being buffed. Why is this never addressed in any patch?4 comments 162 views last activity

The Mangled status effect should apply a debuff to repair speed for survivors. This will give survivors an incentive to heal instead of gen rush through it. This debuff I had in mind is more akin to the debuffs Begrimed Head and Begrimed Chain give to survivors. As for those two add-ons, their repair speed debuffs should stack with the new debuff as well. This can be a good band-aid fix to gen tim6 comments 81 views last activity

So, I've been told time and time again that gen rushing, DS, and Adrenaline are fine, and I just need to "git gud killer main". So here I am, after hours of pondering thought searching these forums, Reddit, and Steam forums, and I have what seems to be the new killer meta. First off, do away with BBQ, Ruin, and Sloppy. All of those perks are OP and make surviving harder than it already is. It's i1 comments 91 views last activity

I'd gladly give up NOED if it meant I had more than 4 or 5 minutes to make sure the survivors can't repair every gen before my 2nd or 3rd hook. Right now, every band-aid fix given to us doesn't work. Ruin: cleanse the totem or work through it. Skill checks aren't too hard, and if by some chance you don't get one, your repair speed isn't lowered at all. Sloppy: just don't heal and do gens. So you get gen rushed because nobody healed. Not that big of an issue, right? Everyone's injured, you can just try to slug for at least 1 or 2 kills before they open an exit gate? Adrenaline. Not only do you lose a chase due to a 5-second Haste effect, but everyone who was injured is fully healed, or everyone downed is running around again. This perk has ruined all momentum any killer can get bef61 comments 1,141 views last activity

Let's take out the fact that there are a bunch of balance issues with buffing BT, Legion, Jeff's perks, locker aura blocking, etc. The myriad of bugs that are in this patch that obviously haven't been tested enough is atrocious. Audio is destroyed, shadow nerfs keep happening to every killer not named Nurse, new map is bugged to hell, game crashes randomly for multiple people under multiple circu45 comments 511 views last activity

I forget who on here proposed this idea, but there was someone who came up with a gen-slowing perk idea that I really liked. It went along the lines of whenever someone was hooked, it would make all gens not being worked on start regressing, and gens being worked on would lose 6/8/10% regression. I love the idea, but I'd suggest to combine the effects on all gens, no matter if they're being worke8 comments 171 views last activity

Legion is still garbage. The new lighting hides Claudette even more. Borrowed Time is broken once again. Dead Hard is buggy as all hell. Lockers hide auras, even if the survivor has Object of Obsession. Jeff's perks are amazing/broken (looking at Distortion), yet Legion's perks are trash. BHVR has screwed their game up hard. Fantastic job.5 comments 121 views last activity

Most loopable killer in the game, cannot down people with his power unless you use Frank's Mix Tape (a purple add-on by the way, and still need to hit people 3 times with it), mending not being a healing action ruins any good perk builds you can make, the power doesn't recharge fast enough and doesn't last long enough, too slow to chase people without his power, do I need to go on? What I mean by this is like a class system, where your combination of perks is saved in a slot that you could load whenever you feel like running a specific build. I find myself writing perk builds down on a text file to reference because playing multiple builds with killers is really fun.0 comments 1 views last activity

Pig right now feels terrible, her bear traps are just time-wasters and her ambush is easily countered by paying attention to your surroundings (or using Spring Burst if you want to use that stupid perk). Unfortunately, I don't have any good ideas on how to give her a useful power. My best solution is make Tampered Timer and Rule Set No. 2 base, but then she would need two new add-ons. I absolutely love Huntress, she's my favorite killer and I've put so much damn time into her. However, I will admit Iridescent Head (when combined with Infantry Belt at least) is busted due to her having an ability to insta-down from a distance, something not even Hillbilly can manage without some luck. Normally I'd be opposed to a nerf on something, but while I find Iri Head by itself to be okay,13 comments 251 views last activity

So I will say this: I was wrong about my prediction. I thought BHVR would not push out a hotfix for the problems I had with patch 2.2, yet they fixed the two biggest problems I had with the patch: Huntress's hatchet hitboxes and Spirit being weak. They didn't implement everything I wanted for Spirit, but reducing her cooldown has made her much stronger and much more viable. And with the way the1 comments 61 views last activity

This is gonna be a long as hell post, you have been warned. I loved patch 2.1.2. It was far from perfect, but it felt like the one big patch that showed BHVR was noticing that the game needed more balance than it had in patches past. However, too many problems with this patch show me otherwise. Here are the issues I have with the patch and solutions for them: 1. New hatchet hitboxes. Yes, the old hatchet hitbox was a little silly. But instead of slightly shrinking it, they made it a tall, narrow as hell rectangle. Hatchets now get eaten by debris yet miss survivors right in front of her. And not only did this change never get tested in a PTB, they didn't have the guts to put it in the patch notes. BHVR made a lot of Huntress mains furious yesterday and I hope they revert the c13 comments 191 views last activity
