Ruin was nerfed cause it was used in 80% of red rank games, why not nerf DS/any other meta perk for the exact same reason?
Because survivors and their fun are more important
-
The devs said in the past ds is in a good spot

I didn't say they completed THEIR OBJECTIVE, read again pls I said they did 1/2 and they're getting rewarded for it.
Why should you get rewarded when the game isn't over also that's what adrenaline is for if you want a reward for only doing 50% of your objective

"Before they escape"
Survivors did 1/2 of their objective (repair generators, escape)
Survivors should not be punished for it, and as @TAG say i just found that the wiki isn't managed from BHVR workers.
The game isn't over till they escape through the exit gates or through hatch that's why even if the survivor team has utterly failed with 5 gens the last person can still use the hatch to escape

I don't think you seen my comment, so I'll post it again here since it answers the problem you're seeing with my idea! 😁🤗
That's why we have a calculator that determines whether or not the survivor gets a chance to escape, assuming they do everything correctly. The calculator will roll the dice and see if they get a favorable gate spawn or not.
There's a 25% chance the survivor will get a favorable spawn and a 75% chance they won't get a favorable spawn.
Favorable spawns will be around 8 seconds apart.
Not favorable spawns will be around 5 seconds apart.
Once the survivor gets a favorable spawn, they have to position themselves, prime the Exit Gates, then hope they managed their time well enough when they commit to the Gates. Not all survivors will get the opportunity to do that depending on the killer, perks, and their situation before hand.
I'd rather not see myself getting cucked put of a pip or even a double pip after I was winning to the point where I destroyed 3 out of 4 survivors and closing the hatch but losing to rng because my movement speed wasn't enough and also rng half the time won't block up god windows I have my doubts about a calculator being unfair to survivors

The official wiki says:
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/155/3QTBRXNA7WUK.png
"Meanwhile, Survivors will be attempting to repair 5 Generators
in order to power the 2 Exit Gates
and make their escape. Killers should do everything in their power to stop them."
And btw survivors should not get punished by doing their objective, If survivors did their objective (repair 5 gens) they should shouldn't be punished.
It says on the wiki killers have been tasked by the entity to hunt down and sacrifice every survivor before they escape

You don't need a system if both Exit Gates spawn like this:
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/274/N2YFLWAOOND3.jpg
I want you to draw a dot somewhere in this picture within the red polygon, then draw a line to both Exit Gates. If that line hits anything besides where the Exit Gates are positioned at, then the killer cannot see both Exit Gates and must traverse to the next point to see the other Exit Gate.
Do you see where I'm coming from? 🤗😁
Your map is just azarov's resting place if the gates were guaranteed to spawn on opposite sides its a guaranteed escape for survivors

Oh yeah, let's deactive a perk that is anti tunneling, in the end game, where you are 100% being tunneled, awesome fix.
How about we stop crying about it, if survivors make it to the EGC you failed at doing you're objective, protect generators, so that's your fault.. survivors should not get punished for it
Protecting gens isn't the killers end goal killing survivors is that's why perks like noed and blood warden exist

The Game . . .
Survivors
- Need to do gens
- They will/should do them as fast as possible
Killers
- Need to kill
- They will/should sacrifice players as fast as possible
Conclusion . . .
Killers and Survivors are doing their objective as efficiently as possible.
What's The Problem?
Tbf the game punishes the killer hard for being too efficient
- Need to do gens

you mean the less than 10%< of the match where our bodyblocking is still nowhere near as good as a killers? Yeah.
It happens more than you think if you go against altruistic teams, someone who really wants mom stacks or endgame starts also how do you even get into a situation where a killer body blocks you

Yes, the exhaustion effect from the Iridescent King add-ons gets replaced with counterclockwise skillchecks. Apparently that more fun for the survivors.
Oof huntress will get updated in the future since she has a good iri add-on and is missing one I'm going to miss her brown exhaustion add-on

Considering its completely different for killer vs survs, so no. Not really.
Endgame body blocking Especially with borrowed time results in a free escape not to mention swf hook bodyblocking it's terrible depending on how far you go to a hook or it'll deny a basement hook
-
Or you can turn them into doors and skip the other steps

It's amazing a person can insult you but can't type a proper sentence.

The only buff it needs is a totem counter but you can use detectives hunch if noed bothers you so much

Getting hit with ds at endgame

My thoughts on NOED: I used to defend it because I used it a lot when I first started playing, but I stopped using it when I learned how to play the game better. It's a very cheap perk and I honestly wouldn't mind if it got removed (along with adrenaline).
I don't think survivors (at least not most of them) don't cleanse totems because of being lazy. It's probably because we don't have a totem counter. How do solo players know if all of the totems have been cleansed? Perks can help, but it can still be difficult to find them all.
It's not really hard to find totems people just ignore them after doing a gen in some of my matches I either break the majority or all of em since I just make a mental note when i'm heading to the next gen or in a chase
-
He is alright on certain maps against ok/bad survivors since decent and good survivors just turn slightly and you miss completely he's also really bad at looping at least that's from my experience on ps4
-
Looks like a hack to me
-
It's fine. People have to stop being lazy

Demoman is blindable despite not having visible eyes. I believe the excuse is that he is "light sensitive."
What makes no sense is that technology doesn't work around demogorgon but your able to use flashlights anyway

Die on first hook like everyone else
-
The thing
-
For demo to get all his sound lowered
-
Cross progress for all and cross platform only between consoles
-
So what about the nurse "rework" why didn't they change her map

Legion is always one tier below PLAG
Didn't even notice that she wasn't on the list

I feel like it’s more like this one Console at Red Ranks Atm.
I'd put legion at d but I agree with your list
-
He'd be kinda awful tbh since you wouldn't really know where survivors are across the map and not to mention like current demo if survivors don't get rid of it it just ends up being in a useless dead zone never to be used
-
I'd say nurse belongs in b tier because of the limitations of a controller and how easy it is to get away from her with the double cooldown
-
They should of changed rotten fields but the springwood maps are pretty survivor sided imo so hopefully they don't swing it too heavily in the survivors favor
-
First question why is clown above pig
-
@Waffleyumboy said:

Btw, they are reworking maps alongside killers apparently.
Except when nurse had her "rework" it's really weird how they didn't change it even though that map has an ultra safe building and really bad totem spawns
-
I mean running sloppy is great for keeping them injured but the devs will say something about stacking mask and wood after the first hit you'd get your power immediately which means no counterplay or something 🙍
-
Outside of the rng god window that can spawn clown's map is fine
Temple of purgation and red forest need to be shrunk

There are some hella good console Nurse players, there's just only about 5 of them
That number fell straight to 0 for me I personally know a nurse main who dropped her
-
Not enough killers and on top of it your playing swf which makes wait times even longer
-
Nurse belongs in d tier but ok.
-
He has too much counterplay
-
@GrootDude said:

Yes it does since you’d be a solo survivor with de-buffed teammates.
Swf are way more likely to abandon the solo anyway so it was a loss to begin with
-
@GrootDude said:
The thing is, we can’t nerf swf without hurting solo play and as someone in red ranks on both sides, both sides are not a cakewalk and can be stressful. This sounds primarily like a de ranking/smurfing problem paired with a matchmaking problem. Also, depending on the killer, I can give you some advice. :)
If your in a swf you get an action speed decrease the more people you have. That solution doesn't affect solo's
-
Depends I get frame drops when I bloodlust which causes me to miss attacks or when auto aim makes me sometimes hit a pallet instead of the person I'm chasing
-
@AThiccOni said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/115682/legion-is-useless-now-change-my-mind
Useless but annoying af lol and no legion is not going to get any buffs, he is the only killer in the game that can't be stopped by windows or pallets so it wouldn't be fair if he was as strong as he used to be when he was just released.
Legion wasn't really strong on release either it's just people abused how chases worked
-
Mori's are pretty rare to go against which is why no one cares but people bring in keys and find them in chests
-
I'd say gen rushing leads to tunneling since if 3 gens pop in the first chase the killer will feel that there is no other choice but to camp/tunnel at least that's how I see it
