Unless it's game breaking and gives you a significant advantage, it's probably not bannable.
That being said, I dont actually know what bug you're talking about but it doesnt sound too bad.

If you play on next gen console it’s much more enjoyable because the game is optimized far better.
Nurse and Blight are really not much more difficult. I can’t play them well because I haven’t invested much time into learning them but they’re not killers that suffer on controller. Huntress is a bit harder but people overstate how hard she is on a controller.
Trickster is truly the only hard one. The rapid fire throwing of knives and constantly having to adjust to the center of your screen (as best you can because the knives do not throw directly in the center, they are random) is a pain with joysticks. The recoil is what kills any enjoyment of him on a controller. I’ve tried and tried and tried but it’s not worth the effort :/
I haven't invested much time into learning them
But they're not killers that suffer on controller.
If you haven't invested much time into them, then how did you come to the conclusion that they're not harder on controller?
-
Just open up the charms menu in the killer customization and they get replaced with a totally silent hook.
Edit: nvm, I skimmed through the post and missed the point. Anyways I just turn the ingame volume to 0% when leveling up then just turn it back up.
-
He's kinda fun, just wish he wasn't so weak and the bugs get ironed out.

Blight + Dredge: Can you imagine seeing a Crack Blight flying at you under the cover of nightfall?
Hag + Trapper: Keep your eyes on the floor.
Legion + Twins: Legion will be great at keeping people injured since more survivors equals bigger and more valuable Frenzy chains and Twins can capitalize on injured people really well and keep downing people while Legion hooks them when not frenzying.
-
I like it, I thought it was weird at first and hated it but its grown on me.
-
-
It'll probably be reworked into something else or just removed entirely, same thing happened with the Stranger Things achievements I believe.
-
Denji I can visually imagine as a killer but realistically he would never be a killer. Maybe Makima or Yoru?
Also the survivor should definitely be Kobeni, a legendary skin for Power and some of the other characters would be awesome.
-
I would be very happy with blighted rat basekit with add on nerfs.
Controller Blight without add-ons is really draining, I feel like I'm putting in a lot of mental and mechanical effort for the payout of playing without add-ons, I can barely play 3 games without feeling overexerted, so I always run atleast rat personally.
-
Visually, it's a really cool map and I can't wait for it to get reworked.
Gameplay wise, it's an absolutely terrible map and I can't wait for it to get reworked.

We already have the point and beckon gestures. Why not more? Doesn't even have to be like a dance emote, could just be more specific gestures i.e. 'thumbs up' or 'go away'. I don't see how it wouldn't be atmospheric or fit the game, just look at some of the cosmetics. They could also be included in future rifts instead of the 3 dozen charms that never get used.
A thumbs up would be nice, or just something that survivors would reasonably do in a trial that makes sense. But dance emotes or flipping off the killer is where it starts crossing into the realm of being ridiculous.

Yea but having new emotes does fit the game they would just have to do it right
Ok, please elaborate on how you think they fit the game.
-
No one really wants to play Twins.
I don't think many people are gonna be too upset about losing current Twins when they just get reworked eventually.

I disagree, there are certain times where the game is stuck on the same few maps and it's like you get those maps all freakin day , and for those moments map offerings should exist or at least a map vote system.
Getting bad maps back to back is just a string of bad luck that doesn't happen often. Map offerings' primary and most common use is to pick a map that is unbalanced towards either survivor or killer to unfairly get an easier match.
Neither side should be allowed to just choose the map they want. Maybe if BHVR reworked every map to actually be balanced fair then sure, map offerings would be a cool offering. But in the current state where maps are usually clearly biased to one side, they shouldn't exist.
-
This game would be objectively better without map offerings, they should be retired.
-
I haven't played Twins in a while so I don't exactly remember my build but you can find out what perks are generally good on them and what add-ons to use on this website:
-
Nah
-
Make Pinhead's gen-kicking and lobby idle sounds quieter.
-
Because he's alot of fun, and he's also a well-known and well-liked existing character.
The closest we've gotten to that recently is Sadako, but most people don't find her fun.

@Brimp said:
It makes the gen regress 15% instantly with no explosion but does spark like if ruin had affected it, so no loud noise notif for the killer. If it explodes it's probably due to eruption.
Eruption procs on downs, Pain Rez is on hook.
Though I'm pretty sure Pain Rez is supposed to cause full on explosions without the notification for killers isn't it?
-
There's better options.
If you can consistently get tentacle hits on the obsession to avoid losing stacks, then it'll work. But at the same time, if you can consistently hit tentacles why not just use it on everyone instead of just the obsession?
-
I could go for a- barbeque bacon burger, a large order of fries, a orange soda with no ice, and a hot apple pie.
-
My go-to is nice and simple: BBQ, Agitation and Pain Res, 4th perk is Bamboozle but you could really swap it with anything, STBFL, Starstruck etcetera etcetera.
-
I would play them so much if they weren't the clunkiest, buggiest, most frustrating piece of shite in dbd.
But apart from that, I like em.
-
Honestly, since I started playing him in 4.2.2 I think I've used Iri Tag only two or three times.

Riiiiiight. Like how they eventually nerfed Dead Hard? Nerfs do not count until they go live.
Dead Hard being nerfed was a balance change, Hug Tech being removed is a "bug fix" in Mandy's own words. We don't see substantial perk changes nearly as often or frequent as bug fixes.
Are you saying Blight should be nerfed to 110 because you assume it will take them really long to actually remove hug tech?

According to that logic Huntress too should move at 115% movementspeed, as she can not use her hatchets around the same small rock loops Blight can't rush around - but she doesn't, which heavily implies that your explanation is incorrect.
Because Huntress makes up for that by being able to pressure an area without being there, she can unintentionally pressure an area just through survivors understanding the threat of her power. Blight does not have that kind of threat. He has to be there to pressure survivors.

Uhhh.... hug tech?
You still can't just hug tech at every loop in the game.
And besides, it's not gonna be around forever so why nerf him to 110 because of a tech they plan to fix anyways?
-
Because you can't use his power at every loop. Sure you could argue that you can use it at most loops but it takes alot of experience with Blight to reliably get a lethal rush hit at any loop, more experience than the average Blight player would have.
Spirit and Nurse can use their power in virtually any normal situation.
-
Haddonfirks sucks pretty bad, there's never a single locker outside of the houses if I'm not wrong.
-
Wesker's Collision Course, surprised it's still at 0.1% on PS, just line up a bound on an unhooker and bash em together.
-
Trail of Torment should only show the gen aura after 20/25/30 seconds. Numbers subject to change of course.
-
Deathslinger, feel like he'd be cool to get a drink with and tell stories about bounties.
-
I think first I'll try to get everyone to P6 for the bloody cosmetics and a decent stockpile of add-ons, afterwards maybe I'll try my band at Blight, Sadako or Dredge.
-
He's really tough to master and even then he's still a bit draining to play without the best add ons.
But still, my honeymoon period with him lasted quite a while and it was the most fun I've had in dbd. Currently we're taking a little space but the guy is still my main, through thick and thin.
-
Rebecca would be my second choice if Cheryl didn't exist.

I wish console blight wasn't so draining to play
*without addons
-
could always be worse.
-
Pain Res, Agitation, BBQ and Shadowborn has served me well so far.
-
It is definitely not game breaking, whereas the infinite haste Clown and Nurse getting stuck permanently was game breaking and actually warranted a kill switch.
The Oni bug is the equivalent of just having the increased blood drop rate add-ons, there's no add-ons to give Clown infinite haste.
-
I've had alot of fun with STBFL, I'm All Ears, Enduring & Nemesis with range add ons. You could really swap out STBFL with whatever you choose.
-
I use Shadowborn on Nurse, Blight, Oni, Demo, Huntress and Billy. On everyone else I can throw it off and on if I'm not sure on a 4th perk but for these 6? Shadowborn does not come off.
-
This seems fun, might try my hand at my first win streak with these rules as Blight.
-
Wesker is S+
-
Survivor: Sprint Burst/ Lithe, Kindred, WoO, Open-handed
Pyramid Head: I'm All Ears, Brutal Strength, Eruption, Call of Brine
Blight: Shadowborn, BBQ, Lethal Pursuer, Enduring
Artist: M&A, Thrilling Tremors, Agitation, Pain Resonance
Sadako: MYC, STBFL, Sloppy, Bamboozle
-
I would kill for some jeans.
-
Just as it should be.
