They shouldn't have to. Survivors take the game hostage by hiding forever, which is a bannable offense. This would protect you and the rest of the baby survivors from getting banned.

I was playing insidious bubba, and went afk in the classroom right by the bathroom, stood their for 5 minutes until I heard crows in the bathroom, it was a Meg in the stall hiding, proceeded to hook her and decided to use insidious to lure ace to the hook and proceeded to kill him, funny thing is I was going to quit but someone brought bloody party streamer so I didn’t want that to go to waste. Proceeded to made over 200k bp with only bloody party streamers and level 3 bbq in that one match

They already send a fix as soon as they finished it, that doesnt mean the fix is online as soon as they send it to the servers. Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo need to test that fix on their test servers to make sure their hardware is not affected before it goes live.
So it likely will benefit console players, they are just waiting for the greenlight from all console companies to update the game on all platforms at the same time for crossplay. If there wasnt any crossplay, those updates would have been recieved slightly faster depending on which console you play on.
Exactly they had to know it was going to have to be approved...if they cared the event would be over and after the patch there would be a special sorry console player event.

he not the chosen one, this stuff happens almost every game with super immersive survivors who literally hide in a bush or locker all game, literally just had a game on midwhich and 4 gens was left with 2 people alive, they decided to hide all game it lasted for more than a half hour and no gens had been touch lol. Yea, I actually liked playing with her, but my heart will always remain with my Trappi Boi. He is my favorite killer in the roster and nothing is as satisfying in this game as hearing a snap and scream or herding an over confident survivor who harassed me for most of the match, into a trap and hauling their ass into a locked down basement.
My favorite times are the pallet drop tbag a then they run just a little bit further into the grass and snap🤣 even funnier with padded traps

To me, the event needs to end when it is scheduled and once we have verified that July 27th is an actual damn fix instead of just one step forward and fifty steps backwards per BHVRs usual patch, THEN and only then should they do another event. Some kind of "We're sorry we've been so awful to you and we promise we'll never take you for granted again" event...
You have faith 1 patch will fix it😯

I quite killer for a long time, but this chapter had me back to playing Trapper for blood point farming and I can't stop playing. Unless it's on RPD, then my Trappi Boi gets to enjoy looking at the pixels that make up the walls.
I do with they would just make him have purple bag as base kit, faster trap setting speed, automatic trap pick up that has no animation, it just teleports into his hands when he walks on or near an unset trap and replace the bag add-ons with new ones that do something new, like cause survivors to reveal their aura for 5-8 seconds or get poisoned which causes them to do actions slower.
I would love all those buffs as well...what I like about him is outsmarting survivors. I have used what I learned with him and have been playing hag more...have you tried to switch to her?

I mean, to be fair, PC was their main fanbase for the longest time anyway. Let alone that they do extend events when issues like this surface. Sure, gives people on newer gens the advantage of getting more offerings and items, but offerings and items are meant to disappear, so their main concern is the ability to gain crowns.
Yeah but the extended event doesn't benefit the console players...it is like hey PC players here is another week enjoy🤑

Exactly anyone who thinks saving them might actually be disappointed. What happens is everyone saves them and just uses them at random times throughout the year. So again you will see 1 per match. You maximize every match with 5 cakes during the event because everyone's using and getting them.
Now those on console your situation might be different. I can understand why console players would. But no offense console players I don't want your problems right now lol xD
All PC players... I would suggest turning off cross platform play so you only get PC players. SO if PC players are hoarding their cakes shame on them.

Even on a purely selfish level, console optimizations will probably translate to optimization on PC as well. While I don't have problems with that, given that the devs want to keep adding content, having the game be well-optimized is better in the long run.
Thanks it just feels like older console players are treated like second class citizens...honestly if this game wants on gamepass I would have stopped supporting it🤑🤣

Anyway, cakes are shared, so if you actually want to be good to your console friends, save your cakes until after console becomes playable again. Then burn your cakes so console players get some love. 🍰❤️
Let's see how this patch works out or if we get bhvrd😂

The killer doesn't have a possibility to end the game but to find some hide&seek players that won't try in any way to end the game in maps where finding survivors like that is close to impossible when done good.

The only time something like that happens to me is when they find a key, and camp the hatch until their all there then they escape. But that rarely happens.
Their lurking around the gens or around that area like I said change up your pathing and think like a survivor would. Their hiding right underneath your nose. Some of them take a little long then others to come out of hiding.
I mean I literally left the 3 gens a d looked at a wall on the other side of the map and still nothing...some people just like using broken game mechanics to troll😛

Yes? That's normal for every piece of software. If you dedicate 100% of your coders to fixing the same problem, it actually takes longer to fix because each programmer has their own idea of how to fix it, their own approach, and they're going to spend days debating over which is best. "Too many cooks in the kitchen", as it were. You never dedicate 100% of your programmers to fixing the same issue, that's just begging for trouble.
