Hope i see you in the future! I camp people like you, just for my own fun and to punish noobish builds.

Why not letting them escape? I have seen in this forum that people likes the idea of escaping with 13k and playing inmersed... Wheres all those braindead people that come to my post and say bullsh*t???

You would think according to the forums it is happening every match - I have played 91 matches since the bug started and only had two survivors in two different matches who had the perk. I'm not saying it isn't an issue that doesn't happen, but like a lot of things on these forums: hyperbole.
Who said i think this happens in every match? What i said is pretty much anyone could think of. If theres a strong exploit, i just hope it doesnt affect me.

A post about how "Protection Hits" shouldn't be counted by Borrowed Time, so that bodyblocking with it is no longer possible.
I replied to that guy, i found really weird he saying that he prefer getting bodyblocked lol.
I agree with you, i also made a post saying that collision should be removed (which would be fair for both sides, you can go safely to other place and i can chase the rescuer), but instead i got people with casual mentality saying that just wait the 15 sec or hit them, "is not that hard", etc...
Very funny getting bodyblocked with someone that has godmode, should be really fun bodyblocking your rescuer to a safe jungle gym, while you have ds.

Yeah, I don't think that is good idea. What if you actually want to hit him? for STBFL stacks for example, not just tunneling...
That survivor could run inside you, like they can do to Myers while stalking. It would be really annoying. I will rather let them bodyblock...
What the f*uck did i just read.

I started playing dead by daylight when chapter 10 release back in 2018. I recently found some gameclips from 2018 and realised that the changes that these people are whining about were honestly needed. This game isnt dying, its being brought back to life. Dead by Daylight is headed in a very good direction wheither people like it or not.
This game is still alive thanks to the casual people that buy skins. Many veteran people already got bored of the game and left.
Look, here i will show you hows the stuff going:
For example, lets say you like stranger things.
You like stranger things>discover DBD>buy stranger things dlc>buy demogorgon> buy demogorgon skin>you play demogorgon>you ask for help>you find this forum>people tell you the truth about DBD>you notice it>you keep playing demogorgon>feel underpowered>starting to get bored>leave the game.
Seems like nothing happened, but they already got your money, is all they wanted. Now they move on for the next victim. And so on, and on, and on.

Good killers don’t camp. Maybe I need edit my OP. Let’s assume he’s not a camper- which the average killer isn’t. Besides, campers are going to camp regardless and don’t usually run info perks.
One thing i always see is how people contradict themselves saying good killers dont camp. I always see how they laugh at the trickster or any killer that wanted to play fair. The endgame chat is the best part.
Also, dont confuse being bad (for camping, im guessing? because camp = bad, genrush = good) with being smart.
If i manage to hook two people really close to eachother, or they both are in the basement, what do you expect me to do?
All survivors do the same, which is crouching and watching how their teammates die slowly. Guess whos the bad player here.
-
Since his nerf, i moved to bubba. Rest in peace our boy billy :(
-
I always use Iron will and it works fine. Maybe the killer was running stridor? It counters iron will.

And don’t forget that survivors could get stuck in mountains and and couldn’t stun killers and the killer hook bug was fixed in a couple days and let’s not forget that Blights J flick is an exploit and yet nobody has been banned
The mountain bug was waaaay too situational, no one went here anyways. Also they made an in-game warning if you were dumb enough to just go to that SPECIFIC corner.
Also yeah its confirmed that j-flick is an exploit and yes, i do think its unfair and technically blight now might be considered pay2win, since console players cant do this exploit. But once again, you need to face one requirement which is situational as well: the killer must be blight.
But talking about exploits, you know what one i have to deal with and eat EVERY DAY? The hook bug. When someone unhooks their friend, the guy in the hook gets inside the unhooker, and guess what body has priority to take a hit. The unhooked guy always with bt. Thanks for making me useless as killer.

I disagree. That would imply that there is a way to play around that. It does not take THAT much effort to give the Killer enough of a runaround to recharge Dead Hard if exhaustion always goes down.
My bad, then i have been playing with nintendo switch people all this time.

Not if you use each of those Dead Hards to reach the next pallet instead of just dodging hits.
We are still in the same scenario. If you manage to do one dead hard per loop/ jungle gym, the killer is just bad. Theres nothing else to say about all this :/

Because it's a bug that favors survivors, it's not bannable. Because survivor fun>killer fun. Historically true as well. Remember the wake-up bug?
If it was a killer bug, as has been seen in the past, the devs would put a warning in game and ban killers for it. Remember double blades Legion?
Also dont forget when doc could ignore DS. Fixed in a few days xDDD

Would that not enable the user repeatable access to Dead Hard in a chase? That seems like it's extremely worth the trade-off for anyone who generally does not heal anyways.
Indeed it does. But if i manage to do for example 3 dead hards in one life... Wouldnt be the killer kinda... bad? xD
-
Good luck man... Im a killer main and i know how stressful are the keys. God bless im a bubba main, and you know what i can do when im angry.
-
@Harold_Shipman said:
hiding your pools of blood whilst you still leave scratch marks is pretty useless tbh, and in terms of resilience, you could just get injured by the killer and at least have had that extra health state, wasting more of their time, before getting the benefit of resilience. Or, you could utilise for the people to injure yourself. Basically, no mither is doing 1/8th of the killers job for them.
Once again, i was thinking of repairing at the start of the match while this imaginary "second health state" protects me.
I dont know you, but with iron will i can easily avoid killers while just walking in the walls of a jungle gym for example.
I do believe on my skill and i dont mind being injured. My build is dead hard, resilience, iron will and for the people.
I also like being injured, focused and camped by bubbas, but thats just personal xD
-
@Harold_Shipman said:
I mean, its a start but it would still suck. You dont make grunts of pain when uninjured, so basically its still worse than not having it at all; the only thing it provides is the ability to pick yourself up, but will ever slug you when you have it, so that's pointless.
You arent wrong, but this might be the new lucky break + iron will with stratch marks and without iron will, if this makes sense.
Also pairing this with resilience is huge, imagine repairing like an old brown toolbox pretty much but its also infinite.
I dont know, i would try it with any doubt.
-
I was a billy main, but since he got too nerfed i moved to bubba.
I like to think that instadown killers are fair and healthy, since you have 3 lifes in this game (4 if you used DS).
I always do the same example, F13. Here you only have one life, and feels more balanced than DBD.
The thing i never understand is having too many second chances while having 3 lifes, it sometimes feel like you re inmortal.
-Going back to the DBD argument, i also feel more comfortable with instadowns, also i feel rewarded for my job.
I hate when i play a m1 killer like ghostface, because when i find that meghead, i hit her and she makes me a lot of distance, and also wastes my time even more if she drops pallets like she is getting paid for it. Too many rewards on the survivor side by just playing the game and having no skill.

You are awesome, keep going like that!

I am at a point where I feel the developers of this game have no respect for the players. Am I the only one that feels this way?
They will respect you as long as:
You buy every skin they release.
Be a survivor main.
Waking up and ask yourself every morning: whats a killer experience?
-
@Maperson said:
I think all they need to do is:
• Make his T1 110% movement speed with no terror radius, with this you could choose between going full stealth killer, or to go for instadowns.
• Remove stalking limit.
• Make his T3 120%
No need to be 120% in tier 3, that would make him too strong. Imagine being 120% with infectious lol, i have done 4ks by just one tier 3 thanks to this perk.
What i would do is removing stalking limit like you said, being able to stalk multiple survivors at once, and maybe removing speed movement penalty of tier 1, but this one might be strong as well, idk...
Playing like an infinite ghostface with his power can be kinda scary :P

This is the second time today I've heard of some guy named Otz and how what he says apparently carries tremendous weight. Why is this, just because he's popular and plays the game a lot? I would think that "tier lists" are incredibly subjective and based on the individual experiences of the person playing the game.
For me Wraith is A tier and Nurse is B tier at best. That's because the Wraith seems to almost always get me, yet I almost always escape the Nurse. Is my opinion on the matter gospel? If not, how many hours do I have to put into the game before it is?
I understand you, but nurse and spirit are tier S no matter what. Their power have no counterplay at all...
And with the second thing you say, then legion and clown should be tier S as well, because my teammates are bananas and im often in scenarios where a fckin legion that bought the game yesterday do a 4k in ormond.
But those two arent that good. I cant really rank killers from my experience, because that would be too subjective as well.
Bubba tier SSS+ m8
-
Actually, this might be crazy, but what about you recover from exaustion while running? I know people will automatically think about builds focused on being injured (resilience and iron will for example), but think about it... You re exposed for all the match, with no chance of healing.
-
Can you just remove billy from the game lol... Hes too nerfed, even bubba is better than him right now.
People saying that billy is still better because of map pressure is just wrong.
Of course he has the best map pressure of the game, but it does nothing if you have to go for m1's because your chainsaw was nerfed too hard.

@xEzekanarioX See, I don't hate ruin though. I 100% understand that ruin's a hex and can very easily be destroyed when the totem is found. Same with other killer perks. Yeah, ruin can be annoying but it's not to the point I single out that one killer perk and deeply complain about it.
I just never understood the why killers hated dead hard more than other exhaustion perks, but now I do thanks to the other comments! :)
Yeah my ruin example was just what it is, an example. Dont mind it.
Feel free to do more posts about asking to killers stuff, but you can always play killer yourself and find your answers.
Once you play any m1 killer you will say: oh, its because of that.
-
I have already posted my perk ideas on other post i dont remember, but here i go again:
--> Killer perk: Your worst Nightmare.
You gain a token for every survivor killed.
You can now use a token in a completed generator to reverse it 10/20/30 %.
-You think you have outplayed me? I dare you to do it again.
--> Survivor perk: Juggernog ( i thought of reworking this one, my first idea was maybe too strong )
If you are the obsession, gain a token for every survivor killed. You can now resist an extra basic attack (M1) per token, up to 1/2/3 times.
*Increases the chance of being the obsession.
-Kill me. Kill me right here, right now. I'M NOT AFRAID TO DIE!
-
Why do survivors hate ruin?
Im a killer main and run ruin purely to stop being genrushed during a short chase. A lot of survivors seem to think this is a strong perk, when id say its a very half and half type of perk. Half of the time, itll benefit me and the other half, it will get destroyed in the very first seconds of the match. Its also a hex perk, so it can also be destroyed and cancelled by survivors. Dont get me wrong though, i can see how you wanted to repair that gen that got regressed but i dont think its enough to "stop it" especially bc survivors can keep tapping the gen. Is that not fair enough??
See what i did there? Can do the same with more perks.

All billy players and the majority of non billy players agree with otz, including myself of course. Huntress isn’t gutted after her rework and its the same with all the other killers, but billy was the black sheep. It’s unfair how much they destroyed him
Yeah i understood and i agree, i was a billy main but he got too nerfed so i moved to bubba.
The thing i meant is that people have no personal opinion anymore, they will repeat what streamers always say, without needing to test if thats true or not.
I hate people that for example... says lithe is a good perk agaisnt nurse (which is true), but only because scott, otz, truetalent or any other streamer said it... And this guy probably bought the game yesterday.

I am not sure if you are trolling or you are being serious. DH is perfect exhaustion perk, well atleast an idea. Its fitting to the gameplay well and it doesnt reward survivors for bad plays, it is a perk which helps them gain distance to make it to safe spot. I dont see any single reason why you would want to remove the best exhaustion perk.
Says that hes not sure about someone trolling, proceeds to say that he doesnt see any reasons to remove DH.

Its not a way that gets them killed, its playing DBD.
"Playing DbD" is not just playing how you want. Stealth is a valid playstyle, whether you like it or not.
And no, i dont need to kill you, but at least give me 1 chase to have my bbq stack.
Why in Entity's name would I do that? That's like if you're playing football and ask the other team to let you score a goal.
I am not your friend, I am not your ally, I am not your teammate. I am your opponent. We are on opposite sides in the game.
Some people play like they were going to die irl, like jesus.
No, they play like they want to escape. You don't like that they do? That's fine. I don't like it when killers camp either. When they do camp, however, what I do is stay on gens. I adapt my playstyle to suit the situation. You should do the same, if you're having trouble with stealthy survivors.
Indeed stealth is a valid playstile, sadly... However, when i finally found you and catch you, for the love of god, dont dare to ask yourself: why is he camping me??!? :/
And your football example is really far from my examples. Those two are different things.
What would make sense with your example was, for example, giving chase in f13. You have one life, and if you lose the chase, you die. Now thats a goal.
But in dbd, if i catch you, you only lose 1 of 3 lifes (4 if you use ds) so im asking you to give me a... 33% of a goal? If that makes sense. You dont lose anything.
Of course i like winning in CoD!, but are we winning hiding behind a box and head-glitching, or are we playing CoD?
Of course both ways are valid, but one has a lot more of merit than the other one, dont you think?

Because is not fair.
To summarize, it's not fair if survivors play stealthily because:
- They escape
- It's boring for the killer
And therefore survivors should play in a way that gets them killed.
But it is fair for the killer to play for kills even though:
- They win more easily
- It's boring for the survivors
And therefore killers should continue playing for kills.
There's a very clear double standard here that I've been trying to point out for several comments now. If you still don't get it, you'll have to wait for someone else to explain it, because I've no idea how else to do it.
Its not a way that gets them killed, its playing DBD. And no, i dont need to kill you, but at least give me 1 chase to have my bbq stack.

Theres a good comment up there, from @IWasLeft2Die Theres literally nothing to say about it. Everything seems good, and the most important part: he seems like he plays the game.

First point, i dont know what way the survivors dont find fun going agaisnt me. Is that im a bubba main, and they dont know how to counter? My bad, i will start playing trapper so they can laugh at me because i only did 2 hooks the entire match.
If you don't want to play Trapper because you'll lose, why do you want survivors to stop playing stealthily, even though they win?
About the third point, you just got me with the "no one uses distortion". I mean... SOURCEEEEEEEEEES? You said it too confident lol.
I also put an asterisk saying I was speaking in hyperbole (meaning I was exaggerating) because I already expected you to take it as "Literally nobody who plays DbD has ever used nor will never use Distortion", even though it's very common to use "nobody" as hyperbole.
Because is not fair. Look, heres an example of what i mean.
Imagine a bubba camping that always does at least 2k. He will black pip or even pip sometimes. Do you think is fair?
Imagine a survivor that only repair and escapes (8k repairs 5k escape). He will most likely pip. Do you think is fair?
Rank means nothing, but here i explained it with pips.
And once again, escaping as survivor isnt always a win. Looping and distracting the killer should be more considered, not pressing a button in a gen.
Everytime a dlc releases, do you think is fair when someone wants to do the survivor expert, he calls his friends, and then they all dc so he can get hatch via shack offering? Its a weird and extreme example, but this happens. And they let you to do it. And for killer you have to sell your soul.

How does the killer offer poor gameplay to the survivor? Im guessing you re talking about camping. Guess whats the counter to it? You wouldnt believe me.
If you complain about survivors playing in a way you don't find fun, it's only fair that you should also not play in a way survivors don't find fun. Or is "fun" strictly a one-way argument?
About the third point, i do think the survivors that died yes, they gave better gameplay than the noob claudette hiding all match. Those were nice survivors because they wanted to play DBD. But hey, if you like hiding and giving poor gameplay, try CoD Ghosts?
Results speak for themselves. One player escaped, the other three did not. If your goal is to be competitive, then winning takes precedence over entertaining your opponent(s).
And last point, "nobody uses distortion"... coming to someone who farmed 18k posts... yeah, 100% trustable why not.
I didn't realize trustworthiness was inversely proportional to post count, my bad. How many comments would be acceptable? Because I can always close this account and open a new one. Or someone else with a lower post count could agree with me. Would the information be trustworthy then?
Also fun thing you mentioned iron will, whats the point of bringing it if you re hiding like a rat, and havent been hit in the whole match?
Because some killers are better at finding survivors than survivors are at hiding. Nobody's perfect.
I dont know how to reply to sentences, so excuse me about that.
First point, i dont know what way the survivors dont find fun going agaisnt me. Is that im a bubba main, and they dont know how to counter? My bad, i will start playing trapper so they can laugh at me because i only did 2 hooks the entire match.
Second point, i value more how good is the survivor rather than he escaped or not. If the survivor was good, i might give him hatch. Not for mercy, just as a "well played, you looped me a bit huh".
It really annoys me when someone escapes and then says to me gg. I sometimes dont even know who he is, because i didnt see the lobby at the beginning. Sometimes they do 3 gens and then i say: WOW, THERE WAS A LAURIE IN THE MATCH!! when i already did some chases with the rest.
Being good in this game is not escaping, is how long can you entertain the killer, so your teammates can work on gens. But when its your turn, its your turn. Everyone should play with the killer.
About the third point, you just got me with the "no one uses distortion". I mean... SOURCEEEEEEEEEES? You said it too confident lol.
Its like saying no one uses premonition because its a direct downgrade from spine chill, and its a noob perk. Should see my games lol.

I complain because the survivor offers very poor gameplay agaisnt the killer.
And the killer offers very poor gameplay against the survivor. Survivors and killers are opponents, we're not supposed to play in ways that the other side finds advantageous.
Like i said to other guy, if you wanna play competitive hide and seek go out with your friends.
There's a pandemic going on, didn't you hear? And local laws prohibit people from putting each other on meat hooks to sacrifice them to an evil entity.
I hate when i end the match with 3 bbq tokens and the other braindead survivor escapes through hatch absurd mechanic.
So one survivor wins (escapes) and the others die, but you think the ones who died had the better playstyle. Is it me, or is that a little backwards?
But hey, guess its my fault when the other guy had distortion, urban evasion, fixated and spine chill.
Nobody* uses Distortion. I'd have believed you if you'd swapped that out with Iron Will.
*Hyperbole.
How does the killer offer poor gameplay to the survivor? Im guessing you re talking about camping. Guess whats the counter to it? You wouldnt believe me.
About the third point, i do think the survivors that died yes, they gave better gameplay than the noob claudette hiding all match. Those were nice survivors because they wanted to play DBD. But hey, if you like hiding and giving poor gameplay, try CoD Ghosts?
And last point, "nobody uses distortion"... coming to someone who farmed 18k posts... yeah, 100% trustable why not. You would be impressed with the builds my TEAMMATES always have (premonition with spine chill, for example). Also fun thing you mentioned iron will, whats the point of bringing it if you re hiding like a rat, and havent been hit in the whole match? Now thats a perk slot wasted, should have used small game! x.x
And about the second point, my bad, forgot to put a pic with leonard saying sarcasm ;(
